They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.

We have high praise and a lot of emotion for designing, building, and installing a Custom Home Media Wall.
We came to Paul Rene out of frustration and bile-wrenching anger. We had a year-long mess trying to get a custom home entertainment center designed, built, and installed by one of Phoenix's most reputable furniture builders. After many redesigns, installation delays, and finally successful litigation, we were after five years of humbling saving and waiting for that Right Piece, that piece of furniture that screams us. We were looking for simple elegance, a look, and functionality. We wanted a substantial understatement, a unique look, a texture, and a feel.
Paul Rene delivered In spades.
After our legal victory over the prominent custom furniture manufacturer, Frustrated and not feeling so victorious, we began our search for a replacement custom furniture manufacturer. How wrong we were to think of fulfilling our desire with a replacement of a failed want. I thought or sheepishly believed we wanted a home entertainment wall. What we wanted was an expression of our souls embodied in pieces of furniture. The prominent custom furniture manufacturer did not understand this nor even attempted to understand us nor take the time to listen to us.

The Basics.
Paul made two house visits. You pay a retainer with 50%  of the retainer should you decide not to move forward with the Process. This part of the Process is fair because Paul is actively designing your furniture for your space. He is working to please you, the client. He does not spend countless hours designing for you for free. Paul gets paid. Pay him for his enormous talent. Pay him for dragging out of you what you want even when you don't know what that is. There were no surprising issues. Paul had to suspend his business to appear on a well-known syndicated TV program, but our furniture's build work continued. Some deadline supply chain delays occurred, but a pandemic slowed down the supply chain, impacting everyone.

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

3 Day Kitchen was great! The refacing of the cabinets excee my expectations.
George and Dave were in constant communication with us and always available to discuss the project. They completed the kitchen in a reasonable amount of time as well. I would definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Ken, Jeff and Mike of BHB!  We hired them to do a complete remodel of our master bath and master bedroom. After meeting with several contractors, Ken was the most thorough and professional in getting back to me with a quote. They were honest about the fact that we were opening up floors and walls, and that additional costs would possibly come up. As we got into the project, I was able to relax and trust that they would take care of everything and were looking ten steps ahead. They were there with each and every sub to make sure the scope of work was understood. All of the subs were trustworthy and quality craftsmen! We hired a contractor to supervise (or do themselves) and guide us through this complex project. They were worth every penny!

My wife and I, after meeting with, and getting quotes from, a half dozen contractors, pretty much gave up on the idea of remodeling our house. Three months later, the remodel was complete and it exceeded all of our expectations. A friend had subsequently recommended William "Chuck" Ahl and my expectations of contractors were forever changed. From the first day he met with us, he was upfront and honest about the potential for our project as well as the challenges that might be faced along the way. His price quote was less than the other contractors yet his vision for the project exceeded anything the other contractors had to offer. One of the best things about working with Chuck was his flexibility and his willingness to make adjustments when it was in the best interest of the project. Along the way he was able to make adjustments to save us money, in other areas he came up with ideas that substantially improved the overall project. When Chuck said he would be at our house on a given day, he was there. When he came across issues in the project, he was honest about the situation, and professional in presenting us with options. Not only was his work of the highest quality, but his prices were fair and reasonable. He kept us updated throughout the project of where things stood with payments and adjustments, and to this day I marvel at the work he did at the price we paid, especially in light of the quotes we were given by other contractors. You can trust Chuck. He's a good man and an honest man. And he does amazing work.

Shane was very patient with my wife and I during our lengthy selection process.  Apache Tile had connections for the most reasonable cabinets we ever found so we used them to source those as well.  We never thought we'd be able to afford solid surface counters in our bathrooms and kitchen, but finding Apache Tile Outlet made that possible.  I'm grateful to have found these fellas and look forward to referring them to anyone who needs a "countertop guy".

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! I'm so tired of people showing up at my house for a quote and say they'll get me one and then never do.  Quit wasting my time just say you don't want to do the work it's as easy as that.

All my bathroom showers were clogged and backed up. These guys are in our neighborhood and we're recommended by the community forum. Laszlo was polite and quick to fix the issue. In and out in about an hour. Thanks so much!

David Dickinson owns this business as well as Demo Done Right. I had my old kitchen torn out. Cabinets were replaced by C & F Cabinets (good company other than referring me to David Dickinson). He refused to fill in some of the holes in the wall caused during the demo. The patching of the ceiling drywall was not matched to my old pattern. Was told that if I painted it enough, the paint would cause it to smooth out (seriously?). He oversaw the countertops through another company. When the company told me they did not need a template to cut the countertops, and I insisted that they did, David told me they didn't, and now the countertop was not cut properly as we had discussed and looks unprofessional (~$4000 job). I'm still left with drywall spots all over the floor and walls. I was told it would wash up easily, so why didn't they wash it up? I  accidentally found out that David charged me $65 each for 3 LED lights that I found at Home Depot for ~$8 each (a 7x markup). This makes me wonder how much he might have marked up other parts of the job. When confronted, he said I insulted his integrity and refunded me almost half of the LED costs. Would not recommend either of his companies.

This company can't even keep the appointment for an estimate...no show two times.  How can they keep an appointment for the work?   Do not use them.
