It's all in choosing the right company!
I had a warranty company come out for a leak in my wall and they were out here for an hour and 15 minutes and never called or came back for the job .
I went on Yelp and chose Option One Plumbing for their 4 1/2 star rating.
They got right back to me and set up an appointment the same day .
Their Tech Tim was courteous and gave me three options to best fit my financial situation. I should have called then first.

The driver in Tempe from the US60 to L101 NB did not treat people on the road like gold. The driver closely road peoples bumpers, then proceed to cut across the gore area leading the L101 ramp. Multiple cars had to slow down incredibly fast and swerve to allow the van in.

My kitchen sink has been an absolute nightmare since I've moved in to my own two years ago! It finally gave out on me (the day I was hosting 10+ guests in my home for New Years Eve).

They completely misdiagnosed an issue in my house that would have costed me $4,000.

I called about having a plumbing vent clog for my kitchen sink (gurgling, sink draining slowly) and the plumber who arrived did not seem knowledgeable. Before he actually listened to what I was saying about a clog in the vent, he tried offering me coupons for a water heater and garbage disposal replacement.

I had to ask him to snake down the vent only if he could get past the 90 turn in the pipe (my 25ft snake couldn't). After snaking, he told me he couldn't get passed 15ft and he noticed mud in the vent. He diagnosed a corroded cast iron pipe and quoted me over $2800 to open an exterior wall to fix the vent pipe and fix the pipes under my sink (Cost doesn't include brick and mortar repair + drywall). He couldn't give me concrete evidence as how that material could get in the pipe and seemed to be guessing.

I called a different plumbing company to get a second opinion and found out I'm actually on plastic, not iron like Option One said. All I had was just a clog. Total cost was $500 to unclog and fix my pipes under the sink.

Option One almost made me open up a wall for something that wasn't broken and then made me pay $133 to run a snake with no solution or evidence supporting their diagnosis. They are only interested in up selling.

I live in a 55+ community and am widowed. Technician Eddie did a good job, but when he brought out Tim, with the camera, to scope my backup issue, Tim tried to BULLY me into having them put a clean out line in for $4,000.00. He said no clean out line, no service. I was fortunate that the property management company came up at the same time with another plumber who resolved my issue. When Tim realized he could no longer bully me, he stormed off and drove away when the other plumber called him on his

Way too expensive .. my inspector said it would be a quick fix.

For this they quoted me $2,500
I've already had three other estimates and the highest was $520. I only got another estimate because the other plumbing companies wanted me to wait another week.
The technician did not listen very well because he came out and said this correct.. and flash me some pictures. I said no that is not what you're under there for completely other side of the house...that tells me he doesn't know what he's doing to begin with. And he did not listen to anything that I told him that tells me he's looking to sell me something I don't want.
He tells me what he has to do which is what my inspector had said needed to be done. then tells me he doesn't know the price has to ask the pricing guy that means that the technician is not knowledgeable enough to know how much it cost ... And the price guy is there to rip you off ..then quotes me $2,500 . This is completely unrealistic I just had my whole house re piped with PEX and at that time they quoted me $1,500 . To do all of the drain lines new and all the main lines to the septic. This company option one..wanted $2500 for a repair that should be under $500. I do not recommend this company.
Unless you have money to throw away. Or you prefer someone who doesn't listen to you when you tell them why they're there in the first place.
No no no do not go with this company.

I had a clogged drain in my kitchen sink that I couldn't unclog myself after trying everything (garbage disposal overload issue). Option One offered the lowest price to come out and fix. The person taking calls and scheduling was very polite and professional and he was able to get someone here quickly. They use an automated alert system to keep customers informed of appointments, etc.

The plumber actually texted when he was nearby to let me know he would be arriving shortly, he was super polite and thankfully did not object to me asking him to wear a mask. The best part... because the issue was resolvable with just a plunger he said there wouldn't be a charge. I was dumbfounded. At a time when customer service (literally everywhere) seems to have gone down the drain (no pun intended) this kind interaction has restored my faith in humanity!

Needless to say, I know who I'll be calling next time I have a plumbing job (and I have several coming up), and recommending to everyone I know!

An Option One technician came out last week to look at my tankless hot water heater because it wasn't making hot water. When I called to make the appointment, I assumed that someone would actually look at the unit. The technician, I believe his name is Sammy (?), asked me a few questions about the age of the unit, the last time I had it serviced, and which error codes were coming up. After getting the answers to these questions, he informed me that I would need a new unit.
I would need an entirely new tankless water heater ($4,700+ according the him) because this one was all done. He told me that the inside of it was full of sediment and wouldn't function anymore....he never pulled out a screwdriver or anything - he never took the front cover off of the unit or looked inside!! I even asked him if he was going to look inside the water heater, but he said he didn't need to. He just knew it was done. He spent more time writing up estimates for new units and warranties than he did looking at my water heater.
After he left me with some options for new water heaters, all about 25% more than others charge, I called another plumber (Service Plumbing Co.) who came over a few days later, spent about 20-30 minutes actually looking at the unit, cleaned one of the sensors, and got it working again. Hot water!

If service technicians aren't even going to take the time to service then what is the point of sending them out?
Option One should be option one hundred.
What a waste of time.

So my first call to option one they forgot to add me on the schedule which I was fine with but the plumber they sent literally told us he didn't know how to work on our heater. I requested a new plumber and they sent the same exact guy who once again did not know what to do but told us an electrician was needed. The service repair guy that came out his name was Deric great guy good attitude walked me through everything that needed to be done. When you are scared to flush your toilet, there's only one place to call - Option One Plumbing. This is my second time contacting Option One for a different problem.

Derrick came out and was super friendly and accommodating. He noticed the problems I was having and understood that I had already taken a day off from work just to resolve this issue. He knew I needed someone to check the line, so he called Timothy to come out and run the camera through the pipes. That's when we found a massive pipe that was catching the debris and blocking the pipes. It actually looked like someone had stuck a toilet augur in the line and it was stuck. Unfortunately, they had to dig it up and get it out in order to allow for the water to flow. Timothy used the camera and detected the additional problems that the line was having. He was able to locate the major concerns and problems that I need to repair.

Unfortunately, due to deferred maintenance, I will have to make additional repairs to the pipes, but I was thankful for the thorough investigation. It also helped that Option One had resolved a previous problem and kept records of the work that was already done.

Derrick turned the backyard into a massive dig! When I came home from work, I couldn't believe what happened. Luckily, we were flushing and flowing in no time!

