Tyler is easy to work with. Had a ceiling fan installed without pre existing wiring and had a GFCI outdoor outlet replaced. Quality work don't hesitate to use.

Service tech Travis Moore is Top Notch with great people skills, great customer service and professionalism. I gave 4stars because the Service Champions Customer Service representatives when you call in, Suck! They should care enough to at least pretend to care about a customer complaint. Natalie was 5-star! I had a pretty straightforward install of a EV charging unit, but placing it could have been a bit of a challenge. Not for Natalie. She was on time, and helped me find a safe and secure location for the unit. High quality work from an intelligent and motivated electrician. I highly recommend her.

I heard a buzzing/crackling noise in my fuse box and orbis sent out an electrician within an hour. He was able to diagnose a wire that shorted, changed the affected breakers, cut out a junction box and change the burnt wires within an hour. Very knowledgable and great service. I'll be saving this number for sure.

Bob is a great guy and what a professional! I just asked for him to come out to troubleshoot and he figured out the most likely cause within minutes. He gave me a hint and I went and found the GFI to re-set. Now, all fixed and as he said, he didn't need to come out and I saved myself $250. I will need some solid electrical work done around the house soon and will certainly ask Bob to help us with the work. Thanks Bob!!

Unfortunately, my electrical panel decided to fail in the middle of a Saturday night. I mean, who do I call besides PG&E? Turned to Yelp to find a local electrician to temporarily restore power. Because he was stacked with projects, he couldn't work on a permanent fix for me.

Next day, on a Sunday, I started searching for an electrician. I didn't expect anyone to respond, but J.R. Electrical texted back and troubleshoot the problem via text and photos. As of this writing, out of 6 contacted, only 2 responded.

Felt bad for telling them I'll use another electrician, but they were totally cool with it and was even glad I found a solution. Although I went with a referral from a family member, I appreciate J.R. Electrical for their responsiveness and willingness to help troubleshoot. Their friendly and honest communication was what put me at ease. Now I have their contact information on my phone to call first for future issues.

Note to self: line up (get references) professionals that can help fix household issues, especially when it happens in the middle of the night.

I got electrical work done from here and Arash did a really great job. Took the time out to answer all my questions. Always on time on all of the appointments. Very friendly guy. Come to this place if you need good electrical service. You won't be disappointed.

Laser and Sons completed a couple projects at my home. The work turned out great and was completed to the exact specifications that were quoted.

Super responsive and helpful. We hired them for multiple jobs.  They always were clear on pricing and timeline.  They did both big and small jobs and always did with a smile.

They installed LED can lights in three bedrooms with a wireless Lutron casetta control.  What a difference this made.
They added electrical outlets, installed Ring cameras, installed a chandelier. They crawled into the attic to look for the best installation path. They were thoughtful and communicated questions and issues.  I appreciated that.  Brant was great.  Thank you.
