Hailey is absolutely phenomenal and her work is flawless! We are always so surprised with how efficient and thorough she is. Karen at Spotless n Serene is amazing! She is very professional and responsive! We recently hired her to do a deep clean of our home.  She was extremly thorough and detailed. Came and did a move out clean at the apt for us. The only thing that he forgot was to rinse out the tubes. Everything else looked good. He worked hard and we appreciate the help!

I called 6 maid services and The maids gave me the lowest quote to clean my house at 200$. When the maids got to my house they said the price was now $215. I gave them some specifics to not do, and they did them anyway and then charged me for them. They also brought along an extra person and somehow took longer than the quoted time with 1 less person. I never got a call when they finished so I couldn't be sure how long they were actually there. I feel that I gave them less work than what I had originally told the lady on the phone, so I was confident they would be able to do it for $200. Anyway they ended up charging me 250$ because they took 20 minutes longer, partly because they did things I said not to do. I think the house looked pretty good but I still had to go around and do  some cleaning. I wouldn't hire them again because they give you a low quote to get you to schedule them, and then they bring an extra person and charge more. I would rather have 3 fast workers at 35$ an hour, than 4 slow ones. The lady on the phone didn't think charging me an unexpected 50$ was any big deal. Basically what she did is like a car mechanic that tells you it will be 250$ to change your radiator, and then you call hours later to see if its fixed and he said it took longer than he thought and he fixed something he didn't tell you he would and charged you 300$.

I had been using another service--a chain brand for a year.  But they kept sending new people everytime.  They weren't careful either.  Damage occurred twice. Saw Esperanza and her team as a referral from my neighborhood community board.  Have not been disappointed!  She keeps me updated if running late and is fast, but thorough.  Highly recommend this team!

I should have written this a month ago! Jessica and her husband are great! Right on time and very professional. Our house was so beautifully cleaned! They went the extra mile on our large all glass shower. I couldn't get it clean from the water marks on it. It looked brand new when they were done! Everything was shiny and fresh. Plus I felt very comfortable with them in our home.They were very pleasant and professional. You get what you pay for with them!

This was my 1st time using a cleaning service. Who trust strangers coming into their home? Uuuggghhh--not me! I was hesitant at first as any sane person should be. But, I got a positive vibe from them.
Also, I left them in my home to pick my kids up. When they left my house was above my A TYPE personality expectations, and, they left with the items they came with. Cleanliness was superb-trustworthiness was priceless!!!

This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.

They didn't even clean my House! As in showed up an hour early and when I asked the maid to wait so I could put my animals away and get changed she got in her car and left. Got a call saying that she didn't have time to wait for me which confuses me because she was scheduled to clean for two hours. The business not only did not send someone else out they should have upgraded for the inconvenience. Horrible experience horrible on Groupon's part for advertising with them.
Better off doing it my self! So disappointed in the unprofessionalism.
