They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Jessica from Reliable Cleaners is absolutely wonderful to work with! I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. I know that I can count on her to show up and have it ready for the next guests. I am certain that you won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. I've been his client for about 9 months and can;t imagine my life without him. He's a keeper!

I had a terrible time finding a service to replace my trusty cleaning person, who is out with a serious injury; I had people ghost me, show up and not be able to complete the job, and cancel the day before after emailing me with incessant reminders. So I was immensely relieved when I was able to book a cleaning within a reasonable time, at a reasonable price, and no fuss. The cleaning person, Michelle, sowed up on time, was polite and delightful to deal with, and went through my house efficiently. She did a great job, made sure I was ok with what she was doing, and kept me informed on rates. After she finished, I received messages for feed back and they responded positively to a small issue I brought up. I have booked them again and asked for same person!

I was very happy with the cleaning service I got from Queen of Maids.  They did a great job and I'm especially happy with how my blinds look.  I feel like the cleaning was very thorough.  The two that cleaned my house were prompt, courteous, and very nice.  They stayed until everything was done  I feel comfortable knowing this company is licensed and insured and that the employees have an extensive background check.  I love that you can book online and the cost is exactly what is says.  I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

Met with owner John this morning and his associate Maria. They showed up on time, and even communicated when they would arrive. They are a new business in the valley but they did well with my house deep clean. A few things missed here and there but overall good job. John wanted me to walk through before they left and before they were paid to check for anything missing, that was a nice touch. Thanks john!

I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

Juanita and her crew came to the rescue!  She had already come highly recommended by a realtor friend who uses her a lot. She cleaned my vacation rental property for the first time and and unfortunately for her, it ended up being left in one of the worst conditions ever.  She knew I was stressed because I was on vacation and I had someone checking in that same day.  She sent me before and after pictures of the house and communicated with me every step of the way.  This could have turned out to be a disaster but she put my mind at ease.  She was so sweet and good-natured about the incident.  I was able to turn my phone off and enjoy a two hour hike with my family....which was priceless.  The next guests that checked in were impressed with the house that I advertise as immaculate.  I will definitely be using her for future cleanings.

I can't recommend this crew enough! I wanted to get my mom a birthday present that would make her life easier - so I decided I would get her house cleaned. I was so impressed with the care and efficiency of this team. They were friendly, easy to work with, and did a phenomenal job. When she saw the house after they left, my mom texted me saying "I don't think the house has ever been this clean!"

We hired them after we had two other companies no show/flake out. Had an entire team show up and get the job done and more. They did an incredible job including the blinds and tops of fans. Did a great job with communication and being timely. Would highly recommend for a one time cleaning, deep clean or regular service.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
