I am a huge fan of Small Tyme Electric. I manage a few properties throughout Chicago and I have used them every time i needed anything done. Wether it's some minor updates or a complete remodel. Norh Is an amazing person. Such a pleasure to work with. I always have the worst luck when it comes to contractors so when I find a good one I hold on and don't let go. I'm willing to share with you as I want to keep him working for years to come so he's always there when I need him!

I had a relatively small job installing a 220 line at my place of business. Frank knew exactly what the various options were and spent a generous amount of time going over them with me, ever mindful of my budgeting.

They were at my house yesterday to install a replacement ceiling fan / lighting. Everything went smoothly from initial contact though installation. I'm very happy with the completed project, the price was fair, and the installer was friendly & answered any questions I had. I definitely recommend this company and will certainly use them for all future electrical work.

Mike Gordon of MPG Electric did an outstanding job replacing under cabinet lighting as well as hanging a fixture that I hesitated to buy due to review after review saying how hard it was for their person to hang. I liked the looks of it and decided to take the chance despite the reviews. He had absolutely no trouble because he really knows what he is doing. In addition, he generously offers his time to answer questions as well as help with purchasing. His patience is extraordinary.

Our previous electrician left us with dimmers that didn't work for years. Mike knew exactly what to use and they work fine for the first time since we lived in this home. He is honest and charges fairly. We intended to add a dimmer to our kitchen fixture but then we weren't sure if it was needed. He was fine with letting us check it out at night, where we could judge better, and get back to him. He offered to come back and not charge the initial first hour charge or return it depending on our decision. He really cares about his customers! We highly recommend him!

These guys are great. I had them install a Nest doorbell and outdoor camera. They were extremely respectful of my home and everything was done professionally and cleanly. Pricing was reasonable too.

Chris and Jaime are amazing, I have used their services on 2 occasions one for a complicated electric installation and one for a home install, on both occasions Chris and his team were prompt, responsive and timely from the first initial call to the last step out the door they were extremely professional, honest and service driven. Fixer helped clear a bathtub drain.  They were knowledgeable and efficient.   They couldn't clear the trap as it was frozen. They are handymen, however, not plumbers. Their price was very reasonable.

Steve is the electrical contractor you are looking for! Quick response time, friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up. No surprises with pricing, what he quoted was what we paid. Will definitely use him for all future project's!

These two electricians are the very best.  I would highly recommend them.  My outside lights were all out and they fixed them quickly and efficiently.  They are prompt, neat and fairly priced.  I would trust them with any of my electrical needs.

Art replaced four of my lamp posts outside and found a dead switch near my patio door. He also was able to troubleshoot why I had two dead outlets near my bathroom on first floor. Turns out the wire was connected to the two other bathrooms upstairs and that the old owner had some amateur connect all the gfci outlets to one bathroom. So when one trips, all bathroom outlets are out. Art was able to explain what happened and was able to fix and rewire the outlets. Also, he found a missing switch in the power box downstairs and had to put in a spare switch for safety. This is in case someone sticks their finger in by accident and gets shocked with very high electrical voltage or current. His price was competitive for a licensed electrician. He also has an amusing personality. Maybe he's a comedian?

Sam came to my home to add a 220 line for a hot tub I had installed.  the work was impeccable and he took the time to explain things, did my special requests, and even came back to hook up the hot tub after they delivered it as part of my job. he is very reasonable and quick to respond.

They redid the electrical in my house.  That was quick and no complaints with speed.  Only took a few days.  The issue is that one of the outside outlets stopped working the first time it was used.  It wasn't a shorted fuse.  Something is wrong with it.  We called them, and they kept saying they would call us back to schedule someone to check it out.  They never did.   We called them various times with the same the result.   They did a sales call to find out if we have any upcoming electric projects.  We told them no, but first they should fix the issue with the first project.  Again, they said they would call back to schedule a tech... They never did.  I regret going with this company.  I don't recommend them.  Terrible service.
