Today was a great Sav-On Plumbing experience:  at 11:12 the tenant in my guest house alerted me of a plumbing problem in the kitchen.  By 1pm the Jesse Guerrero and Daniel  Hubbard of Sav-On had the problem solved!  

Here are the details:  

The tenant in my guest house texted me at this morning that there was a leak under his kitchen sink.  Right away I called Sav-On Plumbing & spoke with Sav-On dispatcher Janet who put plumbing tech Jesse Guerrero on the phone, who committed to a same-day solution.  

Jesse and fellow plumbing tech Daniel Hubbard arrived within the hour, assessed the problem, replaced the garbage disposal, which was the cause of the leak.  The tenant greatly appreciated this successful result, achieved so quickly.

These guys are super solid! They installed a water heater for me in late 2020. Fast forward 2.5 years, water heater failed (and it was a good one they installed). It happens, parts are bad out of the box all the time in my world. Called, explained situation, water heater was still under warranty. Expected a bunch of hemming and hawing on labor but nope, they covered parts and labor. They stand behind what they install even though the failure was in no part their doing. It doesn't get any more honest than that! Plus they were fast, sympathetic to the situation, and very efficient. Thanks guys!

When I first called to get an appointment the shop should have been closed, but, they answered the phone anyways and set me up with an appointment for the next day. The office was in communication with me and let me know when Jesse Guerrero would be at my house. He was there on time. Before he came in put his booties on and went to work had my job finished extremely fast. Jesse was super knowledgeable about my plumbing problem and explained everything to me. I would most definitely recommend this company.

I discovered a bad leak at the meter box in my driveway yesterday, and called Sav-On.  I was initially told that they wouldn't be able to send out anyone until this afternoon, but when they heard how much water I was losing, they agreed to send out someone first thing this morning.  That someone was, Jeff, who jumped on the problem immediately, letting me know some of the potential reasons for my problem.  He recommended I call the city to shut off the water, because it might be their responsibility for the problem.  Long story short - Jeff's instincts were correct.  It was a simple issue, but it could easily have been MUCH more costly for me - Jeff helped save me hundreds of dollars by his knowledge and recommendations.  I heartily recommend Sav-On to all those in need of quick plumbing needs.  I'll be calling them next time I have an issue.  Thank you!!!  Lew

Tech Daniel Hubbard of Sav-On Plumbing was right on time and installed the new faucet in our kitchen.  He was friendly and professional.  I'd call Sav-On for any plumbing needs in the future.

Our kitchen sink was not draining and we were looking for a family owned plumber to help us out. Sav-On Plumbing was at our house within 2 hours!  Their technician, Jesse, took one look under our sink and saw that the contractor who had recently installed a new sink and disposal had done it improperly.  He immediately went to work replumbing the sink drain and cleaning the backed up drain line. Sav-On plumbing answered our call on the first ring, were polite and responsive to all our needs.  We got the real sense that they take pride in their company and their work.  They are professional in all phases of what they do with reasonable pricing. We highly recommend them for any plumbing work.  Could not have been more satisfied.

I have used Sav-On a couple of times now. Plumbing issues are very stressful for me. It's the one homeowner area that I dislike the most. Anyway, I had a toilet that I had replaced the insides of that also had a faulty valve. Branden with Sav-on came and fixed my toilet. Before fixing he gave me several options depending on what I was comfortable doing myself to save money vs having them do all of the work. I chose to have them do all of the work, because then I could trust that it was done correctly. He finished up in about 40 min and my fill valve was fixed and a new valve was installed for my tank. It works great and now I no longer have to run downstairs to my other bathroom. I would absolutely recommend this company to a friend. They are reasonably priced and are always willing to explain things to me.

We called for what we thought would be a consultation on two somehwat expensive plumbing projects. Dan showed up the next day, resolved 1 issue immediately with a few small tweaks and let us know the second issue had nothing to do with our plumbing. He was very engaging and helpful and we will eefinitely call on him the next time we need a plumber!

The main water valve to the house, I knew was causing low water pressure. One company stated, The problem is from the meter to the house. You need a new main line for 5100.00 The other company quoted approx. 700.00 for a new gated valve. I have been using Sav-on since moving here in 2020, and their work is consistently excellent, fast and the service friendly. I never want to fool around with plumbing issues, and these guys are the best!

