Tyler is sooooo kind. I called him way after hour, he called back right away, FaceTime me to walk me through how to fix my electricity issue. So thoughtful, so helpful. He surely love what he do and willing to go the extra mile to help his customers. Totally recommend him and use him again as he's now our family's go to electrician. Thank you so much, Tyler!

Please do not do business with this company. They are just a bunch of thugs, who have no ethics. I had disputed the charge due to bad service (My previous review How my $200 Nest problem turned into $6700 issue.). They charged my card again mentioning I had authorized it and even though their service was included, Not even a single day they have called or shown up for the service. The service head clearly acknowledged over the phone they goofed up in estimation of the furnace output and has to be replaced but once they got the money they are MIA.

Excellent handyman!  I received a quote for several repairs I inquired about within a matter of minutes.  I had three separate problems: a plumbing issue, an electrical issue and a broken closet door.  Ryan was able to address all three in a timely fashion, and I am very happy with the results.  Would definitely recommend!

John Hope was there when I needed  him. He responded on Sunday and helped during our storm. His staff called me on Monday and they were efficient and communicated with kind understanding. I had them come to my home today to do some work. They were prompt and got the job done quickly. I know it wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. I have paid much more for other electricians in the area. Highly recommend Al Smith Electric.

We needed an electrician to figure out why we couldn't get our tripolar dimmers to work. Natalie was able to troubleshoot the situation and installed new sconces and high wattage dimmer switches. She's fast, knowledgeable, and does excellent work for reasonable prices.

Armando & Ivo upgraded the panel (100a to 200a) at one of my rental properties.  They also added 14/50 NEMA outlet for future EV charger in the garage.  Efficient. Responsive. Simply brilliant setup to avoid trimming an avocado tree, messy stucco work, and relocating downspout.  Best part - worry-free final inspection, permit approved.  My future electrical need == Call Orbis Electrical Works.

Divine replaced our breaker box and replaced all our old outlets and switches. We could not be happier with their work. Sammy, Paul, and Jeffrey were absolute professionals, and worked around us as we worked from home.

Wilson is very professional and efficient. He helped me solve some issues with my rigid conduit requested by PG&E for my electrical panel upgrade. I needed help fast because this problem blocked my house remodel inspection.  Wilson is very flexible to support my timing needed. And he did a great job fixing the issue.  Highly recommended!

Sam was terrific helping me fix the issues created when we had a PG&E transformer blow up on  our street. It blew out my garage door opener, my doorbell, 2 GFI outlets, my Keurig coffee machine, my Sonicare toothbrush and several other things in my house.  Sam came in and quietly and efficiently fixed everything, and at a very reasonable price.

I've been using Cross Electrical for electrical work at my commercial buildings in Fremont for around 10 years now.  They have worked on small jobs such as outlets not working or ballasts going out to putting in a new main with 5 sub meters for a medical office building that was converted to office condos.  I've always been happy with their work, communication, timing and pricing and on top of that Doug and Kathy who I have gotten to know over the years are really nice honest people.

Alvaro of Gomez Electric was on time, and courteous, respectful, and very informative on exactly what he plans to do. If anything does change, he is very prompt to let you know the changes he has in mind. I had reached out to him regarding installing exterior garage lights connected to my existing light on the outside and he was very responsive and did the job in under 2 hours. Very clean job, informative, and worked like a charm. Great work and ethics! Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Bob is a great guy and what a professional! I just asked for him to come out to troubleshoot and he figured out the most likely cause within minutes. He gave me a hint and I went and found the GFI to re-set. Now, all fixed and as he said, he didn't need to come out and I saved myself $250. I will need some solid electrical work done around the house soon and will certainly ask Bob to help us with the work. Thanks Bob!!

We needed an EV charger in our home and had no idea where to start. We reached out to several electricians but felt that Jose was the most qualified. He took the time to carefully explain what we needed and how to maximize our current panels without spending an arm/leg. The project for my home was to install a NEMA 14-50 eletrical outlet on the side of my home, in order to connect a ChargePoint electric car charger. The difficulty was also I was having solar installed by a different team, so I needed to a 150 AMP subpanel installed to allow the 50A ChargePoint to have adequate power. Arash and team did the following:

- Installed 150A subpanel, all wired to main panel to allow solar in future, on the side of our home
- Installed/mounted/wired ChargePoint Car Charger
- Installed/mounted/wired NEMA 14-50 outlet

All of this work Arash and team got permitted with the city of San Jose, so everything is on the level. There was one small miscommunication on my part (how I wanted the cable to exit from under my home) and Arash fixed it quickly and cleanly.  All of this larbor intensive work cost $3800, including materials and permitting. The entire time Arash and team was willing to  communicate over text, which was very helpful for someone working all the time! I was able to ask all the question I wanted to make myself comfortable with the process.

Super responsive and helpful. We hired them for multiple jobs.  They always were clear on pricing and timeline.  They did both big and small jobs and always did with a smile.

They installed LED can lights in three bedrooms with a wireless Lutron casetta control.  What a difference this made.
They added electrical outlets, installed Ring cameras, installed a chandelier. They crawled into the attic to look for the best installation path. They were thoughtful and communicated questions and issues.  I appreciated that.  Brant was great.  Thank you.