I just wanted to say thank you to Derrick and his team for their hard work!

I've been using Option One for a few things around the house now, so I decided to go with them again for a big project that requires toilet replacement and would cost $2000+. However, the crew did not show up at all on the day of the service without any call/updates. So I had to call the office for an ETA. At first, they couldn't find my name, my appointment or any record of the services done at my location. Then later on, they found the appointment, but the tech informed me that they got held up at another job all day and won't be able to come out at all. So they had to reschedule me for another day, which throws off my schedule. I work in healthcare so it's very hard for me to get a day off to be home, but the office/tech did not even bother letting me know the situation until I gave them a call. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing. Unfortunately after this project is over, I won't be recommend this place to anybody.

So this company came out to clear an blocked sewer line, after they cleared the blockage they told me that they needed to camera my main sewer line under the house, shorty after they finished there plumber turned into an sales person and tried to sell me on replacing an main section for the tune of 8k dollars. So I went out and got an second plumber to come out and look he told me there's nothing wrong with main sewer line. So option one was trying to upsell me on an repair that wasn't needed.

Ended up costing us more because it wasn't a simple toilet clog but a mainline. But the increase was reasonable and probably lower in price than many companies. Andrew and his trainee were professional, efficient and informative of what was needed. They made sure things were flowing well before they left. Just observing Andrew train you could tell he's been doing it for quite some time. And he's been with Option One the whole 10 years. That says something about him and the company. Second time we've used Option One and we will use them again.

Honestly, I would NOT trust this company. Go elsewhere. I asked for a quote for removing a water heater. We had an extra one that was old in an upstairs closet that we just don't need. I asked 6 different companies for quotes and this one was by far the highest. Just over $1200 for REMOVING the water heater only. I have gotten quotes for replacing it that were lower than that. When I asked about the price because it seemed off, they said it was because it was upstairs and they would have to drain it. Well so did everyone else who gave me quotes in the $300-$700 range.

I'm not sure if they do this to everyone or if they just saw that I was young female who likely didn't know any better. Don't let them take advantage of you.

Option 1 is the best in the business. As a landlord, I own several homes, some of which are in historic districts with older plumbing, and have used many different rooter companies. A few months ago, Derrik at Option 1 showed up to tackle my blockage problem that one of those hero rooter guys failed at the day before. Derrik was both professional and very persistent until he saved the day.

Today, I had an unrelated but complicated sewer blockage and my go-to is now Option 1. Derrik showed up again and had to tackle it from two different points to fully clear the line. Persistence, Professionalism, with some tricks up their sleeve I had not seen before: that's Option 1.

We used Option One Plumbing last year when we had to have all under-slab sewer pipes replaced at my mom's house. They worked every day for a week (weekend and Thanksgiving included) to get the pipe replaced. That job was strictly the underground job. On New Year's day found my mom's bathroom sink not draining. I called Option One again. The first tech not able to snake. It did require more work but they got the job done and everything back in order as quickly as possible.

This plumber came out right away. But the price that's was estimated was not fair nor reasonable. They were going to charge me almost 2,000 for a new water heater. I searched around and almost every other company charged half of what this company was going to charge me!! I was able to get my water heater replaced for $900.00 save your money and shop around.

Option One was easy to work with from the moment we contacted them. We had a water leak under our front patio, which turned out to be a break in our main water line. We contacted them about 9pm, they immediately responded and said they would have someone out the next morning at 9am-ish. Sammy showed up, helped diagnose the problem, did some digging, gave us a quote, and fixed the broken pipe. He was there for a few hours and our pipe was fixed. Thanks for the quick response and great customer service Sammy. We will definitely be using your company again for future plumbing needs!

Our 50-gallon hot water heater was on its way out with rust and leaks, so we called our home warranty company (Old Republic Home Protection) to have it replaced. First, they called a yahoo company that tried to charge us extra to move our water softener (what???!) in order to replace the hot water heater....with whom we refused to work with...and so we asked ORHC to send a different vendor.

They picked Option One Plumbing as our alternative. A young tech came to our home to replace our hot water heater. Everything went fine until I found out that our isolation shut-off valve (to shut off the main water line) was found to be broken in the process (and it wasn't before he arrived). From what I see (attached pic), it looks like the metal was forcibly twisted off, and we had no recent incidents where we had to get anyone to shut off our water supply.

I called ORHC to recall the original work order to have Option One send a tech to come back out to do the right thing and fix the broken valve that their tech broke. Another tech came out and after calling the office from his truck, explained to me that he had talked to the original tech and was told that our shut-off valve was already broken when he had worked on it earlier...and left without any remediation.

I was very upset over how the issue was taken care of and spoke to ORHP to file a claim against Option One and left it at that.

Update (1/7/2021): After leaving my one-star review, I got a call from Dennis at Option One to make this right. He got the original tech back on the call to fix the broken valve today. Despite the awkwardness, the tech was very polite, professional, and worked quickly to replace the whole valve (see new pic); he did reiterate that he did not break the valve, for the record.

Overall, I give Option One 4 stars. It would have been 5 stars if it didn't have to get ugly to get the issue completely resolved. However, I see that the company cares deeply about its reputation and is willing to make things right...and I have respect for that.

This five-star review is specifically for Adam, who removed the water softener and R/O system from the home I was moving out of. The landlords were being complete jerks and Adam was very knowledgeable and patient in making sure that everything worked as expected so I could get my security deposit back. #Kudos Adam!!!

However, the following Monday the company sent a different technician to install my R/O at my new home and it was a COMPLETELY HORRIBLE experience!! The guy showed up THREE HOURS AFTER he texted me and said he would arrive in 20 minutes. When he came he smelled of marijuana and was very antsy and jumpy. One of the hoses was left in the car when we removed it from the previous home but instead of waiting patiently for me to get it, he got agitated with me and raised his voice to say that all of the parts wasn't there and he couldn't do the work. Ultimately he left without installing my system. #Unprofessional #Disappointed

Devin, the plumber that came out to fix my mother's two bathrooms, left the bathroom and the guest bathroom in shambles!!

Tons of dust covering furniture, bedding, shelves in the guest bedroom. And he damaged the paint and baseboards in the bathroom.

My mother and I paid $4000+ for Option One to fix our plumbing. But obviously, they sent us an amateur who is NOT details focused!

BTW, it took us several hours to clean up the bathrooms, shelves and bedding of dust and dirt.