They've installed toilets/faucets for me, fixed pipes, installed a new water heater as well as a water softener. Extremely reliable for all types of work.

We are first time home buyers and didn't know about the maintenance on water heaters. Well our water heater needed to be replaced after only 2 years. I searched the internet and came across Sav On Plumbing. We decided to give them a try. We are very happy we did. They were able to come out the same day and was able to replace the water heater the next morning. Jesse was sent out on the service call both days. Jesse was great! He answered all my questions and explained my options. Gave me good advice on a traditional water heater vs a tank less one. On day two Jesse was back with help from Dan. Dan arrived first and got things started. I appreciated their professionalism and they made sure they cleaned up everything. Thank the Lord! No more cold showers!

I called and spoke with a gentleman named Tom who was very friendly and informative. I asked for a quote to replace our toilet which he provided, including the different options and explaining each in a way I was able to understand. He proceeded to ask me more information about the problem we're having and that's when I really grew to appreciate him and this company. He actually took the initiative to offer a much more affordable option that included just replacing the tank and line versus the entire toilet which saved a few hundred dollars. I honestly didn't know any different and could have easily been taken advantage of for unnecessary expenses. That means the world to my family because we're already struggling without these unexpected repairs. A friend recommended Sav-On to us and we are glad we followed through. After a year of us keeping a list of various plumbing issues to tackle around the house, we had Jesse out for almost a full day. He took care of our entire list in a totally professional manner, was very courteous and explained everything to me. We are very pleased with our entire experience, from initial call to Tom, to Janet following up after work was done and now consider Jesse our awesome go-to plumber for anything in the future.

I had been calling around for a plumber to come & replace my sink & garbage disposal on/off for almost a year. I finally got around to calling Sav-On thanks to the rock star Yelp reviews. My experience from start to finish was nothing less than stellar.
1) They got me scheduled in 48 hours.
2) The quote was cost effective compared to the many other companies research which btw was average $800. My quote was 1/2 that.
3) Experienced repairman (Bill) let us know the replacement sink wasn't as deep as the current sink. Just in case we didn't' know. Which was very nice.
4) Cleaned up well after the repair & even offered to carry the sink to the garage for me. Bill even let me know how to dispose of the sink & suggested habitat for humanity.
I'd recommend this company to anyone. Just AWESOME!

We had an issue with our toilet and the water kept running.  I called Save-On Plumbing and talked to an awesome and professional man.  He said they would confirm appt. time and arrival time by texting my cell phone.  Within twenty minutes I got confirmation and then a few minutes later Jesse arrived.  What a great guy!  He fixed the problem immediately.  Explained everything and was so professional.  And the good news is they are open on Sundays and Holidays for those emergency issues!  I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.  Again, thank you Save-On Plumbing!!

I had the pleasure of working with Sav-On plumbing and, in particular, Jesse. In a nutshell, I could not be happier with the end result.

I actually had a laundry list of items and the appointment with Jesse was for the early afternoon. When Jesse finished up his previous job ahead of schedule, he called first and asked if it was okay to show up a few hours early and get started. I sincerely appreciate the respect for my time, because it is typically a pet peeve of mine when people show up unexpectedly early, so bonus points for that!

As to the work itself, I needed to have two heavy (100+ lbs.), one-piece, high-end toilets installed, a new kitchen faucet, new angle stops/valves and supply lines throughout. Jesse jumped right into it with the toilets and was able to get the old, builder-grade units out and the new toilets in very short order. His installation was meticulous and it was quite obvious that he took a great deal of pride in his work. Once the toilets were out of the way, Jesse also did a masterful job of removing the old kitchen faucet, thoroughly cleaning up the porcelain mounting surface and installing the new faucet and hot/cold supply valves.

While Jesse worked quickly, it was clear to me from the outset that his efficiency was a byproduct of his extensive experience and that there was absolutely no compromise in the quality of his work. I also very much enjoyed my conversation with Jesse during the install and greatly appreciated his insights for future plumbing projects that I picked his brain about.

