I recently had the pleasure of using ProPower Electric for some fan and light installations and I am extremely pleased with their service. From the moment I called them, they were very responsive and accommodating, and were able to schedule a same-day appointment which was crucial for me.

The electricians arrived on time. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I was very impressed with their skills and attention to detail.

In addition to their excellent service, ProPower Electric was also very affordable. I was pleasantly surprised by their reasonable pricing, especially given the quality of their work.

Angel and his team did an excellent job on my project. I had a circuit overload they were able to split up the power to take power from the overload. Great communication , on time, got the job done in a timely manner. Fair pricing. And did a very clean job overall. I will definitely be giving them a call for an estimate for my future projects.

We needed to get a Tesla charging station installed in our garage. The team came fast and provided a quote. After agreeing to the competitive rate, I was luckily able to book next day with them. Team installed the station while I was working from home and provided me an update with pictures. I'm really happy with the service that they provided and will recommend to my friends.

I recently had Angel and his team upgrade 3 100 amp electric panels for a triplex multi-unit investment property I just purchase. This is the 2nd time I hired Angel and his team to work on electrical needs for my properties. They did a great job, worked efficiently and finished the job in a timely manner. They also installed a Tesla charging station for one of the tenants and they were very satisfied with the installation of the EV charger. I will continue to do business with Angel and his team on the next property I buy.

I needed a garbage disposal outlet in my kitchen and Angel came and gave me a reasonable price to do the job. His two electricians came the same day and completed the disposal outlet within an hour. I am impressed with their work ethic and efficiency. The electricians were focused and very professional. I'm very happy with the service I received from this company and I will definitely use them if I need any service.

Called to get estimates on a few electrical items  and a Attic fan replacement. I received  a couple of estimates and  this company is more then Fair. They were on time and wore shoe covers and very neat. They are very knowledgeable and even the owner of the company followed up with progress. Great company and highly recommended.

Initially, I thought that this company was great, however, when I had my stove delivered it didn't work because it was a bad line.    Propower did come out to diagnose what went wrong and fix it.  Later I had some trouble changing out some outlets so I called them back and had them change them out and add a dedicated line to the laundry room.  Then we found our dishwasher wasn't getting power.  So they came back out and fixed it again.   So that was TWICE that they didn't connect things properly.  I had left to go out of the country and when I returned I found that my Jacuzzi wasn't running.  I called them as I figured that since they added the laundry line in the same slot as the Jacuzzi that it must have been them.   It turns out that it was the GFI that got tripped inside a closed outdoor electrical outlet.  This could have been tripped when they were working on it but there is no way to know.   It was a simple fix that took all of 2 minutes.   After all of the work we had them do and the problems that we've had because they didn't do the work correctly, they still charged me $200.00 for a service call.  Especially because it could have been them that tripped it.   I won't be using them anymore.  Frankly, I'm a little concerned about the work they did do considering they twice didn't connect things properly.

We hired ProPower Electric to upgrade and completely relocate the panel of our 1950's home. Angel was amazing from the moment I reached out up until the moment we passed inspection. He was prompt and thorough with every reply to my many questions.

When I first reached out, I sent some photos and I was told that our panel would need to be relocated since Edison wouldn't allow it under our backyard awning. Angel quickly scheduled Edison to come out and give us a new panel spot. If I hadn't reached out to ProPower Electric, our HVAC company would've wasted our time and money by installing the panel in the wrong spot. Dodged a bullet there!

Highly recommend if you need to upgrade and/or move your electrical panel!

We did a full on reno for our newly bought home and worked with multiple people. Out of everyone we worked with, Angel was by far the most professional, personable, transparent, detail-oriented and reliable person that we hired. We didn't have a single worry about all our electrical work (panel upgrades, upgrading outlets, recessed lighting, installing electrical boxes, installing chandeliers) and truly had peace of mind working with him and his guys. Even the city inspector complimented him on his 'beautiful work'.

Good people are hard to come by these days. We'll be using Angel for every electrical need that we have in the future and recommend him to all our family and close friends. ProPower Electric is a gem!

I called Angel when my panel starting making a scary buzzing sound. He was able to come to my house right away, early in the morning. He showed up when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the issue.

He fixed the problem. I ended up upgrading my whole panel. He gave me a fair price and the work was top notch! He is reliable, punctual, and very professional!

