Ww had a giant 15 year old Palo Verde and smaller Cottonwood we needed to control or cut down. Mariah gave excellent info in the timely estimate and we arranged for tree elimination 2 weeks later. 4-5 guys here with her at 8am on dot And got to work with little tree. down in a couple of hours, dragged to front of house where one guy was cutting in smaller pieces for truck. Cut half side of big tree, lots done. day 2 back at 8 and watched systematic take down of Palo Verde big trunk. Then brought in stump grinder for both tree ground stumps.  Their clean up was so good, you would not know trees were there. Put back garden light electrical under the gravel they respread. Not a tree fron or leaf insight. Nice crew. wanted to make sure we were happy at end. Answered questions all along. I would absolutely use again, refer to friends.

I purchased a groupon to use Hale's Tree service for landscaping we need done. He was very nice when he came to give an estimate, and we set up an appointment to complete the service. The morning he was supposed to show up, he never called.  I called and left a message to find out if they were coming and he texted back saying that he lost my number, but groupon wasn't going to work for him. Very unprofessional!

They came and removed my cactus. They were half the price of everyone else and did amazing fast work. I would highly recommend them

Sabatian helped me prune a lemon tree that had broken because of over production of fruit. Came same day and was extreamly great in all areas!

Our front and back yard really needed a clean up, I reached out to Vida landscaping yesterday morning and Sebastian messaged me within a few minutes. He was willing to come out the same day to give an estimate! I am so used to landscapers being booked up for the weekend so it was really great to get such an immediate response. My husband works from home and was able to schedule a time for Sebastian to come back today. My husband said Sebastian and his crew did more than what was agreed upon and we are very happy with their work.

Sebastian was a pleasure to work with. Came by and gave me a reasonable quote same day and was able to do the work next day. Him and his crew were on time and made my yard look beautiful. They trimmed 3 large overgrown trees and mowed, plus hauled away everything. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and will use them again in the future.

Sebastian and his team were great.  They worked with my schedule and my wife's schedule to perform the quote.  The price was right on.  They trimmed a tree and replaced a water valve for us.  They gave us a one hour window and showed up within that time.  They made sure we were happy with the work.  We will use them again in the future.  They also did not try to push additional work or maintenance.

Vida landscaping came to the rescue, after another company I chose no called no showed.  Sebastian and his team of three-did an amazing job Trimming my overgrown shrubs and trees.  They even assisted me in moving and replacing a large rock, to my Surprise they even cleaned my pool of blown debris.  I did feel the price was a little above average, but it was a Saturday and last minute.  I will definitely consider them again for monthly maintenance.  My yard looks great and I'm very pleased.

These guys worked sooooo hard removing a stump and roots from a giant Sissoo tree in my yard! They showed up early and cleaned up before they left. They were very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend them!

First of all, I have to say that I did not end up hiring this company.  So, why am I reviewing them?  Because Jim Nowlin, the owner, who came out to look at my stump, was honest, kind and just a really good guy.  He came out to grind a palm stump and when he got here we discussed the best way to deal with my issue.  Since it was so close to my patio, he was concerned that the grinder could cause a bit of damage to some of the pavers.  He gave me a few options and I decided not to have the stump grinding done.  This was one of his options, even though that meant he brought his grinder all the way over here and left without a dime.  He was very kind and I just wanted to leave a review for him that if you need stump grinding done, he is the guy I would recommend.

Professional, great communication, took care of the problem. Removed a big maple stump from our yard. Went above and beyond and helped with another small stump from a palm I forgot I had in the front yard. Thank you!!

I was referred to Jim by my landscaper to help clean up a big Palo Verde tree that we lost during a monsoon. There was a big ugly stump and root system left behind. Jim got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. He even worked with the city to get all of the electrical lines mapped out and marked. He did what he could to salvage our irrigation line that was grown into the roots. Very good communication throughout. I highly recommend AZ Stump Busters!

Jim and crew were amazing and exceeded my expectations. I had 2 stumps removed. They did the work quickly and took special precautions to make sure the property near the stumps was adequately protected. They cleaned up the property as if it was their own. I expected that I would need to tidy up the yard after they left, however they made the effort to address everything. I will use them again!!

After tree stump was removed, branches grow back again. We asked Jim to help and he responded quickly, spreading roundups, and promised to grind it again when it completely dies. Fantastic services. Thank you, Jim.

