Needed someone to come over to install a new charger for my Tesla and I'm very glad I went with Hancock! He was such a great guy to work with, we spoke over the phone and he was very straightforward and upfront about the price. He also gave me suggestions of how I could save money etc. Everything went great on the day of the project, quick and easy.
Definitely making him my electricity guy!

We recently had a bunch of odd jobs that we needed done including installing a ceiling fan, replacing a bathroom  fan and lighting fixture, and installing some external  outlets. Steve provided an estimate and his 2 guys arrived promptly ready to work- they were here for about 1/2 a day and got everything done as promised,  We will use these guys again for more jobs bc they were very professional, clean, and yoy could tell they knew what they were doing. Thx Soouthwest!!!

I wanted to wait until our permit was approved before leaving a review and it happened today.

I met Bellows through the Costco Services program when I requested a quote to replace our 30+ year old furnace and to add a/c.  Carl came around about two weeks later and spent a good amount of time looking over our house and then explaining our options.  I felt he was very knowledgeable and trusted his suggestions.  Normally, I always get at least three quotes, but by the end of his presentation, I was comfortable enough to sign the agreement.  Due to their backlog, I was warned that our installation wouldn't happen for another six weeks, but we were okay with that.
 
About a week after the consultation, Russell, the project manager, came to our house to check out the logistics as we were moving the furnace from a closet to the attic.  He answered all of my husband's questions to the point that my husband also felt Bellows knew what they were talking about.
 
When the installation date arrived, a team of four worked three and a half days to complete the work.  Each day, they arrived promptly and left the house super clean at the end of the day.  Bellows arranged for another company to do the HERS test which is required for the permit and we passed with no issues.

Today, the city inspector came and Bellows sent a technician to answer any questions he may have and our permit was approved!

Bellows has been very responsive and supportive every step of the way and now that we've used both our new furnace and a/c without issues, we can vouch for their knowledge and skills.

I have already recommended Bellows to two friends and would not hesitate recommending them to you!

Look no further, Jason is your guy! He was so prompt, professional and kind. I called hoping for a super tight turnaround on both a quote and an installation. He did both within 48 hours including 4 rooms that didn't previously have overhead lighting. He even Face Timed with me while I was at work to be sure I was happy with the placement. I neglected to buy the light bulbs (assumed they came in the chandelier box) and he went out of his way to buy them himself and didn't even charge us. He was super quick to respond on text too. Not to mention he was significantly cheaper than two other electricians I called in the Palo Alto area. Can't recommend enough! Thank you Jason!!!

I was referred to them by Hot Springs of San Jose.  Very responsive.  Called on a Sunday and Jon the owner came out that day.  Even though his schedule was full, he was able to get our hot tub hooked up on Wednesday when it was delivered!  There was an issue with the breaker supplied by Hot Springs and Jon went to the store after hours and promptly came out and replaced it within hours.  Great service!  Great estimation, scheduling and invoicing system.  Even allows you to view where the technician is when he is on the way!!

The estimate process was easy and the job was scheduled to be completed within a few days.  The guys came reviewed the work with me, double checked at a couple of stages and explained what they were doing.  They completed the project about 1/2 through the day.  They cleaned up prior to leaving taking all of the parts I requested.  Completion of the project to payment was smooth.

16 recessed lights throughout the house.  All that's left to do is painting.

This review is long overdue, but I hired Brian and his team to do some custom home theater speaker work. Brian installed in-ceiling Klipsch CDT-5800-C, wall mounted a pair of surrounds, and wired up a monolith subwoofer. All of the wiring was done through the walls and looks completely seamless. Brian even took the time to help me configure my audio system and it sounds phenomenal with the clean look of being integrated into the walls. I shopped around as well and Brian gave me a great price. I honestly couldn't be happier and would use BMH again for any future electrical / audio needs.

Binh Lam came to the rescue again this past weekend. A kitchen appliance circuit breaker or two popped at an inconvenient time thereby limiting my plans for entertaining that evening. Specifically, some kitchen appliances or their circuitry were faulty.
As a seasoned older couple, we always have one person we can call for help when in need. So right away we called Binh. For electrical matters, Binh is # 1 on the list. Always eager to please, he adjusted his busy daily schedule to help me out of a jam. He is more flexible than most electricians. Right away he came some distance to my home and went to work. After assessing the situation he reviewed with me the set of options and I approved one.
As he predicted, in less than an hour, he fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. What a relief! He did buy some parts and provided me with the receipts. His labor costs were quite competitive and reasonable. Customer satisfaction is an objective of his business. He aims to please!
Lam approaches all tasks enthusiastically and confidentially. His work is meticulous, focused and efficient. If you find yourself in a jam with either electrical or gas related problems, don't hesitate to call Binh. We did, and we do not regret it. You won't either.

We had a home inspector trip a circuit in our house during the process of putting our house up for sale.  It happened one day before our listing went live....very stressful.  We heard a click so we thought it involved a GFI outlet, but we could not find it!  We called Sepanta Electric.  Ben arrived less than two hours after we called.  He spent at least an hour opening outlets and tracing our circuits.  Ultimately, he found a GFI outlet hidden behind a blank plate.  Get this:  He didn't want to charge us since nothing needed to be fixed!  We were speechless. He spent the time, found the problem, put everything back to it's original state and we paid him against his protests.  Ben was prompt, courteous, thorough and beyond fair.  What a rare experience.  If you need electrical work, call these guys.  You can trust them and they do great work.

Vinh was fantastic! We had the popcorn scraped off our ceilings and needed them repaired and painted. We also wanted crown molding and recessed lights installed. Vinh and his team were able to do everything. What particularly impressed with was the attention to detail. Vinh asked what our preference was and made suggestions on light switch placement, placement of the recessed lights, paint color, things that we didn't think of ourselves and really appreciate having it done right.

Vinh genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and he takes pride in doing a great job. My husband is very particular and couldn't have been happier with the work Nor Cal Painting did.

Our electricity had gone out on three of our outlets and I thought our fuses had blown.  Mike Fisher showed up and within a matter of minutes, simply turning on and off the switches on our electrical panel, everything was working.   While I was slightly embarrassed by the easy fix I was extremely grateful that there wasn't a more complicated process involved.  Mike was extremely polite and professional.

Charles Electric installed an electric baseboard heater in the lowest room of our house. They showed up on time, did the work on budget, and were extremely friendly. I'd be happy to hire them again.

Brian was awesome. I called about stripped screwholes in an electrical box, thinking I'd have to replace the entire box, which would've been a pain. He took the time to talk me through the problem, quote me over the phone, and even stopped by same-day to take a look at the issue.

Funny enough, he came up with a quicker, infinitely cheaper solution, and solved it for me. Not only that, but I even learned a nifty new trick to fixing stripped screwholes that I'll definitely use in the future. Can't recommend him enough.
