Best Cleaning Services in United States

I decided to go with Brennan & Co because of the great reviews on Yelp.  The first problem I think was scheduling at 2:30 on Friday.  The first of the crew didn't arrive until about 3:00 (they did call to let me know) and told me about "how long a day they've had", etc and that the others would be behind them.  About 30 minutes later the other 2 women arrived.  All were very friendly, but all mentioned how long of a day it's been.  They went to work and the things they did clean, they did a great job.  Problem is they missed a lot, I think because they were tired and rushing to be done on a Friday afternoon.  They did not touch my glass shelving next to our tv (still had dust), my kitchen table was not wiped down, my office was not vacuumed (or the floor mopped) and the shutters in there were not cleaned.  This was frustrating because I hired them because I didn't have the time to clean that weekend before a party, yet I spent more than an hour after they left finishing the job I paid (and tipped) them for.  I really wanted to like them and get on a regular schedule as the ladies were all friendly, but when they leave I want to know my house is clean, which it clearly was not a thorough job.  Possibly scheduling at an earlier time would have been better, however I paid the same no matter what time I scheduled and expect the same level of service.

Eli made our house look and smell brand new. She came over to take a look at the house before she gave me a quote. Her quote took into account that I would have a deep clean done before she started. Well the "deep clean" was very sub standard so I was already planning to bump up what I paid her. She showed up on time with all her own gear and immediately got started. When she was done she mentioned the fact that a "deep clean" had not been done - good eyes!! - so the cost went up $15.  Based on the shine and orderliness of everything, I gladly threw in another $35!! She is scheduled biweekly now.  Phew! I can have guests now!! Woo hoo!
