I have to agree with the other two reviews.  Dion was highly recommended by a good friend of mine.  I called and the very next day he came and quickly resolved my issue.  His professionalism was outstanding.  I will be calling him again in a couple weeks.  I highly recommend Dion.  Well done Dion, Thank you.

The epitome of customer service.  Frank Perlongo is good, no great, and performs work as though it was being performed on his own home.

John is phenomenal! He came out for a consultation to replace lighting above my kitchen island and was very friendly. He explained a few options and we decided on a plan of action.  Today he came to install the lights. The cost was exactly what he estimated, and he even threw in a few lightbulbs!  John workd quickly and was very clean. No mess! Please call him for all of your electrical needs.

Super friendly, fast with the time window. The price was cheap. Highly recommend. I did see that they some times will move pieces to fix them, may not be good for inspections.

Called on a Friday afternoon and they showed up a couple hours later. They corrected violations caught by a house inspector. Price was very fair. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

My new home was in need of a ton of new lighting and electrical work. When Jonathan came out to give his estimate, I knew he was the right guy for the job for many reasons. He was communicative, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I had a pretty clear vision for what I wanted, so he listened and made sure he understood every detail to get the project done right. There were also a few areas where I was uncertain and he provided me with some really awesome options that ended turning out even better than I could have imagined. Jonathan is a real pro and he will definitely be my go-to for any electrical needs.

Our Generac whole house generator failed to come on during a multi-hour power outage on a Sunday morning. The Generac support line recommended AL Electric as the closest dealer. Andrey picked up the phone after two rings, came out within an hour, and had our generator running within 2 minutes. (The generator had an error code that required dealer service.) His charge for an emergency visit on a Sunday morning was very reasonable and he will be coming back later in the week to do full maintenance on the unit. As the Generac support person said, you need to have a dealer do maintenance on it yearly so AL Electric will be our regular service. Andrey is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our Condo building uses ABS Electric for our common area electrical repairs and equipment replacement.  Have not had a job they could not do.
My wife and I had used them in the past in our condo unit for a chandelier move and adding a couple of dimmer switches.  All went well.
Today we used them to add two ceiling can lights with dimmer switches and rough out a wall in our bedroom so we could add an electric fireplace.  More work then I imagined but they tackled the job of moving conduit pipes that where there, adding a junction box and another  two outlets. Brian and Jason were on time, worked hard, did a couple of great installations and left the area neat and clean.I thought the price was fair. I feel comfortable recommending ABS Electric to my condo neighbors.

It's been a couple of weeks since Tom brought me light, and I'd be remiss if I didn't formally thank him and Dawn.  I had reached out to three different providers, but InTown gave the most straighforward answers to my questions.  Not to mention, the hospitality Dawn provided over the phone...I'm all about patience and detail in customer service.
My appointment was set for early September, but I got a surprise call in mid-August offering a visit that day.   Great!  I hadn't had anyone in my home for many months (Covid fears), but Tom showed up in full protective gear.
Financially, I was prepared for the worst, but the final bill seemed like an illusion.  Wow.  Tom came in for one particular task, but listened to me, and provided so much more.  
I said my one disappointment was that he couldn't tune my piano.
So...pardon the essay...I just hadn't expected to be this grateful, and wanted to share my appreciation.

Very unprofessional and questionable business practices.  Overpriced cash grab for 2 minutes of work and less than 10 minutes total between pulling into my driveway and leaving, taking advantage of someone selling a home.

PES was asked to come essentially remove one screw and charged $175.  Robert left our home without providing a receipt and then five days later, reached back out saying he realized that more work was needed which would be an additional $775.  This was a simple job within a town he is supposedly familiar with that he was happy to do, collect payment on, and leave.  Either he was incompetent enough to not realize what needed to be done when he was standing in front of a sub panel or he was looking to further try and take advantage of us.  Regardless of which is accurate, I would never have them back in my home working on anything.

Unfortunately, their lack of professionalism does not end there but instead extends to a receipt ultimately being produced that states something to the effect of my work doesn't satisfy the inspection report.  This man was never  shown an inspection report or any other documentation for that matter.  He also proceeded to reply to another negative review posted by my wife in which he fabricated a quote to paint her in a negative light.

I have absolutely no respect for anyone who runs a business this way and even if I could give a zero star review, it would be too generous.

Excellent electrician, Sal came to my Condo on a Saturday, he was punctual. He changed 5 outlets to GFCIs in the kitchen, he work on 3 additional outlets in the bedroom and he also installed an outlet for an over the range microwave. He is knowledgeable and responsive. The next day, I had another electrical issue and he was able to come to fix it in less than a hour.  He did an great job at a reasonable rate. Definitely someone you can trust.  I recommend Sonar Electrical.

My bf and I used Corrigan and Freres for whole house rewiring, replacing  the electric panel, adding outlets, adding a ceiling fan, etc.  They did a great job!  Mike Corrigan, the owner, gave us clear quotes that allowed us to pick and choose what we wanted done.  He got the permit for the work and it passed inspection.  Ron and Oliver were our electricians, who each have decades of experience.  Their work was neat and done in a timely manner.  My boyfriend works from home, so scheduling wasn't a problem for us.    We recommend Corrigan and Freres.   :-)

Front porch lights were flickering when power was off when using LED bulbs in the sockets. Called Jaime at ShockTech2 and he was willing to come out the same day with no upcharge. I decided to have him come out the next day. He and his assistant George came out and replaced the timer switch, which was old and incompatible with the LED lights. They did it in a very short time at a very reasonable price and did a great job. Very nice, and honest people. I would definitely use them again for my electrical services.

Don is a bit slow on the draw, and forgets to follow-up at times.  He is climbing up in his years, and I think should be about ready to retire, but despite his occasional forgettfulness, he is a great guy, down-to-earth, and knows his electrical buisness.  He is fair and guarantees his work.  I highly recommend Don Carmen Electric

Needed 3 dimmer switches installed - $30 total.  Didn't charge by hour (most electricians I called wanted $125/hour.  They just cut me a fair deal and even picked up the parts I needed for lower price better than Home Depot was charging.  These guys were great, highly recommend.  Great Value.

Our electric kept going out and it wasn't due to a circuit breaker issue on the main box inside the house.  We thought it had to be ComEd and they came out and said it wasn't them.  I talked to a couple electricians that said it was likely some bad wiring inside the house.  Through a referral, I talked to Mike and CM Electric and he asked a few questions then had a list of a few things it would be.  Vlad came out and diagnosed that I had a bad main breaker on the outside of the house that was probably 40 years old.  Vlad was sharp as well and he got a new breaker and was back the next day for the repair.  This was beyond the normal repair issue and they were able to figure it out quickly and get it resolved.  Definitely would use them again.

Brian was extremely polite, honest, and very efficient. He fixed the electrical problem I had going on without breaking a sweat! Will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future if any services are needed!! Thanks again Brian!

Could not say enough great things about Milan at MD Advanced Electric. Hired him to hardwire my pool pump. I kept getting delays in my pool install, and Milan was super flexible. The day he came out to do the work, it was well over 100 degrees with the heat index. Milan got all the work done quickly, and even took the time to show me that all the safety aspects of the install were working.

Would absolutely hire again!

The pricing is confusing. I was charged an $89 fee to show up which I understood as what would typically be the diagnostic fee and then $125/hr. The guy was here for 20 min, could not actually do the repair, and needed to go do research to see if the parts were available to do the work and I am left with a $214 bill. As an architect who works with construction people on a daily bases, this is not how I have ever seen someone do business. I would say to make sure that they have the capability to do the job and get everything in writing beforehand.
