Just had Dustin, Thomas, and George out to finish the job I was given a quote for last week.

These guys have set the new standard for what you should expect from a plumber, Guys. Not only was was their workmanship superb, they took special care not to muss up my clean house. I appreciate THAT above all. LOL

So, yes, my initial impression of Dustin was spot-on. Likewise, Thomas and George were respectful and their customer service training top-notch. (Either that or their parent's did an exceptional job raising these two.) Great employees and they represent the company well.

Called and explained issue I was having and he asked me several
question and then asked me to check something.   Long story short it fixed my problem.  Can't say enough good about a business that will take the time on the phone to help resolve the problem.  I will definitely be using them for any and all future plumbing needs.   Dustin was excellent and caring about helping me.

Dustin and the team came to the rescue again!  My water heater went out today and I have a house full of kids so having hot water is a must. Dustin & Thomas were here within an hour!  They did a great job at a great price. Highly recommend them!

A review I totally forgot to do. Back in January 2021, I had Dustin come in and install a water pressure regulator at my house. I'm the type that I rather be safe then sorry. I have heard that the water pressure in Queen Creek gets pretty high at times. So I didn't want to take the risk. Dustin came in and installed a regulator, noticed a leak and repaired my water omitter valve, and re-taped the piping. He did a great job, and was very professional. I would definitely offer him another job if needed.

Dustin is wonderful, reliable, skilled, hard-working, etc. We have appreciated his work for each project we have hired him for.

Dustin was awesome. I'm a DYI'er but sometimes you gotta call in the pros, so glad I did! We hired him for a first job and were so impressed called him for a second and will do so in the future.

1st Job: replacing the water main line by house and installing pressure valve. Other companies said the job was impossible without tearing out a whole lot of extra because it was too close to the house foundation. Dustin was able to do it!

2nd Job: remove old, rusted in shower valve and redo the piping under the sink. The piping was not standard and all sorts of issues yet Dustin found a way to fix all the issues without needing to massively tear out things.

My wife works at home and said Dustin was great, professional, informative and she felt safe throughout his time. Can't recommend enough.

I received quotes from 5 other companies and Phillips came in at the best price (other companies wanted 4x as much). He showed up on time, did a quality job, and answered all my questions. I'll absolutely be coming back to him for future projects and recommending him to anyone else.

Our Jacuzzi tub faucet started dripping water non-stop for days and even the Home Warranty Company couldn't get any plumbers to come out to fix it until another 4 days. Talk of wasting water in desert Arizona and water bill :(  Anyways, I got on Yelp and found Phillips Plumbing Solutions with solid 5 stars from all reviewers. I called the number and was pleased from the moment Dustin picked the call to talk to me. A very Professional guy who gets it and understand the true meaning of emergency. He scheduled the appointment, gave heads-up for an earlier arrival, showed up on-time, fixed the faucet and additional 2 sink drains neatly. I was so pleased with the repairs. Thank you Dustin! Super pleased with the service and outcome from hiring Phillip's Plumbing Solutions.  Fair price, proactive communications, accurate estimate, friendly service.  Dustin replaced our kitchen faucet in a timely and professional manner. He also replaced a hose bib in my backyard - executed quickly and professionally (he arrived with any and all tools & parts required).  We will definitely call Phillips again for any future plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater went out on Sunday night. I found Phillips Plumbing Solutions under a Yelp review. Texted him picture of heater and stated my problem. I received detailed quote and phone call back within minutes.
'We set up a time for him to look at the heater the next morning at 7:30am, he showed up right on time, accessed the heater and discussed our options.
By 10:30am I was taking a hot shower and the area was neater than before when he left with the old tank and debris from the install.

Water heater was leaking and they had appointments available next day. They came, did install and haul away and everything came out amazing. Super nice & easy to work with.

I called several plumbers in the area and even out of the coverage area who tried to upsell immediately. It was such a relief to find Dustin! He stated that he frequently covered the area I live in and was familiar with the community. He gave me a free estimate, when other plumbers were charging $50.00-$70.00 just to come out.

