Nice service call. I work nights so, it's very difficult to get anything done. My dryer wasn't heating so, I called and talked to John. He said that he could come out Monday and I told him that was difficult because of my schedule. He said that he could come out Saturday between 11:00 and noon ( I called at 5:00 P.M. Friday) He replaced the igniter. Problem solved. Thanks for the prompt service!

Keith quoted me a great price and installed my 3 ceiling fans the next day. I will definitely use his services again.

Frank and his crew did a great job for us, they replaced the main panel and also took on a complex rewire and changing electric components of a spa. That ended up being a big project requiring contact with the manufacturers as all components had to be replaced with new ones that didn't match the originals. Frank went above and beyond what was required of him and did a thorough and professional job on all the work and his price was very reasonable. Frank is a very good person to work with and we will be using him for any future projects.

Joe and his team did an amazing job with a comprehensive renovation of the entire first floor of our condo, including the kitchen, all flooring, lighting, fireplace, pantry and half bath.

The quality of the work performed and value provided was top notch. It was very apparent that all of Joe's employees take a great deal of pride in their work and I felt that they genuinely cared about doing great work for my family.

We couldn't be happier with the result and we look forward to working with Joe and team on several other big projects around our condo. Most highly recommended.

My work hired NNY Electrical Services for our electrical needs. The electrician we had the pleasure of working with was Ninos.  Ninos has done several jobs for us at this point, and we have never been anything but extremely satisfied with his services.  Besides being super nice, reliable and a perfectionist (good traits for an electrician to have!), the prices for the jobs were very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Ninos.

JMR completed my project quickly and on budget. The team was flexible and worked with my schedule. They clearly communicated what was needed to complete my project and kept me up to date.

Jaime was amazing. Great communication, great rates, and everything was fixed so easily. He even went the extra mile and fixed a light for us as well.  Wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Needed an appointment to fix some electric in my garage... contacted Fail Safe who suggested a time and said they'd put it on the schedule. I rearranged my morning schedule to accommodate and waited. And waited. And waited. After an hour and 15 minutes of a no show and no communication whatsoever, I emailed and told them not to bother. No response.

Oh, and this was the second time they ghosted me without communication.

Mixed thoughts.

Started out on the right foot...I needed an electrician to check out my smoke/CO2 detectors as they were on the fritz and randomly going off - not cool. JD Pro (Dominik) was the first to respond to my Yelp RFQ, always a good sign IMO.

On the day of the job, Dominik was punctual, professional and we agreed that replacing all 6 detectors was the safe bet. We got to talking and I told him I was thinking about having some other electrical work done - projects that would be significantly more profitable for him.

Then I got the estimates and an invoice back from Dominik. This is where things took a different turn. His estimates for the other projects seemed on par, BUT then I noticed he had charged me over $500 for simply replacing 6 smoke detectors. I get the cost of goods aspect and flat service fee, but did it really cost me over $220 in additional labor for him to simply click in the new detectors? I could have connected them myself in under 5 mins. Lesson learned.  

The saddest thing is Dominik apparently didn't have the foresight to realize he could have made a lot more $$$ if he would have been reasonable on the simple project. Oh well, I still wish him all the best.

I had an outlet making noises that I knew were not right and that it was an urgent situation. I shut off my power and called a bunch of electricians who were too busy. I called Big City Plug and James answered and was over in about 90 minutes. He fixed me right up and I'm having him back to check all my outlets. He's fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. So glad I found him!

I contacted Adam Hadib with A1-Services.  He answered his phone, no voicemail. He asked for photos of the work we needed done, then he sent me back his reasonable quote.

He was able to come out the next day to install our shower door. (He was booked up all week after Sunday).

He did a wonderful job! He was very personable; kind;considerate, & honest.

We will definitely call him again if needed.

Call Adam first before you call anyone else !

Tim was awesome. He came and installed my smart switches. Very professional. And answered all my questions. I will definitely be reaching out to Tim in the near future for all my Electrical projects.

I used JD pro to have lights installed in the basement as part of a remodeling project. It turned out beautiful. They did a great job, were on time and gave me a reasonable price. At the same time, they fixed an electrical breaker. I would hire them again.

They probably nice people having a bad day, but I called just to get some info and got hung up on twice. The first time I was hung up on soon as I finished my question. Then I thought the phone might have just messed up, no biggie. I call back get immediately put on hold and 90 seconds in it picks up and I get hung up on again. Not trying to be a bother, just was interested in your services and prices.