UPDATE as of March 20, 2020

Larry, the owner was awesome to make this right. He was not aware of the damages. He sent over a professional contractor to fix the damages in the bathroom. Everything was fixed to my mother's satisfaction w/in two days.

The contractor, Luis, is polite and competent.

Timothy C. arrived on time and cleared a kitchen line in our 50 year old residence. Option One has been doing this for us for the past 12 years about every 2 years. Grease buildup is the problem. They recommended a hydro jet treatment if the problem occurs in less than 2 years. Absolutely no upsell on the drain cleaning and everything is functioning very well.

After other reviews I gave them a 2nd chance and they quoted not only twice as much as about 6 other quotes I got but the tech was the only one that mentioned I needed something I verified with others contractors I did not need. Get your quotes and ask a lot of questions. Personally I don't like being charges doble for something I already have.

Devin did an amazing Job! We had a completely rusted an unusable backyard water bib/spigot so we couldn't water any of our plants or flowers. That was until Devin came to the rescue. A quick call to Option One Plumbing and Devin came out and replaced out spigot... the original owners had welded the old piping to the old spigot so after some clean cutting Devin replaced some the old piping and new spigot. He even educated us on the types of piping that was in the original foundation and made some awesome suggestions. The spigot he added he even explained how the pressure and water quality can wear down pipes. Very friendly, very quick, very knowledgable and effective. If I could drop another tip here I would. This is an excellent company. We had a plumbing issue that was complicated and required quite a lot of time to assess and complete due to unforeseen problems. Despite this, our technician, Derek, went out of his way to accommodate us and was willing to work much longer than expected without complaining and without adding hidden fees. Derek even brought in an additional employee to help diagnose the problem (I'm sorry but I can't remember his name-he was also great). They had to send a snake with a camera on it to diagnose the problem further. I would definitely use their service again if I had another plumbing problem! Good job guys!

I contacted Advantage Inspection last minute for a sewer inspection and they were able to accommodate me. I originally booked another company who cancelled day of due to equipment failure. I feel very frustrated with this! At first they were fast to come and diagnose it, but then the tech cancelled 3 times!!! Reason 1- job was going to take longer than he thought, so he wanted to change the app from daytime to 5-6pm, so we rescheduled it to the next morning. Next morning reason 2- flat tire, He said it wouldn't be getting ready til the evening, so he wanted to come again in the evening, I said evenings don't work for us, I'm cooking dinner and doing stuff I don't want really want anyone working in my bathroom at night. So we rescheduled for next day. Later he cancels, reason 3 - got hurt pretty bad and would be out until Friday (I mean how am I supposed to believe that when it's thanksgiving weekend?!!) I don't know rather he did get hurt or not but I hated how many times it was canceled, I mean don't they have any other plumber that can do the job?! Very frustrating! The guy was nice and all but I'm sorry I have to give 1 star for ALL the cancelations and excuses. Hope he heals soon though!

11/27/2020 update: moments after I posted the first review the manager (Dennis) called me to resolve the issue, and offered to do the job for free since we had already bought the products, which was amazing of them and much appreciated. It showed me they really care about their costumers and their satisfactions. I had nothing against the tech that came prior, the mishanding and miscommunication was the issue and it was solved! They came today, fixed it in less than 40 min and everything works perfect, clean and professional job!! We'd definetly refer them to our friends! We have one more to get done so we decided to go ahead and do it with them.

If I could give Hunter 10 stars I would! He thoroughly investigated the clogged drains and recommended a snake treatment. He worked extra hard to get the old corroded pipes off and snaked around all corners to really get the clog out. Every other company tries to sell me a camera check or a hydro jet. I have 11 properties and only use Option 1 because I can trust them to do the right thing even if I'm not there.

I called Option One Plumbing on Friday for a backed up sewer line. The said that someone would come out this afternoon. I got a message around 5 pm that they had to reschedule for Monday. I called them back on Saturday morning and they said that it would be an extra $150 to come on Saturday. My appoint was set for Friday so I'm not paying extra when they could not keep their appointment, I said no and called another plumber. I would never recommend or use this company...

Our house to certify a septic system... they were very vague and unprofessional in the quote and appointment set-up.
Needed a credit card to even speak to me!
They called and changed the prices 3 times before they even arrived at our home.

I was very pleased with the service that Devin provided today. He arrived on time, listened to my description of the issue and got to work. We had a slow drain that was backing up into the kitchen sink. He snaked it from the sink. Then he went on the roof and used a camera and then a jetter to unclog,. It wasn't easy and he stayed up there until he was satisfied that it was clear. He did it several times. He cleaned up everything.. He was also very personable. I will definitely have him back. This may be a good company but I never got the chance to find out because they cancelled all three of my scheduled appointments. Initially they were scheduled to come on Wednesday in the morning. However, they called to reschedule for that afternoon between 3-5pm. Then they called to cancel the 3-5pm appointment and rescheduled for the next day Thursday between 8-10am. They called again today (Thursday) to say that they were canceling today's appointment and would I like to reschedule again. I can understand one reschedule but three in a row is too much. To have me continue to take time out of my schedule to be home to meet a technician, just for them to continue to cancel and reschedule is very unprofessional. In addition, I missed out on other qualified companies who were committed to be here and complete the job. If you don't have the time or the staff, please don't continue to make appointments that you can't honor and fulfill. Very disappointed.

UPDATE as of 07/09/2020

Received a call the same day from Kevin who apologized for the cancellations and routed a technician to my home within the hour to address my plumbing issue. Robert showed up at my house and promptly got to work and fixed my problem. He took time to walk me through my plumbing issue and did an excellent job. Thanks to Larry and the folks at Option One for making this right!

We contacted and received quotes from 5 different companies due to our hot water heater pilot light repeatedly going out. Option 1 Plumbing was a finalist and who we opted to go with for the service. Robert came out the next day, checked out the situation, offered a competitive quote, asked if there was anything else we may want done, and as a matter of fact we did and it was the only company that asked the question. Robert was completely forthright and even went as far as updating the work order to reflect everything that would be done to install a new hot water heater to give me piece of mind. Robert came back the next morning as promised and completed the installation and extra project within probably 2 Or 3 hours. Robert was great to work with and we will definitely utilize Option 1 Plumbing services for future needs.

Had a clogged main line and called Option One at around 5pm. They offered to come out right away but I opted to schedule an appointment for the following day instead to avoid the after-hours fee of $150.

