If you read any of my reviews regarding Sunrun, understand that nothing they have said in their replies has happened. They have made no further contact even though they said they would. Dillan has not contacted me nor has anyone else. I entered into the discussions with an open mind and even gave them second chances.
I should have had Solar weeks or months ago, but because of the incompetence and lying, have none.
Dillan and others have downright lied about their company's service, the quality of customer services and what the response time would be.
If you are considering solar, RUN FROM SUNRUN! And keep running! There are other companies, better companies with much better customer care.
Pur Solar & Electrically in Prescott Valley, Arizona would be one of them. They responded quickly, provided estimates, information, and returned every call. Even though their Yelp reviews aren't perfect, I received quality customer service and courteous responses. I will be using their services at a different residence and will be recommending them. Their staff seems to be honest and trustworthy, as far as I know they have "no DILLANS" working for them. It should be noted that Dillan tried to hire one of the the Pur Solar employees that I dealt with and he declined Dillan's offer because of the way Dillan treated him, that in my opinion validated opinion of Dillan and Sunrun.
I've received more calls about my Car's Warranty than I have from Sunrun, You're going to receive nothing except promises and apologies from Sunrun, based on my experience with Sunrun!