When it was all said and done, I felt the price paid for the work was very reasonable, certainly with the level of care and attention to detail that Jesse had put into it. Having dealt with a number of plumbers over the last decade, I can honestly say this was the best interaction I have ever had and that I would not hesitate in the slightest to call Sav-On and Jesse again for future needs.  No nonsense, no up-selling and no bullshit, just a highly skilled plumber with pride in both his work and his employer, who showed up and got the job done right. I could not in good conscience leave anything less than five stars. Thank you Jesse!

I called this business after 4 others could not come out. My outside water spicket broke off and I had to turn off the water to my home. This company got a gentleman out quickly named Jesse. He was quick and professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you Sav-on for your speedy service and great employee.

I had Jesse come out to fix my leaking shower.  He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me fully.  He did a great job, and I was grateful that he did not have to cut into my wall.  I will use this company again.  They are very courteous and followed up with me to see if I was happy with the job.  :)

I've been using Sav-On for years and won't go with anyone else.  Jesse just installed my new kitchen faucet and, as usual, he was quick, efficient and friendly. Everyone I've ever dealt with has been terrific to work with -- all the plumbers and Janet, who handles the phone! I feel like I can trust them and their prices are always fair.

Great experience with Sav-On. They responded and came out quickly, immediately diagnosed the issue and showed me first hand what the issue was so I was confident in the repair. Mega bonus points because they also offered me the option of having them do it or explaining what I would need to do if I wanted to repair it myself. I chose to have them do it and have not had any issues since. Pricing was fair and confidence in work will ensure I use them again and refer them to others.

Installed 2 toilets for me and both flanges were broken. The plumber sent was extremely talented in his skill and care and left the job clean and perfect.  Their prices are fair and equable as they do not receive a commission on the job.  I highly recommend Sav-On plumbing!!!

I again called Sav-On Plumbing after the great job they did previously. Jesse called advising he could arrive early if that was okay with me.  He explained the problem and my options on how fix the issue.  The best option seemed like a new toilet instead of trying to repair one that was old and cheap.  Jesse was able to replace it within a couple of hours.  Once again I was impressed with the workmanship and professionalism. Highly recommend this company.

Save on plumbing is not the case. Friendly but I paid over 300 for him to install a used piece.  I even asked if I could get something from home depot when I called to an appointment and he said lets just look at it first.

I'm military and only visit my home here once in awhile and I wanted the leak fixed before I had to go back to base.  I also asked if I could not get the piece and he said it would be the same price.  What a rip off.

This is the 2nd time we've used Sav-On Plumbing and we couldn't be happier.
The first call was to help with a rental property. The technician was so punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and kind with our tenants! He also kept me informed of all that was happening and did all he could to meet both the tenants and my expectations.
The 2nd call was to a family member's home. Jesse was very professional, polite, showed up on time, and even covered his shoes with booties! He thoroughly explained what he would be doing beforehand and the estimated cost associated with the work. I felt very at ease with his work. Jesse also took the time to educate me on the plumbing issue, different warranties, and what could be done in the future.
This company is top-notch! They treat you like family and truly go the extra mile to provide superior customer service.

I'm seeing some great reviews, but I will not let Brandon back into my home ever again. He was arrogant, condescending and incredibly rude. I called to have a wax ring replaced. Next thing I know, the wax ring isn't replaced and he has $650 worth of work to add to my problem. Plus what he already added.

Called another plumber. The flange was fine wasn't in need of replacing. Had the work done correctly and politely at 1/3 the price quoted by Brenden. Never told the owner his original price was too high. New plumber did more work and a much better job.

We started a totally unrelated diy install of a water filter system, but Murphy's law, when we finished and turned the water back on, the shut off valve under the sink started leaking and wouldn't stop. So we had to shut off the main valve and what we planned to be a quick project turned into a much bigger problem that was suddenly an emergency. Thankfully, the plumber arrived quickly and replaced the single valve with 2 valves so we wouldn't run into new problems when installing a dishwasher (next project on the list). I really appreciated the forward thinking! (Note: this service was awhile ago, but I waited to post the review to make sure the repair lasted and it absolutely has. No issues since.)

I was not happy about what I had been charged for the job. I paid for the job, but I grumbled about it. Nancy the owner called. She was apologetic, sincere and very polite. She went above and beyond what I would expect to make things right. After speaking to her it is obvious that she takes customer satisfaction seriously. I am more than satisfied, I am delighted. Thank you Nancy.

