Very friendly and knowledgeable. Norh quoted me for several projects, and ended up running a 220 outlet for my dryer across the house, and adding an outlet. He also helped me figure out a problem I had with some switched outlets. His pricing was really fair. If I need an electrician again, this is who I will call.

Scott is the best.  His crew is amazing.  We had had them out several times and they do a great job every time.  You will also see his crew that have been on other jobs come and help other members to help finish projects.  Can't say enough good things.

We have a new go-to electrician. Mike is extremely responsive and detailed in his communications. He agreed to help install a new light switch for my elderly aunts. (It turns out, they are neighbors!) Unbeknownst to me, a caregiver fixed the light before Mike even got there for the appointment. Instead of being annoyed, he double-checked the work and made a change to make sure it was safe. He did not take any money from my aunts, and instead gave them a card and reassured them if they had questions or problems, they could call him. Kind, honest, conscientious and detail-oriented. One of the best electricians in the area, won't charge an arm & leg like the competitors. He installed new lights in my living, mounted my flatscreen & installed two ceiling fans. He is extremely knowledgeable and very timely. All services were done very quickly with no issues.

First, I am surprised there are not more reviews for this business as they are awesome. I've dealt with lots of contractors, and I am the go to phone call for my entire family and wife's family when there are problems or construction needs in the home. Penco is my first and only phone call for electricians, and I have dealt with lots before.

They are super courteous, on time, in communication, competitive on their pricing, and capable of all levels of work. I have had small issues from fixture installs, to the build out of my dad's basement, to fixing a wiring mess at a bar I managed.

We had our electric completely out due to damage to the supply line on the outside of our building. They came right out. Since I was sort of desperate, I thought the estimator was going to stick it to me, so I was ready  to pay a premium, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the fees were quoted from a laminated schedule - and they were reasonable. The work was completed professionally and promptly, including great coordination with Com-Ed. Also great email notifications.

Can't say enough great things about Chris at C&E Handyman! We first met Chris a year ago when we were readying our home to sell (after seeing his positive reviews on Yelp).
We are so lucky we made the call! Chris and his team visited our home and helped us conquer tedious projects, such as replacing light fixtures, patching and repairing walls, painting, and more.

His team did an amazing job, going above and beyond our expectations!  They were fast, efficient, and so considerate with our belongings. Their attention to detail was superior, and we were equally as impressed with how wonderfully tidy the team kept work areas!

Beyond pure skill level, it is Chris' friendly personality and demeanor that made the experience really enjoyable. We have since purchased a new condo and have already called upon Chris to make this house a personalized home. We are currently working with Chris and the C&E team to make updates to our kitchen! Called Fixer to have a few items repaired. Juan arrived on time and, upon review, thought the plumbing job was beyond his scope. He completed the remaining repairs literally with a few minutes -- and the bill reflected that. Juan was considerate, thorough, and a quick worker. After he left, I rec'd a text from Fixer with 3 plumber recommendations. I chose Rocket Plumbing based solely on that recommendation. I've learned to trust their recommendations and today's was every bit as reliable.
I've relied upon Fixer several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

I had purchased a new washer/dryer and was stressed out when I found that my electrical wasn't up to code. I called about 5 different guys, 2 didn't call back, one told me he'd have to make huge cuts in my ceiling to do the job, and one was going to take 3 weeks before they could come back.

Duplex Electric came out quickly, explained the process that they planned to use and scheduled a return appointment in a reasonable time frame. They were so friendly! They have top marks on Angie's List, and are also the electricians for St. John of the Cross Parish.

They did a great job on what I needed. There were two working together, so they worked efficiently, and they explained everything to me in detail so that there was no confusion (much appreciated). I felt confident hiring them, and they made the process stress-free. I also referred them to my parents who also had an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a couple of fans put in and light fixtures for both bathrooms.
When I called for an estimate he got back to me right away. They did a great job and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them.

Sam came to my home to add a 220 line for a hot tub I had installed.  the work was impeccable and he took the time to explain things, did my special requests, and even came back to hook up the hot tub after they delivered it as part of my job. he is very reasonable and quick to respond.

I have used them twice. Both times the work was done well, quickly and they cleaned up. The company, Diamond, will then do cold calls for more work. I asked them to stop several times and finally complained to the government. The owner called to apologize and the calls stopped. About 2 years later they started again. I now need more work done but will not use them because of the continuing sales calls. A shame because it is nice to find reliable craftsmen who charge reasonable prices.
