At AZ Electrical Company, we pride ourselves on high quality craftsmanship, ethical treatment of customers and getting it done right the first time. We perform a wide variety of electrical services, from installations and additions to upgrades and repairs. We also perform low voltage installations such as audio/video, networking, telephone, television/antenna, security cameras, etc.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
I got started in the building trades while working for my dad's construction company in the early 90's. I became more and more interested in electricity constantly learning and improving my skills. Eventually I was doing the electrical installations for all his building projects. I moved to Illinois in 2002 and at that point went into business for myself. I continue to enjoy what I do and that shapes my attitude when dealing with clients. I believe the Golden Rule applies in business just the same as in personal life. Treat your customers as you would like to be treated. I reside in Glendale Heights with my wife and two daughters.

I need a wired patio motion detector light replaced. I reached out to AZ Electrical and others with a Request a Quote. Art responded quickly with a competitive price.
When I hired him, I actually hadn't recalled that I'd hired him previously. Eep.
Things went great. He texted with an ETA about 30 minutes before arriving, which is appreciated. He took down the old light, installed the new one, and tested it for me. He offered to throw out the old light )not necessary, but nice).

We were very happy with Wright Way's service. Samuel and Daniel made sure to get a walkthrough of our house and check on all the vents before starting the job. They were efficient and thorough. We are confident our house is MUCH cleaner as a result!
I called and spoke with a man who was not able to come to my home to view the project and provide a quote because he didn't have the time to do so, he wanted me to send photos and/or video to him. Other than that he was polite and offered some suggestions over the phone.
Art was great! I'm a little bit...annoying...and Art was kind enough to let me look over his shoulder as he fixed the things I had messed up. He explained how I should have changed the outlet, giving me a hard time, which I deserved, and made it a point to ask about our smoke detectors and how often we changed them. He's was honest and open and direct and fair.
With respect to responsiveness, I had screwed up our refrigerator outlet and had an extension cord running through the house, so I needed help sooner rather than later, and Art came the next day. He was about $10 more than others who couldn't come for a week, but I feel it was absolutely worth it given his knowledge and honesty.
The next time I screw my electrical up, or want to avoid doing that, I'm calling Art.
We have been researching for a reputable electrician and somehow stumbled upon Art's review in Facebook and then Google. We told ourselves, he must be really good with all the positive review he's got on both site.
All the reviews were accurate. He came out very professional and yet friendly. He offered very competitive price so we decided to hire him for our project.
We cannot be thankful enough for the job well done, definitely exceeded our expectations. We didn't even know he was there as he cleaned up before he left. Will definitely hire him again for our next project.

I highly recommend Art for all your electrical needs. His quick response, professionalism and fair prices make him my new number one. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, knowing that he will show up on time and working efficiently to keep the price down, I can't think of a single reason to use anyone else.
Art at AZ is a pleasure to work with. We've had two issues. The first was that we needed an attic exhaust fan installed. The second, a few months later, involved losing power to part of a room.
On both projects, he gave us quotes that matched the final price and that were very reasonable. He also great doing both projects on a semi-emergency basis. For the first, we had just moved into the house only to discover that the second floor had major problems in the summer. On one of the hottest days of the year, he was working in our attic. On the second, I contacted him early in the evening. He walked me through some of the basic trouble-shooting to make sure we really needed his services and when that didn't work, came out the next day.
Both times, the work was first class.

AZ Electrical Co was one of the most professional contractors that we have used. Incredibly knowledgeable, competitive prices, services completed on time and always exceeded our expectations for multiple projects. We highly recommend AZ Electrical Co for any type of electrical work and will always use them in our home for any project.
AZ Electrical Co completed extensive electrical work in our bedroom and bathroom. AZ identified poor electrical wiring or bathroom and made repair to ensure that the wiring was safe. AZ also installed a very large and heavy chandelier with a very long chain, which now hangs down from our 25 ft. ceiling. AZ Electrical did a complete rewire of the electrical in our basement bedroom and has also installed numerous lights and ceiling fans.

