I called Rigo at 8am and he showed up 30 min later to take a look at our panel! He did a fantastic job upgrading our 100 amp to 200 amp, and I am happy to say that I was extremely happy with his services. Not only was he prompt and professional, but he was also very knowledgeable. They completed the job in a timely manner and provided me with a lot of helpful information on how to maintain the electrical work in my home.

What impressed me the most, however, was how friendly and personable the electrician was. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was very patient with me throughout the process.

Overall, I would highly recommend this electrician to anyone in need of electrical services. Their outstanding work, combined with their expertise, professionalism, and personable nature truly sets them apart from others in their field.

Called Rigo twice now to help me out with installing new lights. The first time he bailed me out of a job I was doing at my house myself. I got stuck in the middle of the job and couldn't figure out how to proceed. Then I found his number and he got it done for me instantly.

Today he came and installed recessed lighting for me, talking me through some options and working until the job was finished to get it done in one day.

A true gem of a person who was willing to go above and beyond to make sure the problem is fixed. He was punctual, sincere and quoted the industry standard rates.
The best part of it was, I just randomnly called him and he was at my place on time.

He gave me a confidence that I could trust him, and even though we had just met for the first time, so that I could run some errands, while he continued to work all alone..

Rigo did a great job rewriting our old garage. We opted to have a sub panel installed for future upgrades and are very happy with his work.
Our 1920s wiring with fabric mesh was an accident waiting to happen.
He upgraded our light to LEDs, so our space is nice and bright now.
Very reasonable pricing and professional installation. Wiring is clean and our of the way. He even added a couple more outlets  than originally discussed at our later request.
Will definitely use him again in the future for our electrical needs.

Same day appointment made, same day repairs completed! I had a unit that was ready to be rented and couple of the outlets needed ground and one needed to be replaced. I called Castillo's Electric early evening to see if he would be able to come and take care of the repairs and he said yes I will be there soon. He was on time and very quick with the repairs. Considering one of the outlets challenged him a bit but he figured it out and completed my job.

Rigo was the only company that responded back to me quickly. We set up an appointment next day and he was on time, great and knowledgeable, also I felt comfortable with him that I agree to have him help with my electrical problem.  

He was able to fix my door bell issue, which was a transformer issue.  The next thing I ask him to help was to install two new outdoor outlets, which he was able to do and work very well.  

I am glad that I met him and will keep his contact for future projects and recommendations to my family and friends.

Great, friendly, fast, efficient service. Rigo is originally from Honduras and his dad had taught him electrical work since he was 16. He's been doing it for 12 years. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. In the process of getting his license, but he knows how to do the work properly, and for a decent price--compared to the other companies that are charging an arm and a leg (ie $1,000+). To give you an idea, he had to crawl underneath the house, and worked on the electrical wiring for a Tesla wall charger for about 2.5 hours, about 15ft from electrical panel, and it costed me less than $600. He gave me a decent deal so don't expect these same prices, but just in the ball park area. He had additional supplies, so he charged me a bit less.

He came by, assessed the area, went to Home Depot to get the supplies needed, and got to work right away. Communication was easy with Rigo over text. He's very friendly and approachable. He also made sure I was content with the set up and ensure that it was working properly before leaving the premises.

I told him I'd be leaving him a great review. He's pretty backed up with business, so I had overheard his phone conversation with another potential client, who hesitated to get his service because he wasn't licensed yet. I understand the importance of licensure and liability issues. But, if you don't care about that, want a decent job for decent price with friendly, efficient service, go with this company! He'll get his official license eventually .

Rigo (of Castillo Electric) was so helpful, reliable, and responsive. We needed help installing Ring wired floodlight cameras, and we saw he had experience doing this already based on Yelp reviews. He responded to our inquiry over Yelp right away, and unlike other businesses that wouldn't give us an estimate over email or messages, he was super prompt and transparent, so we didn't have to waste time going back and forth. He was able to come by quickly and was very punctual. He is also very friendly and easygoing, and even helped replace a light that was outside of the original quote, and was very clean and careful with reinstalling any existing hardware. We recommend him and will hire Castillo's Electric again in the future if we need any help!