Outstanding customer service!! I was having leaking issues with my kitchen faucet a called late Friday evening, thinking I would get voicemail, and Tom picked up right away. I'll have Jerry over between 8 and 8:30. Jerry was actually early! Sweet!!

Jerry was great. He gave me his honest assessment and, instead of trying to up-sell me, he suggested I go out and buy a new faucet myself and he'd install it. A couple of hours later, he was back as promised and did a great job. He was very pleasant, patiently answering any questions I had. He even took care of a couple of problems underneath my sink I didn't even know I had!

Tommy and Brandon installed new faucets and lead lines in our kitchen and bathrooms. They also installed a new RO faucet. They removed our old hot water heater and circulator pump that weren't working, were starting to leak and installed a new hot water heater. They're even pulled up the old floor tiles that had been cut to fit up against the previous water heater and placed tiles we had on hand prior to putting the new water heater in. They let me know the water softener needed some attention. This was perfect because filters change out on the RO and regular check up of the water softner systems  were already scheduled for Monday. I was able to call that company on Friday and let them know. Tommy and Brandon of Sav On Plumbing went above and beyond what I'd expected.

Don't know how this outfit got such a high rating. For them supposedly being reasonably priced, no way. First he was late getting here, took a half hour to write a proposal, wanted to push me back to another day because he had another job to do in two hours. The estimate was three times the price of the company that I hired. No way would I recommend them.

Did not want a band aid job. There was only one  way to do the job. Jack hammer the floor and move the water pipe 6. I stand by my one star rating.

These guys have been great since day one! We've had them do work for us on our personal home and several of our rentals as well as our commercial properties. They've really helped us out of a few binds, always showing up quickly and getting the job done correctly. It's hard to find people you can trust and count on, but we've definitely found it in this company! Branden is our usual tech and he's very knowledgeable and helpful, but every tech we've worked with has been great. Their pricing is fair and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of or being up-sold. They've earned a customer for life with me and I would highly recommend giving them a call!

Hiring a plumber is a lot like buying a car, I always feel like I was taken advantage of.  That all stopped once I started using Tom at Sav-On Plumbing.  Tom is one of the most honest and reliable tradesmen I have ever worked with.  I can always count on Tom to give me an accurate diagnosis, excellent workmanship and price that is always fair.  I have had Tom do multiple jobs for me as well as referred him to many of my customers.

This company is the best.  Call them when the valves on my washing machine started to leaking and they came right out. My technician, Jesse, was Super. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.  He did a fantastic job,  and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be doing business with Sav-On plumbing in the future.

Excellent service. My husband got in over his head repairing a water fixture, so we called Sav-On. They were out within two hours (earlier than quoted), and got right to it. The only delay was the plumber needing to go to Ace for parts. The price was more than fair. Don't hesitate to call this company.

I called Sav-On Plumbing because I thought I had a water leak.  After Tom went out to look at the situation, it ended up being only that the tub had a slight tilt towards the wall.  The tenant had had several guests over the weekend witch resulted in an unusual amount of water use.
Tom did not charge me for the visit, so when they say Free Estimate they mean it, THANKS TOM!

Ok, I called this am for help with a Water Leak and Pronto, they were there early.  Jessie did a great job and explained everything to me as he was doing it.  We did a walk thru of the house talking about other plumbing issues.  I have only one place to call with my plumbing issues and that is Sav On...

First review was 2-19-16  and very happy, but  I decided on changes in kitchen which required another trip for Tom to install a different sink.  Thank you Tom for coming back. GREAT JOB TOM!  kudos to Nancy who runs the office. She is pleasant, efficient and coordinates the schedules and was so easy to work with.  The  remodel is done and Sav-ON Plumbing was the best choice.  Tom and Branden can get the job done!

I had the pleasure of working with Jesse. He was absolutely well mannered and extremely informational. I called and spoke with Mike to have someone come out. He was able to schedule a technician to come out the same day. Mike also let me know ahead of time what their fees are, so I wasn't surprised with charges. I would definitely use them again!

30 minutes later he was here with his truck ready to go to work.
He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. His price was fair.

