We had two trees that needed removal.
On Sight Tree Removal offered a competitive quote, and James commented on the care needed to remove the Jacaranda and the Mexican Olive. He immediately commented on the street lamp, rising up among the branches of our Jacaranda, and other features of our back yard that On Sight would be aware of during the removal process.

It was a long hot day for the On Sight crew. Starting a 7am and wrapping up at 7:30pm.
James contacted me a few times throughout the project, giving me updates on their progress, and to show me clear signs of root-rot around the Jacaranda tree. It was a sound decision to remove the tree with this hidden weakness.

Both trees were cleanly removed to ground level, as we requested. All debris were raked, blown, and added to their trailer. Our yard appeared even better than when the work began.

Excellent, thorough, well-earned work; worth every penny I was quoted.

On Sight Tree Removal did an excellent job to trim (almost cut half) a big tree in the front of our rental house. Please see the photo below. They also cleaned the site thoroughly after cutting the tree. They charged a very reasonable price ($325). We are very satisfied with their service. Wish they having a blooming business in the new year. Highly recommended!

James was very knowledgeable about types of trees and their characteristics. Among several companies I interviewed for my project, he was the only one who explained what options I had with short vs long term benefits, etc. His rates were also the most affordable and reasonable. He definitely earned my trust by sharing his knowledge, responding in a timely manner and providing detailed instructions on how to take care of the tree after he cut it. He's also a very friendly person, so it was really easy to communicate with him throughout the whole project. I would definitely use his services again.

Very prompt response and was able to service my yard and two trees as soon as the next day. The yard had been neglected for some time, but Branko and his team managed to quickly bring it up to a high standard.

DO NOT HIRE this company !!!
I paid them to do a FULL CLEAN UP and it was a disaster. Company was here an hour and a half had quoted me $775 they we're going to leave wanted to get paid but when I went out and looked around the property I realized that 99% of it still needed to be blown ,trimmed etc.
Their website shows them as doing several different things including tree trimming which they don't do ,  he told me they don't rake so the twigs and all the debris throughout the yard we're going to be left by this company, unbelievable!
Branko said he wasn't going until I paid him so I said well then you're gonna be here a long time less you finish the job you were supposed to do. So then he called the Scottsdale police lol. It was such a joke they ended up cleaning for about another hour carried out trash containers full of debris. Thank God he called the police because they got him to figure out that he had to do the job he was supposed to do!
Worst experience I've ever had!!!!!

It was a little tough to schedule the initial estimate since our schedules were not lining up. But once Branko was able to stop by at a time that worked for me, he was able to quickly identify everything that needed to be cleaned up. He immediately sent me a detailed breakdown of what each piece would cost. Once accepted, his team arrived quickly and our yard looks amazing! I would highly recommend their services.

I spoke with Branko about getting an estimate for a clean up and to utilize his landscaping services for ongoing maintenance. He was professional, prompt and very reasonable. I didnt hire them because my property manager had already contracted with someone else. But, I would absolutely hire them and I can strongly recommend their services as a prompt and excellent landscaping service !

Couldn't have asked for a better experience :) Got a letter from HOA, remove non viable palm tree. Reached out to Phoenix Landscape because of the good reviews for a free estimate. Got a physical call and they came and looked at the next day, looked at all my trees (others looked like they were dying as well). Got an estimate that also included another issue I had on property that they said they could take care of.  All was taken care of within 5 days of contact. Great communication, sent pictures of work while doing (I asked). Hope to do future landscape business with them.

Very poor customer service.  They will overcharge you and literally do nothing in your yard other than move leaves around. I strongly suggest to look at other companies that value you as a customer; while having a fair market rate.
