Great service with prices!!!   The cost to replace Hot Water Heater wad half the price that was quoted by my plumbing service.  I dropped my plumbing service like a hot potato..  I would highly recommend Tavares any your plumbing needs.

Andy & Josh showed up as scheduled smiling ready to get my plumbing issues fixed & fixed they did! Professional, efficient & the nicest guys you'll ever meet! So happy used them for the couple jobs needed plumber to do. My rescue dog that is wary of males loved them both so that is huge in my book! They did not cut corners & did great job! We moved into our new house about a year ago with tankless hot water heater.  Have no experience with them.  Company that installed wanted to charge 260.00 to flush other companies were in that ballpark.  Seemed pretty high to me.  Andrew did for much less was on time, knowledgeable and professional.  Appreciate the fast reasonably priced service!! Hard to find lately.  We will recommend you to our friends and neighbors.

WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT
i contacted multiple companies to get pricing, they gave me the best price and after u approved the price they scheduled service for the NEXT DAY.

They called me when they where on their way, the removed and installed the new water heater. During installation they found the shut off valve was extremely corroded, they took care of that as well and didn't change the price on me.

Great service, great price and great ppl.

All around very happy with my experience with Tavares. Andy was responsive, quick to schedule, arrive and install a new water heater for me. Price was by far the lowest of all quotes I received. Doesn't show up as scheduled or reply to texts or calls once scheduled last two appointments over a month, but can call in sick for first appt. No show or call for second appointment, and after I track him down and schedule a third appointment he again no shows, no calls or replies to texts.  Andy, when we spoke last you said I was your first stop this morning meaning before 8am; I asked for an eta at 7:40am and never heard back. Business suggestion, have your wife who rescheduled the first appt., confirm additional appts if you are too busy to keep track of them.

Outstanding service and install on TANKLESS WATER HEATER.  Took most of the day but had another service man out for something else and he commented on what a NEAT job Tavares did.

Felt sorry for owner, he had to come all the way back (20 miles) because one weld didn't take hold. Love having UNLIMITED HOT WATER. They also were the lowest price I could find in the valley with the brand I wanted after reading several reviews.

Had the absolute best experience with this team! They have incredibly fair pricing, the owner is very hands on, and they are punctual and quick!

Of all of the plumbers that I have been in contact with, this company was literally the only one that could find my soft water loop that was installed by the previous owners. I am so happy with the service they provided and they will now be my go to when we are in need of plumbing work.

Our hot water heater sprung a leak...like a huge leak. After calling our home warranty company (Select Home Warranty-they suck) and finding out they don't cover leaks (WTH), we called Parker and Sons, who we have a contract with. They came out checked it and said it would cost $3000!!!! And that was with my discount. WTF!!! Knowing this was exorbitant, I quickly checked the good ol' internet. Tavares Plumbing advertises as flat rate, so I called. He promptly called back and gave me a flat rate (50 gal heater $935, added warranty,10 year total, $250) $1135 for exactly what I needed. Honesty and not gouging, imagine that! He said he'd be over the next day and he was! And the price was exactly what he said. He let himself in my garage, did the job and left after cleaning up and making sure my garage door was locked. P.S. I was able to check on the progress via my security cameras. I was flabbergasted at the professionalism, honesty, promptness, etc. if I had to do it again...I'd save a lot of effort and call Tavares Plumbing.

I found out that my old water heater is leaking and damage so I start shopping around for a reliable company, after I have spoken to many companies in the East Valley I have decided to go with Trevor's plumbing.
Why?!
1. His price was the best and fair
2. True local family oriented business
3. Easy to schedule

The overall work took a few hours, he cleaned and left my laundry room exactly is a found it no debris or anything that needed extra cleaning.

After the work was already done he took some extra time to look at a few things around my house as courtesy.

I am a registered contractor myself, I can recognize hard-working honest person when I see one. Keep up the good work !