Dustin moved here from California, as did I, so it was also nice to meet a fellow Californian! He was friendly and punctual, which is extremely important to me as far as customer service is concerned. The water pressures were too high; Dustin fixed the problem promptly and efficiently and he installed a water pressure regulator. He discounted the service, and worked with us on payment options.

He worked quickly and our water works great now. He even fixed the water pressures on our shower heads (for free) which were indeed a little low after the recent water pressure modifications.

Dustin is honest, reliable and professional! I see that he has many favorable reviews on yelp and I have to say they are credible based on my experience. I will certainly call Dustin for my future plumbing needs and I highly recommend his services to all of our friends and family.

I found Dustin on Yelp two months ago, and he gave me a quote through text messages and photos I sent. I decided to give a try with him, one reason is because of his price was quite reasonable compared to a few other companies. Another reason was he was willing to find a time according to our schedule.
He helped fix a shower cartridge issue, changed leaky kitchen faucet, and replaced RO filters on two visits, both on Saturday afternoons, since we were most time not home except on weekends at that time. Oh he even helped changed a bad bib for free!
I learned Dustin moved from California to here not too long ago, so there may not be too many reviews on yelp. But he has many years' experience. His work is great! Highly recommend! I personally certainly will go to him if there is any other pluming work.

One of my rental properties had a kitchen faucet that needed replacing.  The property management company charges an arm and leg for these simple things so I go outside their network and find someone on my own who can help for things like faucet replacement.

After calling around to several plumbers and handy man services, Dustin was the most reasonably priced, didn't add extra fee's like dispatch fees and gave a flat rate quote (some were quoting a low and high range)

I had ordered the faucet at a near by Lowe's and Dustin offered to pick it up, which saved me $ and time having to ship to my tenant. He scheduled the install directly with the tenant and texted me a pic when we was done

Dustin answered my call immediately when our water heater went out. He came that same day to work on it and returned early the next morning to install a new one. He was very efficient and cleaned up when he was done. He also installed a new garbage disposal while he was here. We highly recommend Dustin Philips for your plumbing needs. Toilet was clogged with a toy from the kids. Phillips plumbing was quick to contact me and set up an appointment. I didn't experience any up-selling or anything like that. They were very professional and courteous.

Responsive, prompt and easy to work with!!
Right after we moved, we decided last minute to change an old kitchen faucet, an RO tap and add a soap dispenser.  Dustin responded immediately and provided a flat rate for all the work compared to other bids we got.
Not only that, he was right on time in the morning and his work is super clean!! He moved everything back under the sink as it was, even though I told him he didn't have to.
I will be using Phillips Plumbing again for future work and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great Experience! We decided last minute to replace three toilets in our home and within 24 hours Dustin completed the job at a very fair and reasonable price. He said he would be here in one hour after going to home depot to purchase a new garbage disposal.  He was right on time. Went straight to work and cleaned up.  Great company.

Our refrigerator was not making ice. Called a plumber who came out and couldn't find the problem. Told us to call an appliance repair person which we did who also could not find a problem with the ice maker.  Decided to try Phillips Plumbing Solutions and lo and behold, he found the problem instantly!!  He knows his craft and from now on if we have any plumbing problems, he will be the first one we call.  Also, nicest guy around.

Not long after moving in to our home we realized 2 out of 3 of our toilets were leaking. After looking for options on yelp Dustin responded immediately and was able to come out that same day, and it was a Friday. He was able to provide us a free quote/estimate for 2 options. One that would cost us less but may have the problems persist in the future (keeping old toilets and just switching out parts) and the other that was a little more money but would eliminate any future trouble (replacing with new toilets). Within a few days (Monday) the leaking got worse so we purchased the new toilets and he was out here on Wednesday to swap them out. He even hauled away the old ones for us. Dustin was so great to work with. He was quick to respond, gave us a fair price and he even helped clean up the blue mess off the bathroom floor.
