Pristine Green

Had 2 Queen Palms in the backyard taken down. One was 12' and the other was 18' to 20'. Within about 1 hour, both were cut down, area was cleaned up and debris was hauled off!
We had several quotes and they were the most reasonable. We selected them because of the reviews and cost for this service.
We would use them again!!!

If you like companies who completely waste your time then please choose Pristine Green. Came out to give a bid, walked the entire property, said they would submit a bid ... and never heard back from them again.  

And my initial appt wasn't a week ago ... it was a month ago.

I moved in to new built house 3 years ago. My yard was a HOT MESS! I wasn't able to do the landscaping I planned/ started out to do. But thanks to Dallon and his crew my yard has been made a haven! And the thing is this is just the start and we have several up coming jobs as a result of the professional, quick and amazing work that Dallon's crew from Pristine Green did!

I emailed Brandon on Wednesday evening, looking for a quote to trim some large bushes that were in the way of our house painters. He got back to me right away, I sent some photos of the plants, he got me a quote and had his crew at my house Monday morning. His crew was prompt, made a point of confirming what I wanted done before they began cutting and were done in less than an hour.
Working with Brandon was a breeze and it was a relief to negotiate via text rather than wait for a contractor that may or may not show up. I really appreciate how easy the quote process was and the fact that the crew was there when he said they would be. My time is valuable and Brandon and his crew respect that.

I cannot be any happier with these guys. Though it's a small yard, it had become very overgrown with weeds and dead parts of the plants. I sent them the before pictures to ask for an estimate and they got back to me within an hour or so. Super easy to schedule and extremely reasonable price. I had some specifics of what I wanted addressed and what I wanted to let grow out more. They listened to what I wanted, asked questions and got it EXACTLY how I wanted it. Even figuring out that I had a large sapling that was coming from under the wall of the green belt (not gonna lie- I totally thought it was part of the bush. News flash-it wasn't) and removing it. They were also incredibly fast and efficient so it was no hassle. They also checked the drip system and watering schedule to make sure that was all working properly too. I can enjoy the backyard again. So so so happy!!!!!

Brandon is awesome! I wish I had known of this company earlier! I had been renting out my Chandler AZ house after relocating to MN and my services were changed over by my management company. I could not be happier with their service.

I just sold my house and prior to selling it I had Brandon and his team add some additional ground cover in the front yard. He was able to come in and complete the work the next day in time for photos and listing.

He notified my of any issue, I did have a sprinkler head that was leaking and causing a bit of a problem, he also recently sent out a simple text to re-lay winter seed that you could respond to the auto text number to schedule.

I like that this company communicated with me every time I had a question and they made it easy and are continuing to make it easier with their new text app.

Pristine Green installed pavers and turf in my backyard, and they were phenomenal to work with throughout the process.  The team did a fantastic job and the end result was better than I expected.  I will definitely be doing business with Pristine Green in the future.

Such an amazing crew!!! They showed up right on time and got right to work, I didn't have to do anything! I work night shift so I was even able to go to sleep and they did everything I asked and left without needing me to do anything. Great response time from Brandon and a fantastic crew who does everything they promise for a great price!

Dallon & his team are simply the best!!

We recently had our backyard re-landscaped. We removed old pavers and had a putting green installed. The guys at Pristine Green were outstanding! We had 3 quotes and chose Pristine because they had 5 Star Yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. Dallon worked with us for the best possible design for our yard. Alex and crew showed up on time, worked very hard, and paid attention to the smallest details. Overall, we went from an outdated boring yard to a beautiful backyard we can we proud of. Give these guys a call. Dallon is simply the best!

Brandon and his crews did a very good job on my lawn. The monthly service was always timely and looked great after.

The biggest thing that I am pleased about was when I let my backyard turn into a mini jungle. I sent some photos to Brandon and a week later his guys were there clearing the jungle out and I had a backyard again. I also found about 5 of my dogs tennis balls that I thought were lost for good.

Pristine Green created and installed our new backyard and it is beautiful. The stone planters are so well done and the overall landscape is exactly what we were looking for. These guys did a great job on my weed clean up! The owner got back to me quickly with a quote and a very reasonable price! They were able to come out on a couple days notice to clean up my yard and they did a great job! They did miss a very small spot on the side of my house, but it's easily mistaken as part of my neighbor's yard and I forgot to mention it before they started! Would recommend their services! Will update if they come back to get the small missed patch but overall satisfied with the price and the service!

After having numerous landscape companies over the years many of whom simply stopped showing up I found Pristine Green.  The team is professional, punctual and always did a fantastic job maintaining my property which was no easy task.  I removed all of the bougainvillea from my yard due to having small children and the potential for thorn cuts and several large sissoo trees that were getting to tall .  Pristine green made great recommendations on replacement plants and trees. With that said I have a lot of landscaping to maintain including plants, trees and palms.  Pristine Green is the only company that has provided consistent service, quality work and a level of professionalism not often found in the industry. I would highly recommend their services for both design and maintenance.

From project manager, Dallon, to the landscaping team, they were professional from start to finish and delivered beyond my expectations. Excellent service. We replaced a putting golf area with a pool and as a result we had to mess up with our backyard. We quoted several companies and Pristine Green came not with the lowest quote but certainly with the best quality. They did an outstanding job with our backyard. These guys are pro's.  I was recommended to them by another landscaping company that was installing some turf for me.  I got in touch with Dallon and he was quick to respond, come scope the project, and schedule the services. They arrived on time and knocked out the whole job in a day.

They removed an old cactus, laid a whole new drip line from the front yard to the back, and planted some new cactus and citrus trees.  Dallon has already been back over to check on the new plants and has continued to be responsive to any questions I've had for him.  I would highly recommend his services!

It started with a quick response, a polite exchange, 10 photos sent by me so he can get an idea, and that was it, 28 days ago. Since then, crickets. Quiet.

