So far, I called Jennifer and she answered right away. We had a wonderful first conversation. She was very friendly and easy to talk to during our conversation. She is coming out only three days after our first conversation.  I am looking forward to meet her and to get my project completed . Will give feedback again after completion of project.

Tidy & Clean are a professional mother/daughter business. I inquired about a quote and they got back to me that very same day! my house smells amazing! They got all the black stuff off of my oven, deep cleaned my windows, vacuumed my stairs, cleaned every room, and it looks like a brand new place!

Julia and Keshia are amazing!!!  They did a very thorough job on our 2 story home. I would recommend them to everyone. Fantastic work and super friendly. I've never seen my baseboards so clean.

I am giving this review one star out of five stars as the company is unprofessional and did a very poor job of cleaning my apartment. I did a consult with Jerri and her husband. I purchased their cleaning service and their professional carpet cleaning. I would like to say this is a 100% honest review. Therefore, what was done right will be stated here and what was not will also be stated. The carpet cleaning was great! I was very impressed. The apartment cleaning was very poor. I cleaned the apartment before handing it off. The cleaner did a great job with the air intake vent grate; it was cleaned well. The interior windows, toilets and ceiling fans were also cleaned. However, everything else was left dirty. The washer and dryer were not wiped off. The appliances were not cleaned. There was dirt and grime left on the base boards, walls, the microwave, oven etc. None of the drawers or cabinets were wiped out. The tub/showers had caked on shampoo and were left dirty. I had to spend several hours cleaning the apartment before I turned in my keys. I am out a $380.00 cleaning fee. After discussing this and sending Jerri pictures to review. She sent me her own pictures, which were from far away, without resolution to see up close in very poor lighting. Her final response was a refund would not be issued. She offered no resolution, did not even offer to come down. Her final text was in response to me stating I would be writing a review about the poor cleaning job and she stated, "that is just great I am pissed off." Jerri lacks professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact I hope the BBB investigates. I hope this review spares someone from making the mistake that I did in hiring this company. I am beyond disappointed.

Charlie and Amy were a pleasure to work with. Recently hired them to clean a rental home I am staying in temporarily. They listened to my concerns and paid attention to little details. I will be hiring them again in a couple of weeks for a standard cleaning!

I've had the smart move cleaning crew clean my house a few times now. They're always easy to get a hold of and all our interactions have been extremely professional. The crew always leave my house sparkling clean and smelling amazing! Pricing is very reasonable compared to other companies. I highly recommend Xiomara and Herman. They performed a move out cleaning for me for an apartment I'd been living in for almost 3 years. Needless to say they had their work cut out for them. They were extremely response through when booking and getting a quote. I was extremely pleased with the results. I almost wanted to move back in to the apartment. Finally, my house is shiny clean! After 2 tries with other companies, I finally hit the jackpot with Heavenly Scent! After having one company not show up at the appointed time (with no phone number posted so I could call and find out the problem), and a second without enough staff to do the job within the next several months, I went to Yelp to research companies and read reviews. Heavenly Scent has great reviews and here's why: Staff made the appointment, then made reminder calls to alert me when the cleaners would arrive. There was a slight difference in the price I was given, and they honored that price. Tanya and Haidee showed up on time with all the equipment needed to do the job. They were enthusiastic, happy, and fun to be around. They were efficient and paid attention to every detail. They knew what my top priorities were for cleaning, assured me those would be done, and they completed them. Thank you ladies, for your work! And thanks Heavenly Scent! We'll do business again!

We had them do a move-out clean on a specific date and they were able to accommodate the request. They cleaned the entire house and it looks fantastic. They cleaned in the cabinets, the floors, bathrooms - everything. 100% recommended Happy Maids! I would absolutely use them again for any cleaning project.
