Just an update - today I was the recipient of multiple angry and threatening text messages from Joe, the owner of the company.  I had not yet paid the bill after less than 48 hours (as I still have not received an itemized bill to explain why the charges were much higher than the quote I received).  It's ironic that they call themselves "Classy Cleaners," because this guy could not lack anymore class!  He told me that runs his company with an "iron fist," and he mentioned multiple times that I was robbing him and that he would be coming by my house.  I explained to him that the police would be called if he showed up at my house.  This guy has a short fuse and seems dangerous to me.  Please do yourselves a favor and do not hire this company if you are interested in your own safety.  Please see a screen shot of one of his lovely texts below.  I will be reporting this to yelp admins as well as the state attorney general.  By the way, he has been payed and we still don't have an invoice.

They did an absolute amazing job! I reached out last minute and they came the same day. The crew came in very friendly and experienced and they were done in an hour!   Everything looks and smells amazing! I will definitely continue to use their services moving forward!

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I have used them for weekly full house cleaning for past two years.   Great quality and service!   I am picky and they always meet my standards.   In two years they have never canceled and are really reliable.  I also like supporting this women and veteran owned business !

Mary did a great job on a move out clean when I was getting my house ready to sell. The house looked amazing!
They did everything needed to make sure it was spotless. Leading up to the clean she was also very communicative and even accommodated a reschedule of service which I really appreciated.

They did good cleaning for the 2 times they showed up. Then without much notice the day before the scheduled service they cancelled. Just for reference, I had hired them for weekly cleaning. A business should be reliable. Now I have to find another cleaning service.

Jamie is intuitive with her organizational skills. She communicates with compassion and understanding which allows for the energetic transformation of the space. She works with deep enthusiasm and she's able to see the transformation before she gets started. She is efficient and creates a structure that is easy to maintain. Jamie has a system that works. 3 dogs and 3 adults share this space.  Thanks to Jamie, I am filled with gratitude as I experience each day inside the transformation of my clean and organized home.

I called these people the night before with a last minute idea to have the house my daughter was moving into cleaned.  I intended to wash inside all of the cabinets and help in general - but I knew it was going to be a big job.  I tried other numbers off the internet - but only reached answering services.  Molly Maid had a real person answer the call who was very helpful.  I asked him to have someone come after 9:00  but I wanted them right away as soon as we got there are 9:00 so we could beat the movers.  When the morning came we had a call telling us they would be there between 11 and 12.  They had received the information "after 9" and scheduled someone for later in the morning.  When I explained that it was important to get there earlier - they accommodated me and had a team there by 9:15!  Because of another big rain that was heading our way - my daughter actually had the movers come early - but the Molly Maids worked around them and did a great job.  The company sent a person out to check up on how everything was going since it was a first time job.  And they gave me a follow-up call the next morning.  I am happy with this company and hope to use them for all my cleaning needs from now on.  I've had private cleaners in the past - one was very good but got too busy, another was good but unfortunately I believe she kept one of my cleaning tools which left when she did!  It is nice to find this company.  Thank you very much!!!

We are STILL using Maid to Order to clean our home every 2 weeks and they are STILL fabulous!
