Best Cleaning Services in United States

Jovanna and crew were great. I needed a deep clean after tenants moved out, they were quick to get me scheduled and took as long as it needed, not just a set # of hours. I highly recommend and will be sure to use them again.

Well I reached out to Leslie's for a move out cleaning quote.  They were quick to reply on Yelp then the communication dropped off.  I called, someone answered she said she'd check the schedule then call me back within 15 minutes.  Of course no call back.  So I call again and leave a voicemail.  I still haven't received a call back.  I was in need of services within the next two days which I understand is very soon but don't i at least deserve to be called back after they replied to my inquiry?  If your too busy tell me that up front.  I'm desperate and you left me hanging!

I did not hire this company.

Excessive prices. $419 to clean 900 sq ft! 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen,
2 1/2 baths!! I was not having my entire home cleaned and was leaving off 2 large bedrooms. They will not do this. They will not price the cleaning job on the square footage you want cleaned. They charge you for your entire house and they have a set $$ amount they charge for homes in that square footage. If this is your first time, they will not do a standard cleaning. They automatically charge you for a deep cleaning. For a 1,400 sq foot house, it's $419. For me, this doesn't work and the price is absurd being I'm leaving off two large rooms.

I don't understand why cleaning companies are charging more per hour than my son makes who is a rocket engineer.

It took me 3 days to get a quote after leaving my email address and phone number on day one. They contacted me 3 times by text and a call asking if I accepted their quote, and 3 times I said I didn't receive a quote and to send me a quote. I contacted them a 4th time and got the info.

I am adding to my previous review because I want to be fair and share what the company has done to correct my earlier experience. Shella offered to send another team and I got a VM from the owner.

I guess they send the best in cases like this coz Brandon left no stone unturned.

He took his time in cleaning the place and offered for me to check if he needs to re-do anything. At this point I feel that he has already spent a lot of time so I am not going to scrutinize every detail.

I created a Yelp account just for this because I am beyond appalled for the unprofessionalism of the cleaners assigned to me this morning.

My address is for a condo unit in the heart of N Scottsdale that obviously will not have parking close to the unit.

I got the number of Julie to tell her that one of them can unload their equipments while the other park and she told me that she will call me back.

Her tone already gave me an idea that she was not happy.

Then I got a call from dispatch asking for my availability because the cleaners are inconvenienced by the parking situation.

They should not be servicing condo buildings then if that is the case.
Or at least get to know the area, surely I wouldn't be their first client living in a condo unit in Scottsdale?

i took the day off for this and had to cancel a mammogram appointment because they didn't come in on time.

I just got a text offering me free service but that doesn't change this awful experience.

Shauna who has helped with all my questions before I booked with them is very helpful and accommodating.

Sheila from dispatch who has the unfortunate job of telling me the cleaners bailed, to put it bluntly, is apologetic at least.

They are prompt and professional. I had left my apt unlocked for them but the complex had inspected and locked it. The cleaner was patient enough to call me and allow me the opportunity to call the office and get her access. They could very easily have left and charged me some B.S. fee.
The apt and rug cleaning was perfect. She even cleaned out the storage unit to make sure there were no issues with my deposit.
I would be more than happy to recommend and hire them again.

We had a huge mess in our house due to a remodel. Everyone was on time, hard-working, and very nice. Very professional company this was a tough job and they did a fantastic job.

Team Heather for the win! This was my first house cleaning experience, and it was a gift. Heather and Linda arrived promptly. They greeted my dog warmly, and my son with laughter. We stayed home for most of the first cleaning and they were friendly, yet diligently working the whole time. Heather even wrote my kids a note in magnetic letters on the fridge and organized the magnetic animals. :) Everything is clean, organized, and smells wonderful. Thanks Ladies!!! We had Eco Mama out to our home in Scottsdale, last week.  We had the distinct pleasure of having Pabley, Sam and Shaffer clean our home.  It had not had a thorough cleaning for close to three weeks due to the recent social distancing of the CoronaVirus .  They did a great job  with a thorough deep cleaning.  They showed up on time, had their masks on (which, I'm sure was uncomfortable and hot) stayed focused, got the job done, went over and beyond and left our home spotless and smelling  wonderful.  It was a pleasure.....

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

Team # 6 (Ivonne & Yannett) just left my house after a 4 hour deep clean and WOW!!! They did a phenomenal job with everything from big items like the ceiling fans & floors, to smaller details like baseboards, the areas around the toilet, and areas behind furniture. I am so impressed! I can't wait to have these two ladies back in a couple of months. I'm also referring them to my parents!
