Excellent communication in app for Yelp and offered multiple options for payment. Cleaners came on time and did a thorough job cleaning our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Reasonable cost as well!

Efficient crew of 3 ladies cleaned my vacation condo unit in Scottsdale before new tenants , showed  up as scheduled on time on tne 31st of December. The unit was not too dirty before hand  so is hard to determine if deep cleaning would be needed but I was impressed with the timely show up an efficient cleaners.

Very pleased with the service the García's provided. Left my home spotless. Very respectful, profesional. So glad I found them. Will be keeping their services for long term. Thank you for your service's.

I just had them clean my home. Not even kidding, they did an exceptional job. That same day they reported with pictures of how things looked. I really loved that. It made me feel reassured. The customer service was exceptional. Torey is the gal I worked with and she was super friendly and I felt very comfortable with her from the get go. I will be having them back and will refer them out over and over again.

They are good with regular house cleaning and charge a very fair price. However we tried to use them for a short term rental and it's clearly not their forte, even though they claim they are doing another STR but clearly does not know what it entails. Basically, don't use them for a STR but house cleaning is ok.

not reliable spoke w/Tiffany yesterday around 11am she said she would come give me an estimate within 2 hours.  It is now the next day and she never showed up or even call back to reschedule.  She said it was her and her mother doing the service but I expect they won't be in business long if they can't even bother showing up.

I canceled this service. I have to say that I am not interested in returning as a customer. I must stress this: it is more important for the company to retain a $49 charge than a potential return customer.

I wanted to try another service for a couple months with the potential of returning. I won't be considering Dazzling an option now. I don't have $49 to throw away at this point and that is the memory I'll remember far longer than whatever customer service rep call and voucher could do. I tried to cancel the service. I am well-versed in technology and found the actual "cancel" options very hard to find. As soon as I was charged again, I contacted for a refund IMMEDIATELY after I realized I was charged to I cancel my plan. Come on, now. Don't throw the terms in my face if canceling the actual service isn't convenient to find on the site, I canceled the services, and then canceled the actual plan.

Got a text, email, and phone call the day after I canceled. Funny bc I had a difficult time reaching someone to help me cancel prior. Thank you for letting me relive this so the sentiment of resentment lingers far longer than any of the services the cleaning people who I've come into contact have bestowed upon me.
