HISTORY
TraVek, Inc. was founded in 2001, however our roots in roofing go back to when we started our first company in 1984. We built a reputable roofing company in the Valley and sold it in 1994. After that we formed Trades Unlimited and expanded our focus to include roofing and remodeling. In 2001, TraVek and Trades Unlimited took on their own specialities. TraVek's focus was remodeling and Trades Unlimited's focus was roofing and waterproofing. After some time, TraVek and Trades came together under an acquisition, and now we have two departments under the same umbrella, with a lot of experienced people in both roofing and remodeling.

We have had MULTIPLE 'experts' who have 'fixed ' our multiple leaks in our foamed flat roof. Continued leaks during rains in multiple rooms. We researched and interviewed Warren the owner of Trades Unlimited. From the very start this company has been meticulous in their work and went beyond when the guys with trained eyes approached my husband and discussed with Warren issues they found along the way.
They were here for much longer daily than any of our other experiences. They took great care and worked very hard... they were all extremely professional, polite, respectful and cleaned along the way.
we felt hopeful and fir the first time in years, after they watered down the roof themselves and 2 rainstorms.... NOT A DROP noted inside our home. We look forward to more rain 'tests'.

I work with a lot of different vendors on a regular basis. After working with Trades Unlimited on a few projects, I felt it was time to pay respect to their Yelp review page. Everyone at the company is so kind and patient with all of my questions. Communication is outstanding. Paul called me a week before the project to outline details for my notices to owners. Quality of the work is really good. Workers clean up after everyday of work. Residents are super happy with their new foam room. Thanks you Warren, Nate, Paul, etc for your continued professionalism and quality work.
I am very pleased with Trades Unlimited for their roofing expertise. Warren (owner) takes pride in his business and the work he and his employees do for their customers. They did a great job locating and fixing a roof leak and made sure they cleaned up after so you wouldn't even know they had been there. Warren is trustworthy, honest and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. His team were all very respectful and courteous. That can be hard to find these days. I hope I won't have the need again, but if I do, I wouldn't use anyone else.
An incredibly talented company of roofing experts. They handled a very difficult roofing problem that others tried to fix and failed. Pleasant to work with, totally professional. They know roofs like none other, even my foam roof that they fixed the underlying problem with as well. Easy to give them my highest recommendation.
We had our roof replaced by Trades Unlimited. The work was outstanding. Everyday the crew cleaned up all around the house (really important when you realize all the nails). They made the roof much tighter by adding additional roof tiles.
In summary they exceed all expectations.
Called about my office building, was told I would get a call back to make an appointment in 3-5 business days. 3 weeks later, no call. So I called back and when I finally got someone on the phone he acted like I had never called, but then started describing my issue (so he did know that I called) and stated that my type of problem is to expensive for them to fix and they won't take it on, but this company did not have the professional courtesy to call me back. They just decided they didn't want to do it and left me hanging with no call backs.
I recently had my roof redone by Trades Unlimited and the result was fantastic. I was very pleased with the quality of work, promptness, and going the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I would hire them again without any hesitation!!
I have a flat garage roof, which has been troublesome for years. In 2010, I had Trades Unlimited repair it. They tore out the old roof, down to the plywood, and rebuilt it. Then they foamed it. That was three years ago, and I've had no trouble with that roof since.
Flat roofs are really a problem, in my experience. Trades Unlimited did a great job for me. I recommend them.
I've worked with a lot of different contrators and trades. Trades Unlimited just re-foamed my roof and they did a great job. The set the benchmark for what you would expect from the industry - fair prices, good communication, good quality of work and the area where most seem to fail or have a hard time... they show up at the date and time when they say they will! We had a slight disagreement about a wing wall and weather or not it should have been foamed. Rather than argue the point or try to needle me for more money, they just came back and happily completed the work to my satisfaction. It's a novel concept to be sure, but Warren R - the president - understands what customer service is all about. I'd bring them back again.
Several years ago I hired Trades Unlimited to re-roof my home. It's a clay tile roof. They charged State Farm well over $40,000 for that work. During a recent monsoon, some of the tiles blew off the roof. I called Warren Raisnen who refused to warrant the roof despite his 10 year warranty which is technically still enforceable. Okay, maybe it was wind related damage rather than workmanship... Then he comes over and says they can fix it for a couple hours labor at $75 per hour. I tried to execute that contract in writing on his blank work order and estimate of repairs. He then refused. He stated that in order to give me a firm written price, he needed an agreement for $1200. This repair involves a total of 15 tiles... Draw your own conclusions, but I cannot and will not recommend this kind of nonsense with regard to (un) written estimates and obtaining a fair total price for repair work. Further, I requested an estimate to repair a crack in the stucco around a window and he tried to tell me he needed to replace the entire wall covering to properly reseal the window. He did not even measure it, but quoted over $5000. My best advise is don't waste your time trying to deal with this company.