We are new to the area and wanted to add some AstroTurf to our backyard. Not a big job but definitely needed it to be done. I worked with Dallon, he came out and listened to what I wanted , took his measurements and got back to me with an estimate within 4 days. This is our second visit from their crew. Both visits were great experiences. The crew was courteous and very meticulous. They even skimmed the pool and cleaned the  skimmer basket to make sure debris wasn't missed.

Brandon and his crew did an amazing job clearing out the jungle that grew in my backyard! I was losing my dogs in all the terrain lol they came in and cleared out everything in record breaking time and just in time for a party we were hosting the very next day. Pristine Green was just here at our house. Brandon's crew did a fantastic job! We have a lot of schrubs and different plant life so it would be alot for us to do. They were on time in the window they provided and the crew was very friendly. They even set our water system to the correct settings. Highly reccomended!!

We own a winter home in Chandler and have had Pristine Green do a periodic clean up of our landscaping. We had a major project recently--removal of overgrown bushes, need for additional landscape rock, container trees that needed to be planted. The complication was that we were not onsite when the work needed to be done. Brandon and his crew were responsive and communicative. Brandon even went to our home today and checked on our drip system to ensure me that the trees were being adequately watered.

I called Pristine Green early in this holiday week (July 4th) as there was a leak under a concrete patio. Brandon went above and beyond and managed to get out very quickly in a time of need. The house was recently listed to sell and having a irrigation leak, under a concrete patio, is not conducive for showings. Brandon and his team (serious props to Chandler - the technician) quickly came out, located and fixed the leak, and also fixed/adjusted/replaced some sprinkler heads to ensure proper coverage so the yard remained green and would look great while on the market and beyond. I could not be happier and will call Pristine Green for all my future landscaping and irrigation needs! The service was quick, courteous, and such a quality job! I tried hiring Pristine Green LLC right after we moved into our new house last year because of their amazing reviews, but they were all booked out. I called back a few months ago and was able to get on as a regular maintenance customer and have been so pleased with their service. They've fixed our aging sprinklers and actually KNOW about the plants they're tending. Love, love, love how much they love my plants!  I'm so happy to have them and would recommend their services to anyone!

Pristine Green did an outstanding job!!  They redid our front and backyard watering system, removed a few poorly growing plants, and added new plants, trees, and gravel.  The results were beautiful and exactly what we wanted.  Dallon was excellent to work with, had great communication, was quick to respond, and very professional.  He helped us determine what types of plants/trees we wanted and where best to place them.  Nick headed the crew and was super knowledgeable and great to work with.  The crew was very efficient, prompt, courteous, and did excellent work.  We selected them because of the reviews we read and the reasonable cost.  Can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was to work with this company!  We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

Pristine Green does a great job with both weekly yard maintenance (we have them cut the grass/ clean the yard on a weekly schedule) as well as sprinkler fixes! We had Pristine Green out to fix our sprinkler valves which were leaking, and they were able quickly schedule the repair/ replacement (after coming out to give us a quote), and left the work site clean and in working order. I would highly recommend all of their services!

I can't even help myself - I HAVE to write a review about this company because I cannot believe how good they were to me..... and I wasn't even a costumer!!!! I called and made a request over the phone to have some of their palm fronds for a party I was throwing. Brandon was so nice to me and went out of his way to make sure his guys saved some for me the next day. I told him I would pick them up so it wasn't any problem for the workers but he said it was no problem and had them delivered to my house. Who does that?!?!?! They are so nice and I can tell by that that this company cares about quality customer service, or in my case non-costumer quality service.

I have been trying to find a reputable landscaping service that I can depend on. So glad to have found Brandon and his team. My backyard had become an overgrown jungle, but Eddie and his guys came in and the difference is night and day. They were very professional and efficient. The backyard does not look the same! I am looking forward to using them for regular maintenance when they become available and I also would like for them to repair the bubble irrigation system.

He's been doing monthly yard care for us for several months now (we have no grass so it's trimming and weeding) and we're so thankful. He texts us the night before so we can remind our tenants they'll be there, then we get a text with a few photos once they've completed the work. We pay electronically too, so very convenient. I received a notification from the city my front yard was out of code due to some patchy dirt/grass areas. I called a few landscape companies off Craig's list and Brandon from Pristine Green was the most straight forward, honest and the only one that made it when they said they would for a quote! I got a recommendation from him based on my budget to install rock. Everything turned out great and as he promised with no surprises. A+ will use again!

I hired Pristine for a one time clean up and am very happy I selected them. While I would have liked to have hired them for bi monthly or even monthly service Brandon explained they are booked but can do one time clean ups right now. I sure understand why they are booked cause they are efficient and reasonably priced. Brandon called me back the same day and we communicated through text with ease. The crew arrived the day and time as scheduled. I will surely hire them again for irrigation work and landscape enhancements.

Brandon and Dallon and the team at Pristine Green did a great job on our backyard. They installed over 1,200 sq. ft. of pavers, added a fire pit, planted three trees and shrubs and installed new irrigation lines. Their workmanship was very good quality, and everyone who worked on our backyard was respectful and knew what they were doing. I found these guys after weeks of no shows for estimates or call backs from other landscaping companies.  

It wasn't a huge job but our front yard was looking shabby; we had eight hedge type bushes, a cactus, and three oleanders to remove and add eight boxwoods, three pygmy palms, and a boulder put in their place.

We also needed our drip system reworked due to multiple leaks and an older not so great timer.

My estimate was on a Thursday and they could have started the job the following Tuesday but no one was going to be home, so we had them start the following Thursday at 7am; by the time I got home from work I had a new look on the front side of the house. The yard looks great, will post before and after pics when I get a chance.

Pristine Green does a fantastic job; we will be having them redo our irrigation in the backyard early next year and start getting it into the great shape the front now is.

I am a new customer and this is only the second scheduled lawn service appointment.  Both visits have been great.  I have 13000 sq ft, 2,500 sqft lawn, 40 bushes, a mess of rocks thus weeds.  The frost hit my fire sticks (huge) hard, bells hard so the normal trim of bird of paradise was just the tip of the trimming.  When the crew left each elements of the care was terrific.  Amazing job....

