Norh R is great! He is friendly and very patient with questions. I would have asked him over half a dozen questions on his first visit on various projects I needed for my house. He helped me wire a secondary internet service at home and install a chandelier and will be my go to for any electrical work at home. He provides very practical solutions and alternatives that you should not even consider for projects at home. I found him very reasonably priced and pleasant to work with.

I want to give a review to Adrian Electrical as one of the most professional electrical contractors in the Western Suburbs.  Frank accommodated us with a last minute request.  He was very prompt and knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and professional.  They are a bonded, licensed and insured company that I can give my highest recommendation!

Mr. Dosie came out to a rental unit within 15 minutes of my phone call.  Upon arrival at the unit he called me to state that he was starting work.  Upon finishing, he called and explained the issue in detail, answering all of my questions.  Mr. Dosie was incredibly professional, and reasonably priced compared to other electricians I've used in the area.  He took my credit card information over the phone, and emailed me a receipt.  I highly recommend using Dosie Electric Service.

We have a new go-to electrician. Mike is extremely responsive and detailed in his communications. He agreed to help install a new light switch for my elderly aunts. (It turns out, they are neighbors!) Unbeknownst to me, a caregiver fixed the light before Mike even got there for the appointment. Instead of being annoyed, he double-checked the work and made a change to make sure it was safe. He did not take any money from my aunts, and instead gave them a card and reassured them if they had questions or problems, they could call him. Kind, honest, conscientious and detail-oriented. Thank you, Mike!!

Penco has been a great service. I've utilized them for some small jobs and they have been great in terms of pricing and they use a modern paperless invoice and payment system to simplify the process.

I was recommended to Duplex for my home electrical needs by a long-time friend who is an industrial electrician as the company my friend uses for his home needs. Greg and Steve at Duplex where terrific and fixed my complicated electrical issues in my old home.  I was impressed with their practical approach, as they explained what was needed for life safety and what was an optional fix if I wanted to save money.  They truly understand their craft and put customers first.  They are also extremely reliable with scheduling, which can be rare in the repair and maintenance industry. We had Art came out last minute to fix our electrical problem with our furnace.  He was able to get our furnace back up and running within 30 minutes.  An honest and affordable electrician.  Highly recommended.

We made an appointment for an estimate and nobody showed up. I called and only received voicemail and nobody returned my calls. Based upon other more positive reviews, I was disappointed in the unprofessional treatment.

When we needed to have electrical work done on our home, it was easy to decide to contact A to Z since we have used them successfully in the past. We provided a list of necessary work and we reviewed it with A to Z. They went over the list with us when they completed the job. The charge was fair. Workers came on time and did the work in a professional and timely manner. They advised us that repairing something we thought necessary wasn't necessary at all.
I would definitely recommend working with this company. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They were available after the job to address any concerns.
