James is really a fantastic electrician.  Very knowledgeable and detailed oriented.  He goes over all the options that are available and will make sure that the job is done right the first time.  I have had James do quite a bit of work to our house and have been happy with all of it.  I highly recommend James.

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. My husband contacted Charles this afternoon and he stopped by the same day to fix a number of electrical problems we had around the house.  Chuck was very friendly and knowledgeable.  He fixed a broken outlet under our sink and a couple lighting issues around the house.  Very pleased with his prompt, friendly and reasonably priced services.  Will definitely call him again!

I felt wary of hiring an electrician because of poor past experiences with other service people.  It's easy to feel vulnerable when you need to hire someone in a field that you know nothing about.  
The Yelp reviews led me to Emanuel and he changed that feeling completely.  He is the perfect professional, friendly, down to earth, explained the problem issue in a way I understood, charged the price that he had 'guesstimated', and was a delightful guy. He was immediately able to identify the reason that a breaker kept tripping, repaired it, and suggested other simple upgrades to my 37-year-old home that would make it safer and bring it into compliance with current codes.  You cannot go wrong with this guy.  I would strongly recommend him to my family/friends and to anyone with electrical problems.

I recently had to replace a light fixture in Kitchen and went with Fred's services. He was prompt in providing a detailed quote and set the expectations straight. Fred was super responsive to my messages and provided recommendations for what to buy. He completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job. I have called on David several times in the last two years, as I have been gradually updating my home.  First, and most simply, David is one of the few contractors I have worked with who actually picks up his phone when I call.  If you live in the Bay Area, you will know how rare this is.  He has always performed beautiful and detailed work.  David also single-handedly saved my thanksgiving when I managed to fry my breaker panel the day before, and he came out the same day to get my house back in running order.

LHP Electrical is really amazing!!!!! The owner Shouliang is extremely helpful, super responsive and very professional. He gave me quote right away after I send out request yesterday. First I thought the switch in the garage didn't work at all, but after I tried several time it can turn on the light, so I called him about it and he adjusted the quote for me.  And he came on time today, helped me replace the old switch and two broken outlets. He also helped me replace the broken hallway light at a very reasonable price which is not in the quote. I asked him if he can also replace the broken lights in kitchen and bathroom, after he found that I bought the wrong type of bulbs, he told me where to buy the right ones and teach me how to replace them by myself and he didn't charge anything for that. Additionally, he helped me diagnosis the problems with the lights in bedrooms with no charges at all and told me an easy way to solve it by myself which save me a lot of money. I would recommend him to everyone with electrical problems!!!

From start to finish, Safety First Electrical Inc was absolutely outstanding!  My request for last minute electrical needs on a Friday afternoon was met with nothing but outstanding customer service and electrical expertise!  Everything the company said they would do to help me, they did exactly that.  Call backs in a very timeline manner, overview of what they could do to assist me and upfront details of service and prices were all so much appreciated.  I was provided with a window of time the service would take place and they provided me both phone calls and ongoing text messages to ensure i was updated about the service and when the electrician was en route.

I hired Sam to replace a 2 plug receptacle at my house that had gone bad. I contacted him on a Saturday morning & he was very responsive over Yelp & txt message. He gives transparent and fair pricing. We scheduled the appointment for the same day and he showed up prepared and replaced the receptacle with no drama. Workmanship was great. Once completed, I sent him payment over Zelle and everything was taken care of. No surprises. Fair pricing. Great work. I'm very pleased and highly recommend Sam for similar jobs.

My home was built in 1932 and I was required to remove the old knob and tube wiring to add insulation. I reached out to several companies in the area but the expertise and quality of service of Juan and his team was solid. Here is why:

PRECISION. Other contractors came to my home and gave me unreasonable quotes just based on a rough count of switches and outlets. On the other hand, Juan immediately opened the breaker box, identified how many circuits were using the old system -- and by turning them off -- he was able to quickly identify the exact number of outlets and switches needed to be replaced.

COMMUNICATION. From the beginning, Juan was very responsive as we scheduled the project. At all points in time he answered all my technical -- and project related questions -- in a friendly an professional way. Before the project started he let me know of all the potential risks ahead of time, to avoid surprises. During the project he kept me in the loop as the work progressed.

PROFESSIONALISM. Juan and his team were on time for every appointment. During the project, after completing a section of it, they made sure to clean the entire work area. What really impressed me was Juan's ability to trouble shoot. There were a couple of situations where he could have taken a shortcut to just get the job done. Instead he took the time to root cause the problem and come up with very elegant solutions.

In conclusion, working with Juan was an absolute pleasure. Thanks to his great work I was able to put insulation in my house before the summer started. I will definitely contact, and recommend, Juan's company in the future.

I work for a shared office space company and I called Dan to help fix a few items in my office building.  They were on-time, extremely professional, and fixed all the items on our list in a flash!  These guys are great and I plan to contact them for future jobs.  Thanks so much Dan and team!

Sent an inquiry to Got Watts for a new HVAC system.  Signed the contract on 2/19/2021.  Retained financing.  Got Watts sent to the financing company an INFLATED price for the job that was NOT on the contract I had signed. Only after I threatened to report them to the State Consumer Affairs Department and contact all the local television stations about them inflating the price of the job did I hear back from them.  This was the second week of March.  I heard back within a couple of days telling me they were ready to install and that it would be the first week of April.  Haven't heard anything from them since.  It is now April 26.  Not one call.  No HVAC system.  All of my calls go to voicemail.  Cancelled the contract.  Called the financing company to cancel the loan.  I would NOT recommend them in any way, shape, or form.