Pristine Green was wonderful sent pictures for a quote and was out the same week. We have a large backyard that takes a lot of up keep with a busy life, I just threw my hands up and called them. Came home to a beautifully landscaped backyard and a huge weight lifted. I would reccomend them to anyone and will be using them again going forward! OMG....this is the best lawn maintenance. I have had 3 other companies in 3 years.  My lawn never looked good.  Now, my lawn looks better than it ever has in only 6 weeks under their care.  Their prices are fair, they are punctual, they immediately take care any issues they see (I.e. sprinkler heads). Brandon is very knowledgeable, responds quickly to texts, and as sweet as can be!  I am so glad I found Pristine Green.

We moved into our new house and needed a front yard clean up. the previous owners had really let things grow out of control! I had requested quotes from 6 different companies and Pristine was comparable, but they were the fastest to get back to me and the best at maintaining contact throughout my questions and scheduling the service. I contacted Pristine Green for a one time clean up and routine maintenance to follow.  I also asked them if they could figure out my sprinkler box and set it appropriately --I am a new home owner and it was a mystery to me!  They did this on their first visit and I am thankful.  I am very impressed by the communication between Brandon and myself to keep me informed of when they are coming, etc.  When they leave, my front and back yards truly do look pristine!  Highly recommend them if you are detail oriented and appreciate a company that communicates well!

another great job finished by the pristine green team. i had concrete patios poured in my front and back yard. each job was done on time and worry free. dallon varney set everything up and was on top of any issues that  were going to cause a problem. i highly recommend this company. they treat their employees well and the employees are always willing to go that extra mile to make the customers happy..

We just needed a clean up of bushes and weeds and such and Pristine Green did an excellent job! Everything is trimmed back properly and shaped up. Weeds pulled and sprayed. They even adjusted irrigation drippers and trimmed back the citrus trees! While they did break a sprinkler head, Brandon was very responsive and they were out quickly to fix it. They even checked the others and adjusted another one that I didn't notice before. We will absolutely use them again.

Brandon and his team are great! I requested a simple quote for removing weeds from my yard, and they went above and beyond! The turnaround time was fast, and priced super reasonable. I was really wowed when I came home to not just a yard free of weeds, but mowed, edged, and the bushes and trees were trimmed  Not to mention very friendly interactions and prompt responses to any and all questions I had. Have been aprehensive to hire a landscaper after a few less than ideal experiences in the past, but our backyard was in some serious need of attention. My wife did some reseach on-line, and after getting a few quotes, decided to have Brandon's crew come out to touch-up the front and backyard, and trim back a tree that was a HUGE job.

The crew arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, and did an outstanding job. Our yards are as clean as they have ever been, and the once ginormous tree has been trimmed back with expert care. We will use Pristine Green for monthly maintenance going forward.

We had such a great experience with Pristine Green! Booking the appointment with Brandon was quick, easy, and convenient. I simply called Brandon who picked up on literally the first ring. He then had me text him a picture of what we wanted worked on, which was pretty much our whole backyard- We had a ton of weeds and leaves. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to book me for the following morning. The guys showed up exactly when they said they would and they only took an hour to do all the work! They picked up all of the leaves, had all of the weeds removed and sprayed, mowed the grass, and even trimmed the trees, which we were definitely not expecting. They pretty much gave us our backyard back in an hour! They were great! I'd definitely recommend!

We hadn't had anyone out to clean up our yard in over 6 months, so we had a mess of overgrown weeds along with trees and plants that needed trimming. Brandon and his company have been great to work with!  Our yard needed a really good deep clean  and we had contacted other companies that either never showed up for the appointment, never called back  or never returned with a quote.  Brandon has been quick to answer everything we have asked by text or phone call.  They came by yesterday to do the work and it's like it's a whole new house!  Our plants, trees and yard in general look healthy again! My husband and I are renting a house this year and ended up with more yard work than we were able to keep up with.  We contacted Pristine Green from a recommendation.  Online / via email, I requested weed removal and pruning of a couple oleanders.  Brandon requested photos, so I sent him plenty to see the extent of the weeds.  Over the phone, he started discussing cutting branches off our citrus trees, asking how many palm trees, etc., and I insisted i wanted no other work done, didn't need the lawn mowed, just weed removal through the gravel areas and in the dirt citrus area, and there were specific oleanders I wanted trimmed.  This was then confirmed via text message, for trimming oleanders and weed removal with a rate of 250, down from 300.  I didn't know why it would be so expensive, but I figured there are indeed a LOT of weeds and I wanted them to be removed, not only sprayed, and i haven't been able to keep up with pulling them all out, so figured i guess this is what it costs to have weeds removed.

When the crew showed up, I reiterated this.  They wanted to trim a giant arbor vitae back to the brown, which I said no way because the tree is terribly unhealthy already and there are already several brown areas that previous landscapers hacked into, and it will not grow back, but said if they lightly wanted to trim it but leave it still green where it's green, go ahead.  They said they'd give everything else a trim, and I said it didn't need it, but if they wanted to trim a little, fine.

What I ended up with was everything being totally hacked off.  The arbor vitae miraculously survived but everything else was a total chainsaw massacre.  I have bushes in the front that I like to be bushy to conceal packages delivered when someone's not home.  I trim them myself when needed, but now they are totally sliced to nothing.  I didn't want them to be touched AT ALL but it was over before I knew it.  Two low palm trees that used to have really pretty leafy fronds have been circumcised into horrendously ugly things.  Thank god I said no to trimming the roses once I saw what they were doing - I imagine they would have been chainsawed off completely and not properly dead headed.  During one of the palm tree massacres I ran outside literally screaming for it to stop and explained my dismay, but the damage was already done.  That's when I realized several other items had already been totally mutilated and the palms were a total wreck.  The oleanders were chainsaw-trimmed only.  No hand-snipping out branches to keep the surface from getting dense and unhealthy.

