Hired them to install a chandelier in our dining room.  He responded quickly, charged a reasonable amount, showed up on time and was done quickly (but not too quickly).  Very pleased with results, price, and friendly attitude!

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. I highly recommend them.

Finally, we found a trustworthy handyman that is so reliable.  We have a rental property we were getting ready to renters in a very small window.   I found Chuck through Yelp and found that he had great reviews.  I called and found Chuck to be very professional and base don my description of the problem, he was able to assess my problem.  I felt so relieved that he knows what he is diong.    He even took the time to call before the appt and explained exactly what he will do and what the expectations will be as a result of his visit.  He estimated about 2 hours of work which was much shorter.  He was focused and didn't get distracted like my previous nightmares with handyman experience.   The work he did in our place was puddle of water that always gets back into our dishwasher.  It started to get really bad odors and awful stink throughout the house.   Turns out our previous contractor that installed our new kitchen sink and dishwasher, never bothered to add air-gap therefore water will back into the dishwasher.  I was 100% satisfied with his work and didn't even break the bank...

If you were like me, scared to hire handyman and have been dissatisfied, try Chuck - I guarantee you will know what I'm talking about...

Needed a very old original 220 three prong dryer plug replaced. ECP was easy to get a hold of and schedule the appointment. Came when they said they would and did the job that was discussed at the price that was quoted. Will use in the future.

Had my power out due to a car hitting my electrical poll. Tuesday after Memorial Day, could not get any electrician on the phone but them. They wanted $120 to come and look at it since it was an emergency call. Bad start, but I wanted my power back so I went with it. Henry came after 20 minutes and went right to work. Got the parts, went to the county to start the permit, and had a new replacement 200A cabinet installed by that evening. Kept following up with the inspector and pg&e and got the power back the next day. Great work, great following up with all the agencies and all for a very competative price. Mean time, my nighbour who used a different electrcian still don't have power 3 days later.

Did a good job with installing 3 chandeliers at our house. Fred was knowledgeable and took time in doing it right. Very professional and I can't imagine him being late or missing an appointment. I will hire him again.

We had a power failure in half our house on a SUNDAY and David not only answered the phone, but came out to help us.  He also only fixed what needed to fixed and showed us how to fix it ourselves in the future, if we wanted to.  How awesome is that?

The one star is regarding trying to get a quote for a 240 outlet installed in  my garage. To begin with no one came to my house to assess the work that I needed to be completed, rather, I was asked to call and facetime. With the facetime, he seemed to have a good idea of the layout of the garage, where I wanted the outlet installed and the distance to the electrical panel. Instead of quoting me the price for the work I wanted, he tried to convince me where I should have the outlet installed. He wanted it installed on the wall directly on the other side of the electrical panel so that it would be easier for me (meaning him) because he just needed to drill a hole and connect it to the panel. I had said that the shelves are there; and his response was to move the fixed shelving system. He said that he would only charge me $400 to install it there, but if I wanted to install the outlet on the same wall, maybe eight feet from where he wanted it installed then it would cost $900. This is a big price difference. He never gave me a price for an install where I actually wanted the outlet installed, however. I've never come across a business like this before. Maybe they are good, but from my experience, this business is unprofessional.

Larry Strom is a fantastic electrician.  He's knowledgeable, easy to work with an accommodating, schedule-wise.  We've used ELS for almost 15 years and I'd highly recommend Larry.  He's also a former Los Gatos police officer and therefore, I've always found him to be honest and trustworthy.

What I like about ELS, is they're willing to do both large jobs and small jobs.  My experience is many Silicon Valley contractors walk away from small jobs apparently not interested in earning your business.  Give ELS a try, you won't be disappointed.

I wanted to replace the ceiling lights in two bathrooms and have ceiling fans installed in two bedrooms.  The project manager, Martin, arrived when he said he would, discussed options with me, worked out a plan, and completed the plan within the time frame.  In addition, Martin and his crew were a pleasure to work with and remarkably tidy (for men).

Randy was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had him replace three outlets with a new dedicated line servicing our kitchen. In the process, he discovered that there was a hidden breaker in our garage that fed two of our wall outlets in our living room that had not been working for like 10 years. He just reset that breaker and the wall outlet started working again! In addition, he went over multiple options with us including rewiring half the house or the entire house along with new sub panels. Even though it would benefit us to replace our panels he was never pushy and very patiently and calmly explained all of our options before letting us make the final decision. In the end we decided just to go with a new dedicated line for the three kitchen Outlets as that was all we could afford right now. They all work! In the event that I have any electrical issues in the future I will be happy to use Randy again. He is very skilled.

Robert and team went above and beyond to get the job done right. They provided very detailed quotes which give client very clear idea of what's involved. Pricing was fair and quality was one of the best. I am glad I went with Robert after receiving a few quotes.
Robert holds high standard for his work, and tries his best to give the best solution. He does not cut corner and delivers what's promised.
The whole process was quite stress free from start to finish. There were a few old wiring issue and space constraints at the attic, but Robert was able to work out all items with clever solutions and hard work. The job was done in four days which included several recessed lightings, ceiling fan and ventilation fans.
I will definitely hire Robert and team again in the future!