The next morning, Sammy, the tech, arrived on site and he was really good. We had to locate and dig up my mainline, and he even used my rake to dig through the rocks in the yard. All fixed now and I appreciated his great friendly attitude.

Had a leak in both an outdoor spigot and the copper pipe connected to the spigot was bent inside the exterior stucco wall as well. Andrew from Option One plumbing arrived and cut a very small hole in the wall and replaced part of the copper pipe and replaced the spigot. He did an excellent job, very professional and respectful. Option One gave me a fair price for the job. Based on my experience I will use them again and would recommend them as well.

Called at 11:15 to see about a more accurate time and got called back at 12:15 saying they need to reschedule and would make me priority for the next day at the same time. Wednesday comes and they call at 11:50 saying they need to push my appointment back to 1-3 which I agreed to. They called me about 30 minutes after that wanting to reschedule again for the next day. I ended up canceling with them and going with another company. Not the best experience when it came to scheduling an appointment and sticking to it.

I had to contact Option One Plumbing on a Saturday night when my hot water heater gave out on us. They were not only responsive and sent someone out the next morning but they put me first on their schedule and worked tirelessly to get the job done promising not to leave us without hot water. Rock stars! Hunter was amazingly effective in identifying and resolving my problem. Our most used restroom had trouble flushing and removing the waste. I thought the problem was the toilet. I had another company, that rhymes with Darker, come out and suggest I needed new toilets which were very expensive. Hunter suggested moving the toilet to check on the flange. He did. There was an issue with a tree root that had got in the way. Previously other plumbers came out and 'snaked' the pipes but didn't find anything. Hunter was the first to suggest it was the flange. Moving the toilet and clearing the flange fixed the problem and was WAY LESS EXPENSIVE than the alternative. Totally professional and personable and responsive. I wish I could give them 6 stars. Same day service in the time block that I requested. Two nice young men showed up and listened to my description of my clog, then came in and investigated, made recommendations, quoted a price (that was about $150.00 lower than the big name company had quoted me). Had a water pressure issue and thought it would be an easy fix and sent out a quote request on Yelp. Option One offered to come out to do a quote. When the tech, Devin, came out he discovered it was a bigger issue than we thought that was costing more than we planned for. After getting a few quotes, Option One was the cheapest and quickest. Devin came out twice within 24 hours to do the initial assessment to offer a quote and then later to fix the problem. Definitely great service all around.

Bruce and Robert from Option One just got finished doing some work for us and the experience was fantastic. There was zero hassle in the entire experience. My husband and I had what we thought was a simple clog in the drain, we called Option One because my husband had used them before years ago, and was pleased with their service. This time I cannot tell you enough how great the company is! Our Tech Robert and his assistants found a major break in the lines and promptly assisted us in connecting with Anthony who helped us with the insurance side of the plumbing issue. They were so quick and helpful with it all, understanding we had tenants in the home and being without water or toilet was not a long-term issue we could deal with. My sink was draining very slow, I had the little plastic thing to clean out the first foot of the drain but decided I'd spring for the full deal and called Option One Plumbing... first of all their prices are double from what their trucks advertise (drive around my neighborhood all the time) but I wanted it done by a pro so I agreed. I Couldn't be at the appointment so my mom waited at my house for the tech. When I get home I go right to the sink and try the water to find it works exactly the same. I called my mom and she told me that the tech told her my pipes were too corroded to remove the trap so he just cleaned out the 1st foot or so with the exact same tool I have, he pulled out maybe 2 tablespoons of hair, took my $85 and left. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable! I'm calling them tomorrow and they better not deposit that check unless they come do the job they charged me for.

Option one was my go to plumber for every plumbing job i had in the rentals I own. I had been happy with their work. On the last job I used them for they fixed a leak under the floor. Instead of using the correct 90-degree fitting they forced the pex to bend to make a straight fitting 'work' and charged $312. When I went back to the house i could still hear the dripping. I went back under the floor myself to discover the stress put on the line by the wrong fitting. I got the correct 90 degree fitting myself for about $10 and replaced theirs, relieving the stress on the line and fixing the problem. Very dissapointed, they have lost a repeat customer and I have moved on.

I have used Option One Plumbing for the past 3 major plumbing problems. They are reliable, professional, and have had no issues whatsoever with the company. I particularly like the employees. Devin was the project lead for my most recent project. I had just planted my winter lawn when it was discovered I needed a new water line from the meter near the street, across my lawn, to the valves of the house. Although the crew had to dig a trench through the yard, Devin did it in chunks so that he could put it back together, like pieces of a puzzle. The project took about 3 days and my sprinkler system couldn't be turned on during the project. When installing a winter lawn, keeping the soil moist is essential for the first 10 days. So Devin and crew manually watered the entire lawn every few hours for three days. They really didn't like doing this because the wet mud made their work more difficult and messy for them personally. They did it just because they knew how much the grass meant to me. Thank you! Devin also took care of some minor plumbing issues for me. The crew played music while they worked and I was a little concerned about the neighbors complaining about so many 'n-words' in the lyrics, but artistically the music was excellent and I enjoyed listening to it. It had a mellow beat as opposed to fast, heavy metal or screaming which can be really irritating. The crew cleaned up- left no trash and put my yard back together as best as they could. Another thing I appreciated about their work is that when they left the project site overnight they installed caution banners around it as a safety measure. Their price was not cheap, but you get what you pay for. When doing serious plumbing work it's worth it to get it done by a reputable company.

I called Option One as I have twice before when I found water leaking from a wall directly behind a shower. Alex showed up right on time and went to work diagnosing the problem. He explained how the grout line was probably cracked at some point under the shower. He recommended a new shower as the existing one was almost 70 years old and probably would not get fixed using a less expensive solution. He handled the situation very professionally and was very helpful explaining our options. When he finished working on the shower he cleaned everything up and left the area looking just way it did hen when arrived. I want to thank Option One as well as Alex for doing such a great job. I will definitely be calling then to replace the shower.

I was so very pleased to have this company come out to fix our badly clogged kitchen drain. Robert sent a personal message with his picture included so we would recognize him when he arrived. Older home in an older neighborhood.. going to be a challenge to keep the drains flowing correctly. End up calling Option One out about every 12 - 18 months to help keep my drains open. I called Option One this morning to have them rooter out my kitchen sink line which seems to get plugged up ever 1-2 years. Jackie set me up with an appointment between 1030-1200, same day, and at 1038 I received a text from Andrew that he was on the way. Andrew took a quick look at the situation and said he thought the problem was in the plumbing underneath the sink, not in the main line. He asked if I wanted him to fix it and told me no charge for the diagnosis when I told him I could handle a small job like this. 45 minutes later I had everything cleaned out and the drain running fast. Called at 3pm for an emergency which will cost $99. Said the plumber will show up 7-8pm.
Waited until 7:30 and called again. Said the plumber is finishing up and will be on the way 7-9pm.
Wait again until 9:15 and called. Said the plumber is finishing up and asked me if I want to reschedule for tomorrow.
I would not pay $99 for a next-day emergency. Don't trust!