If you are reading this review and you are in the fence, remember that good, quality labor isn't always the cheapest. You get what you pay for. In this case, the price was fair AND the quality of the work was absolutely great. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

Update: It's been a year since we used ProPower and we have had no issues! We reached out again because we wanted to add some outdoor outlets before the holidays, and Angel was super quick to respond and got his team to our house for the job. So thankful to have a reliable and responsive electrician!

Would like to thank Angel and his team for helping us to update our electrical wiring and panel in our new house. When we purchased the house, it had the original panel, horrible wiring and no electricity in the garage. Angel and his team have really helped me over the course of a few different times. 1st time they were on time they came in and did a great job with a bunch of wiring needed on the inside of my home. 2nd time as well they were nothing but professional came in and wired all the way from my panel to my garage to install a circuit for an EV charger. Angel is an absolute angel! I called this evening when half of our house's power went out and he explained the most likely issue to me and patiently waited/walked me through the process of fixing it (which I was embarrassingly bad at, so this took a lot of patience lol!). I was so stressed out because the heaters for my pets were all off and it's been so cold at night recently, but he really saved us.

The other places I called before reaching ProPower Electric either didn't pick up or said it would cost around $200 to come out just to diagnose the problem since it was after hours, but Angel literally helped us fix things over the phone and never asked for anything. He definitely didn't need to do all that for us and his generosity is much appreciated. Either way, my pets are sleeping soundly and I definitely know who to call for future electrical issues! I quoted a number of vendors for the installation of recessed lighting in our living room, and I was very glad I went with ProPower Electric. The impression was made from the very beginning: the prompt responses, short notice appointment, and arriving right on time as promised.

From there, it became even more obvious to me that we were dealing with top-notch, professional, and experienced guys who were also very kind. Angel was in charge, and he made sure everything was in order and satisfactory - even if it meant me changing my mind about the initially agreed upon 8 lights to just 6 lights, it wasn't at all a problem to them. Thomas took the lead, pivoting well and clearly presenting me with options on how to proceed with the project after a couple of curveballs. And Alvaro, to me, was the silent assassin that just got it done quicker than you can blink. An all-star team is what I saw, if you ask me.

Needless to say, I was very happy with the quality of their work and how they went about the entire experience. Their price was competitive, the model of recessed lighting that they use is of higher quality, they acknowledged safety concerns they found during the project without pushing additional services, they made sure to clean before leaving, and Angel even offered to go out of his way to come back to give me a Caséta light switch - and this is why I will happily be hiring them again, and you should too.

Made appointment with Angel and Steven ...my good friend recommended me to Angel and im glad he did...Angel was responsive and professional...also Steven was helpful and knowledgeable...once they checked on the lights that i had problems with they right away new what was the problem...they followed covid protocols and they also wore botties for their shoes...i will be getting more work from Angel because he is trustworthy and knowledgeable...thank you Angel and Steven ....highly recommended.

His team diss an excellent job at installing a bathroom exhaust fan for us.  They completed the project in timely manner and even swept the floor clean prior to leaving. We bought an old house and had to rewire the whole house and upgrade our panel.  These guys are amazing.  Very clean, percise and professional.  I dont usually do reviews unless some is absoultely awaful or absoultely amazing.  Angel and his guys were amazing.

I'm disappointed to update this review. This review is based on the on-going work with the original project. I asked ProPower to do 2 breakers for my dedicated entertainment space part of the original project but in order for them to complete their portion I had to my space ready. They were nice to wait for me and they finally came and proceed with the work. Time and time I've asked the wiring to be on 2 separate breakers and I found out that the wiring is done wrong. I need them to come back and redo the wiring so I can proceed with my project. I've been in communicating or lack thereof (since this was amazing in the beginning) and I haven't got far.