When I explained my shock and disgust to Justin, who was in charge, he just kept going on about the health of the plants.  If you're so concerned with health, you would NOT propose cutting an arbor vitae to brown.  You would not hack bushes off exclusively with power saws as opposed to hand pruning shears.  Secondly, this is not at all what I wanted!!!  Being told it will grow back may be true for some of these cases, but that is not an excuse to hack plants away that a paying customer wanted to be left alone.  Do hairdressers just walk around chopping people's hair off without their permission because it'll be healthy for them?  I don't think so.  That would probably be considered assault.

At this point, we were two hours in, and weed removal had not even started.  Apparently their idea of removing was to spray.  Spraying leaves weeds behind and they shrivel and turn brown, but they're not gone, in case anyone wasn't aware.  Some of the weeds were trimmed with a weed whacker then sprayed.  Creative approach.  When they came to the door to leave (and ask for payment) I could still see every weed out front that has bothered me for months.  At this point they said they would pull the big ones out.  They did that for a bit, and I called the company to explain how horrendously the team followed through with what I had requested.  He took $20 off - which is not going to buy me replacement plants for what they butchered.  I am hoping the actual homeowners understand when they move back in this summer.

There are still hundreds of weeds that I am looking at, so ... that's awesome.  The crew had to leave, so they did not finish removing weeds around the property.  Maybe if they haven't wasted 2 hours destroying the property and performing tasks that I DID NOT WANT, they could have done the two things I asked for.  I really don't understand the after photos that people have posted here, since mine do not remotely look like that.

In summary: I paid $230 and asked for two things to be done.  Only one of those things was completed.  Dozens of other things were done that are completely ridiculous and hideous.  I cannot describe how upset I am by this.  I would love to go get a massage to relax, but I just wasted $230 on something I could have done myself with $10 of Roundup and a borrowed chainsaw.

The cleaned up our front yard a couple months ago. Did a very good job. Even did a little trimming on our mesquite tree at no charge. Will use again when we need another clean up and or tree trimming.

I had Brandon and his crew out to do some trimming and cleanup on May 10th. I have a xeriscape yard, but I still had some really overgrown palo verde trees, a dead bush, and lots of other trimming and cleanup needed. Brandon arrived on time and was really friendly and courteous. Throughout the entire process of scheduling he was very responsive and easy to talk to. The price was very fair (more than fair so I gave a tip!) and they did an *amazing* job. I was blown away by the quality of the service. His crew worked well together and they were fast, thorough, and meticulous. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! I will surely be having them back for maintenance and you will be happy if you use them for your landscaping needs too. Brandon is just a standout guy and runs an excellent operation. Great Job on Friday by Brandon's crew, trimmed everything I'd asked and removed everything from yard I wanted removed as well.  Yard looks Night And Day better.  Sorry the crew had to work in such heat ... must've been 110F by the time they finished but they soldiered thru like champs.  Good followup and availability from Brandon who I was making arrangements with (the Owner, I presume?), and I would definitely recommend services of Pristine Green to anyone ... from what I've seen (not my first service from them) they always come through ...

After going through 3 yard maintenance companies in a year, we were beginning to think if we wanted it done right we would have to do it ourselves. Gave Brandon a call and what a blessing!! He and his crew show up on schedule, take care of all the details, and the price is very reasonable. He even fixed our trellis' better than when we moved in. He is a professional and polite young man, dependable and stands by his work. We have had them now over a year, and our yard has never looked better. Get him if he can fit you in!!

This is the 2nd time we have used Pristine Green this summer. We had just moved into a new home and were in need of a new crew and a major clean-up as the yard hadnt been attended to in a while. They gave me an estimate over the phone and were able to get us in right away! They are very reasonably priced, do an AMAZING job, quick to respond and no issues getting an appt last minute. Brandon and his team are amazing.  I interviewed and received quotes from 7 different companies before picking Pristine Green to do our backyard.  This was a new construction home and we needed everything.  Brandon was very fair and was not a pushy salesman, like others we encountered.  Install happened exactly when he said it would and the crew was amazingly nice and clean guys who knew what they were doing.  Dallon (project manager) and Brandon were easy to get in touch with and provided updates as the project progressed.  When everything was all done, Dallon made sure we were 100% happy before leaving us to enjoy our yard.  There are 1000 different companies to chose in the valley for landscaping, I would highly suggest using Brandon and his crews; I have already referred several of my neighbors.

I was informed by my HOA that my tree was not in regulation of an 8 foot canopy  rule... I contacted this company they gave me a very reasonable quote and I hired them.. The quote was so reasonable that I was a little sceptic, sometimes you get what you pay for... I was EXTREMELY pleased at the wonderful job they did,  how quickly they did it AND actually not so upset with my HOA because the tree did look amazing...  THANK YOU Brandon and crew... Long story short I wish I would have used them from the start, I got a quote and they were the mid, went with the low only to get the good old bait and switch on the price after paying a large cash deposit and the work was never completed. Pristine Green was always the fastest to respond and came out and finished the job perfectly in one day. In the long run not hiring them in the first place cost me more than their original quote. I called and sent pictures to have a valve box that was linking fixed. I received a call and a quote within minutes. We scheduled the time they arrived promptly and got the job done $60 under the quote! Highly recommend Brandon and his team for quality honest service!!!

Pretty expensive, but did a decent job.  Left the yard more messy afterwards than I'd hoped (gravel kicked around, plants stepped on, dog poo unceremoniously scraped onto the sidewalk).  Not terrible but not worth the 5 star rating in my opinion.

These guys are pros! Very knowledgeable about their trade and prompt in communication. We got winter grass put in and requested a yard cleanup as well. Brandon made sure no detail was missed. Everything I knew about my yard as the owner, he touched up on. He re-tied my sagging tree to its post and even trimmed all of my front yard shrubs (wasn't expecting that). Brandon is VERY responsive.  His crew showed up at the appointed time.  For the amount of work done, the price was good.  On those points they stand out above most of the companies I've tried in the past.

Unfortunately, I had some problems.  In general, my landscape was cut back much more than I wanted.  (I was getting ready to sell the house and wanted a very light trim)  Brandon and I never met in person beforehand to discuss the work, we did everything over the phone.  This led to a misunderstanding.  It would have been better for us to meet in person so that what I was looking for would have clearer.  I could have demonstrated how much to cut and what not to cut.