I called Option One Plumbing regarding a backed-up sewer line. Derrik the technician was on time and very professional. After a few attempts to clear the line and running a video inside the line, it was determined the line was old, cracked with tree roots, and needed replaced. He worked diligently installing the new line and had it completed on time as promised. The estimate was pretty high but I needed the line replaced. I wish I had time to request other estimates.

I used Option One in the past to replace a water heater and had a good experience. More recently they came out to investigate a clogged line and went above and beyond. They found a mistake another plumbing company had made who replaced all the pipes in my yard. The plumber, Robert, was so helpful he even spoke to the other company about their mistake for me. He was very honest about everything and responsive whenever I had a question or needed help. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having plumbing issues.

Thursday morning called and was scheduled between 10 and 12 for service. At 2 I got a text saying they were running late. At 3 I called and was told who my Tech was and that he has been dispatched. At 515 I called and was told he had accepted the job and was on his way. Said I was unavailable so was rescheduled for 8 to 10 first Call Friday morning. Called at 10 Friday morning and was told I was one of the first 5 calls and they have 5 techs, so someone would be in route right away. Called at 1 and was told my tech was on a job in Chandler (30 minutes from me) and would be on his way. Now it is almost 3 and no word. I am so completely disappointed and will make certain to pass on this information to anyone and everyone I can! A clog? Maybe. But backing up into my home at multiple locations and everytime I call they are on the way??? Not!

I wish I could leave zero stars for Option One Plumbing.

I originally found Option One online a few years ago when my drain was running slow and needed to be snaked. They have been out once or twice per year since to do routine snaking. This review pertains to my last encounter with them on July 5th, 2016.

I called Option One to come snake my pipes after my shower water stopped draining. The technician arrived on time and was pleasant enough. After spending about 20 minutes doing what I assume was snaking the line, the technician stated he had hit a blockage and needed to perform a high-powered, $485 hydro service to unclog the line. I decided to go inside to deliberate my options. Upon returning outside, the technician stated I should - at the very least - send a $185 camera down the line to see what the obstruction was. I agreed and asked him to proceed. The technician stated he did not have a camera on-site, and would need to have another technician come out, as well.

After another 45 minutes or so, I went back outside to check on the progress. Another technician who stated he was the manager was there and asked to speak to me. He showed me the camera image (which looked like a blank screen to me) and stated that even though the image didn't look like anything, to trust him on what it was. He proceeded to tell me I had a severe root infestation, which was so severe that it had broken my main line. He stated that at the very least they would need to perform the $485 hydro service to clear the root infestation, and that would buy me some time before I had to replace the broken main. He stated he could give me a cash price of an additional $3200 to dig down 7' and repair my broken main.

At this time, I agreed to the hydro service to clear the root infestation. I left the technicians to themselves to complete this service. After another 45 minutes or so, I returned outside to see a third technician and a third truck. At that point, I was approached by the manager again who stated that the root infestation was so severe that they were not able to even begin to clear it with the hydro service. I was told I needed to immediately have the broken main repaired and they advised I should have them start first thing in the morning (it was around 10:00pm). I was feeling very upset and uncomfortable at this point. I decided to sleep on it, so I let the technicians know I would be contacting them in the morning.

After the Option One plumbers had left, I placed a call to a friend of mine who works in the Property Management field to find out who they use for plumbing services. The recommended company (review of this exceptional plumbing company soon to follow) is not your typical, same-day-$50-service company that Option One is. They are significantly more expensive, and you typically have to wait a few days for service. Quality isn't fast or cheap. As a personal favor to their long-stating client (my friend), they stated they could squeeze me in the following afternoon.

The new plumber showed up the following day and let me know he would be sending down another camera, and would proceed accordingly. After about 20 minutes he finished and knocked on my door, half laughing. Not only did I not have a break in my line, but there was no root infestation and there was simply an easily cleared blockage (as stated on my written invoice). He did note that I had some very small, very minor roots, but they were easily cleared. He recommended a yearly snaking to keep everything working perfectly. Under $200 later and everything is now perfect.

Either Option One Plumbing tried to scam me out of a lot of my hard-earned money, or their technicians are completely incompetent. Either way, I would have paid the very hefty price. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Option One Plumbing.

He fixed my clogged drain and then we had an unexpected shower issue I had him check out for me.. he looked into it and gave me a quote and fixed my shower leak !!! Growing up in an older neighborhood and then moving into one myself I had an idea the older plumbing might be an issue and from day one both bathroom showers wouldn't drain well. After about 4 months of dealing with a slow drain I started looking for a plumber that works the Arcadia neighborhood and found these guys from a Nextdoor.com recommendation. For $50 a drain they do fast work. So fast it almost seems unbelievable that they did anything but the last 3 weeks the drains have worked as though they were brand new.

The tech said he almost exclusively works our neighborhood and even was able to come out within 2 hours of my call (though he did say it's slow in the summer time, probably why). He even took the time to tell me what I can do to keep the drains running great and where I can go buy this enzyme stuff.

I hope I don't need to call them again anytime soon but I know for an easy $50 they will be back out quickly to fix it again.

I had a clog in my main sewage line (at least I think that is what it is called). I had another plumber come out. He charged me $200 spent 3 hours here and then told me it was going to be $4400 to fix. I called Option One and they sent Dmitiri over. He fixed it in 20 mins and charged me $50. What a saint! Thank you Dmitri!!!!!!! I will only use Option One Plumbing from now on.

When the worker showed up to snake my slow laundry drain he immediately tried to upsell me and explained how he couldn't really guarantee service for the $49.50 Inalready paid. Why would someone show up and immediately unguarantee their service? I will tell you why.

I told him to snake it anyway and he did for 5-10 minutes. Then he asked me to come out and see what he pulled out of the drain. There was a bunch of debris and he said your line is busted somewhere, we have to come in with a camera and figure out where it is. We would have to tear that wall over there out to get a camera down.