Thanks so much, Tom, for the excellent service!  My kitchen was flooding, and I was beside myself.  I checked with the Better Business Bureau and found Sav-On!  That was a lucky break!  Tom came out so fast, assessed the situation, fixed my problem, and even put my supplies back under the sink!  I was so stressed, but the entire problem was fixed within about 2 hours!  My husband came back from his golf game and didn't even notice that I had survived a flood!  Now that's service.  I have found my new plumbing company!  Thanks, Tom, for saving me!

I highly recommend Sav-On Plumbing!  We needed a laundry room sink installed and had an issue with hot water not getting to parts of our home.  Jesse installed our laundry room sink but felt that he needed to call in someone with more experience for the hot water issue.  Brandon came the very next day and quickly identified the issue and gave us two options to fix the problem.  Once we selected, he quickly got the work done and that fixed it!  I was impressed by both Jesse and Brandon with their professionalism, promptness and communication on the work they needed to do.  I will certainly call them again for any plumbing needs!

Excellent service!  I was having flooring installed and when they tried to turn off the water supply to the washer, the supply valve wouldn't turn the water off.  I called Sav-On and they arrived an hour later.  Jesse gave me options, one of which was to cap off the supply or I could spend  much more and have the valve replaced (both washer and fridge supply valves were old and needed the same thing).  I opted the fix of replacing the valves and not take the cheap escape.  Mainly because Jesse was honest, informative and prompt in addressing my issue.  And also, it would have to be replaced at some point anyway.  Very impressed with the job done, the friendliness and the professionalism.

I called about 10 places this morning getting quotes to have our kitchen piping snaked out.  I received a quote as high as $160.00, and as low as $95.00... And sometimes there is something to be said about the value of service you will recieve... Well, guess what?  The $95.00 quote was exactly what I needed.  They came out about 20 minutes after I called, were here for about 35-45 minutes, the problems was resolved, and the gentleman was friendly as can be.  He even took the time to explain why the problem occured in the first place, and what to do if it happens again.

I would in a heartbeat recommend these folks to any of you who are having plumbing problems.  Don't be fooled by these companies that are charging almost double.  The value is right Here!

After using root-rooter companies, big name plumbers and friends who said they could do little jobs that usually required professional repair I found Sav-On. These guys are amazing and saved me money while fixing my problem fast. I moved into my new home on Saturday and my movers said they couldn't hook up the clothes washer because they felt the taps may need replacing and the hoses to the machine were spewing water as well. I called Sav-on Plumbing after finding them on yelp. They came Monday as I requested and quickly said the taps and houses were fine and all I needed was a new small piece - one washer inside one of the hoses. I was prepared to have to pay two or three hundred dollars only to get this solved for fifty. I am happily stunned and impressed and will call these guys again.  Thank you!

Tom is awesome! I had a leak at my water meter (my side, of course) that the city notified me about and he was here first thing the next morning, on time and fixed it quickly. Very nice, very professional and knows his trade really well!

Jesse was here for 3.5 hours to work on a broken pipe and unplug a line.  you offered low/high $$ alternatives and left it to us to decide what we wanted to do.  I won't hesitate calling them again.

Another 5 star review for Tom and Brandon.  I had a water leak right off my water main / meter and called them on Jan 2 to schedule an appt.  Tom got me scheduled the next day and Brandon called ahead to let me know when he would be there as I had a dentist appt that afternoon.

Brandon was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and pretty efficient.  The price seemed very fair given the amount of work needed and he quoted it up front (Which I really appreciated).

Brandon also noticed some issues around my water heater that needed attention and gave me a very fair quote to come back and fix them.  

They honored the Yelp special of no trip charge and 10% off as well!

I was very happy with my experience with Sav-On Plumbing from scheduling with Nancy to working with Branden. They were very prompt! I called with my issue in the afternoon and they were over to fix early the next morning. Branden gave me a courtesy call upon arrival with his estimated time and also called and handled warranty parts for me. Being a single woman and mother I do not want to feel taken advantage of when hiring someone for a service in my home. What a relief to know I can call Sav-On Plumbing when I need someone to come out and be treated right! Tom arrived on time and was extremely fair with pricing and didn't try to tell me I needed to fix more than what was needed. This is extremely important to me and I appreciated the great service.

No doubt Tom is a nice guy. However, I was charged $175 for labor for a thirty to thirty five minute job. He did have to come out to diagnose the issue and found I needed a toilet kit. He got the kit and installed it. I can't understand how that can be a $175 labor charge or that that was a good deal. He just told me that $175 is their minimum labor charge! Really?!!

