Wanted an exhaust fan installed in the garage. Hancock and Albert talked me through the process. Spent the time carefully measuring and cutting the right space. Sealed the holes after and cleaned up.

I have a two story townhouse that gets hot up stairs in the summer. The two upstairs bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with no existing electrical cans in the ceiling. So, I needed an electrician to install the cans and wire in the associated switch.

So, I called a few contractors and eventually hired Steve who provided a reasonable estimate and was easy to get along with. During the estimate visit, Steve recommended a creative way to retain the switch for wall receptacles ((think table or floor lamps) and add a dedicated switch for the ceiling fans. He also recommended a whole house fan that I hadn't thought of. So he has a bit of creativity and experience to help suggest improvements.

He and John showed up on time for the estimate and install. They also respect the customers home by doing a clean job, tarping the work area and picking up after themselves. They're both very personable and are a pleasure to work with.

Michael fixed our AC problem! Finally called Bellows after the guy who installed for us could not get things fully working on our mini split. Michael worked quickly and got it figured out. Thank you!

I shopped five different electricians and I am so happy I hired Jason and his team. In one hour they happily took down three chandeliers and replaced with two vintage ones. They are cheerful, have a can do attitude, and fast working. Thank you Jason

I had used JMC once before in an emergency situation and they were awesome. Used them for several different issues this time that had piled up over time and once again, could not be happier.  Alfredo was timely, profession, friendly, thorough, used all safety precautions, explained everything that was to be done in advance and again after completion and asked my preferences where warranted.  JMC will be my go to electrician from now on whether its a big job or small. Finding a contractor that you can count on in all situations can be difficult but thanks to Alfredo and JMC, that is no longer the case for us when it comes to electrical.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from the folks at Five or Free. PG&E had sent me a letter requiring me to have a ground wire moved. I contacted Five or Free on Monday morning and spoke with John who kindly and promptly set me up with an appointment for Tuesday. John was cool (we spoke for a minute) and after learning I am a veteran he encouraged me to apply for the company's veteran discount (really helpful).

On Tuesday Tim A came by in the morning to assess the need. He was on time, quick, and super friendly. The team set me up with a same day appointment to get the job done. Later that afternoon Tim returned and knocked out the job in less than 30 minutes including patching up a wall. The work was done well and done quickly. These guys are GREAT. You've earned a customer. AND thank you for the great price. Again, thanks Tim and team for being so excellent. Two thumbs up.

AVOID AT ALL COST! What a joke. This owner shows up in sandals, doesn't have the right tools and has to borrow mine. He did a hack job in my garage. I needed an outlet installed with a switch. He hacked my dry wall, buried the electrical lines in the drywall and filled it in with joint compound! I'm not an electrician, but that does not seem
Up to code? WTH. I wasted $350 and will have to pay a real electrician to come back and unscrew the work that this idiot did. His van doesn't now have a contractor license number either! I can only blame myself for even letting this guy do the work.

I've had worked with a dozen of contractors, Ben is undoubtedly the most honest, professional, capable and reliable. He answered my questions quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. He's punctual. While he examined the whole house, he informed me about electrical issues and potential hazards. Because of some poorly wired outlets and switches, he had to check almost every one of them in the house to find out the root cause of the problem. He's very patient. Although it took extra long time, he didn't give up and he was able to get all the problems resolved. He charged me the previously agreed flat rate. I hope I have known him earlier!

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly via Yelp, gave me a date and time to get my doorbell fixed. The owner Vinh came out to give me an estimate within 2 hours of sending him a request. I told him the scope of work and he said he would send me an estimate later. But now, after several attempts at contacting him, I am yet to hear from him. I understand he might have a full schedule but even as little as a line saying, Sorry, we're not available, would've been great. I am sorry and sad to give less than 5 stars to a local business but a lack of communication, in my book, is a big no-no and a red flag.

My doorbell system is not properly working.
The fisher electric helped me to resolve the issue in less than 1hr while the other electric contractor said they cannot do any work over smart doorbell,

I called on the day of the day of the River Storm in March 2023 for emergency services.  My elderly clients Generac was not starting and the power went out from all of the fallen trees.   I received some of the best help I have ever received from any technician.