I thanked him and ushered him out of my property. When I tried to do laundry later it back up much worse than ever before onto my laundry room floor. Thanks Option One but no Thanks.

Matt arrived on time and was courteous. He listened to me when I said to start camera-ing the sewer pipe at the toilet where another plumber pulled tree/shrub roots from my toilet. Matt removed the toilet and camera-ed the pipe starting at the toilet. It turns out the roots entered the toilet from a gap between the slab and toilet flange, which was visible in the camera monitor, and Matt pulled out a root that had ringed itself around the lip of the flange. He then replaced/reinstalled the toilet, complete with a new wax ring and caulking around the base of the toilet. Matt also cleaned everything up when he was done. My task is to completely remove the offending tree and shrubs. I'm very grateful that It wasn't necessary to jack-hammer my post-tension foundation slab, and that my sewer pipes are intact. Additionally, Option One comes to Casa Grande, AZ. Thank you, Matt and Option One Plumbing.

I called my handyman, he went out the next day and had it fixed in 20 mins. Option one charged me $51 for their plumber to show up do nothing but try to up sell me. The best part is my tenants got to listen to the plumber fighting with someone on his phone the entire 10 mins he was there.
I have called option one and asked to talk with manager (Amy) on tuesday, weds, thurs and Friday. She has yet to return my call. Their customer service sucks.

I will never use them again and I'm going to protest the charge with my cc company

I have been using Option One Plumbing for several years personally and professionally as a real estate agent. They did a full sewer replacement on my personal property as well as numerous miscellaneous plumbing jobs. I have referred Option One to my clients, both buyers and sellers, and received positive feedback from all of them. The two technicians I work with consistently are Andrew and Robert. Andrew is always professional, considerate and listens to your concerns and questions. If he encounters a situation he is not familiar with or wants a confirmation that his approach is correct, he will get on the phone with Robert, his supervisor, or another colleague. This builds confidence in me that the job is being done right the first time. Robert brings a level of knowledge, skill and direction to the jobs. He is great at overcoming challenges and his communication with the client is honest and transparent. In the years I've worked with Option One, I have never felt like they dishonestly diagnosed a job for their benefit to make more money. I will continue building and maintaining my relationship with Option One plumbing today and moving forward.

Our shower in our master bathroom had a terrible clog. I tried all the natural stuff to get it unclogged with no luck, as well as pouring drano and all that other crap to try and get it going.
I found Option One right here on Yelp. It mostly positive views, and i liked the one price, no hassle option.
The service was fantastic-the guy who came was super helpful, friendly to my husband and also gave us tips on how to change out a faucet in another room.
Didn't try to get us to do anything else....can't get any better than that.
That one price option is absolutely true. 49.50-NO hidden fees.

(480) 946-0796 but I don't think it matters. It seems to actually be a multi-state referral service or franchise. Frankly, the local business deception kept me from calling them first but a recommended plumber (who quoted me $150) couldn't get to me until Wednesday.

After unsuccessfully fighting a clogged drain myself over the Easter weekend on the following Monday their guy Tim fixed it in 30 minutes for the advertised $49.50, rootering my line from the roof. I called at 8:30 AM, he was here at 1PM. Their work comes with a 30-day guarantee.

They will get my repeat business. I just hope not too often.

We received service at one of our properties and didn't know exactly what the issue was. A young man Brennan was dispatched out and diagnosed the issue with a toilet ($49.50 any drain repair) and provided quotes for several other concerns. It amazes us how this young man was so knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue within thirty minutes.

We requested a quote on future work which was based on many unknowns.
(Age of property, age of parts, replacement, etc.) We acknowledge that the quotes were based upon many unknowns but still doubled the quotes from other Yelp
Plumbers. But the service provided was professional and honest.

Not the usual uncomfortable service salesman experience you receive when you
have an issue that requires immediate attention.

Option One's Dee Kimble was an hour late without notification. I requested a call to meet at the vacant property. I received a text message stating Dee was on his way I immediately went to the property and arrived within 4 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes I contacted them again and was told the serviceman showed up and left when no one was there. When I asked them to return the dispatch told me they would contact me within the hour. Two hours later when I contacted them again they said men are still working and I should be charged for after hours service if I still wanted service tonight. I can accept them running late and was happy to meet another time but they told me it was my fault. I have referred Option One to many realtors and investors and I will be sure to have them removed from their call sheets.

A special shout out for Andrew and Robert Garcia from a valued neighbor. They did an outstanding job quickly fixing a difficult to reach leak in the neighbor's attic. We have used Option One before and have always been happy with the service and overall knowledge of their employees. Last time we called, Derrick was our plumber and he couldn't have been more helpful. The kitchen drain was beyond plugged up and he was worried that if he couldn't clear it we would have to go the more expensive route and do a total drain clean out. But he kept going and going at the problem until finally the drain began to run clear. Yeah! Derrick! We called this company needing emergency plumbing service due to family and friends coming over for the wedding. We were finally able to locate a plumbing service that would service the Tonopah area for an additional fee of $175. We agreed to the cost and was informed of an hour and a half wait time. However, 30 minutes later, they called to tell us to let us know that $175 was not enough and that it would cost more money to come out and service us. We were given a quote and agreed to it. Now, they want more money for doing a job they specialize in. No way. This company has technicians that are sharks. Don't use them!!

We needed to have our main drain snaked on a Sunday. The water was backed up and we couldn't use showers or toilets. We called around and most places either weren't open on Sunday or charged a rediculous price to come out on a Sunday. Not these guys! They came out the same day and had the lowest price around. I called and spoke with a friendly, professional woman who set up my same- day appointment between 10a and 12noon. At 10:30, I received a call advising the crew was 10 minutes out. They showed up shortly thereafter, and quickly assessed the situation: a clogged kitchen drain. They opened the clean- out and grease blobs flowed out. ( Gross. ) Then they snaked the line, sprayed down the area with my water hose, collected their fee ($49.50, as promised), and politely left. I would have given them 5 stars, but I later found the grease blobs on my patio floor- and no one wants to see that... Overall, I'm pleased with Option One and I would recommend them to you (at least for a minor rooter job).