We wanted extra electrical outlets in one bedrooms  as well as add wall mount power outlets for several tvs.  We asked  several electricians for estimates.  We hired Rigo because he gave us the best estimate. His prices are competitive and his work is excellent.
His response was quick as well as his appointment. He came within 2 days.  The outlets turned out perfect all of them in 3 separate rooms. He also finished an installation of a ceiling fan. He cleaned everything after the work was completed. We are extremely satisfied with his work.  

I'm definitely going to hire him for more electrical work soon.

Castillo's Electric was professional and affordable. He got the job done exactly how we wanted it and hooked up our jacuzzi to the breaker on the complete other side of the house without tearing up any concrete. He wired it under the house and come up right next to the jacuzzi! He was awesome! We will be using him again for all our electrical needs!! I absolutely recommend them!!

Our front door chime wasn't working requiring a full installation of transformer, chime box, and a ring frontdoor bell/camera. Rigobuerto was quick to respond, and in a few hours he had purchased the necessary parts from home depot, installed the components and we now have a frontdoor ring camera as well as a chime! RIGO IS THE BEST, HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!  I ordered a specialty bathroom exhaust fan online and Rigo came out to install and of course the fan was defective, he spent hours diagnosing but the fan was defective.  A 30 minute job turned into 4 hours but he didn't charge me more, then a month later he came back to install the replacement for only gas money!  Great guy, reliable, friendly, honest, I'll be using Castillo's now for my upcoming ADU addition!  Thanks Rigo!

Rigo was very responsive for a semi urgent issue where my office shed and backyard electricity was not working. He was able to put my shed AC unit on its own line on our house breaker, and get our backyard electricity working again. He also educated me on our new home's lighting timer system! Prompt professional service.  I needed an exterior dusk-to-dawn lamp replaced and Rigo came the next day to replace it. Quick and easy. Great value. Would use again.

I had no power to my downstairs outlets and lights and I called rigo and he came out in about an hour and quickly found the outlet that was shorting out and replaced it. Total time was less than an hour. His fee for trouble shooting and replacing the outlet was reasonable and only slightly above what other people wanted to charge just to come out and look so it was definitely a good deal. He will be the guy who does my electrical work in the future.

I had been constantly replacing CFL Recessed Lights in our Kitchen and Dining Room.  I finally decided to reach out and have someone replace them with LED Lights.  Rigo came out one day provided an estimate and gave me a few options to consider.  I made a choice and he said that he could do the replacement rather quickly he just needed to pickup/confirm the lights with the vendor.  Rigo did an excellent job and the new LED flush mounted lights look great and are so much more brighter than those old CFL could ever produce.  I will use Rigo again for any additional electrical jobs around our home.  Thank you!

Very reponsive. Needed to get an outdoor 220 looked at, that we used to charge our car. He came the next day and was able to take care of the issue right away at a reasonable charge. I will be keeping his # for any future electrical quotes/work.

This is my first time working with Castillo's Electric. I was very happy with the work, and Rigo, the electrician, was knowledgeable. He checked my switch for safety, and made some adjustments. He advised me on the return of the previous fan which is defective.  He also had a great suggestion for using the wood tone of the fan blades instead of the white side. This turned out to look nice. The ceiling fan looks beautiful, and works well. I'm a happy customer.

Rigo was clean, professional, and very knowledgeable in repairing the electrical short at my house. I am a retired telco repairman so I know what is required when entering a customer's house. Rigo promptly assessed the problem with my swimming pool relay circuit tripping.    It turns out that a corroded wire in my underground conduit near the pool pump was the problem. Rigo repaired the fault and installed two Ring floodlights . I highly recommend his company for your electrical needs.

I am very pleased with the work and customer service provided by Castillo Electric.  He showed up for a quote & actually did the work even though it was 5pm at night!  He was very neat & cleaned up any mess.  Don't let his youthful appearance fool you...he is very knowledgeable and does excellent work.  I will be using him for future electrical needs & referring him to friends.