Disappointing. I picked Tom after glowing reviews in Facebook. We mutually agreed on a time, and of course he cancelled at the last second. No big deal, he came out another day, gave me a good quote and what I needed to provide. It took a couple of months for me to get the sink, as its an unusual set up I guess. When I called him out the second time, he didn't remember me for whatever reason. I called him on Tuesday, he said he couldn't be there until Friday. No big deal, took the afternoon off work on Friday to be there. He calls 15 minutes before the appointment, can't make it. His last job has taken more time than he expected. Ok, i said how about tomorrow. He said call me at 9am. If I don't have to work this job I'll work yours. I found it odd how I was going out of my way, but tried to be understanding. Called him at 9. Couldn't do it.  When I asked him when he could he said Wednesday, which I wouldn't be available for. So I called him out, asking him why it seemed he had no sense of urgency after causing the original inconvenience, to which his response is, I think you should find another plumber Which lead me to reaching out to Freddy Rooter (see review) dude came out same day, got it done. Thanks Freddy!

Sounds like others have had the same problem with Tom??? Not sure.

Had a back up in the kitchen sink and laundry machine the Friday after Thanksgiving. Gave savon a call Saturday morning after seeing good reviews and they said they could be out in a few hours. Tom came in and knew exactly what the problem was and cleaned out the main sewer line. No more issues. He was in and out. Will be aa customer again if I need more plumbing service.

I called Sav-On Plumbing tonight after reading the great reviews.  I had been putting off the inevitable, taking lukewarm to cold showers for the past 3 days.  I spoke to Tom on the phone at about 6:30pm and he was at my house by 7:30pm (same night!) to fix my water heater.  I am extremely happy with the service.  I think the price was great too.  No extra or hidden charges for coming out at night.  Their hours are until 10pm which is fabulous because something always seems to go wrong after hours.  I would definitely recommend them.

Came when promised.  But charged quite a bit.  I would get other quotes.
Update: I called because the toilet was filling slow.  I thought it was the input valve to the toilet. SavOn replaced it but it turns out the problem is in the tank. Now I have to get this fixed. They should have checked the entire system. I paid too much and I still have my original problem.
Update #2:  Tom called me and resolved my issues.  I appreciate a company that wants its customers satisfied. Because of this I am changing my rating from a 3 to a 5

Found Sav-On Plumbing thanks to all the good reviews on Yelp.  I called because of a clogged kitchen drain.  They were fast and the price was fair.  I will use them in the future.

Now I know why they have a 5 star rating on here. We woke up to a mini flood in our hallway last week and being so close to the holidays, I didn't think we could get it all handled without a lot of time and money. I found their reviews on Yelp and gave them a call. Brandon was here in a matter of minutes, immediately found the problem and fixed it. As i was on the phone with our insurance trying to get water restoration companies to handle the water and dry it out, Brandon already called his guy at Service 1 and they were here before Brandon left. I like that Brandon came in, fixed the problem and never gave us the run around on quotes and pricing. They are an honest company and that's just what we needed! Very impressed with their services!

I would highly recommend Savon. Called them about a leak at my meter. Tom came quickly too check it out. He didnt end up doing any work and did not charge me for troubleshooting the problem. I WILL keep his number on speed dial for any future plumbing issues we have. Thanks Tom.

Had my first experience with Sav-On Plumbing today. The plumber had an earlier appointment that ran long so he was late, but kept me informed all day to his status. I really appreciated being kept informed. He came to maybe fix my toilet but it is more than 25 years old so I knew it was probably beyond repair. He tried! But since I need to get a new toilet, he offered to make recommendations, pick it up for me and then install it. It feels great to know I'm covered with this great team! Thanks!!

I was not happy about what I had been charged for the job. I paid for the job, but I grumbled about it. Nancy the owner called. She was apologetic, sincere and very polite. She went above and beyond what I would expect to make things right. After speaking to her it is obvious that she takes customer satisfaction seriously. I am more than satisfied, I am delighted. Thank you Nancy.

So efficient - Tom came out when scheduled and quickly repaired a shower faucet that another plumber had spent hours on, only for it to freeze up later.  It may have been a defective part but I was happy with Sav on Plumbing's price and work.  I will definitely call them again if need arises!

