Mikhail came by for a free on-site estimate and consultation on installing a level 2 charger for our home. He was extremely prompt (arriving right at the start at the appointment window), and quickly able to assess our apartment building's situation. He quickly understood that our garage sub panel wasn't drawing enough power and that our main panel was already fully loaded. He offered a quick estimate for all of the work that would be required to bring the apartment up for level 2 charger install. While he gave me several options he also advised me that these would be large endeavors and a larger cost than typical. I really appreciated his candor and transparency. I have a lot to consider based on his advice. Appreciate your time and expertise!

The heater furnace in my home had a gas leak.  I contacted FUSE HVAC. They sent Russel to take a look at it. He showed up on time, worked diligently and detected the exact location of the leak. He went far and beyond to check for the leak, replaced the parts and made sure everything is safe. He came back again to make sure everything is working fine.
I would strongly recommend Russel to take of any plumbing needs.

Tom was able to come out on short notice after talking to my husband on the phone about our tricky NEST-related electrical problem. We could tell he really knew his stuff and he worked very quickly (and he's also a riot, very funny)!
He charges $300 minimum to come out, but it was totally worth it with his clearly high level of expertise and speed in diagnosing electrical problems. He is able to quickly find a fix for complex electrical messes caused by someone else, and will tell it like it is. Very much recommend him if you need an electrician who really knows what he's doing and can cut to the chase quickly.

Solid job -- had an intermittent issue with a major breaker tripping, and it cut the power to 80% of our home. We contacted a few electricians and a couple of them immediately recommended replacing our panel. Discussed the issue with Daniel over the phone before he came out, and he suggested we look at replacing the breaker first. We did that and no issues since. I'm really happy that he wanted to do the simple job first, instead of immediately suggesting something as major as a panel upgrade! Will work with him again for a handful of other electrical fixes in our home.

Danny arrived exactly at the specified time, and did an excellent job on our kitchen sink, faucet and rotted floor board issue. he also did a great patch job on an existing large hole on the back wall under the sink.

We wild definitely call on RB again for any other required handyman type jobs that may arise.

We wanted an electrician to install can lights in two bedrooms, install a ceiling fan in baby's room, install Christmas outlet under the eves, and for fixing an out-of-code wiring when we bought our house.

Massis was responsive and came out on time to get an initial quote. He also answered a number of questions regarding our panel and EV charging options.

After quote and agreeing on date, they arrived promptly yesterday to start the work. Massis and Trevor were friendly and did a great job getting everything installed as we had requested. They also helped us trace down an improperly labeled breaker circuit.

Overall great experience, and would work with them again for any electrical work.

I contacted Mark about replacing a 100 amp main breaker to my rental property with an 80 yr old tenant without power. He gave me an estimate over the phone after I explained the situation. He switched his morning appt and came over within an hr and did the job. Clean, courteous, and did a great job at the price quoted. Excellent  response time and I have a happy tenant. I've had nothing but great experiences working with Jorge, Luis and their team. We recently purchased our first home and had to update all of the electrical. It was a huge project.  They did an excellent job overall and completed the project when they said they would. They were reliable, flexible and easy to work with. Since this was the first time going through it they also did a great job educating us on the work that needed to be done. Since then we have also used them for smaller jobs and they've been able to help us out last minute in a timely fashion. Overall they provide a great service at a super reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any home or commercial electric needs.

We had an electrical short and smoke from a fixture in a home we rented out. The Fire Department responded, turned off all the power, cut and taped several wires in the electrical outlet. They told us not to turn the power back on until an electrician repaired the outlet. It was around 9 PM and we had to find an electrician. We called Mr. Wong and he was at the house in a few minutes. Working by flashlight, he quickly replaced the burned wires, installed a new outlet and turned on the power. We were impressed by the speed with which he corrected the problem and the price was extremely reasonable. We have his business card and he will be the go to guy for any future electrical problems. If there were 6 stars, I would have given him 6 stars.

Usually I am not lost for words .. especially on Yelp. I am however, beyond words that would adequately describe the AWESOMENESS that is Cham and Regent5.

We hired Regent5 after finding them on Yelp. Promptly returned our inquiry, arrived at the appointment at the appointed time, took a look around and spent a good amount of time asking us exactly what our concerns and needs were . Within a week we had an estimate and gave the thumbs up to get into Cham's already packed schedule. He slotted us in 60 days later and guess what? YES! Started on the day he initially promised.

Im telling you this company is Soup to Nuts.

