We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

Will continue to use them in the future for all our home improvements!

We had our kitchen remodel done except cabinets, they where in great shape for being 18 years old, so trying to match everything to move smoothly was fun, but not easy. Our granite counter tops Granite-Desert Canyon was amazing chose although it got lots of comments about how much movement was in it. The prep that Tim did was stellar, and finish work looks great. The cut of the granite pattern was so carefully thought out. Tec Top installed the counter top in the kitchen, both bathrooms. WOW just watching them was fun, they are professional, careful and made sure we where happy.

Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. This type of service is hard to find and very appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again on any future home renovations.

This was our first salon remodel & We can not say enough about working with such a great team!  Rex really took the time to listen and understand what we wanted.  Rex worked hard with us on our tight budget and designed a salon we are proud to show off to our guests! We have received soo many compliments!  He was there every step of the way - From plan design to build. Arriving promptly every morning and cleaning up each evening before they left. The workmen were knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. If you want your project drawn out over a long period of time. If you want poor workmanship. If you want a person to show you pictures of what caused damage into your condo, then tell the HOA something completely different so he's not responsible. Well, then this is your guy. Our Condo flooded, and this came out and was completely unprofessional. Was on his phone, didn't try to fix the problem, and while he was in our home he called his friend who was close by an off duty security guard to come over, and talked to him outside of our house, talking loud and cussing. The next day he showed up and showed my wife pictures of a broken sprinkler caught in a lateral pipe and said that is what causes black water to come up through our kitchen sink and flood our home. He is the person responsible for the damage, so of course he said it was roots that cause the blockage. Not a single one of my neighbors in our Condo community approves of the work he does, if it weren't for a power hungry board member, this guy wouldn't even be allowed on our property. This guy, is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and is about to be sued by people at our property. Please stay away.

MBMR Restoration and Painting did a fantastic job with painting, new carpet, and more! I will hire them again, without hesitation! They are hardworking, professional and easy to work with. You will not be disappointed!

Travis (Strong Home Improvement) was recommended to us by a local painter as someone who would be able to remodel our master bathroom.  We were impressed from the first time we met him.  The bathroom remodel went above and beyond our expectations.  He completed the job on time and at a very reasonable cost.  His design ideas were creative and unique, and, as a result, we have a beautiful new bathroom. Affinity Kitchens was very easy to work with.  Our designer, Theresa, was so professional and helpful to us in getting to the right design for us.  She was amazing!  We had one full wall done plus two islands.  We had some cabinets refinished.  The chocolate glaze on the refinished cabinets were matched in dark chocolate cabinets for the islands and coffee station wall.

The installation team was great too.  We were running a bit behind in the remodel with other contractors, and Affinity worked with us to ensure their installation was completed on time (actually it was early).  They even added an additional team member to get it done!

They did a fantastic job on our kitchen, did everything except the cabinets and countertop which they coordinated with the other vendors.  The job included taking down a load bearing wall. They were great to work with, on time, very knowledgeable  and professional. I highly recommend them for any project - large or small!

I had a very positive experience with this company. Jeremy came out and we put together a plan within my budget. The installer came on time and cleaned up after himself each day. The final product looks amazing and I am extremely pleased. My only neutral comment is when I was setting up the initial consult I had to call multiple times before I got a call back.

New Bath remodeled our master bathroom in Q3 2015 for around $20k. Several items needed reworking. Some issues have been resolved others have not.

Fyi- They recommended Forzastone instead of tile. In retrospect, bad plan. The marble has been discolored for over a year (white marble turning brown). New Bath has tried to correct the issue to no avail. Apparently, they are negotiating with Forza about funding replacement material.......while we wait for resolution.

The only communication we have received has been when we call them.

We expected top notch work and warranty support for the price we paid. On top of that, the installation took longer than forecasted.

We are highly disappointed that the issue has not been resolved.

We hired them to do a few changes in our backyard. Remove old rock and replace with new as well as install a few mini palms and install a paver path along the side of the house and install new sod. At first they only had one person working on it so project ended up taking longer than expected. During install they tried dumping old rock into neighbors side which also had rock of a different color. I had to tell them to remove them and dispose of them like we had agreed. Then they did not level ground before laying down sod. All sprinklers are at different height with giant holes around each head where soil was dug up by them and not put back. Paver path is completely uneven and water line that they ran to mini palms was less than a foot deep and is now leaking and they refuse to make any repairs. Stay away from this company. Will also be reporting them to BBB.