After I posted the initial review, the owner sent me a message that she was concerned about my review and asked me to contact her. I did. Nancy was genuinely concerned about her employee's conduct. She asked for details and said she would deal with the problem. She was utterly respectful and nice. She asked what she could do to make me satisfied and I said, quite sincerely, that I did not want anything. I had received good plumbing work for a fair price and I did not want any sort of remedy. I wished her well and said goodbye. About a week later I received a letter from Nancy with a full refund of my service cost. She simply felt the conduct detracted from the work to that degree and wished to act accordingly. Sav-On Plumbing has earned my trust because of its good leadership. I will use them again.

Ladies this is the plumber to call if you are afraid of being ripped off.  This company is very honest.  Here's my story. My new young Roomate came to me yesterday and said the shower won't drain at all. So I went in poured some draino and  said let me know if that doesn't work.  I ended up calling out Sav on.  The gentleman who came out was nice enough to wave me over and tell me honey you need to push the lever down for the drain to be open um Ya.. I probably should have noticed that (feeling dumb) but he didn't even charge me.. I gave him lunch money but he didn't really want to take anything.  Nice guy .. Good company.. This was my second time using them.  Last time I had to have them replace a water shut off valve that rotted out.  This included removing  pavers and welding pipe back together.  They do good work and I will gladly tell you and all my friends how lovely it is to find such a nice little company.

Being a widow and having to depend on service people for everything. I rely heavily on Yelp. My water heater went out in my park model,  I live in a RV resort. I called Sav-On Plumbing and they arrived on time. They called to give me 20 minute notice, diagnosed problem, (burned out element) gave me an estimate, repaired it quickly and efficiently. Tom had to go buy one (element) as my water heater isn't common. Tom was friendly and I was very pleased.

I worked with Brandon today and from the time I called at 7:10am until my problem was resolved before 11:00am, this is how any business should conduct themselves. My appointment time was made clear to me, when he was running early from his previous appointment I was called to ensure a revised time was okay, my problem (which turned out to be a simple gasket that had worn out on one of my water sprinkler lines) was quickly diagnosed, I was quoted a fair price, and Brandon immediately ran to get the parts, was back, and had me fixed in less than an hour. Considering the noise that woke me this morning was eminating from behind my water heater, how thrilled was I that it turned out to be a simple part located off of my water main? Having used some of the bigger and well reputed plumbers from around the Valley, most of them could take a lesson from Sav-On. In the future, I now have my own plumber and will not be calling around any longer.

These guys rock!  I am a fan for life or until they retire.....I really appreciated their willingness to explain what they were doing &  how much it would cost.  I had other company's scheduled to look at the problem but because their pricing was fair I had them do the work spot on.  And, I had them fix a secondary problem that was on my list for 2 years but never tackled.  With another issue of concern looming ahead (poor job from previous plumber) I already know they will fix once I have the money.  Because of their professionalism, knowledge and fair pricing I will use again and have already passed their cards to my friends.

Yelp pointed me in the right direction again.  Found my hot water heater leaking.  I shut it off, started draining the tank and fired up Yelp for help.  Found SavOn Plumbing with good references.  After arming myself with some Internet research on hot water tanks and a visit to Home Depot, I called SavOn Plumbing to discuss the problem.  They agreed with me that Bradford White tanks were a good choice for my situation.  Only professional plumbers can get this brand but there are some Internet Plumbing sites that will sell and ship them.  SavOn let me schedule installation at a time convenient to me, showed up on time and made quick work of the installation.  They also gave me instructions on how to handle routine issues.  I never knew I was suppose to have the tank serviced every three to four years.  The internal sacrificial anode prevents water chemistry from attacking the tank and fittings.  It has to be checked or replaced every few years to prevent damage to the tank.  Now I know.  Thanks for courteous, fast, professional and informative service.  SavOn is on the top of my list to call for future plumbing issues.

