Best Cleaning Services in United States
I really expected better results after reading all of the wonderful Yelp reviews online. We have been looking for a good cleaning company for a long time, went through the ups and downs of having people come to our house and doing a terrible job. I wanted Brennan&Co to be that difference. A team of 2 showed up at my house to start, Trevor? and Kim. I introduced myself and he was the only one who responded and was nice. (The people who are coming to clean your house should be friendly, I mean there's that chance that they will always be the ones you see at each cleaning, you want to feel comfortable). About 45 mins later, Anabelle showed up. I was sitting outside at the time to let them do their thing and she came out to ask a question. I had originally communicated to Kris that I wanted the hardwood floors steam mopped because it was our preference. Anabelle started off to me with, "so, you want the floors steamed? ALL of them?? That's going to be really time-consuming." I felt like she was almost pressuring me to change my mind about it and I didn't want to be rude so I told her to go ahead with the regular mopping. (Keep in mind our rate for the cleaning included the steam mopping. They never asked us to write a new check so we paid what we were told to WITHOUT the steaming - it adds an extra 25$). The cleaning overall took around 4 to 5 hours, so when they were finished I was really excited to look everything over and see the difference. It looked like we had spent a Sunday cleaning the house ourselves. A lot of surfaces not dusted, spots on the hardwood floor from where food might have fallen, the fireplace is still covered in dust and untouched. The window sills were still dusty and the nickel finish in the showers still had water spots. Anabelle mentioned the checklist on her way out of the door, so we didn't get to go over it together in order to see if everything they had checked off was actually done. Every other person who has left a review has said how their team paid very close attention to detail, so I was really expecting our house to be sparkling. We are set up on a once a month cleaning and I might have them come out one more time to see if it's a different team of people who are willing to do their job without complaining the whole time. It just wasn't a very comfortable experience like I had hoped. The only good part about this was Kris, she's very friendly and easy to communicate with. I didn't even want to leave this review because I hate to be the only person not leaving 5 stars, but I want to make sure that Kris is aware of this experience. Hopefully, the second round of cleaning will be better.

Eli made our house look and smell brand new. She came over to take a look at the house before she gave me a quote. Her quote took into account that I would have a deep clean done before she started. Well the "deep clean" was very sub standard so I was already planning to bump up what I paid her. She showed up on time with all her own gear and immediately got started. When she was done she mentioned the fact that a "deep clean" had not been done - good eyes!! - so the cost went up $15. Based on the shine and orderliness of everything, I gladly threw in another $35!! She is scheduled biweekly now. Phew! I can have guests now!! Woo hoo!

Very reliable service and price. Attention to detail is remarkable! I'll hire them again with out a doubt

I really wanted to be able to leave a good review here but I just can't in good conscience.
The response time was appreciated and for my 1400-sqft home I was quoted $250 (+ tip) for a deep cleaning including interior windows, blinds, base boards, ceiling fans, oven, and refrigerator.
I was told that we would have a 2-person crew come, and I specifically scheduled with them on a day that wasn't convenient for us so that two people would be available.
Well, Antonia came alone, and spent about 5 hours at the house.
When we came back home she was mopping the living room floor around the entrance rug. (She didn't lift it up to clean underneath which makes me think she didn't vacuum there either.)
Antonia left in a big hurry.
I came in to get my toddler a juice and opened the fridge and nothing in the fridge was clean.
I spoke to the business owner on the phone and she said Antonia was still in the driveway so she had her come in to clean it.
I went upstairs with my kids to give her space, and heard her come in, Take maybe two minutes, and then the front door slammed.
I went to look and she had just cleaned a few spots on one shelf. She did not take anything out.
I ended up re-washing the windows because she neglected many.
Two out of 4 fans were dusted. Our downstairs hallway base boards were not touched.
She did not go underneath anything- couch, chairs, beds, not even with the vacuum. Behind the lazy boy chair and surrounding it was still dust and dog hair.
I stripped the beds and she put the same sheets (dirty) right back on them. Nothing was washed.
I feel like this was a lot of work for one person so I understand she was exhausted but not scheduling the two as promised, really screwed us over and she did not get to everything.
We did not get a price fix on the things that were not finished, Even after I spoke to them about the refrigerator.
I'm pregnant and due in a few weeks so this "deep clean" was a gift to myself so I can relax. All it did was frustrate me.
At best this was a spot clean service and unfortunately I will not be having them back.
