Eagle Eye Electric replied to my service request under an hour even though his response time is within 4 hours. I received many replies on Yelp for my request but he had the most reasonable price for my request. He came in same day and fixed my issue under half an hour. Very satisfied customer and I'd definitely refer all my friends and family to him when in need of a reliable and most importantly honest electrician.

I contacted Danny to do some work on a fixer we just purchased. We had a new tile shower installed, but didn't know we would have drywall repairs to go along with it. Danny came out in a few days and took care of everything we needed. He is such a nice guy, responsive, on time, and super clean. And his quality of work is excellent. We have much more work to do in the house and we will surely be contacting Danny. Thanks, Danny!

Artin is absolutely fabulous. I've been working with him for the past few months and he's gone above and beyond. He values honesty and safety, which is incredibly reassuring when working with any tradesman but especially an electrician. He was kind, professional and willing to troubleshoot in order to find solutions. Artin completed a number of jobs such as installing a Tesla charger, several light fixtures, and made the necessary changes to have a water fountain and electric/induction range installed. He was always willing to answer my questions and never made me feel dumb for asking. An underrated quality for sure! I'll be calling Artin any time I need help with electrical work around the house.

Mediocre work + dishonesty = not recommended

Last month we had Ted from the Response team install a bathroom ventilation fan. He charged $250 labor and & $134 parts. What we got is a fan that is not properly sealed around the edges--causing moisture to leak into the attic, and a loose grill that is always at the risk of falling down. This is all because Ted didn't bother to modify the opening in the ceiling dry wall. See picture.

Normally we would call Ted and ask him to come back and fix it. But we can't, because Ted also overcharged us for the parts. We asked him to purchase a $134 fan at Home Depot. But once at the store, he called to say that another unit was more suitable. We agreed, but at the end he still charged us $134. A later online search revealed that Home Depot's price for the unit he bought is $89, not $134. Ted pocketed the difference. Would you ask such a handyman back?

Innocent mistake? I don't think so. When I later ask for the receipt through texting (which I should have done before he left, my bad), Ted first responded evasively, then went silent.

In short, exercise extreme caution when dealing with the Response Team. Or better yet, don't deal with them at all!

Two good looking Middle Eastern dudes came rolling in within a 1/2 hour. They were on time and clean and polite and not too much cologne. They were attentive. And they took their time and figured out my problems. I would definitely repeat.

Jason is our new go to guy for all things electrical.  He is knowledgeable, reliable, responsive and just all around a great asset for our business and our home fixes.  He bailed us out of an emergency situation for our business and has been our electrical guy ever since.  Jason and his team are who you want to call.

After having dealt with another electrical contractor  that showed up completely unprepared to do any work, I called Blue Moon Electrical Culver City.  Electrician Mena came to our home, installed a new breaker in our main electric panel, grounded two electrical boxes in the master bathroom and replaced two GCFI plugs in about an hour.  Mena showed up with everything he needed and worked quickly.  The price for the work was reasonable and I appreciated his professionalism.

Freakin Awesome! Extra Stars!!!! Jeff and his crew, especially Kwan & Evan who worked tireless without any complaint as our office building to install two charging stations. The job is very challenging they work from 9am to 5pm the first day and 7am to 8:10pm the next day to finish! Wow, can you say they love what they do and they know how to get the job done right!!! Their positivity, can do attitude got it done and done beyond our expectations!  We got three bids from other so car EV Charger Professionals and they were better in all areas, especially their experience level is unmatched that put them over the top. My partner and I wanted this project done right and they did it even better than we had originally planned.

And as a side, we have work with other electricians too for our office, but these guys are a cut above the rest! Their attention to detail and pride in their work really shows! Thank you again to everyone at your company and know we'll be promoting you guys to all our friends and clients! Cheers Cheers! Now our office building is so much more better!!!

We had two light fixtures that needed to be updated in our old 1930's apartment, and I wasn't about to mess with the old wiring myself.  Enter Lonny and his assistant, who came in and replaced both in no time flat.  They were patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain to us what they had to do and some other potential things to consider updating in the apartment.  On top of that, for our simple problem, the cost was reasonably priced.  It's reassuring to know that we have someone to call next time we have a problem.

I asked for a quote via yelp and instantly got a quote and was given an appointment same day.  Nick came over to fix our refrigerator.  He was polite, on time, thorough, and the fridge is now working well.   Will call them again if I need any of my appliances fixed!

Excellent service! Came out to review work that needed to be done and gave a fair estimate, but also walked me through the various requirements and whether or not my idea would work. I had them install a WiFi switch, a wall mounted tablet, Ring floodlight (wired) and external outlet. Job took less than 3 hours and everything looks great and is working perfectly. Will definitely use again!
