Remodeling is such a daunting concept...until you meet the guys at Phoenix Home Remodeling. From the initial conversation, we were made to feel that our vision didn't seem too far fetched after all! We gave them a long wish list and they took the time to provide the quote for each item allowing us to proritize. The quote left no room for big surprises. They were always accessible which is very helpful to anxious homeowners! What was even more impressive was how neat they left the work area each day. Russ turned our 70-year old garage into a brand new space in just a few days!  Single-handedly (due to COVID) removed the old paneling & cabinetry.  Repaired holes & cracks in the drywall & plaster, including a crack in the ceiling.  Sealed and painted to a beautiful white!  We'll be trying to bring him back for future jobs.

Juan and his crew remodeled my living room and did a fantastic job. I am happy with the quality of work and the communication throughout the project. Easy to work with, reliable and didn't charge me when an extra issue came up. I'm recommending him to all my friends.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I had been searching for a contractor for about a year to get my 1990's master bathroom remodeled.  I had received six different quotes, all of which were way overpriced (in my opinion).  I received a referral and met with Andrew.  After speaking with him, and viewing his previous work, I felt I could trust him to do a good job.  He was helpful in getting me thru the permit process, as well as helping me with changes the Village required due to a change in ordinances.  I am extremely happy with the outcome and am enjoying my new master bathroom.  I'll be calling upon Green Home for additional work I need.

My husband and I are so happy that we had the opportunity to have Kyle complete our granite project. We met with several contractors and before he had completed our bid we were sold on him and Capital Mark. He is professional, honest and the craftsmanship superb. Marcus was a pleasure to contract for renovation of a bathroom shower. This was a first time experience for me and Marcus was accessible, provided great advice and did terrific work. Marcus provided an onsite estimate and helped craft the job based on what we were looking for. Every step of the way Marcus provided updates and receipts. I would not hesitate to contract Marcus for another job.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado delivers false promise after false promise and cannot be trusted. Avoid this company.

I have no idea how this company does work but if it's the same way they drive then I have no intention to ever give my business to them. I had my 1 yr son and wife in the car when a consultant in a company truck tried to bully me to turn by getting too close and making absurd hand gestures then proceeded to try and cut me off I do not care if he was in a rush that is not my issue I had my family in the car and he was risking all of our safety.

To begin with, Kent is great about staying in touch via text, and arrived on time.
Kent came out and looked at my "punch list" and one by one, every item was checked off. I was impressed, as he knew exactly what he was doing on a variety of different projects. He wasted no time, was quiet, picked up and kept every space tidy as he went along.
This man goes directly into speed dial! My husband is going to love that after years in the valley, we've finally found someone we can count on and trust.

We heard good things about Modern Innovations (MI) from a friend who lived in the Phoenix area and we were moving here from out of state.  It was easy to have work coordinated with them to get started before we even moved in.   They really listened to what we expected at finish and were very polite and respectful.  They didn't make a big deal out of a few change orders either... they had a very positive attitude!  The company worked everyday and long hours to make my deadline for moving in. The job turned out great and we already have them scheduled for additional projects!  Overall I was very happy with their work and would def recommend Modern Innovations.

Sam has the ability to get the homes I do done so well! I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who has been doing this for a long time, has great quality things. He helped to facilitate the installation of the countertops and the installer stood by their work when things weren't quite right. That says a lot about the kind of people he uses to sub contract the fabrication. His pricing is fantastic. I have been recommending him left and right! I'm an interior designer and know a great industry partner when I have experiences with them like Sam!

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

We contracted our remodel project of a 1950s vintage central Phoenix home with VETSBuilt Contracting. The entire project was well executed from the beginning. They were also the most responsive business during the initial bidding. DJ and his team of experts accomplished work that included electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, complete flooring and bathroom tile upgrades, and drywall work. The team held to schedule commitments and executed work in a professional way. The Quality of Workmanship from each area of trade was accomplished flawlessly. We will use DJ and his team again as we see them as trusted/professional partners that provide great workmanship, a fair market price, and a schedule you can count on. Special thanks to Sergio for stellar tile work, Jay for super electrical upgrades that brought convenience to the property, and Daryl for plumbing upgrades that addressed issues and  modernized the home.

We hired Az Remodeling Pros to install new porcelain flooring and kitchen. The work was quite extensive as it required removal of walls, new plumbing lines, and a lot of electrical work.

The team was hard working, timely, knowledgeable, and professional. We now have the home of our dreams and the chef's kitchen that is the centerpiece of family time.

I had a great experience at Affinity Kitchens.
Starting with a very pleasant receptionist answering the phone (which might not seem like a big deal but after about 10 phone calls to other cabinet companies I either didn't get an answer ;if I left a voicemail ,did not get a return call back ???  or people were not overly friendly on the phone).
I had a kitchen drawer that needed to be repaired which any other company I called said - go find a handyman to do the work.  
I brought my kitchen drawer in so they can take a look at it (The faceplate had fallen off of the drawer box ) and they were able to fix it and I got it back within two days. Everyone was very nice there and
The drawer looks perfect.

We recently had a first floor renovation of our condo in Phoenix while living on the East Coast.  The project included a complete kitchen expansion and remodel.  We were looking for a reputable company who could take control of the entire project since we would not be in town during construction.   Both Angela and Eric were terrific during all phases of the project, including design, scheduling, and construction.  They delivered on all aspects of the project, and their communication skills were key to our overall satisfaction of the project.

Angela and Eric offered various design options, and brought all aspects of the project together  from cabinetry, granite counter tops, flooring, and wall colors.  As usual, during construction, various unexpected issues came up, but Angela and Eric handled them very professionally, and were very accommodating.

We recommend them very highly, and will definitely use them again for our next project.

My wife and I remodeled our bathroom with ABT.  From initial planning and layout to the final product, we were impressed.  They walked us through the showroom and were very patient and helpful when it came to the many choices that went into our remodel.  They were also extremely knowledgeable when it came to questions about style and what would add resale value to our home.

We were quoted 3-4 weeks for the project and we pleasantly surprised when they not only kept their deadline but finished ahead of schedule.  All of there employees are equally friendly and Antonio's craftsmanship and work ethic are second to none.

A few months after the construction we contacted ABT for some follow up items that we noticed with the bathroom.  They responded promptly and took care of all our needs.  We will not hesitate to use ABT in the future.

Slade and Trinity Homes did a fantastic job on our 1800-square-foot whole house remodel!  They were on time and on budget - an amazing feat during COVID.  We love the results.  We would choose them again in an instant.  They get our highest recommendations for design and build!