Most people will not have any issues with Pristine Green.  I would recommended them to others.

When my wife and I first decided to remodel our backyard, we were initially recommended to another contractor to handle the landscaping while our pool was being built. Little did we know this Contractor (Bravado pools and landscaping) would be a complete joke and never fulfill any promise and constantly lied about everything. Updating this review as I did end up getting a quote.  Pristine Green ended up being the most expensive company that we have gotten a quote from.  Also they did not want to put in new trees, instead they suggested we go to the nursery to purchase and have them install at 300-400 dollars a piece.

We are 3rd owners of a home with beautiful landscaping however, with so many trees and shrubs, maintenance becomes a pain.  I'm an old school guy - mow the lawn myself and try to do light pruning but twice a year everything including palm trees need a major cleanup trim and haul away. We've gone through a bunch of landscapers who were ok. Want an English speaking phone contact person, a timely response, a crew who shows up on time like they're supposed to?  This is Pristine Green.  For the last few years we've been using Pristine Green, and each time we have been impressed just as much or moreso by the job they do.  Everything is trimmed to our specifications, which is over a dozen shrubs, citrus trees, mini-palms, bouganvillas and oleanders among other shrubbery.  Everything is cleared, cleaned up and hauled away - they even mowed the lawn without an extra charge (like I mentioned I do this myself and don't ask it to be done but they have everytime!) Everytime the yard truly looks pristine green when they are done.  Thanks for 5 star service and quality.  Highly recommend.

Loved the service! I scheduled Pristine Green for a spring cleanup of the yard based on yelp reviews. But upon inspection of the service I couldn't believe what I found. All my lawn lights were broken, seemingly not moved upon mowing and were run over and broken, all 6 in front and 6 in back. Then I noticed the entire pool was filled with lawn clippings and the small branches from the bushes with thorns that were trimmed down. I spent a few hours getting as much out as I could but I continued to find the small wood pieces clogging my pool vacuum over the next few weeks until finally the pool vacuum broke from the many sharp small pieces of wood it sucked up. Upon discussion with Brandon I was told that they don't take care of any yard with lawn lights or pools so that I was just out of luck and I should find a different company for the ongoing maintenance I was looking for. Why didn't he tell me that before charging me $360 for a one time cleanup? It ended up costing me about $50 to replace the lights and $300 to clean the pool and replace the vacuum. Then they came back and did a maintenance service that I never requested with the same pool filled with lawn clippings result. Luckily I hadn't put out the new lawn lights yet. Overall I'd advise all to stay very clear of this company.

With Pristine Green, I received a call right back, was able to text some photos of my yard, and had my full yard cleanup scheduled for the next week. The crew arrived on time and did a great job. My backyard was a jungle of weeds and tree suckers and debris. The crew easily tackled the job within the hour. I will definitely use Pristine Green again!

Pristine Green does an excellent job taking care of our yard. We were constantly getting notices from the HOA until we hired Pristine Green for regular maintenance. The crew is meticulous, hardworking and reliable. Brandon will always let me know if there's something I need to know about. I think customer service is Pristine Green's top priority! I was looking for a new company to do some cleanup and tree removal for our yard so I picked the top 3 rated on NextDoor. Brandon got back to me within about 20 minutes of leaving him a voicemail. I promised him I would send photos as soon as possible of the work needing to be done. When I hadn't sent them by Sunday, he followed up with me to double check. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and the courtesy reminder call (especially on a Sunday). He scheduled the work to be done earlier than expected, even though I told him it was no rush & the crew showed up to begin the work right at 7am as promised on a Friday morning. After completely removing 5 different plants and trimming 6, I came home to an immaculate yard. You would've never known any of the plants had just been removed. I honestly couldn't be any happier with this company! They are fantastic and I will definitely hire them again!

We had two trees that were lying on our roof and one encroaching into our neighbors yard. Mike came out and gave us a quote that I considered to be right in line with what I had expected. His crew showed not just on time, but a little bit early. They were very courteous and respectful and very conscientious of our concerns and wishes. They did an awesome job and cleaned everything up very thoroughly, and even mulched up the other cuttings that we had sitting out for bulk trash pick up. We cannot recommend them enough

Mike did an excellent job with some trees at a shopping center I manage.  Price was in line with others.  Would definitely use their services again.

I have used Trees by Mike to trim my large mesquite tree in my back yard and my three palo verdes in the front yard for at least 10 years or more. I use them because they are insured, they know what they are doing, polite, efficient and reasonable for the work required. I just had them take down the large mesquite as it was just getting too big and extended into the neighbor's two yards behind me. I would recommend them for all your tree service needs.

Mike's been keeping my trees maintained for years. They do a great job every time.
They do get extremely busy when the weather changes or storms come through, so be sure to have reasonable expectations when everyone is trying to get the same work done.

I was referred to this company by my regular landscaper because they received a huge contract and were unable to do my Mesquite and Eucalyptus right now, they have been doing them for 4 years and I love them! So, I called Trees By Mike and they came out for their scheduled appointment @ 7 am. I did not get a quote over the phone for my trees first because they were recommended by a reliable company. When they came out they hem hawed around stating it could take 1-2...3... maybe 4 hours do, and said it would be anywhere from $450-600 to do depending on how long took. I was shocked and made the statement that my regular guy has never charged me more than $450 for both trees when they were much worse than this, they replied the other guys were Landscapers not tree guys. Well, that upset me because the other guy referred them why would they bash them. Then Mike started making more excuses as to why it was so much because of the cleanup, well the other company does their own clean up also. I allowed them to cut only one of my trees the Eucalyptus because it really needed it for $200. In the middle of the trimming Mike knocked on my door, when I came out he started in on this and that. I stopped him and told him exactly why I was unhappy and he continued to talk, however his son cut him off and shook his head for him to stop. They took 20 Minutes to cut my tree and 15 Minutes for clean-up, 35 Min total. I will never use these guys gain.

