Tyler was punctual, professional, straight forward, efficient, and reasonably priced. We needed wiring to complete our car electric super charger installation that our new home construction builder failed to complete. We will recommend him and use him again when other projects arise.

First time used this company.  Technician Nick B. came over for a furnace tune up service call.  Friendly, courteous and spent time to explain how my furnace system works.   Gave no pressures to buy maintenance services.  I would use them again for future services.

Ryan came by my house earlier this year to fix my plumbing issue. He's quick to respond to my request and diligent with his work. I felt he's genuinely interest in getting the job done the best way and not the easiest way. Keep up the good work and if you need a handyman job, he's the guy.

What can I say, these guys did it again,renewed my faith in American small business quality! This is second time I used them,had to get additional outlet for a new electric water heater ,Juan came early morning with everything ready to go.He even siliconed around a drilled hole from exterior to make sure a mouse couldn't get in.Then made sure that the plumber had connections that he might not have on hand.Good to see people still proud of their work and care about the details.keep it up guys!

We hired Natalie to mount and install a flat-screen TV and some speakers on a newly-installed entertainment center. She was never anything less than prompt, accommodating and attentive, and her work exceeded all our expectations. We'd be thrilled to recommend her to anyone who needs electrical work.

Ivo was quick to respond and super knowledgeable. He was helpful in providing me options and communicating clearly. Extremely trustworthy, as I could not be at the property while they were doing the installation I actually had them do the entire installation and testing without me there. They locked up behind themselves and did a great job sending pictures of the functioning light after installation. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was that the price seemed a little steep. Ended up paying $400 for a little less than an hour of work to install an $100 light. Compare that to earlier in the day, paid $150 to have a new dishwasher installed (and old one hauled away). I was in a bind, so I made it work - but I'd probably shop around a bit next time.

WIRED IN SMOKE ALARMS
Just before we left for a summer holiday we had 2 of our smoke alarms going off- chirping every 30 seconds. So annoying, looking for the pamphlet from the remodel folder from 11 years ago, googling. Eventually we had to separate it from the ceiling. Then we had another two chirping we had to remove those as well. (I have the 10 year-wired in Kidde-smoke alarms with the lithium battery) And yet again we had one more chirping and we removed that one as well we thought all the other ones would not go off since these five seem to somehow be interconnected but we were wrong. Later in the morning after going to bed, around 2:30 AM our daughters let us know that three more units were chirping! (Yes, they are all interconnected!-activated at the same time, same die date)
We learned that night the chirping is the end of life chirp-battery is dying, unit-is dying, Done-zo! Must replace the units.
We were about to leave on a trip so we thought it was all squared away. That morning before we left we heard one last chirping in the basement going on and it made us realize of a location where we hadn't thought of the smoke alarm being but there's no way our cat sitter or cat would've tolerated that for the time we were going to be gone for, it is SO perfectly annoying. Luckily we removed them all before the trip.

We had disconnected all of the units from the ceiling, stabbed the battery hole to send it to final death and I had called the company to find out what the replacement would be. They don't make my square ones any longer. So I decided to deal with it when I got back to decide. When I ended up getting replacements and my local hardware store told me I could do the replacements myself I thought really? because it's dealing with electrical wires I really didn't want to take that on. I called Darren Divine Electric because I know I trust him and his company. He always has really competent people and I'm tired of the over charging questionable people I have hired to keep them in business and cheaper people to make it affordable but in the end you just really want someone reliable and dedicated like Divine Electric. He sent a very nice Irishman named Paul Kelly to our house and he saw that I already had all the parts and was ready to go and he convinced me I was right to have an electrician do it and I feel better about it as well. Even though I am the handy woman of the house, this was that thing that
1) I don't want to get it wrong
2) I don't want to risk getting electrocuted

What a nice guy, so friendly, respectful about distance, wearing booties and a mask and walking through the house and scope of work. He then informed me of certain laws about smoke and Carbon units etc.and I learned a lot. I cannot express enough how invaluable a company you trust working on your home is. We talked a little about other things i was wondering about and he was able to explain and address future issues i might do with my lighting.
Anyways, a friendly, reliable & smart electrician swapped out all my old frames, units and tested the wires etc before just replacing. Fire season is here and my units lasted 11 years but if you are wired in-like me-you might want to call them out to update your hard wired units when the 10 year mark comes- cause the dying of the units was a terrible 24 hour experience AND we were almost on vacation, just cant imagine how that would have been remedied from afar! I am now set till 2031.
PS they are building out a plumbing section to their reliable good name, good move!

Wilson is very professional and efficient. He helped me solve some issues with my rigid conduit requested by PG&E for my electrical panel upgrade. I needed help fast because this problem blocked my house remodel inspection.  Wilson is very flexible to support my timing needed. And he did a great job fixing the issue.  Highly recommended!

Sam was terrific helping me fix the issues created when we had a PG&E transformer blow up on  our street. It blew out my garage door opener, my doorbell, 2 GFI outlets, my Keurig coffee machine, my Sonicare toothbrush and several other things in my house.  Sam came in and quietly and efficiently fixed everything, and at a very reasonable price.

They do good work but never respond to messages and phone calls. They are losing out on business because both my mother and I have called and messaged to get someone out here and never get a response. Have had them come out once and tried to give them return business. Seems like they need more help. I need two outlets installed, I need 3 recessed lights fixed, I need electrical wiring for a security camera. Guess I have to look for another company.

I requested a quote through yelp and it reached out to several electricians do perform work needed at our home. While being stressed during freeze warning days and working with our home warranty and home insurance companies to get someone out for emergency repair. Gomez was the first to respond faster than the insurance and warranty reps. His response through yelp was noticeably a person responding and not just an automated reply that i received that just read Call me at ------ Gomez was very responsive, attentive, and very knowledgeable in his trade. Even though were able to push through with our warranty by hounding them with frustration and aggravation we had Gomez on standby and was ready to sign the contract if coverage fell through.

I must say, even though we didn't get the opportunity to have the work for this company, the interaction and communication was very friendly. Made the experience feel personable and not just someone to take money from. I highly recommend Gomez Electric just based on customer service.

Dave did a fantastic job installing and hanging our chandeliers! He was professional, efficient and also very humorous. We're very happy with the overall service and results.

I had a great experience with Hillsborough Electric.  The response was prompt and Bob solved my problem quickly and efficiently.  I will not hesitate to call them again.

Jose had been my go to electrician. He is very thorough and does a great job. Also his is not expensive. I strongly recommend him.

Hertz helped me with installing the Tesla home charger. Arash was very responsive and they had done a great job with fairly short time. The charger works well and their work was very professional.

I recently did a full remodel of my house in San Jose.    Gustavo, the owner of this business came on site, provided us with an estimate.    My wife made a lot of changes during the work, which they gladly took on.   Modified the estimate slightly and got the work done VERY nicely

Should've listened to the negative reviews but sadly, I thought the 5 star ones might be legit. Now I'm wondering if they're written by friends. After signing contract and having the most difficult time getting a reply from Jim (he seriously LAGS after he gets your the initial deposit in hand), he finally did some work. UNFORTUNATELY, this man does NOT do honest work nor operate in good faith. Work seemed legit when he asks for payment and only after very close inspection and actual use, we realized that was not done correctly and stopped working quickly after he left, impossible to reach or get Jim to come back out afterwards to fix the job. He completely flat out refused and we were stuck hiring someone else from scratch. This company is a fraud. Use at your own risk.
