After searching for electricians I found small tyme Electric emailed Norh and we were so happy we made the right choice. After emailing back and forth he was very understanding, Although I knew nothing about electricity. He was very patient and was accurate with the pricing. I want to give a review to Adrian Electrical as one of the most professional electrical contractors in the Western Suburbs.  Frank accommodated us with a last minute request.  He was very prompt and knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and professional.  They are a bonded, licensed and insured company that I can give my highest recommendation!

I needed to install large fans in 2 vaulted ceilings, and I knew just who to call ... Scott Nelson and his crew of talented guys!  The steep angles presented many challenges, but the team's creative thinking and experience came through -- and my fans are gorgeous!

Mike Gordon of MPG Electric did an outstanding job replacing under cabinet lighting as well as hanging a fixture that I hesitated to buy due to review after review saying how hard it was for their person to hang. I liked the looks of it and decided to take the chance despite the reviews. He had absolutely no trouble because he really knows what he is doing. In addition, he generously offers his time to answer questions as well as help with purchasing. His patience is extraordinary.

Our previous electrician left us with dimmers that didn't work for years. Mike knew exactly what to use and they work fine for the first time since we lived in this home. He is honest and charges fairly. We intended to add a dimmer to our kitchen fixture but then we weren't sure if it was needed. He was fine with letting us check it out at night, where we could judge better, and get back to him. He offered to come back and not charge the initial first hour charge or return it depending on our decision. He really cares about his customers! We highly recommend him!

Mjp electric was awesome!  A true professional from beginning to end.  He gave me a reasonable quote to install a motion sensor light on the exterior of my home.  He respected my property and me by wearing shoes covers and a face mask every time he entered my home during the install.   He treated my home like it was worth a million bucks.  Besides all this he has a absolutely friendly personality.  I will definitely use him again!  Thanks for the great job!

Just called Penco for help with our thermostat wiring, and the person who answered (blanking ugh) was SO friendly, and SO helpful. Basically saved us money for someone from their company coming out and telling us the same exact thing he did on the phone, which is totally honest and legit in my opinion. Not many would do that these days. He gave me all the info I needed to know this was a 100% HVAC company issue and what would be a Penco Electric assisted job. Will be calling them if needed!

This guy took really good care of an outlet in my kitchen - very professional and informational.

We had a chandelier hung and a dimmer installed. The team, Jay and Eddie Jr, were very fast, friendly, and professional. I especially appreciated both the email and texting communication before and after the work was completed.

The guys did great work with my requests, and I was impressed with their creative problem solving abilities. Good quality work, fair and reasonable pricing, courteous treatment at every step - exactly what one would hope for.

Tom was incredibly responsive and had his team on the job the same day I contacted them...a real blessing after all the problems I have had with my contractor. They did an exceptional job and were a joy to have in my home...even my cat loved them! They were professional, conscientious, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Fixer did an excellent job replacing the basement front door on my house.
The door is not standard dimensions, so the job took two steps:
1. Have Fixer order the door and wait for it to come in
2. Have Fixer pick up the door from Home Depot, abd Fixer install the door.

Steve is the electrical contractor you are looking for! Quick response time, friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up. No surprises with pricing, what he quoted was what we paid. Will definitely use him for all future project's!

I was recommended to Duplex for my home electrical needs by a long-time friend who is an industrial electrician as the company my friend uses for his home needs. Greg and Steve at Duplex where terrific and fixed my complicated electrical issues in my old home.  I was impressed with their practical approach, as they explained what was needed for life safety and what was an optional fix if I wanted to save money.  They truly understand their craft and put customers first.  They are also extremely reliable with scheduling, which can be rare in the repair and maintenance industry. I highly recommend Duplex.

Art was awesome! He did a great job installing some ceiling fans in our house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable . His prices are very fair. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician. I for sure would hire Art again for any electrical work!

We called for an electrical short that kept setting off the circuit breaker. After 4 days of dealing with another company that had a different story everyday. We called Sam and he solved our problem in a couple of hours for a reasonable price.
He knows his electricity very well.
I would recommend him for any electrical work needed.
He is now our go to guy.

I really wanted to give this company an all out 5 stars. They did the work in a timely manner. So far no issues with the electrical. But the down side is they call incessantly for free estimates on new work. I have asked at least four different people at four different times within the past 8 months to please stop calling me. A cold call once a year is fine, but they don't listen. If this company has to make this many cold calls it makes me wonder why they are not already busy enough.