I called my regular landscaper, he apologized for what happened and he will fit me in to his schedule in the next couple of weeks to trim my Mesquite.

They trimmed a large ficus tree this morning (to limit branch growth over pool and neighbors yard) and a very large eucalyptus tree.  We do this every two years to keep these beautiful mature trees healthy (and to keep our neighbors happy). We used Tree Doctors for years.   Professional, safe, and knowledgeable ... always my first choice.  Please use a professional arborist for trees, not a landscaper who is almost always not qualified or properly insured for trees which are a valuable and costly asset.

I hired a cut-rate company to prune my orange tree. The cut rate company absolutely butchered it and killed the tree. I learned my lesson. Yes, Tree Doctors charge for a consultation but, this fee is deducted if they do any work for you. You are paying for David's expertise and knowledge. He was extremely helpful and straightforward. He helped me with a plan to replace my orange tree with a heartier tree in the same location and gave me some great advice on keeping the rest of my trees healthy. Yes, they are more expensive than the cut rate bozo's but I got what I paid for both times. I would definitely recommend Trees Doctors. I should have used them the first time.

The arborist, David Jackson, was knowledgeable and helpful. We had two large trees removed. The service was a little pricy, but completed in a timely manner with good result.

It's not often you find a company who performs beyond your expectations but Tree Doctors Inc. is one of those wonderful vendors!

From booking our appointment on line to the crew arriving early to the wonderful tree pruning they did to an immaculate cleanup, Tree Doctors performance was excellent.  The trees in front of our house had not been
pruned in almost 3 years but you can't tell anymore and the house is now
in harmony with the house.

Very disappointed.  Paid $90 upfront for an arborist to look at a tree with issues.  He came out and told me it's best to have it removed.  We can send you a quote.  Never got one.  Total waste of $90.  I would not recommend this company unless you want to waste $90.

Had a lot of issues with my large ficus tree so assumed they could help me out. The guy who showed up was not helpful and didn't know why it produced berries 6 times a year or all the leaves were yellow and falling off. Just told me I should probably water it more. Total waste of money.

I called the tree doctors not knowing exactly what services they offer since some places only cut trees and others actually treat them.

I really really hate companies that have terrible receptionists and this company definitely does. Getting information from their receptionist was so painful and such a waste of my time.

I couldn't get her name because she wasn't speaking clearly. I specifically asked if they have experience treating trees that have some kind of burn damage. First she said their fees are $90 just to look at a tree then she said she didn't know, then she went to check, then she said again I have to pay $90 for someone to come look at the tree and it took 10 min to get a clear answer as to weather they have experience or not.

She was exhausting!!! She kept saying I'm not an arborist so I don't know.

Well, you don't need to be an arborist to know what services the company you work for offers and if they have experience with burned trees.

Terrible customer service such a waste of time. Luckily I found another company took three minutes to get my answer, and set an appointment.

Very unprofessional and unethical company.   HOA where I live hired them unbeknownst to the community to trim trees.  The supervisor of Tree Doctor's crew started pounding and ringing our doorbell at 715am for over a half hour. Contacted Tree Doctor's to inform them of the encounter with thee company's employee.  She confirmed it was their supervisor trying to contact me and basically justified his behavior.  I was then contacted by the supervisor via phone threatening me.  Stating he was going to tow my vehicle. Neither Carol or supervisor offered an apology or understand what transpired was unprofessional.

I had tree doctors remove one of my pine trees . They did such an amazing job trimming . I was thrilled with the removal . I requested if possible not to take any part of a pine tree right by it because I have great horn owls that nest in the one . The tree limbs in a section were crossing , not sure but said they  would do their best . I came outside when they were done and mission accomplished I could not believe it , they took that kind of care not to disrupt the other tree . Wow

All of the advice given gave peace in terms of their analysis or our issues and how to potential remedy the situation. We have a dead pine tree and another beginning. Other advisors suggested insects or diseases. We were told by this group that it was merely lack of water and that the excessive heat has destroyed many in the valley. We began the suggested and required flooding activity after they left.  We ordered other tools as suggested to monitor our watering activity. They also  reviewed palo verdes that began bleeding. Again due to sun exposure not a disease as that another mentioned.

Not very helpful with questions, all they wanted to do was try to sell me a $90.00 tree inspection. Can't even answer a question, I'll call someone else

One of the best service experiences EVER!  We had to remove eight large trees (which required a crane), plus a lot of trimming and pruning on a neglected home that we purchased.  Everything from arranging a well-priced quote, punctual service, finishing ahead of schedule--and even lowering the price after the work took less time than planned--could not have gone more smoothly.  Everything looks great, too!  The team responds promptly to emails and calls, and Sue, who manages the office, is just a delight to work with.  This team is fantastic!

Despite everything else through this whole process when the owner saw my previous review about the insurance company only paying a deprecated cost he was very upset as that was the first he learn of it.  He has paid the difference and paid bank fees so I am not longer out of pocket on patching the roof.  Thank you for stepping up to do what was right regarding the payment differential from the insurance company and taking care of the fees.

We moved to San Tan Valley, AZ  from Michigan in September.  We had some horrible trees we needed cut down.  We called 4 different companies and this is the only one who actually showed up when he said he would and gave us a VERY fair quote!  We had expected a quote for A LOT more!  This is their busy season so we had to wait a few weeks (no big deal)!  They showed up at the time given to us early this morning.  The men who came were very knowledgable, friendly and VERY hard working!  When they left, they did such a wonderful job cleaning up that you would have no idea there were ever trees there!  I have already referred this company to my neighbor and will continue to refer them anytime anyone is looking for an honest, hard working, fair company!  Thank you Tree Doctors for the wonderful job, we couldn't be happier!

I just wanted you and all the folks at Tree Doctors know how thankful and appreciative I am for the trimming magic you and Crew 7 performed at my office yesterday, June 2, 2020. The results are stunning. I am also appreciative of you being able to shuffle your schedule to accommodate my serious tree situation in such a short time period.