We were desperate. My mother and her husband are retired and have been living in an 80 year old house for 50 years. I also have a brother who lives there with special needs. It was a mess; toilet, shower, water outside the house even. There is no way they could have waited until Monday. It was 8pm Sunday night, the tech, Sam, got there within the hour. Don't get me wrong it was pricy, but thank goodness the resources were available to get it fixed. He was professional and explained everything along the way. He was so kind to listen to my mother ask questions, tell her stories and even show a few pictures of grandkids as grandmas do. He was very efficient and even though he was on call all weekend until the next morning at 6am, he had positive energy and a great attitude. Dimitri is very courteous and professional. Our sewer lines clogged up and we called a different plumbing company at first, they could not unclog the drain.Called Option One Plumbing and they came out the same day and got the drainage fixed. Did advise me that the plumbing was not installed correctly, to many bends and curves in the line with waste water flowing up instead of down. Dimitri replace part of the drainage pipes so everything is flowing correctly.They even gave us a 5 year warranty on the piping they replaced. I highly recommend Option One Plumbing they get the job done at a reasonable price. By the way the outside temperature was 116 degree Fahrenheit while Dimitri replace the pipes. Great job, thank you!!!!!!!!

About a year ago I had a new garbage disposal installed. My house and pipes are 1951, the disposal is 50 years newer. Needless to say, they weren't a perfect match, and the guy who installed it had to cut some corners to make it work.
Yesterday I switched out my faucet (myself) and I must have bumped the pipes he had tinkered with, and it started leaking from the trap section of the pipe. I couldn't fix it myself, and I went on Craigslist to find a plumber.
We found Option One, so we called, and they booked an appointment for the next day (today) between 1-3pm.
While my tech, Israel, got here about 3, I'm thrilled I got him. We talked out about 5 different ways to fix it, and finally settled on one. Israel made the fix, simpler than I would have thought, and sure enough it worked on the very first try. I'm stoked.
Israel was professional and thoughtful, and creative when it came to a challenge. I will definitely keep Option One's number and I'll ask for Israel if (when) I ever have another plumbing issue.

5-star service and price. -1 star for scheduling / not being on time.

Part of the main sewer line in my home clogged on a Thursday night-- half the house backed up. Called Option One on Friday morning at 9am; I was told they could be there between 11am-1pm, which is fine. At 12:45pm I get a call from dispatch that they are still on another job and asking if I can wait a little longer; that's okay, and I appreciate that they are keeping in contact. So I wait, and wait some more. Then it's 4pm and I still haven't heard anything. At this point I have other plans for the evening so I have to call back and reschedule for Saturday morning.

BUT, when Jesse showed up on Saturday (on time), he was professional, cleared the clog, and gave me some invaluable tips on drain maintenance for my particular problem. And the total was only $49.50, as advertised-- the cheapest drain cleaning service I've ever had, by far.

I was bothered by the scheduling issue, but for the great service and price I'd definitely call them again to clear a drain.

I take back my high review. They sent me a new plumber and he did not get my clog out and gave up and charged me $99 for NOTHING. I called another company and they snaked my pipe until they got the clog and my drains are finally clog free and worth every penny! I will never recommend option 1 to anyone. They are the cheapest but the lousiest service. They wanted to dig my yard for thousands, so not so cheap anymore when I lost basically $100 and time away from work and still had my drains clogged. The worst experience! Stay away and call a legitimate company that will help you and not just perform a generic rooter once and charge you with an invoice that says clog not cleared and leave your drains clogged. I regret recommending them before.

We had a very good experience with Option One Plumbing. They arrived and time and diagnosed our problem completely and accurately. They were professional, knowledgeable and most of all, they worked very hard to repair our problem. Devin M. was the lead plumber and if you ask for him when you call, you won't go wrong. We found that Option One has superior equipment over other plumbing companies. This equipment can diagnose problems in the pipes and they also have the equipment to fix any plumbing problem. Other companies do not have the cameras and tools to fully diagnose the problems that come up with older homes. Devin M. and his team worked on our problem through a weekend and even came on Sunday to finish the job so we could get back up and running as soon as possible. Thank you, Devin M. and Option One. They gave me a window of 1 to 3. When no one had shown up at 4:30 I called. They told me I was next on the list and other jobs were taking longer than expected. I told them a phone call to let me know they would be late would have been nice.

The dispatcher asked if I still wanted to wait or reschedule. I reluctantly told her that if they couldn't be here by 6:00 to cancel the appointment.

About 10 minutes later the plumber called to say he was on his way.

He did end up going on the roof as I mistakenly told him the vent for the old Laundry Room went straight down and vented the utility sink in the Garage. I helped him carry the 1/2 machine up to the roof.

The vent was for the utility sink, where the Kitchen sink was backing up, BUT it did not go straight down. Instead it is offset about 8 feet. So that means the snake had to go down, 8 feet north, then back more than 8 feet south to get past where the Kitchen and utility sink meet.

He asked me to watch the utility sink and let him know when it drained.

10 minutes later he was out of snake and came down to tell me it would need to be hydro jetted. As we are standing there talking the sink miraculously drained.

I can't complain about the $49.50 price as another (BBB A+) company quoted me $94 to show up and extra if they needed to go on the roof. It would have been nice if they had called to tell me they were running late.

I would give this company a 4 or 5 stars if the first technician they sent out wasn't so bad. I was able to get a technician to come look at a clog bathtub on the same day that I called and he was on time. However, he did a really lousy job. Finish in less than 15 minutes that I was so surprise. I didn't even hear his snake running! I asked him did he even turn it on and he say it's a quiet one. I ran the tub to test it and it seem like it's still slow. He told me that I have to ran the shower to show that it's draining. Ok?? Since it's a 7 days warranty, I pay him for it. That night when we ran the shower, it still drain very slow!!! I called the company again and they will sent out someone to look at it the next day, they are not on time so we had to reschedule the following day. 45 minutes late but at least now the job is done properly. For a really decent price of $50 to fix your plumbing, I guess it's a matter of luck which technician you get.

called Option One early in the morning because my main line was backing up into the house. They had someone out within a couple hours. He was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. It turned out I had roots infesting my pipes. He got a TV out there within 15 min found where the problem was and told me to call the city. The city came out 3 hrs later and he rushed over to my house so he could do the inline video again but for free this time. Awesome pricing. Amazing!

Terrible service or should I say no service. I was told the plumber would be at my place between 0800-1000 and guess what? No one showed up nor was there a phone call. I called 30min after to find out what happened. The lady (I believe they are out of state because she ask me what city I live in) told me he was on the way and he would call me. No phone call or a plumber. I called back again to cancel. I called for another plumber who arrived in 15 min and more affordable. I highly don't recommend this place unless you want to wait all day long not knowing whats going on then this is your place. Terrible.

