Our AC went out soon after buying our home in the summer of 2016.  We remembered seeing a J & J sticker on our washer so we decided to give him a call.  John was there the same day to fix it.  He also cleaned it for us without even asking.  When we had an issue yesterday with our wiring, he was the first to come to mind after having such a great experience previously.  He was able to get out to us the next morning and fixed our problem.  John has made us happy once again!  We really appreciate that John takes the time to explain what the issue is and his rates are fair.  We will definitely continue to call J & J Repair for any of our future needs and I would recommend them to anyone.

I will be eternally grateful to Keith and his awesome partner for coming to our rescue on very short notice.  We recently found ourselves in a predicament with a horrible contractor we hired to finish our basement.  I called Keith in a panic and asked him when the soonest was that he could come look at our electric in our basement.  He came out with his partner in record time, and upon looking at the basement, he determined that the electrical that was installed was a complete mess - the wiring was wrong in every fixture (we have 20 can lights and 16 outlets on the wall!!) and the wiring from the main panel to the subpanel was incorrect, which would have caused our A/C to overload.  Keith and his partner immediately figured out what all the problems were and got to work, fixing it all and leaving us with a beautifully lit basement.  Not only were they both completely efficient, but they were very thorough and knowledgeable about how to precisely configure the wiring to ensure our safety in our home.  As they were close to finishing the job, Keith made a special trip to Home Depot to get more wiring and the correct breaker to fix the mess the other contractor made of our electrical in the main fuse box.  I'm sure this would have cost us much more money than what he quoted us at, but Keith didn't charge us more than what he originally estimated.  We cannot thank Keith and his partner enough for a job very well done!  I can finally have peace of mind in knowing that my house is not going to burn down, and we owe it all to Keith and his partner!  I highly recommend Enigma and I will be referring Keith to any friends or family members looking to have work done.  His knowledge, experience, and professionalism is top notch, and we couldn't be happier with his performance.

Frank is incredibly accommodating, kind and helpful. He has done so many projects for us and his rates were  always considerably better than anyone else. Frank is one of the most trustworthy people I know and a real gem to have in your home. I can not recommend Frank highly enough.

Great handyman work. I called morning of and Joe was able to come out a few hours later. Fixed multiple issues from electrical, plumbing and misc items I didn't want to do. Very knowledgeable in all areas and I would highly recommend.

The only regret was I didn't call sooner!

Last Saturday i called because our electric dryer was creating a sparking in our breaker panel. Called around 10ish, Louis called back 15 minutes after i left a message. He was out very promptly after and showed me 1st hand what had happened. Long story short i needed a new breaker panel. They took care of everything, pulled permits, called with updates, arrived on time, very polite, cleaned up their work spotless, i have no complaints.

Today (9-24-19) 2 technicians (Bennie and Ryan) arrived right at 730am as promised with my new panel and wire to run to my microwave. They worked relentlessly ripping out and replacing my new breaker panel. Mine is inside my wall flush with my drywall. New panel was larger. They cut drywall, redid some piping coming into the box, ran new wire. And cleaned everything up to the point that i barely knew they were even here. Kept me posted as they went along, joking around with my wife and I. It just made for a very pleasant experience all around. Your crew i had today went above and beyond and traced and labeled everything also, old wasnt labeled. And i was NOT looking forward to doing it myself.

I too work in the skilled trades, so i know how some employees are... its always hit or miss with companies and their workers. Not these guys though! From my original call, to the completion and final payment of the work, every person i interacted with was very professional, very helpful, respectful And courteous. They seriously made the whole dilemma so painless. Really goes to show a lot for a company and your employees. I DEFINITELY will be reccomendding you to my friends and other customer of my industry that need an electrician.

Dominik and his team did a great job for us and I'd highly recommend them for similar projects (we had two new recessed cans installed over our shower and a bathroom light fixture installed). James did an awesome job helping me figure out my door bell situation. He was very responsive to my messages. He's super knowledgeable and friendly. He was even able to explain to me the mechanism of how all the wires could work (because my doorbell had 12+ wires too it instead of the standard 3) in simpler terms. Overall, I would highly recommend him. Thank you!

These guys respond quickly and do the job right.  I've been using them for 3-4 years.

They probably nice people having a bad day, but I called just to get some info and got hung up on twice. The first time I was hung up on soon as I finished my question. Then I thought the phone might have just messed up, no biggie. I call back get immediately put on hold and 90 seconds in it picks up and I get hung up on again. Not trying to be a bother, just was interested in your services and prices.
