Problem: some outlets inoperable on the same circuit.
Analysis: did basic troubleshooting such as:
Resetting circuit breaker; checked GFI plug; validated wire continuity in case of an open. Sent Yelp request for assistance.
Resolution:
Ron took time from his busy schedule to call and stopped by the house to troubleshootNTF and provided a couple of suggestions based on his extensive experience. For safety, I replaced the GFI and manually checked all the plugs and mapped to the circuit breaker box.
Thank again Ron. I validated that the kitchen plugs are in a different circuit hence the remap of the CB.
Root cause: User error. Unable for provide a cost value because the lessons I learned from Ron are invaluable. However if cost must be a factor, price is reasonable. I would call on him again should I have electrical issues that need resolution.

Working with Renopro was a pleasant experience throughout the construction. I chose William's team to work on my skylights because William was the only one who gave me very detailed plan and useful suggestion among the three contractors I contacted. We were extremely happy with the result. His team was always courteous, friendly, and professional. The project was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Needed a kitchen sink area recaulked, Dave was in and out in 45 min and did great work. He also offered a reasonable rate compared to competitors. Communication was smooth and easy. Would call him again for other tasks.

We had our furnace replaced 4 months ago by some knuckleheads.  Today we go to use our AC for the first time, and nada..... no fan, no cool air, nothing.  Furnace guys come back several times over last 3 days, each escalating the problem to a higher up guy.  UGH.  I look on Facebook for recommendations in my n'hood and everyone lauded Jim Tarp and JET electric.  It's 100+ degrees and I'm in meetings (while SIP)  all day for work, my brain feels like it is melting.  I'm desperate.   So I have my husband call Jim.  Jim replied WITHIN MINUTES of receiving our VM. He had husband take photo of our electric box thingamajig and then, by phone, walked my husband through resetting the breaker.  Jim said it was a simple thing and not worth charging us for an on-sight call. We have a million small things going on with our home and Jim will be our go to electrician for all.

Hourmouz did a fantastic job with installing recess lightings in our entire home. He is punctual, efficient , and thorough with the job. He and his helper finished the entire project in 2 days. I highly recommend his services for any electric needs.

I have no words. I called these guys because most of the lighting in my house was going out and I also wanted to invest in LED lighting.

I met with Victor and discussed with him my home remodeling project and the code requirements.

He did the wiring for a kitchen remodel and installed ceiling lights for the garage.

He pulled wires from the main service panel to the kitchen and bedrooms.  The wires were so neatly laid out side by side.
He installed ceiling lights for the garage and 3 way switches so the lights were operable from 2 sides of the garage.
He installed an outside flood light and outdoor receptacles for powering the sprinkler controls.

We had a big job, a whole home rewire, and had gotten many quotes for the work. Dave's quote was reasonable and fell in the middle of pack. What I appreciated about Dave's quote was that he took the time to walk through the house and itemize each task. Most of the other companies just gave an estimate using sq footage. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He embraced changes that we asked for and was super easy to work with (great attitude). He also went above and beyond with our kitchen as we plan on remodeling in the future and he helped us plan out our cabinet layout. The work was completed ahead of schedule, is of great quality, and looks awesome! I highly recommend! Also, if your thinking about updating the electrical of your old home, you should, it makes such a difference!

We are so pleased with this company. We had an electrical problem and called them. They sent a guy out (Rick) the next morning even though it wasn't an emergency. They texted a reminder for appointment and when he was on his way. The problem was easy to fix and they didn't charge us anything, even for the evaluation. Overall the customer service was great and Rick really knew what he was doing. We have saved this companies information and will definitely be using them for any future electrical problems at our house.

Juan G. did such a great job installing multiple chandelier and lights in our house. Him and his assistant were so polite, respectful, hardworking, neat (they did the job and left our place the way they found it), careful (observed COVID precautions the entire time) and just so pleasant to work with. I had a very poor shoddy electrical installation by a nothing short of a buffoon!  I didn't know the extent of danger I was put in until I called Greg's Electric.  It was late Friday afternoon when I contacted Greg.  When I explained issue and told him where I lived (55+ community), he put aside his end of week plans and came right over!  I am so very grateful!  Not only did the electrical get repaired, he found the sloppy, faulty installation that put my house in jeopardy of fire!  The previous person had also installed a commercial, huge junction box on my bathroom wall which I questioned him as to why - it looked like a small safe.  He was FIRED!  Greg had same reaction I did and kindly removed it!  He had all electrical repaired and in safe, good working order within two hours!  He was a true blessing to me.  In addition, because drywall needed repair based on work done by the prior person, Greg put me in touch with Ron Brown, another fine example of pride in workmanship!  Ron came to my home Sunday morning, repaired drywall and put me back on track.  These two gentlemen restored my home and my faith in hiring people to help!  In the future Greg's Electric and Unique Drywall are my reliable contacts!  Thank you Greg and Ron!  May you be blessed 10 fold, I am so very appreciative!

I needed a TV Mount to be installed, along with bike racks, curtain rods and fixing the toilet flush tank.

Rostislav and Vlad were very professional and did a great job with all the installations. They were on time and completed the work as promised. The TV mount installation took longer than promised but they did not charge me for the extra time.

Service technician Lar Heng was exceptional in his service and professionalism. Our heater stopped working during the coldest week of winter. He went above and beyond to service our furnace and provide my family with much needed heat. I am thankful he was sent to my home today and I plan to request only his service in the future.

I had 5 zwave switches put in and Jessy was very quick and knew what he was doing. Everything worked great. Good guy and does a good job. His prices are very fair too. Highly recommended.

This is the very definition of an honest business. I called with what I thought was an emergency the evening before I was supposed to go on a family trip to Disneyland. Every light in my house had dimmed and started to flicker, and all of the light indicators on my electrical outlets turned red. I didn't have a clue what was going on, but I knew I had to do something fast.

I called Archbold Electric and explained my emergency. Instead of trying to exploit my panic about the situation, the owner told me he wanted to save me some money and ran some FREE trouble-shooting with me over the phone. He then (correctly) diagnosed that the issue was with PG&E, and provided me with their emergency contact number. The issue was promptly resolved by PG&E later that evening.

I very much appreciated Archbold's honesty and integrity. The next time I have a situation requiring an expert electrician, I know who I am calling.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.