I have used Option One three times. The last two times I have waited for more than 3 hours. Last night it was a 6 hour wait with no call from the technician. I called another company who arrived this afternoon on time and fixed everything within an hours time. Most of the problems had to do with Option One's shoddy work. I had to replace all of the faucets in my baths because Option One had placed everything in the wrong position. I will never call them and hope that you don't either.

Purchased a condo Feb 2011 and needed a knob for the water shut off fixed. They came out handled it and gave me great service. I paid the first payment for the service call with my debit before they fixed it and then after it was fixed I paid again. Over the last 15 months I have received 3 calls from them saying I didn't pay, after getting a message last month again I called them back and talked to a very nice lady who said not to worry she would take care of it. Again today I get a call from a woman claiming to be a manager advising me I have a past due balance and I needed to pay ASAP!!! I again told her I had already paid and she began to argue with me. I asked her if I really owed this balance why it took 15 months for them to take care of it, she basically called me a liar and I asked to talk to her manager, and she stated she was it ( she didn't have a manager ) I then asked who the owner was and asked to be transferred to his voicemail, she said he didn't have voicemail and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. I finally told her if she didn't stop harassing me I would file a claim with the BBB and hung up. Seriously they need a better bookkeeper and need better customer service!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE phone/customer service!!! Our septic tank was backing up and we were told to call Option One because they would snake our clean out line for $50. I called them at Noon gave all my information to a receptionist and was told I would get a call back. At 1:37pm still no call so I called them and was told I would get a call back. By 2:15pm still no call back so I called again and was finally able to schedule someone to come out between 5-7pm and that the technician would call when he was on his way. By 7:12pm no call from the technician and I couldn't reach anyone in the office, I left a voicemail that was never returned either. By 8:12pm I tried calling again and finally got an answer, the receptionist said I was the next call. Finally at 9:13pm the technician called saying he was on his way. By 9:47pm he finally showed up and was able to unclog our clean out line to our septic tank. If I could give separate ratings I would give the technician, Israel, 5 stars for being polite, professional, and helpful. I would give the office workers (ie receptionist or scheduling person) 0 stars!! I had an appt scheduled for 2-4pm today for a simple drain clean. At 4:10 I get a call that he's running a little late but will be there before 5pm. At 5:10pm I call inquiring when there are going to be there, the operator says she'll have to call me back. Ten minutes later she informs that he'll be 2-3 more hours. After taking a 1/2 day off to accommodate their window, they were not willing to offer anything more than a we're sorry. Obviously won't be using them. Good luck.

I had a clog in my bathroom sink that I was unable to clog after hours of trying. I called another plumber - they wanted to tear out my wall to get to it and charge me an arm and a leg. I called Option One for a second opinion. Option One's technicians were able to make it out to my house about an hour after I called and unclog the drain within 30 minutes for only 49.50! I was so impressed! The techs, Tim & Vince, were great - both very personable & funny. Next time I need a plumber, I will definitely call Option One first!!

Called for a drain clean out and was given a 9 to 11 time frame. The plumber was supposed to call a half hour before he was to show up. I never got a call. I called them and they said he was running late. An hour later and still no call . I had to go so I called them and canceled. They wasted my day . I put allot of things on hold waiting for them and they didn't even have the courtesy to call and let me know they were not going to make our agreed upon time. They weren't even close . If you value your time look somewhere else..

When I was searching plumbing companies I knew I had to call Option One because of the great reviews they have. I set up an appointment in which they were supposed to be at my house between 9-11AM. 11 rolled around and no one showed up or called. I called to see what was going on and I was told they were running behind, but we were next on the list and they should be here soon. I understand things happen so, although I was frustrated, I continued to wait. 1PM came and went and still no show. I finally received a call around 2PM to say they were on their way. By then I had already scheduled another company. I truly understand there are circumstances which arise, but having communication with your customers is number one. I probably would have waited and allowed them to come if their customer service was more of a priority.

Andrew came out and did a great job. He spent the entire day working on our rental property. We were expecting the worse news and he was honest and did what was needed. I will call this company for all jobs that we need! Awesome job!

BEST DEAL EVER! Jesse from Option One came out. No bull just snaked my drain just what it needed and $49.50 just what I was quoted. DONE. These guys are honest and professional. Highly recommend. Will tell everyone about them.

My only complaint is the receptionist whom I called mid-way through my appointment time slot of 10-12AM to ask her if the service person was going to be late and asked her to please call me if he was going to come past the 12:00 window as I had plans with my granddaughter. She never called back and the service person didn't arrive until 12:40. He was very apologetic and got right to the task at hand; clearing my bathtub drain. He was a very nice young man who took the time to explain everything he was doing and the best part of it was they stuck to their advertised price of $49.50. Unlike the previous company who came out (Schuelke Plumbing, LLC ) who said they were going to have to charge me $200 becuase he had to use his rooter without even removing the drain plug to take a look at it. So call Option One if you need this kind of repair. I am a very picky person and would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the flaky receptionist.

This company is UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE and HORRIBLE to deal with. I contracted Option One Plumbing to install 6 bathroom faucets. Some of the hardware was defective and the Technician took it with him to try to find a replacement. The technician was not able to find it. I understand they can't find the part and that is not their fault. However they refuse to give it back to me despite 8 phonecalls over 6 weeks. I spoke to the Manager three times and she never follows through. As a result of not getting the part back, I have paid for two sinks and the work is useless. I will have to buy two new faucets and pay someone else to install them. All I want is my part back and it is like pulling teeth with no anesthesia. In addition I agreed to pay them cash plus check. I asked for an invoice and it took 5 weeks for them to actually cash my check. I had to call three times to get a paid invoice. Each time they had my name spelled wrong. This company is very sketchy and unprofessional. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!

We had a stopped drain on a Saturday. We were told someone would be out between 11 and 1. One o'clock came and went and when we called, we were told 45 minutes, then 1/2 hour when the 45 minute deadline passed. Finally, someone came at 3:00, but we sent them away because the drain seemed to be running. On Sunday, we had more problems, so we called again and were told someone would arrive between 1 and 3. Robert finally came at 4:30 p.m. and decided he did not have a snake long enough. Luckily, another plumber was close by and Robert was able to pick up a longer snake. All that said, Robert did an excellent job, was very courteous and knowledgale. The price of $49.50 is definitely a bonus. I would most definitely use Option One again, taking into account the time when they say they will show up and when they actually show up may be longer. Had it not been for the frustrating delay in arrival, I would have given Option One five stars.