When I first met you at my office on Saturday, I was very impressed with not only your knowledge but your passion for trees. It was as if we were both likeminded in our concern and caring for the landscape. But, as you came to know, I was very skeptical given my unfortunate tree trimming whack job performed a year ago by another company and one who had been highly recommended by my landscape architect. But, you were able to talk me off the ledge and convince me your company and the crew you were sending out could successfully meet my high expectations. Well, you were right! Crew 7, led by Juan, was the consummate professional as well as the other three crew members also. Just wonderful, wonderful people and good representatives of your company. Juan took the time to ask me questions before performing questionable cuts. We had great discussions and he executed his job flawlessly and with surgical precision. Truly a magician!

I also appreciated you coming out to get the ball rolling in the right direction with the crew. That was impressive and I think that kind of customer service is indicative of Tree Doctors.

So. I am an exceptionally happy customer. Everyone at my office can't believe the results! And, I value establishing relationships with companies that care about what they do and that I can depend on. You can be assured I am now a big fan of Tree Doctors and will highly recommend you and your company whenever anyone asks me for a referral.

Quality of work is poor.  Value for the $$$ is very weak.  Left the tree hanging into neighbors yard and had to have them come back out to correct.  Also, tree left hanging low on one side of the tree.  Be very careful of the fine print.   It may say the tree will be pruned but that is to their specifications.  If it says on the estimate to raise the south side of the tree over the sidewalk to 8ft and the north side is hanging at 3ft prior to the work then what you will end up with is a tree height over the sidewalk at 8ft and the other side of the tree at 3ft.  Not exactly what you would think from a company that calls them tree doctors. or a company that puts in the quote pruned throughout.

Wow, wow, wow! Myself and my husband were incredibly impressed with these guys. We had a 50' tree fall across our entire yard, smashing four mature cactus as it fell during a storm. Even though they had several calls that day from other storm victims, they still came out within an hour of my call. I had four other proposals and they had the best price. They were able to come back that same day, thankfully, as the tree was laying on the driveway.  We were impressed with the professionalism the crew showed. They removed every inch of our tree and cacti, including the roots. The clean up was immaculate. We liked them so much that we called  Daniel, the salesman who gave us the quote to compliment the entire crew. My husband even went outside to talk to the crew and tell them what a great job they did, and to tell them he will undoubtedly be be using them in the future. We would be proud to be a reference for this company.  We highly recommend them!!!

Had a big tree and a lot of roots in our back yard. Call Tree Doctors and after a slight timing snafu on a estimate I got them scheduled to come out and remove it. We did have to wait almost 4 weeks for them to come out but they did a professional job and cleaned up everything very nice. I would recommend them.

I had Tree Doctors come out and look at an overgrown Chilean mesquite which was overgrown with a split trunk. It had gotten so big I was afraid it would break and damage the house or our neighbor's property.
The crew did a great job of eliminating the split and balancing the tree. It looks great and safe. I watched as the crew did the work and felt like everything they did was to protect my property and themselves. Where I work everything we do is Safety First and the Tree Doctor crew practiced that at all times. Thanks to everyone involved.

Tree Doctors did a great job trimming and fertilizing one of our ash trees and removing another one in a difficult spot between a gazebo and block fence. They also did an awesome job cleaning up afterwards.
Carol in the office is always pleasant and helpful when I call or email her and Todd is very knowledgeable in advising the best course of action for our trees.

Called them on April 24, 2018 to do a bid for our HOA and talked to the office and they said they would call me back to make and appointment to come out and bid. Didn't hear from them, so I called them back on May 7, 2018 to hear her excuses of why they hadn't returned my call.  I told them this is bad business and that they lost a possible job because they didn't even have the courtesy to touch base with me.  Poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

By far the best tree service we have ever used. They are not just a fast, cheap trim. They actually have arborist on staff that help you make educated decisions about your trees. We have a beautiful, large and twisty mesquite on our property that is a challenge. It's like a sculpture. They have thinned and trimmed the canopy to keep the tree healthy and from splitting or toppling over. Hard workers and very meticulous clean up afterwards.

Todd came out and gave us an estimate for removing a Cisso tree, very easy to talk to, answered all of our questions and then some. Carol scheduled the removal and is as nice as can be. The guys came out and removed the tree as scheduled. Great people to work with!

Called this company to get some advice on my tree that is not blooming, back in June 2019.  Dave came out and charged me 125.00 to look at the tree, and let me know if it's dead or alive...which at the time was still alive.  He wasn't sure what was causing it not to bloom, but would contact some colleagues for further advice and treatment.  a little odd, being a specialist, but moved forward in hope of saving the tree or get it back on track at full bloom. I agreed to do the treatment, which I believe was another 225.00, to spray the tree to prevent sun scaulding and possibly save the tree.  After 2 months ...No follow up..(now the limbs that did start to bloom before treatment, are now dead...the branches are brittle..things are very discouraging). So now that I'm sure the freaking tree is dead, I email again to see if there's any kind of discount for removal, as the HOA is going to start charging me. i feel as if I've given this company almost 400.00 for absolutely NOTHING!!!  They e mail back that they could possibly take 100.00 off removal...well, again no follow up, no invoice sent, no phone call.  How disappointing another company out there to bend you over, take your money, and not do a god dang thing. If anyone has read this and is mulling over using this company...Look elsewhere please...these guys are a joke...I wish I would have donated this kind of money to help someone in need before paying these jokers for nothing!!!!!

Back in June I wrote an unsatisfactory review of this company due to them damaging our gazebo from the fallen palm tree branches. We've come to an agreement and they were nice enough to replace/compensate for the damages it caused. Thank you for that so I'm sure it won't happen again. They have been nice enough to work things out with us no matter what and has shown good customer service regarding the issue. It has been resolved nicely.

These guys were working on removing a large tree from the yard across the street. During their work there, a sizable branch (from my tree, unrelated to their work) blew down. I wasn't sure how I was going to remove it--and they offered to take care of it for me! Not only did they do great work for my neighbor, they helped me out just because. I'm impressed.