The home automation, home security, home theater, and total home networking is now seamless, efficient, clean and ... well .... AWESOME!! Im not a technocrat. I like my components neat, I like the wires clean, I like my home theater easy to use with incomparable sight and sound, I like my wireless FAST, I want my home security state of the art, and I want it all done CORRECTLY. Cham and Regent5 does IT ALL. Did I mention he patched AND painted the walls?

My husband and I worked with maybe 8-10 vendors of all kinds as we freshened up our older house before we moved in.  Jeff is the only one who didn't  give us the runaround or cut corners. I've referred him enthusiastically to anyone who will listen!

Jeff is incredibly knowledgable on a huge range of topics and somehow does them all well. Most importantly, he shows pride in his quality of work. For us, he put in a large drywall patch, installed a new medicine chest, put in our tricky kitchen faucet, shimmed floor squeaks, replaced a door casing, and more. He took the time to answer questions not related to the work he was doing (first time homeowners!) and point out things we should know to care for the work he did properly.

Jeff is up front about costs and a friendly and fun personality to have in your home. He was so essential to getting our home situated that my husband and I invited him to our housewarming party. We will certainly continue working with him!

Nicholas was kind enough to give me advice on how to remove a custom shower arm installation which was giving me trouble. Very friendly and professional throughout, he's very knowledgeable and I'd definitely call him up for my next job.

I truly can not say enough as how happy I have been with JLG's services. Jaime is very professional, trustworthy and highly experienced and by far has the most reasonable prices for any project that he has performed in the past for me. He has always been prompt and if for any reason he is running late, he always calls to let me know. This is one of the biggest pet peeve that I have with most contractors.
Jaime is probably one of the best all around electrician in the Bay Area that you can find. He and his crew can perform any large or small projects.  
I have used Jaime's services for many small and large remodeling projects in my house and as a matter of fact on 9/7/15 my son hooked up his motor home to one of the outlets inside the garage and soon after we lost power to security camera, security lights, all outlets, switches and light fixtures inside the garage. We thought may be the breaker had blown due to A/C running inside the motor home as a result of heavy load on the circuit. I called Jaime and he came following day and within a very short time he diagnosed the problem which was a faulty wiring from inside the attic to the panel and he replaced it quickly with very little material for a very fair and reasonable price. I also have him scheduled to come back for additional work. As far as I'm concerned he is the only electrician that I'll ever trust and use and believe me I've had few bad ones before I found Jaime.
I would very highly recommend Jaime and for stated reasons he most definitely earn a 5 star rating from me.

Very impressed. George was prompt to respond to my request for a quote. I received 3 quotes and his was right in the middle. I chose to go with him because he seemed more knowledgeable and actually bothered to check to make sure I ordered the right stuff. Dan and Javier (I'm sorry if this is not the correct name) arrived ON TIME and did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, polite and did a great job explaining everything.

Ricardo quite simply is the best!! I have had an ongoing dryer issue which would keep turning off within 20 minutes of a cycle. Ricardo was the 5th person to take a look at it and he was able to fix the problem within 1 hour of his visit and I couldn't be happier. Not having a working dryer and having to go to our local laundromat for almost 1 year wears off real soon and is not fun and I am so glad finally a competent electrician was able to figure it out!!! I was losing faith spending a $150 - $200 per visit for diagnosis and not getting the problem resolved.

Would highly recommend!! Reasonable, efficient, and very knowledgeable! Saved me in a last minute rut when the power in half of my kitchen went out and I couldn't figure out the issue.

Ricky did an excellent job with the wiring for a set of new appliances, including an oven, microwave, cooktop and warming drawer.  For the oven, he took it upon himself to call the manufacturer to make sure he got the electrical box in the right location.  As it turned out, they still gave him the wrong information, but he figured out a way to get it where it needed to go and moved it there quickly, nicely patching up the wall he needed to get behind.  On the day before the ovens were to be installed (literally the day before Thanksgiving!) we discovered that one junction box was protruding too much (by less than 1/2), which would have prevented the oven from going in.  I called Ricky in a panic and he happily offered to come that evening; he did and took care of the problem in about 5 minutes.  I highly recommend this guy!

We recently had Chris do some work during our kitchen remodel. His quote was competitive and affordable. He was very friendly and even after my husband told him what he would like as far as outlets, Chris took the time to ask me what my preference would be. He gave us different choices for recessed lighting while also sharing what his professional recommendation would be. We felt very comfortable and safe having him in the house and at the end of the day, we were very happy with the final results. We will definitely use Chris' services again in the future.