2 weeks ago, on Monday ProPower (Angel) told me they can come back either Tuesday or Wed but time went by, no call no update. I followed up on Thursday and they said they are busy from Thursday to Friday. So that week was gone by with no response nor update. I followed up on Sunday (weekend) to see if they can come on Monday and they said earliest availability is Wed and Thursday this week. It is Thursday and I'm waiting with no call nor any update yet. I expressed my frustration (via text - we've been communicating through text) but there is no reply or comment since last week. It doesn't seem like they care or have any urgency on this. This is very unprofessional, I don't know what went wrong as this wasn't the issue. I took time off to do my project and I literally just lost almost 2 weeks and now I'm going back to work next week. I was impressed with their communication and how they pride their work unlike other Electricians. I guess at this point all I can say is they're not much different than any bad ones you hired. I have treated ProPower (Angel) with respect, professionalism, and flexibility and I hope I would get the same. At this point, it seems like they're not going to call me unless I call them. Will see, it's disappointing to say the least and I regret writing the 5 star review originally. The taste is pretty sour right now.

I typically don't write Yelp reviews but this company warrants a review.  They're professionalism, response time, communcation throughout the project, and how they educate their customers was beyond reproach. They provided a plan on how they were going to resolve our electrical issues due to an outdated circuit breaker box, provided a realistic timeline, reached out to Edison to start the permit process prior to us confirming the job as that process could take several weeks. The electricians that managed the project were extremely nice and efficient.  We even ran into challenges in 2 areas and they explained what could be done to resolve the issues and provided an estimate which was affordable and made it feasible to add on to the project. I definitely have to highlight Angel.  His honesty and energy was refreshing!!!
We received estimates from several different companies and ProPower Electric, hands down, was the best choice not only for the things detailed above but they were also very reasonable with their price point.  I would highly recommend this company.

Thomas from ProPower Electric did an amazing job replacing my old ceiling exhaust fan/light with a newer one in my downstairs bathroom. It was not an easy task since it required dry wall cutting and ducting and electrical wiring work; however, Thomas was able to analyze and perform the retrofit installation effectively within an hour's work, which I am impressed with. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely be reaching out to ProPower Electric again for more future lighting projects.

These guys did everything exactly as they said they would. Installed 2 chandeliers for us. The communication was flawless, they got here exactly on time ( I mean exactly!), completed the work on time, were polite, professional, courteous, wore booties, and cleaned up after themselves. All this was really appreciated. Angel, the lead, is great. Price for chandelier install was very good. Dimmer install price was higher than others I've seen.

Angel and his team are extremely reliable, dependable, do amazing work and are very affordable. Our whole family uses this company and we recommend to everyone. We have had so many projects and Angel has done beautiful work, not only including in-home recessed lighting, but also outdoor lighting and outlets as well at my parents home. I have been using ProPower Electric for a few years. Angel & his team are AWESOME to work with. They are Professional, reliable and do quality work. I have had him install fans, new outlets (indoor, outdoor, waterproof covers), recessed lighting and outdoor lighting. They also have solutions, for example my patio light switch hard wiring was in a different area in my kitchen and he installed a Bluetooth switch so I could have a switch next to my patio door. This was a very inexpensive work around instead of opening up the wall to redirect the wiring. I am now able to use both switches! Yay!

ProPower Electric is also our primary vendor for my condominium complex working closely with our property management company. They are available for urgent calls when we have had lights out around our complex and in our underground parking structure. He services central Orange County.

Angel once again delivers and was able to come out and take a look the day after I called. Summer is here again and I have a 14-50 NEMA plug I've been ignoring to get looked at in the hotter months. The plug gets hot enough during this time to throw up a overheat warning and Angel was able to fix the issue within 20 minutes. Super satisfied and will definitely continue to consult ProPower for any electrical issues. 10/10

I think I found my electrician. I had a ceiling fan fail and lights that won't turned on and I called Angel. He was very responsive and came the same day. He was very friendly and professional. He walked me through all the problems and how to fix them. I am extremely grateful to have his services. He was very efficient and cleaned up the work area. His price was very reasonable and he clearly knows what is doing. I cannot not recommend him enough. He will be the person I call for any electrical needs.

I originally called on Angel to install a Ring camera but also had a number of electrical issues that he happily addressed. I really appreciate how he took the time investigate the issues, gave me options for each plan of action and added his recommendations. I knew exactly what the issue was and how he was going to fix it before he started the work- that shows true professionalism, integrity and extensive knowledge.  

Angel and his team arrived on time and even sent a message to let me know what time I should expect them to arrive.  They worked efficiently and effectively while being conscientious about me working from home so as not to disrupt power to my internet connection. I was impressed by the cleanliness of their work and attention to detail.