I could not have asked for a better experience.  I posted pictures of the stump I needed removed and asked for a quote.  His response was prompt,  and he showed up on time.  He quoted a figure much lower than his competitors, did exactly what I needed, and cleaned up beautifully. Could not be happier.

David is a Certified Arborist and we learned SO much from him about trees. If you love trees and you want an artist to work on yours to both look great AND be healthy, he's your guy. He showed up when he said he was going to from our first meeting and through the job. If he said he'd be there at 8, he was there at 7:50am and working by 8. Post-Covid and especially in our tiny city, this work ethic has been hard to come by.

Our project was on the larger side with giant very old trees on an acre. He spent hours teaching us about his process, carefully making plans for the cutting and trimming of each tree, checking the health of trees that could not be saved, and helping us pick new trees and placing them in the appropriate locations. His employee Dustin was courteous and also worked hard all day every day. Both David and Dustin did an incredible job on our place between fire-wising, planting, pruning, digging, irrigating, fixing soil...I'm sure I'm missing a ton but they did A LOT of work over a 10 day period. I don't know how many times they filled their trailer but our yard was always left tidy and clean at the end of every work day.

The finished look is wonderful with noticeable attention to detail for every job that they completed for us. If you're looking for cheap, down and dirty, look to any landscaping company who will chop off your trees in the wrong places because they don't understand what they're doing. The job done in our trees will last us for years and will keep the trees looking good and healthy.

David (owner) is the MOST knowledgeable, reliable, and punctual expert around!!!! He planted 7 plants/shrubs and 3 trees as well as installed a drip line PROPERLY to my half-dead mature trees. We were very pleased with the work and clean up. Owner (David) is clearly knowledgable and interested in customer service. We appreciated the hard work, perfection and immaculate clean up. Requested some logs be kept for our use and they were lined up in a neat pile, easy to get to and abundantly provided. Recommend with 5 stars - no hesitation.

We had David come out and look at our trees, he gave us an estimate. About 2 months later he and his helper came back out and did an excellent job on our trees. He was extremely knowledgeable, and we were so glad that had hired him for the job. Would be happy to recommend him to anyone

David and his guys are great! They did such a great job with our trees. David is reasonable and knowledgeable about trees. He even saved one of our trees when other companies just wanted to cut it down because they thought it was dead and it wasn't. Great work, very reasonable price.  Francisco and his crew showed up on time, and were the hardest workers we have seen.  We had a large eucalyptus tree taken out, the stump ground, and three mesquite trees trimmed.  They came with two truck/trailers and all of the major equipment necessary to do the job.  They hit the ground running and never slowed down.  As they finished, my neighbor called and asked if they would trim my tree that hangs over into their yard.  No problem for Francisco.  He got right to work, fired up the chipper again, and added the last-minute work.  Cleanup was great.  Francisco is very easy to work with and has a good attitude of yeah, we can do that.  They finished up in good time, and their price was better than competitors.  We will use them again, and we heartily recommend Ashtree Service.

Sebastian and crew were great.   They came within a few days of contact, gave a fair price,  did the job perfectly, and were polite. Sebastian is knowledgeable and did not over-trim our six palms. He also took down an old but-now-dead cypress exactly as we wanted. it was so humid and hot, we have no idea how they can do what they do.  We will definitely hire them again!  Thank you so much

Sebastian came out and looked at my trees and told me why my tree looked the way it did and grew fast the way it did. He told me the last people trimmed the tree improperly. he explained it so well and informed me on other issues of my tree. He touched base with me from the start of the estimate and from the finishing of the job. Wonderful service and professional.

We had them completely weed over an acre of yard that was overgrown with camomile.  We had gotten it sprayed with defoliant and they came to take the weeds down to dirt because it is a fire hazard.
They came out and brought a crew and in one afternoon and part of the next morning (about 10 hours of work)the yard was cleaned and the dead weed pieces removed.
They were polite, and efficient and focused on pleasing the customer and their pricing was reasonable.  We paid cash, so don't know anything about their credit card policy. It was great to have the problem resolved by the next day and now we don't have to worry about fire season.