Rigo was great, after calling several electricans even the ones that advertise on television and were non responsive, they talk about how reliable they are and how fast they respond to your calls well that is all lies and they are very expensive. So when I called electric castillo rigo came right away and ready to do the job. Also his prices are reasonable and he does great work. Rigo did an Excellent job on my ceiling fan! My ceiling fan needed a 3 speed replacement and needed help. So I called him and he came by the next day. He did fix and didn't took long. Rigo is a proffessional electrcian who is friendly, on time, and know what he is doing. I totally recommend him if anyone needs help in the electricity department. So I recently purchased a Jeep 4xe & needed a Level 2 charger set up since the one that comes with the car takes 16 HOURS! After searching through like 6/7 electric companies on here they all said I would need a bigger electric panel BUT this company was the only one that figured out how to do it with the same box I have now. To get a bigger box would have cost me literally thousands more! Some people have low estimates THEN hiked it up over 1k or more once we talked. I had estimates of 1,800$ - 3,500$ BUT this company without needing the box upgrade did it for 450$... I can't say thanks enough for being so fair with pricing and also making it work on my budget! They came on time, worked fast and neatly and everything is working great! I wish I had more stars to give this company. See before and after pics.

Quick, reliable and reasonably priced! Rigo was able to squeeze us in and add outlets to our bedrooms at a fraction of the price of the other competitors. He even went above and beyond by fixing a nearby broken outlet and cleaned up his mess after. 10/10 recommend.

So i had some trees removed from my house and in the process the guys cut the wiring to my pool lights.  Put in a request for an electrician to help me fix it on yelp. A few companies came out and no one really took the time to just do a repair. They all immediately wanted to tear up my concrete and run all new wires. When Rigo came he went straight into digging into the ground and finding where the wires had been cut.  Within a couple of hours Rigo had rewired the pool lights and had brand new weather proof boxes put up. No extra added drama. He just fixed the problem with no hesitation. Easy to talk too and obviously knows his craft well. I will definitely be looking for Rigo for all future electrical work around the house. I highly recommend anyone needing electric work done to give Rigo a call. He won't disappoint you. Ask him to install exhaust in the kitchen, he did not install the exhaust properly as it is not exhausting anything from the kitchen. He came back again yesterday to install the exhaust but made a fool

I hired Rigo to install multiple ceiling fans and ring cameras. He was responsive to my request and quoted me a cheaper price than others. He arrived an hour earlier than the expected time and started his work. I provided him with the ceiling fans, remotes for the fans, light switches, and ring cameras accordingly. He installed the fans and claimed that he was unable to link the remote and light switches accordingly due to the equipment not being compatible. I made the mistake of believing him and had him install the fan on my 2nd floor unsupervised. I gave him access to my attic as he worked on the ceiling fan. He completed the installation on the 2nd floor and I saw that the fan wasn't even centered to the  damn room! He claimed that he centered it to the closet and was unable to put the fan in the middle due to piping in the attic and apologized for not asking me if he should proceed due to the piping in the way. There's only one center to a rectangular room! I told him that if it wasn't going to be centered I wouldn't have authorized the installation.  I now have to hire someone to remove the fan and plug the hole he put in my ceiling. He put multiple holes into my dry wall to which he never explained to me he would do to install my ring cameras. I couldn't believe the damage he did to my house as he responded by saying he was sorry.  The project was a disaster as I expected a professional electrician but got multiple Mickey Mouse jobs around my house. I  installed the remote and light switches to the ceiling fans to see if he was full of it. Guess what, they were fully operational! As the work was being done to the fans, I saw that he stripped multiple screws on my brand new fans.  This guy will put holes into your home and dry wall without even explaining to you what additional dry wall work you'll need after he completes his job!  If I had the ability to give him a half star, I would. A hard lesson learned of You get what you pay for.

I needed a new charger installed for my Tesla model 3. Rigo was very fast to respond and provided very competitive installation rates. He was also helpful in answering my questions when I was debating between getting the Tesla wall connector or doing a NEMA 14-50 outlet. He arrived early and finished installing everything in 3 hours. Works great, would definitely recommend for all your electricity needs!