Had him replace an old water heater; he did a great job. Aesthetically speaking it looks great, responsive, communicates well and not to mention best price in the valley!  Don't usually write reviews unless I'm impressed--so here you go.

The first time I called Tavares Plumbing, it was great - Andy responded quickly, got the job done well (garbage disposal replacement), and at a good price.

So several weeks later when I needed some more work done, I called him first. Sadly, this was a mistake.

First, he said he'd be there the next day around noon. That next day, I called him at 12:30 and he said it would be 2:30 at the earliest. He was still working on another job, and I told him I understood, that was fine, as long as he'd be able to come to our house that day.

After I called him a few more times for status updates (note: he never called me to let me know what was up, and always seemed surprised at how late in the day it was), he just stopped answering my calls completely. I had called several times, texted, and left one voicemail message... and nothing.

He had my address, phone number, and my information here on Yelp -- and he didn't just drop the ball, he kicked it into the next county.

It was very frustrating because our plumbing problem was with a sewage pump backup -- not only rendering a bathroom unusable, but filling the house with a horrible odor.

Had he said from the outset -- or, heck, even the next morning -- that he couldn't/wouldn't do the job, I could have contacted someone else sooner rather than later.

I ended up using Lawson Plumbing, who were awesome (if not exactly cheap).

Anyhow, I have called Tavares twice more since this debacle to see if he had any explanation or rationale, but he's apparently not taking calls (or at least not mine).

I'm not sure what happened with him, but it was super disappointing that he ghosted. It was also tough to have two adults and three kids sharing one bathroom, when this whole issue could have been resolved much sooner if he'd either done what he said he'd do, or had simply let me know he didn't want the job.

I've given him two stars in total: the average of 5 stars for the first job, and -2 stars for the second attempt to give him business.

EXCELLENT JOB.  Very Professional.  Really help us out in a bind.  Best Price, $$$ most of all.

One of the only plumbers out there that charge a fair rate.  Also used the same materials as those changing twice the price.  Will will absolutely use Travares again for all of our plumbing needs. I recommend them to my friends and family.

They replaced our hot water heater a few months ago.  The quote included all installation accessories and a Rheem hot water heater, not a no-name brand.  Everything still works great and the installation was clean and professional.

The single finest interaction I've had with a contractor.  Had a number of issues with my water heater and couldn't find anyone that would honor their commitments.  Fortunately, I fat fingered my dial to a different plumber and happened to connect with Andy.  Talked with him late afternoon and by early afternoon all my problems were solved.   Clean, efficient, courteous and trustworthy.  The price was excellent as well.  Tavares should be your plumber!!!

Our water heater was in its way out and my wife got tired of me putting it off so she contacted several of the popular plumbing companies for quotes. I was surprised by the markup that these companies were charging to replace the water heater.

I did some research online and came across Tavares Plumbing who had great reviews about the service and the price compared to the competition. So I sent him an email that evening and received a response within minutes with a price (about 1/2 of what the other companies had quoted).

Needless to say, we hired Tavares Plumbing. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the owner does all the installations himself because who doesn't want to help a small business and as an added bonus, you get a master plumber ensuring that everything is done right! He even replaces parts that a lot of other companies will charge you $100+ more for.

How do you get excited about a new water heater?  I got to tell you that Andy and Tavares Plumbing are a rock solid 5 star company.
I was 10 years into a 12  year warranty hot water heater and thought I'd check out Tavares Plumbing.  
Next day Andy was there and installed a professional grade heater quickly.  I've already recommended him to my son (who has 2 homes here in the Valley) and I'll be using him for our second home (a rental in Chandler).  
I'm done with the Home Depot and Lowe's nightmares.  Tavares is the most cost effective and best choice.