I needed 1 tree trimmed & part of backyard & front yard grass cut. The tree looks pretty good but the grass clippings are still there in my side yard. The man didn't finish raking up grass in my back yard claiming he saw a snake & was terrified.  That was a  week & a half ago & he hasn't been back. The man gave me his word he'd be back, but also thought I should finish this for him. It was also VERY expensive! They've lost me as a customer.

This will be a very subjective review.  I see many positive reviews here and will first admit, they did a lot of work and it was done well.  ROSALES BRANDEE is the person I sent payment to for reference.  The issues began with them being an hour late.  Not a huge deal if you are dealing with big cleanup.  My main issue with them is the professionalism.  You see, they thought the property they were working at was vacant, but it wasn't.  There was someone inside the property, watching them bring children to the site and allowing them to run around (I have no idea if I would have been liable if something happened to them), and using the rubbish bins for yard waste (especially the recycle bin, which I had to specifically tell them needed to be emptied of yard waste or it would literally be dumped onto the front lawn by the trash people), but what bothers me most of all, is theft.  If you have them working a site that is completely vacant, you probably do not have to worry about most of this, but this was a residential property.  They availed themselves of the tables and chairs on the back porch to eat their meals, but things suddenly went missing.  Limb loppers...ok, that could be an honest mistake, even though they were on the porch and should have been far enough away from their equipment that it shouldn't have been an issue.  A broom, ok not a huge deal either, but dog trimmers.  Now, these were $300 professional grade dog trimmers that were out of the box, yet the trimmers AND the box in a completely different area were missing.  Believe it or not, this was not my biggest complaint.  I contacted them about this and was told they were thrown out by mistake.  Well, they weren't, they were stolen.  The resident of the property even heard the rather lengthy conversation between one worker and his parole officer, but that's neither here or there.  They were quick to say they would refund me for the items.  I gave them the option of purchasing them themselves and dropping them off (so they could see I was not trying to extort money from them) or just refund me the money.  They chose refund, but then stopped communicating with me.  As soon as the job was done, they needed their money right then (it didn't seem to matter that I was in a meeting) so I transferred the final amount before I inspected the property (which it is a rule of mine I don't do).  So they had to have their money straight away, but when it came to replacing the items that were stolen, suddenly they were done with me.  I will not deny they did a good job cleaning up, but I am certain you can find other places that will do a good job that you will not have to worry about things like people who shouldn't be at the property causing a liability, using your trash for their waste, and stealing things. I highly recommend you don't take this chance!

We've used several tree trimming services over the past 20 years. Native Tree Services did a a superior job of pruning our seven large palao verde trees.
Several of our neighbors commented on how nice they look.
the crew was prompt, polite and cleaned up the yard nicely when finished.

Great service. Easy to schedule and professional service. We had the playground and other items close to the two big trees they removed. They worked around it, cleaned up all them mess. Would recommend and use them again.

They have trimmed my mesquite tree twice in the past and did an excellent job both times. Now, they no longer have a website. I requested a quote through Yelp and got no response. I left a message on their phone and got no response. Consequently, I hired Tree and Hardscaping Solutions. They came out the same day and did a wonderful job. I would use them again.

I've used a couple other tree services. Jeryzona was was the first to show up on time (actually called and arrived early). He took the time to explain the stump grinding process and how the stumps were measured for pricing jobs.
He was friendly and carried on conversation with me when taking a break. He didn't rush the job to hurry off to another one.
When he was done the area was totally cleaned up and you couldn't tell there had been a tree there. Well Done & a complete job!

Very professional, always did a great job, and provided very fair pricing. Their workers were always very friendly and helpful when we asked them to do specific tasks that weren't part of the normal routine. Our yards looked great because of them!

I worked remotely with this company for one of my rental properties and never had an issue with communications. They communicated throughout the project, from quote to actual work done. I requested pictures before and after and they did a good job chopping down a tree in the backyard. They were on time and reliable, and most of all, cost efficient.

Unfortunately, while things started off well with the service, they took a sharp turn.

I hired Garnicas Landscaping for routine gardening for a SFH in Scottsdale.  The initial work was good and at a fair price.

However, despite receiving payment in advance, the team stopped coming abruptly and without notice.   After I placed a phone call inquiry, they stopped responding to my calls.

Hoping this doesn't happen to others.  Cheers.

