Voltz's principle contacted me recently. We agreed on a compromise and he refunded half of the charge, for which I upgraded my review to 3 stars. I thought this fair. I'm not out to screw service people. Open neutrals can be destructive and a bit tricky to diagnose and find. That being said, any tech should know when they're in over their head. And please, never tell a customer he's being charged a day's work for not finding the problem and top it by telling him how lucky he is to not be spending $10K in repairs when the customer diagnoses the problem for the tech. I guess anyone can have a bad day.

Jason is amazing. He helped install a hardwire charger with me, doing it quickly and for a very fair price (other people were charging a lot more and up selling on random things). Afterwards, I thought I ran into an issue from the install but was actually due to my own negligence, Jason patiently walked me through the issue over the phone even though it was unrelated to the install! If you're looking for someone genuine and reliable, he's your guy.

I can strongly recommend Willow Glen Electric for big electrical projects. We did a subpanel replacement and move (into the garage) with a new smart electrical panel called Span from span.io, as well as a new electric car charger and a heat pump circuit, replacing our natural gas furnace (and adding AC, to top). We already had Tesla solar panels and Tesla powerwalls, which Span now integrates with, so we can control and monitor energy usage per-circuit as well as see the flow of solar, battery, and grid energy. Fantastic! The only downside is that they didn't do drywall repair for this project (which they stated up front, so it was all expected). Not a big deal though and the cuts they made were mostly minimally intrusive so it was fine, and the repairs were fairly easy. I'm looking forward to working with them more for future small projects.

One day an entire room lost power and none of the breakers tripped, which left me stumped. Minh quickly responded to my Yelp quote inquiry with very reasonable pricing and was over in a few hours. Being that we are in COVID times and I have high risk elderly in my house, I greatly appreciated that Minh wore a face mask, gloves, and shoe coverings and maintained social distance at all times. He identified and repaired the issue, patiently educated us on why it happened and how to prevent it from occurring again, and checked in a few days later to make sure we were happy.

found through Yelp. other electricians gave me the run around, asking for analysis, extra fee to pull permits etc. ambiguous information and hard to communicate. Henry is quick to respond and is easy to work with.

Two guys came out today and replaced 7 outdoor fixtures and 1 internal.  They ran a conduit to turn a motion sensor fixture into a switch light and they explained it all as they did the work. They were kind, professional and reasonably priced.  I'd totally use them again.

Jim was able to resolve multiple electrical concerns. He kept us informed throughout the repairs.

Couldn't be happier with Veterans Lighthouse Electric LLC's service! I called to get a price on on changing an obsolete electrical panel to
a new Square D panel. They gave me a very fair price then came out at 9 o'clock the next morning and installed it. Robbie and his assistant Darrell were on time, very polite, very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!
