I live in a very old apartment building (about 125 yrs old) and I was in need of getting two closet lights fixed.  I found Dosie Electric here on Yelp (who was nearby my residence) and called to request help.  Mr. Dosie explained his pricing and set up a date to come out.  This man is very prompt and very professional.  He had to get some parts for the job and was able to come back the next day and was able to use my existing fixtures which saved me money.  He will not sell you what you don't need...he does only what is necessary and it's very important to me because we know how expensive an electrician can be.  It's wonderful to have somebody who is old school and won't try to rip you off. His prices are VERY reasonable and I cannot say enough about Mr. Dosie.....I will definitely keep him in mind if I have any other electrical work that needs to be done.  I highly recommend him!

We have a new go-to electrician. Mike is extremely responsive and detailed in his communications. He agreed to help install a new light switch for my elderly aunts. (It turns out, they are neighbors!) Unbeknownst to me, a caregiver fixed the light before Mike even got there for the appointment. Instead of being annoyed, he double-checked the work and made a change to make sure it was safe. He did not take any money from my aunts, and instead gave them a card and reassured them if they had questions or problems, they could call him. Kind, honest, conscientious and detail-oriented. Thank you, Mike!!

I found this company via Home Advisor.  Marien contacted me right away and was able to squeeze me the next morning.  
Marien came and looked at our issue.  He couldn't find what our Home Depot installer diagnosed, but he was able to install a switch for our dishwasher to cut the currant so that the installer can be satisfied that there is a switch to cut the currant.  The nice part is that we are up to code now too.  The work was done well and quicker than estimated, and the price was fair.  Marien also was able to add a outlet to our furnace switch as a courtesy.  I would use him next time we have any electrical work.

Highly recommend this company. I had a faulty circuit breaker leave us without power to our coffee bar and bathroom. They were out early the next morning to fix it and also switched out a faulty GFI outlet. They knew what they were doing, were prompt and professional. I'm so glad my home warranty referred me to them. Will definitely call out again for any electrical problems I need fixed.

Never received a receipt. Sent a text asking for a receipt and never got a response. Do yourself a favor and choose a vendor who will provide a receipt. ***Update *** received the receipt after this review was posted.

Chris' team did a nice job, but the lack of communication was concerning and the price point was higher than expected.

Very fair pricing and prompt, efficient service.  The owner, Tom Peck, is great to deal with.  He does a great job in a fast and efficient manner.

This is the 3rd or 4th time using Fixer for a home improvement project and these guys are great.  The are always in time, very professional and work quickly and efficiently.  If you have any home improvement project it seems like they will be able to do it faster and more effectively than anyone else at a very reasonable price.  I look forward to using them in the future they are now my only choice when it comes to projects I can't do myself around the house.

Greg and Steve of Duplex Electric are great! I found a recommendation for them on next-door.com, and have since had them out to fix a few different issues. Both times I've called they have responded within hours to my voicemail messages and have come out that day or the next day. They first came out to replace a basement ceiling light. Through this they discovered that the switch was improperly wired. They explained clearly what the issue was, and fixed the switch and replaced the fixture quickly. The second time they came out to install two ceiling fixtures and to replace our kitchen outlets with GFCI outlets. Both times they explained to me clearly what the issues were, worked with safety precautions, arrived on time, and charged a reasonable amount. They are super professional, very knowledgeable, and on top of that were friendly with my crazy dogs - I will for sure call them the next time we need anything electrical fixed. We were very happy with Wright Way's service. Samuel and Daniel made sure to get a walkthrough of our house and check on all the vents before starting the job. They were efficient and thorough. We are confident our house is MUCH cleaner as a result!

Sam came to my home to add a 220 line for a hot tub I had installed.  the work was impeccable and he took the time to explain things, did my special requests, and even came back to hook up the hot tub after they delivered it as part of my job. he is very reasonable and quick to respond.

I was very pleased with the service.  Very professional and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them for future projects.