We requested a quote to trim our palm tree and they didn't show up, then a second time we had scheduled a time for them to quote our tree trimming they had only sent us a price. I'm not entirely sure if they made it to our house the second time because they only gave us a price and we had yet to meet with them. We hadn't met with them at all yet to point out which tree and what specifically we wanted done.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a time for them to complete the service. Then the morning of the service, I received a message saying they're going to double the cost without having met me in person yet and they were already late to the originally scheduled time. I'm assuming they saw the tree from the street, but wouldn't they have seen the same tree from the street when they sent us the price for the second quote?

I'm sorry I can't speak to the quality of their services, however the quoting process gave me such a bad feeling I didn't go through with using their company.

I love this business. They are helping to turn my backyard into my own little oasis. They do great work and are kind enough to break down larger projects into phases to meet my budget!

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. Don't just take my word for it, read all of the reviews who are telling you a common theme. They give you and estimate and then no-show without any explanation.

There are far too many landscaping companies here in the Valley for you to put up with such unreliable and unprofessional service.

I had this business come out and quote me on doing landscaping at my home.  We walked the yard and decided on a set amount per service land we scheduled for the next day.  I texted him to confirm and he asked for my address but never showed up.  I texted multiple times and didn't receive a return text.  Very unreliable.

We found this great company to do monthly service for my mom and he has been super consistent shows up every other week as asked and promised. Very reasonable rates! We needed our over grown palm tree trimmed and they did a phenomenal job! They kept everything Very clean, this palm is located so close to the  poolAnd they made sure that every bit of debris was cleaned out before they left. Even blew the front yard clean of any debris as well. Very reasonable price . We  highly recommend this family owned company and will have them do all of our yard maintenance, palm tree trimming and sprinkler system repair. Super friendly, very polite and great communication.

A few months in and they are doing a great jiob keeping everything up to par- weeds and grasses are being terminated and bushes are being trimmed! Still waiting excellent service- highly recommend!

Baudelio was to give me a quote for service in Fountain Hills.  His text message said he would arrive in 20 minutes... but he had never asked for the address of the property.  After several more messages back and forth (including providing the address) Baudelio said he would be there in 10 minutes.  20 minutes later I had to leave.  Total time waiting for him - 1 hour.  I had to leave before he arrived and was unable to meet him for the quote.

Two stars because the initial work they did was actually solid.

Negative stars because the rest of my experience was poor. Changing quotes, never on time, ghosting me repeatedly, and empty promises. I'd love to update this review but they don't seem like they want my business anymore!

I love these guys... I can send them pictures of what I need to be done and they will get on it they also fixed my sprinkler an underground waterline for my sprinklers. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I refer them to everyone!

I just started using this company that was recommended to me by a friend.  I have had 3 weekly lawn services to date, and they are also working on getting my trees trimmed a few at a time.  They have been doing a great job so far.  The communication is great.  They contact me before they arrive and let me know if they're running late.  The yards look great.  I recommend this company for yard maintenance needs.

Used Garnica's for a few months and they did an decent job but they weren't the most reliable.  Missed many things you want in a maintenance landscaper- checking lights, drips, cleaning debris from under the trees and bushes, and the final straw was that I needed granite and twice they didn't order and do the work as promised.  It was time to move on.  If you use them, you need to manage them.

Very impressed! I reached out to Garnicas Landscaping to clean up our back yard / patio as we just moved in and it quickly got out of hand. He was very quick with responding and we set up an estimate that unfortunately got canceled due to our lovely monsoon season. He rescheduled for the next day and showed up right on time which I know from experience is a very hard quality to find in most landscaping company's. Garnicas Landscaping showed up at 7am and was finished by 7.30. Not only was it quick but very professional. They did not cut any corners and truly showed there expertise! My property is very weird with no side gate or access to the patio with out coming through the house. They were very careful not to make a mess bringing everything through the house and not to ding the doors with there equipment. Overall I am extremely impressed, Garnicas Landscaping is a professional, punctual, fair priced, team of experts that I have faith would do an amazing job on even the biggest jungle!!

I was supposed to hire a company to come get the backyard into manageable length so I could then take over doing the gardening, but after seeing how good of a job they did. I feel like I might be asking for a monthly quote!

I let my backyard/ jungle get out of control again and Garnicas Landscaping came to the rescue! When I tell you guys this is a team of rock stars I mean it to the fullest! Words can't describe the amazing Job they do every time they come out. So this time I took some before and after pictures to let you be the judge.