Had to have a very large pine tree removed from backyard in Tempe. A+ service all the way, from initial call to get estimate to the crew who removed the tree. The Tree Doctor's made the whole process easy and were very responsive to my questions and to the work that was needed. The crew was punctual, got right to work, professional, seemed to know their stuff using heavy equipment such as the crane and chipper. They blocked off the area for safety. The whole process created a huge mess (dead pine needles everywhere), by the time they left you would have never known they were there-left property super clean. Very pleased with their service.

Tree Doctors pruned all 3 of our huge native trees, both front and back yard, plus an overgrown Prickly Pear cactus.  They were thorough, polite and friendly. They were patient and friendly about our multiple requests to trim a bit more here and there - and did a thorough job cleaning up after. Bravo!

Been mulling over what to say in this review.  I called this company last week about spraying my olive tree and the office staff was great as far as paperwork.  I was told they'd contact me to set up the appt.  MAYBE they said by e-mail, and I ASSUMED they would call, regardless it was windy today and my back inside door was open, plus I wanted to ask a question or two about another tree and about the bird nest in the olive tree.  I left home for awhile and came back to the bill on my door, with the work already done!  When I called I was told a confirming e-mail had been sent last week, but I didn't receive it, so things were not prepared as I wanted them to be.  As far as confirming an appt. (that an e-mail WAS received) I was told the company is too busy to check on those things.  So I suppose there is fault on both sides and maybe this is just a reminder to myself to not ASSUME anything is done according to my wishes.  Any opinions??

Recently had a 50 ft plus tree fall, it was being held up only by a 4ft wall and another tree. The Tree Doctors brought in a crane and a crew of about 6.  The tree was gone and yard clean within 2 1/2 hours of there arrival. They were professional and friendly, took the time to explain the process and provided answers to my questions. Would recommend the Tree Doctors to family and friends or anyone needing tree service. Would also like to extend my appreciation to Sue in the office who helped with all the behind the scene support making this event a success.

Tree Doctors just left here and they did an absolutely fantastic job. We have a 30 ft. eucalyptus tree that was growing all over the place. They trimmed back the whole tree even climbing to the top of it to cut off branches. They cleaned everything up afterwards.
The estimate that we got from Daniel was great. He is very professional and very helpful. The crew showed up on time with four men. I can't believe all the work that they did. Our whole back yard looks totally different now. What a wonderful experience.

After getting bids from several different companies I decided to go with tree Drs.  They showed up on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves.  They trimmed 12 seriously neglected trees and there wasn't a stick or leaf left on the ground when they were done.  I will be using them in the future.

Very professional crew.   Clean up was the best of any landscape company I have used.   The crew chief was excellent at communicating with me.   When I added a few more items to the list they handled it fairly with no issue.

Had them back to take out out a few stumps on another occasion again no mess left behind

I had these guys come and remove an old dead palm tree from a tough spot in my yard.  They confirmed my appoint and were there right on time!  I would recommend them with full confidence.

We were very happy with the work done by Tree Doctors to remove a huge, 60 year old Shamel Ash in the front yard.  The workers came at the planned time with a four man crew and all the equipment required to help the process go smoothly.  Several large, heavy limbs were roped off and brought down with no damage to our neighbor's roof or ours, even though the houses were within 10-15 feet of the tree.  The remaining part of the tree was dropped into the yard.  All material was cut up and hauled away. The huge stump with large roots nearly 5 feet in diameter was ground down 4-6 inches below the surface--the stump grinder machine was heavy duty.  All debris was cleaned up.  The workers were friendly and easy to work with.  The price for this work was very competitive.  Tree Doctors provided certificates of liability insurance and workers compensation when we requested those.

These guys were awesome enough to help me out with some questions I had about some plants dying in my back yard.  Found it its because of some virus they pick up at the nursery.  I have not used them for any tree issues or services yet, but I will FOR SURE come back to them when I have a need - just because of how they took the time to answer my questions and help out (and I didn't even pay them to do so). Very cool when businesses act like this IMO!!!!

I had a ton of citrus that needed trimmed, these guys were able to finish the job in one day. Very pleased with the finished product. Thought the price was very reasonable.

I referred a good friend of mine in Mesa to Tree Doctors and they had an excellent experience.  The work done turned out very nice and they provided excellent customer service as well.  I am happy that my friend found a great tree service company and happy that the service they received was so excellent, given that I referred them.  Good work Tree Doctors.

I would not recommend Tree Doctors to anyone. I had them come out to trim 7 trees and remove 2 trees including removing the stumps to the point that new trees could be planted in the same spot. The first time they came out they did not trim the trees so that the ones coming onto the roof of the house were 2 feet away from the roof which is what tree doctors told us we needed to have. It took 6 weeks to have them come back out to finish cutting the trees. We also found out that the 2 trees we had them remove and grid the stumps out were simply cut down and the stumps covered with gravel. The company was paid in full for the entire job and refused to fix the issue of the stumps. The owner of the company was very rude and would not listen at all when I talked to him about the issues I had with the work that had not been done. Again, i will not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

So after a huge wind storm this year I had one tree fall down and three of them start leaning over.  I wasn't sure what I should do, cut em down or try and save them, and I was worried about one falling on my house.  A friend of mine told me I should call a Tree Doctor.  So I did.  One of their MDs came out and evaluated my trees or I guess he used a bit of his Treeage skills...haha get it like Triage.  Never mind.  Anyway I could tell he was flat out honest with me and did not try and hard sell me at all.  I would have easily ripped out all my leaning trees if he had told me too but he only recommended that I get rid of one of them.   Super nice guy to and I enjoyed talking to him.  Call these guys if you have any questions about your trees, my bro even used them to bring his trees back to life.  It was an absolutely free quote I know because I didn't decide to use them until a few days after, no gimmicks and they guy was totally fine with me taking a few days to think about it.  However, the price was so good to get rid of the badly leaning tree and the fallin tree...I just used them.  That part was a breeze aswell....only took them a few hours and everything was all cleaned up...they even swept off my driveway.

We've had a few minor mishaps but overall service has been good, and their prices are much better than other landscape companies. We'll definitely hire them again.
