Norh R is great! He is friendly and very patient with questions. I would have asked him over half a dozen questions on his first visit on various projects I needed for my house. He helped me wire a secondary internet service at home and install a chandelier and will be my go to for any electrical work at home. He provides very practical solutions and alternatives that you should not even consider for projects at home. I found him very reasonably priced and pleasant to work with.

Strongly recommend!

I would not recommend this company for electrical work. Lack of communication, zero follow up and very unprofessional.

I live in Schaumburg and I had the same thing happen in my kitchen a few months ago. I had had a new outlet installed for a new microwave. My experience with this electrition was great! His guys came out fast and took care of the issue. I would highly recommend for price and service.

Immediate, no-nonsense service. I didn't even leave a message--Ken called me back just because his phone showed that someone had called. An hour later, he was at my house diagnosing my problem. Will definitely use again.

We give Mike and MPG Electric 5 stars with no reservation. His work is thorough, accurate, neat, promptly completed at a fair price. He has done several smallish projects for us in the past few years. The most recent was installing new under-cabinet LED lights and a ceiling pendant in the kitchen -- life changing -- so bright! And the peace of mind in knowing that the job was done right.

These guys are great. I had them install a Nest doorbell and outdoor camera. They were extremely respectful of my home and everything was done professionally and cleanly. Pricing was reasonable too.

Penco electric got the work done very quickly! I had two electrical meters converted to one. Awesome job

This guy took really good care of an outlet in my kitchen - very professional and informational.

I was having my new office fitted out and at the last minute realized I had not arranged for an electrician to connect the desks cable to the main outlet (a 1 hour job).  After calling around I was struggling to find anyone that could do same day.  After contacting Mr Mighty Electric, they had an electrician on site within 3 hours and he completed the work efficiently and effectively.  The gent was polite, organised and cleaned up spotlessly.  I paid for the time he was here, so considering it was last minute, I was extremely happy.

Chris runs a great business that really fills a need in Chicago. We needed one wall painted, and when I contacted painters they seemed put off by the small size of the job and gave me lofty quotes. Chris specializes in smaller jobs, so his quote was much more reasonable. He had availability really soon, and he brought every single supply other than the paint which I already owned. Most importantly, the project turned out awesome. I'd use Chris again in a heartbeat!

Very fair pricing and prompt, efficient service.  The owner, Tom Peck, is great to deal with.  He does a great job in a fast and efficient manner.

Garbage. Made appointment, technician didn't show. They pushed the time back 3 hours and the technician didn't show. I had to contact customer service to cancel the appointment. No outreach, no explanation, nothing. Do not use.

Mike and his crew ALWAYS do an outstanding job.  I would recommend them anytime.

We had a horrible experience with Duplex. We hired them to install a chandelier in our home in La Grange. They came out ahead of time to see the infrastructure and told me that it would be no problem. When they came for the actual installation, their tune immediately changed. All of a sudden, it was incredibly heavy and the most complicated fixture they had ever installed. They went back to get more equipment and charged me for all that time. When they finally did install it, it looked horrible and they left the electric wires flapping and made no effort to conceal them because they instructions did not say that. We had to throw the fixture in the garbage and buy a new one after they charged us $980!!! They charged us more than cost of the fixture! The new electrician who installed the second fixture only charged us $250 (inclusive of removing the old one) and said that it wasn't that heavy. Be careful with these guys. We got completely taken.

We have been researching for a reputable electrician and somehow stumbled upon Art's review in Facebook and then Google. We told ourselves, he must be really good with all the positive review he's got on both site.
All the reviews were accurate.  He came out very professional and yet friendly. He offered very competitive price so we decided to hire him for our project.  
We cannot be thankful enough for the job well done, definitely exceeded our expectations.  We didn't even know he was there as he cleaned up before he left. Will definitely hire him again for our next project.

We made an appointment for an estimate and nobody showed up. I called and only received voicemail and nobody returned my calls. Based upon other more positive reviews, I was disappointed in the unprofessional treatment.

An electrical outlet blew and burned a hole in our sofa.  A to Z made an appointment for the same afternoon (the afternoon before July 4th, came promptly, and fixed the outlet in a very short time.  Couldn't be better!