AZ Electrical is an outstanding company to do business with. They came out to install a TV antenna at my home a while back. AZ provided a fair price for the standard installation, however, the installation was anything but standard. Being an older home and far from the Chicago tv transmitters there was some hurdles to overcome. But AZ Electrical did the work for the price quoted (except for additional parts) even though they spent more than twice the time allocated for such a job. You don't find such character in company's these day. They are definitely recommended.
Art did a great job installing my new ceiling fan. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend!
Art was quick to respond, great with communication, I had a variety of issues that warranted a variety of solutions and he handled them all professionally and efficiently; we are happy with the motion detector master closet light, our new properly functioning master bath light switch, and he advised us on better outside light replacements on our garage that no longer worked and installed them same day. Highly recommend!

Art worked on several projects in our house. We would ask him any time again. He is very professional, takes good care of everything. He installed a new washing machine, added a 250V outlet and a new receiver for our ceiling van (which was really high up). He always gave us an appointment very quickly. I can really recommend him.
I had a couple of fans put in and light fixtures for both bathrooms.
When I called for an estimate he got back to me right away. They did a great job and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them.

Art came by on a Friday afternoon to troubleshoot a room that had lost power. He was willing to squeeze us in last minute when other places told me they could only do Monday. He found the short and had it all fixed within an hour and charged exactly what he quoted. We will definitely be calling him if we need work done in the future.
Art was great to work with - even came back out the same day because I originally purchased the wrong ceiling fan!
Art replaced four of my lamp posts outside and found a dead switch near my patio door. He also was able to troubleshoot why I had two dead outlets near my bathroom on first floor. Turns out the wire was connected to the two other bathrooms upstairs and that the old owner had some amateur connect all the gfci outlets to one bathroom. So when one trips, all bathroom outlets are out. Art was able to explain what happened and was able to fix and rewire the outlets. Also, he found a missing switch in the power box downstairs and had to put in a spare switch for safety. This is in case someone sticks their finger in by accident and gets shocked with very high electrical voltage or current. His price was competitive for a licensed electrician. He also has an amusing personality. Maybe he's a comedian?
Art did a wonderful job converting a hardwire connection to an electrical plug. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job for a fair price. I would definitely recommend AZ Electrical and will use them again.

Ran into problem Thur night, lost power on one floor. Called several places Art was only one who answered at 8pm at night. Came out next day, fixed problem at fair price. Highly recommended, he was prompt, polite and knew his stuff. Was great with 2 little kids running around. Highly recommend and will be my go to person for electrical needs. Thanks Art.
We had Art came out last minute to fix our electrical problem with our furnace. He was able to get our furnace back up and running within 30 minutes. An honest and affordable electrician. Highly recommended.

Art was awesome! He did a great job installing some ceiling fans in our house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable . His prices are very fair. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician. I for sure would hire Art again for any electrical work!
Art from AZ Electrical came to my home to replace a hallway light, a porch light, change out a broken switch, as well as remove a broken lamppost in my back yard. Art was quick to respond to my request, and we set up an appointment for him to come to my home to view the work to be done and to give me a cost estimate. His pricing was fair, and he was awarded the job, which took place only a few days later. Art was professional and very knowledgeable in his craft. He was proficient and was meticulous in making sure the job was done correctly, exceeding my expectations. For all of my future electrical needs, I will be calling AZ Electrical.
I am moving from the area and with packing/donating items, etc. needed an electrician to help with a thermostat in my home before the house could be available for rent. I reached out and was contacted immediately by Art from AZ Electrical. He was very professional and was able to give me an estimate of the cost I could expect when he arrived and soon we had a date/time arranged within the week that worked with my busy schedule. He called the day before to confirm the appointment which was fabulous! He arrived promptly, as expected, and was courteous, knew exactly what needed to be done with the thermostat and cleaned up thoroughly after himself. No change or price gouging when the service call was over. I am totally satisfied and would definitely recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors and will be using his services again should the need arise.
