I'm very happy with the work that Paulina and Kerry did at my house! They were efficient and thorough and left everything sparkling!  The price was very reasonable and I'm pleased that they'll be returning monthly!

This company should be called domestic goddesss they have done an outstanding job cleaning my 1500 square-foot two bedroom two bath home in Mountainbrook Village, Gold Canyon. They did an outstanding job with deep cleaning my home. It has never been so clean. I have had three other services prior, and they were all lousy compared to this team. I highly, highly recommend Native Bee cleaners.

Jamie is amazing! She quickly cleaned and packed a very cluttered loft. She also cleaned three very dirty bathrooms.  Jamie is professional  and never made me feel uncomfortable for having such a messy house.  I will definitely call her again.

Had my mom's house cleaned (2/27/23) By Molly Maids East Phoenix. Today I am left with complete dissatisfaction.  I was quoted 190 to 300 dollars. Before the team arrived, I was contacted by management (Kurt) and told they were sending 3 cleaners instead of 2. I was also told that 3 cleaners would get the job complete quicker and would not impact the cost.  However, Kurt already had a final cost of 270 dollars. The cleaning area was only about 900 square feet. My mom lives alone and she keeps the home very tidy. She was just concerned about areas she couldn't reach like ceiling fans. During the appointment, it became obvious that they were going to remain in the house for the complete 1.5 hours (270 dollars). Having a 3rd cleaner was not impacting a completion time.  I would not be as upset with the cost if the cleaning was excellent. Unfortunately. there were several areas that remained visibly incomplete. The ceiling fan was barely brushed with extendable cleaning tool but needed a thorough wiping. Today I spoke with Kayla a local manager and all she could do was apologize. I spent 31 years in the Navy and I am sad that we have places like this that the bottom line clearly overrides producing a great product. Molly Maids was more expensive that several other services I researched. I went with them thinking that a business this size had to be reputable. I was wrong.

Where are any current reviews??  I wrote a review - it was not a good one! - 2 months ago and now it is nowhere to be seen.  I don't see any current reviews on here anymore.  Are the negative/current ones being removed somehow?