He was hired at the end of June when we realized that the appointment was over the 4th of July holiday, we adjusted for the following Tuesday. most of my conversations with Andy were over text message & I have taken the effort to capture these conversations. I have also tried to reach out to him over the Yelp messaging system. My point is despite repeated attempts to reach out I have not received an answer since July 3rd.  In all fairness I have no idea what happened. UPDATE... Somehow this was a phone error we are back in touch and yea my bad for not using the Yelp messaging system sooner... Hey I own when I'm wrong we are hopefully moving forward :)UPDATE THIS GUY IS AWESOME!!!  Legit as they come my showers and kitchen sink WORK!! Learn from my mistake if you lose touch for whatever reason  reach out through another source this guy is a real find!

As an out of town owner of a rental home we needed a quick reply and response to our plumbing need. Tavares was the most responsive and fairly priced of the three plumbers we contacted. Glad we found our plumber for the future. They are great.

Andy came to fix what I thought was the supply line but turns out it was something else. He fixed it and stopped the toilet from running. His service was quick and thorough. It did not cost more than the quote.

Tavares plumbing should be your only call for water heater replacements....yes, even if you have a dad/sister/cousin/friend who offers to help replace the old unit. I woke up to a wet garage and began getting quotes. I was shocked how high everyone was coming in considering I just wanted a standard 50 gal electric water heater. I was about to give up and run to home depot to do it myself, but I decided to do one last Google attempt and found Tavares. Their flat rates were literally half of the other companies. Fully installed, with haul away was less than the labor only charge of the competitors. I thought there had to be a catch, but Tavares uses high quality parts and simply said that he does a done of water heater work and buys in volumes enough to pass the savings on. On top of all of that, I called him around 7:30 AM, he answered immediately, shoed up right when he said he would same day and we had hot water by lunch time. Exceptional.

I highly recommend Tavares plumbing.  Andy, the owner, responded immediately to my request for a price on a gas water heater and patiently answered all of my questions. He arrived on time and did a quality install. I had him take care of a couple of other plumbing issues while he was here.

Andy is a good guy and you can feel safe with him coming to your home. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber. His wife Angie who works in the office is very helpful and friendly.  They make a great team.

They replaced a couple of water heaters and that went well. However, they replaced a cartridge on a tub that failed after just over a month. First Andy said he would contact Moen for a replacement. After a few days he said he would just use his own part and come out and do the job. He failed to come out the day he promised and after leaving multiple messages I have never heard back.

We had Tavares Plumbing help us with our front water main. We needed to cut the pipe so we could set up for our lawn irrigation. They came out for an initial quote for no charge and even walked around the whole house and gave us insight on all of our plumbing concerns. I would highly recommend. Quote we received was more than reasonable and they came out the next day to get the job done.

I contacted eight plumbing companies for quotes for a new water heater. Tavares had the most reasonable price for a 40 gallon Rheem Professional Series unit. Plus, Andy was great to work with! He showed up the next day, on time, was friendly and did a very professional job. I will use Tavares for any future plumbing needs and have already recommended the company to friends.

When my 50-gal. Rheem electric water heater sprung a bad leak, I called more than half a dozen plumbers and I was astonished at their high quotes for delivery and installation of a new water heater.  The next day I called Tavares Plumbing at 8:00 AM, and Andy Tavares arrived at my house 2 hours later.  For a very fair flat rate price, he installed a new Rheem water heater and hauled my old one away.  Home Depot's installer wanted $500 more than Tavares Plumbing charged.  I highly recommend Tavares Plumbing!

These guys (Andy and Angie) are AMAZING!!! After spending a week trying to work with my home warranty company (FRUSTRATING). One call to Tavares plumbing late in the afternoon on Monday and we had a new water heater installed the next day!  I can't say enough about how impressed I am by this company. Old school outstanding customer service that is not easy to find these days plus their prices were great too! I if my warranty company follows through and reimburses me for the water heater I will be less out of pocket now than I would have been with their vendors ridiculous up charges and overcharges. I put in a request for a quote Friday at about 10:00PM, got a flat rate quote (which I love by the way) and an appointment confirmation right away. They came out early Saturday morning and had my water fixed in under an hour. And it was all no contact! I even paid over the phone. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Their price was very competitive and Andy showed up and took care of the job quickly.
