Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I was happy with our finished product and all aspects of my project were completed to my liking. I highly recommend Dwell House for your remodeling needs.

From start to finish I could not be happier. Austin was my sales rep. He was very patient answering all my questions and concerns. We went back to Tintas showroom to make certain we made the right choice. They had hundreds of samples. The stone we selected is called Fantastico. Joe was and is a master installer. We also wanted under the cabinet lights. Johnny the electrician was sent to handle my electrical changes. Johnny was able to install the LED's under cabinets. All prices charged was more than reasonable. My friends and family now looking at the finished product, takes their breath away. I had three estimates and Tintas price for service was most reasonable.  I would recommend Tintas granite to anyone. Make certain you request Joe for your back splash installation. He has over 20 years of experience. His cleanliness and concern for quality really made the difference.

I contacted KC Krew to roof a new addition to my home and possibly re-roof my entire home.  I met with Karla and Alex and they were very professional, respectful and understanding of me as a homeowner who had a very bad experience with a general contractor.   They provided me with a great quote and I ended up hiring them.  Alex's crew showed up on time and did a significant amount of work the first day removing the old shingles and prepping for the new ones.  They finished the next day and I am very pleased with the quality of their work in addition to cleaning up all of the roofing debris.  Not that I will be needing a new roof anytime soon, but I'd call them back up in a heartbeat and I will recommend them to my friends.  Thank you Karla and Alex!

Ruben did a great job on my backsplash.  Very attentive to details.  Will definitely use him again.  Highly recommended.

Excellent service all the way around with phenomenal results. The Owner, John, listened attentively to our dream and developed a plan to make it come true. His crew followed that plan methodically and meticulously from beginning to end. The originally estimated a five day deconstruct to construct time frame which morphed into eight days. We did not mind the extended time frame because it was evident that the workers wanted to do the job right, rather than fast. They also willingly did call backs to fix minor construction problems without issue. Kudos to John, Mike, Shane, Cecelia, and Roberto for making our dream come true.

We had their sales/estimator come out to give a quote. He didn't seem terribly knowledgeable, understand professional boundaries, or have listening skills. I had to endure long personal stories that veered way off the path. The quote came back quick which was understandable since there wasn't much detail. I emailed back for additional info but never heard back. It's probably just as well.

****SLIMY, LYING, ZERO INTEGRITY**** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle the load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contracto'r work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I had a really wonderful experience with BBG for my kitchen remodel.   They were very attentive and willing to answer any questions I had.  

I'd requested bids from a few other places and I felt like I was being pushed into the same cookie cutter design choices for nearly twice the cost.  Jason understood my ideas and helped me find ways to acheive the look I wanted that fit within my budget.  This kind of personalized professionalism is rare these days and I am so happy I found Built By Grace.  

When they were in my home they were respectful, clean and trustworthy.  They arrived on time and the project was completed on schedule.  Don't know how else to say it, but I was more than impressed through and through.

Needless to say, when I am ready to tackle my master bathroom I will definitely be calling them again.

Exceptional response time, he came out right away and did an on site review. His pricing is really fair and there isn't any hidden fees. This company is very honest and works fast to get things done. Very happy with my barbecue grill, very up to date with modern styles!

We have  a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen thanks to Bob at B&J Tile! He and his designer (I think her name was Sylvia) did an amazing job helping us  design and complete our dream kitchen under a very short timeline and within budget. Bob was great about getting problems solved, very knowledgeable in all areas including plumbing, electric and, of course, tiling :) ...
I ended up being home one of the days that Bob was working on the finishing touches and he was great company. While he tiled, I painted cabinets.
This is a small family owned business that he TRULEY takes pride in and it shows.

He helped us prioritize the work we needed done, then found reliable and skilled contractors to update our 60+-year-old roof and air conditioning systems. He was sensitive to our need to maintain a historically intact roofline and recommended a foam process that has has since made a world of difference in the weatherizing of our home. The under-eave board replacements also matched the historic character of the home. The crews arrived on time, coordinated well together and respected the surrounding property throughout the hot and messy job. We're thrilled with the results.

Came out later than appointment time and was promised a quote in a few days. I even followed up and never heard back. I couldn't imagine working with them on a project.

We have hired this same contractor for our master bathroom shower and for our kitchen remodel. We have been nothing but pleased with the work completed, and I cannot think of a contractor who has more integrity than Jerry! Jerry and his crew are honest, hardworking and fair. If anything is wrong, he/they will fix it and make it right. We have more projects coming up and will be hiring them again! Our kitchen turned out beautiful!

Just to let you know how incredibly frustrated I was with this rep Lani. I would give this a zero star if I could. Lani called only 20 minutes before the scheduled 2:00 PM appointment saying she will be late and asked to reschedule.  So I agreed to see her at 3pm instead.  At 3:11pm she called again saying she just finished her morning appointment and can she come now or reschedule.  I asked how soon she could be here and she said 17 minutes. So I agreed. Lani showed up at 3:30pm with more bad news. Now she wanted to reschedule because her iPad was at 1% and she couldn't do her presentation.  I was beyond frustrated and at that point I opened my front door and told her to leave immediately.  What professional would not even have a charger and cable with them?? On top of it she knew she was not going to have enough battery life left when she called me the very 1st time at 1:40pm. I am so appalled and will never deal with your company.  How disrespectful.. she completely wasted my Sunday.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