We got a house. That's very exciting and very expensive.
These guys were fantastic. They called me an hour before their appointment to let me know they were still coming. They were worried they would be late as I lived further away than they had thought. They still got there ten minutes early. I explained what had been on the inspector's report and they let me know that an item listed on the report was fine, just not up to code. They showed us how to use the water softener as I had never had one before. They verified the weird contraption on a toilet was a bidet with high water pressure. (also exciting)
They started taking apart the sinks as my boyfriend went to home depot to get the new faucets it turned out we needed. They advised on brand, to make sure we got the one with the awesome warranty. They answered his calls from the store and even spoke with a floor rep to make sure he got the right things. They installed them and were gone. They were friendly and gave great advice on different ways to save money. Some having nothing to do plumbing at all. We have their sticker on our water heater tank to make sure we know who to call whenever we need plumbing done again.

Also the guys I had over believe strongly in what goes around comes around and so have honest business dealings out of self interest. They were around $175 less then we had planned on. Gush Gush Gush awesomeness.

I just called these guys because my tenant's dishwasher is not draining. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and told me that I did not need a plumber and to call an appliance service company. I appreciate the honesty as I will call these guys again when I need a plumber.

Tom - the owner of Sav-on Plumbing- is a life saver.  Our home had two broken toilets from abuse by renters. We live out of state and our new renters were moving in in 2 days.  I was quoted astronomical amounts by other companies before I called Sav-on. I described the problem to Tom who gave me a worse case scenario price. He came out the next morning, was on time, friendly and fixed the toilets. I was worried because he spent an hour and a half but the bill came in less than he told me. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated the service and fair treatment. All Tom asked for was to tell a friend. How about the Yelp community. Sav-on and Tom are now in my phone as Arizona Plumber.

Twice I have had plumbing issues in the past 6 months and both times I called Sav-On Plumbing.  I couldn't be happier with the service and quality provided. Brandon was great in accommodating our work schedules and coming whenever we needed him.  Also the price was very affordable.  I highly recommend Sav-On to anyone in need of a great plumber.

I called Sav-On to come check out my water heater because we were running out of hot water during showers. Tom called to tell me he could arrive earlier than scheduled, and he adjusted my water heater within 10 minutes. He was prompt and courteous and I'll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!

Branden and Steve to the rescue! Neighbor's garbage disposal was seriously jammed. Since she if near deaf, I called on a Thursday and Batman and Robin rolled in on schedule the next morning. Prompt (actually 15 min EARLY), patient and very friendly. They were able to repair (not replace) the disposal and fix a broken pipe fitting at a reasonable cost.

Thanks to the good reviews on yelp, called them for several issues including garbage disposal, clogged sewer line. They were fast (very important especially when there are tenents involved). The price was fair. I would use them again.

WOW!  I'm not easily impressed - especially with the repairmen and handymen my husband and I have used over the past 35 years of homeownership and a major remodel a couple of years ago.  But, I was incredibly impressed with Branden and Steve of Sav-on Plumbing.  (And NO - I am not a friend of theirs and they aren't a member of my family....this is a legitimate review!).  Unfortunately, we found water leaking under the baseboards in our house.  We had experienced a pipe leak several years ago and it was not a pleasant experience.  I've used Yelp for many things and thought I'd start there to look for a reputable plumber.  There were a number of good reviews for Sav-on Plumbing and they also came up with an A in the Better Business Bureau website.  So we gave them a call.  It turns out there were a couple of leaks and so we had a few options - go through the slab (YUK), repipe just the broken pipes or do a complete repipe of the house.  We were in a panic not knowing which course to take and suffering from shell-shock at the costs.  Rather than trying to push and sell us - Branden instead told us NOT to make any rash decisions - take time to think about it and just let him know. We chose to repipe the entire house - so our experience was probably one of the largest jobs a plumber does.  We couldn't have been more pleased!!  Branden and Steve showed up on time, did a superb job of repiping, CLEANED UP THEIR MESS, and even handled some other minor piping issues (replacing old handles and stops, etc) as part of the project.  If you're looking for a plumber - look no further!  This company IS THE WAY TO GO!  Two thumbs up from us - AAAA+ service.

Price is a little bit on the high side, but the service is fast. I called them and they came within 2 days, and took about 15 minutes to replace my shower thread. Simple and fast service

My wife yelled at me this morning because my broken toilet was starting to make our bedroom smell like the sewer.  So I jumped on Yelp and found Sav-On Plumbing.  I have a Champion toilet which has a very unique flushing system, but Sav-On had all the right parts.  He fixed it very quickly then installed a new shower head I had sitting around.  He did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the service.
