Very pleasant experience, Jon Yeomans was/is  a great guy and explained every part of the plan and project to my satisfaction. I'm signed and sealed and ready to go, site survey next week.  I've already signed up for auto pay and am a happy camper.

Made 2 appointments never showed never called . Why would you spend your money with this company . Sounds like a place to avoid at any cost

We have had our sunrun solar panels for 3.5 years on our house in Gilbert. We have only saved money on our electric bill maybe 11 months(non-consecutively) in that time.  Every other month we have not only paid $183 to sunrun, we have also paid upwards of $200 to APS as well! We hate sunrun. They have been unresponsive to our requests to up the production of our system. Additionally, the system has gone out a couple of times o er the years. We would love to get rid of it. Take our advice and DO NOT  go with them! I would give them 0 stars if I could!

Unreliable, untrustworthy and expensive. Issues simply taking up too much of my time. Very difficult to coordinate with other services.

If I did want solar I would NEVER use this company.  From the reviews I now understand their poor ratings.
I live in a community that does not allow soliciting of any kind.  2 men from Sunrun knocked on my door trying to sell solar.  I attempted to explain to them that I don't talk to solicitors.  They said they were not selling anything.  Please explain how this is not selling??    Further they would not offer their names nor would the one man that had a tag hanging from his neck show me the name on the tag.  I threatened and consequently did call the police and made a complaint.  These "salesmen" were very aggressive and became verbally loud.  This is horrible marketing and ruined my day.
My husband is not well and any intrusions to our home is upsetting and will not be tolerated.
I will follow up with a complaint to the BBB and further.
BTW...nothing, absolutely nothing was done upon my calling their number to make a complaint.

They've only gotten worse. System down for over 3 weeks. ZERO response from sunrun except auto replies. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I can promise you you'll regret doing business with these clowns.

Beware of Senior Field Consultant Michael Spreng, or Sunrun. He came to our home touting Sunrun's excellent service and ability to install solar systems beyond the capabilities of their competitors. After agreeing to the parameters of the job we entered into a contract giving a $500 deposit.  Mr Spreng said we'd be contacted by their engineer as to whether the job could be done as agreed. We were never contacted. Nearly two months passed and we had to contact Mr. Spreng, who informed us the job could not be done as agreed. He claimed he'd left two messages to me to this effect. I never received any messages, in any format, from Mr. Spreng.

Nevertheless, Mr. Spreng agreed with our directive to cancel the agreement and processed the cancellation. Over three weeks passed and we've yet to receive our refund. We've followed up and been given a runaround by Sunrun and Mr. Spreng. Ultimately, Mr. Spreng implied Sunrun could not be counted on to timely issue refunds because refunds are not its priority. I suggested future clients should be forewarned of this issue to which Mr. Spreng became very defensive and the call ended without any assurance Mr. Spreng would assist in our obtaining the refund we're entitled to.

If you read any of my reviews regarding Sunrun, understand that nothing they have said in their replies has happened.  They have made no further contact even though they said they would.  Dillan has not contacted me nor has anyone else.  I entered into the discussions with an open mind and even gave them second chances.  
I should have had Solar weeks or months ago, but because of the incompetence and lying, have none.  
Dillan and others have downright lied about their company's service, the quality of customer services and what the response time would be.
If you are considering solar, RUN FROM SUNRUN!  And keep running!  There are other companies, better companies with much better customer care.  
Pur Solar & Electrically in Prescott Valley, Arizona would be one of them.  They responded quickly, provided estimates, information, and returned every call.  Even though their Yelp reviews aren't perfect, I received quality customer service and courteous responses.  I will be using their services at a different residence and will be recommending them.  Their staff seems to be honest and trustworthy, as far as I know they have "no DILLANS" working for them.  It should be noted that Dillan tried to hire one of the the Pur Solar employees that I dealt with and he declined Dillan's offer because of the way Dillan treated him, that in my opinion validated opinion of Dillan and Sunrun.

I've received more calls about my Car's Warranty than I have from Sunrun, You're going to receive nothing except promises and apologies from Sunrun, based on my experience with Sunrun!

TRIED to speak with an agent.. I tried to explain a possible solution (having installed solar systems as an electrician), the agent was in-willing to listen to any thing other than 'their' install system.
  I CANNOT!!! recommend this company, I can only imagine the poor customer service that one would receive,, unless it's on their little script.

I am a past leaser of Sunrun. I was told there would be no problems when it came time to sell my home. This was not the case with my account. The transfer of the sunrun held up our escrow. The transfer agent in charge of our account was Jeremy Busick. He was horrible. Never responded to my voice mails or e-mails.

Sunrun did everything they said they would do: They took care of all the city permits, plan design and installation. Plus, their work was neat and clean. I don't think I had to pick up one piece of trash from my roof or from my yard. I am very pleased.

My experience with Sunrun has been great. Ive had 2 phone calls and the representative,  Jon Yoeman, visited today. He was very informative and got me signed up to lease the solar panels in no time at all. Glad I decided to go with this company!
