We were in need of a new ~420 SF Patio Cover for our backyard patio on our 1950s ranch-style house. We received several quotes and decided to hire FIVE40 Remodeling, and it was a great decision. Shannon and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. We had a rough design in mind already, and Shannon came in and executed it perfectly, at a very fair price, and in a timely fashion. Shannon worked with us throughout the project, helped us stay within our budget, and the finished result was above and beyond what we expected! The quality of work was top-notch, as was their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. Shannon took into account the 1950s-era construction of our home, and made the new cover match that look, while still creating something that was unique and different. The cover certainly raised the value of our home, and created an exceptional backyard space for us to have ample shade and entertain. We absolutely love our backyard now! I developed a crack in my granite along my sink edge and the options were replacing that segment of granite or repair. I was fortunate in finding Mirage Marble and Granite on Angie's List. They had rave reviews from every customer. I called BJ the owner and he promptly scheduled an appointment to come and look at it and give me an estimate. On arrival, he told me that the L-shaped segment of granite that included the sink would have to be replaced. He also gave me the option of a repair and recommended someone who could do it. I opted out of repair since I had not been impressed with what I had read on line about it. He then expertly took measurements which I discovered at install were very accurate despite the short time it took him to make them.  He gave me a very reasonable install date. He wrote me an invoice, which included a possible repair of the first layer of the backsplash if needed, but assured me that they would try to keep the backsplash intact and if they did that would not be included in the final invoice.  On the install date his crew arrived within the window of time he had given me. They very efficiently accomplished the install of the granite and new sink. The slab along the backsplash was removed without any damage to the small tiles used in the backsplash! The end result was a beautifully finished new segment of granite that could not be distinguished from the rest. I was very impressed by BJ's professionalism and perfectionistic approach to his craft, which was also reflected in his work team's approach. The price paid was very competitive with other quotes.  I  was surprised and overwhelmed  when they also left we a beautifully crafted cutting board to match my granite. I would highly recommend Mirage Marble and Granite for installation of Granite Countertops. They do a class job.

DJ is absolutely amazing!!! He is very professional, organized, up front about all the costs and very efficient. From start to finish, it was very smooth and stress free. I was very impressed with how everything was presented to me, and even more impressed with his efficiency. I had a major kitchen remodel completed in less than 30 days. DJ and his wife Nancy are very nice people and easy to work with. Makes me so happy I found them. They took all the time to answer any questions and made any edits to the original drawing as needed. Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.

I hired W. C. Ahl to improve my kitchen lighting. They advised me on my options to get the best result for my project and provided very helpful suggestions. They already had kitchen lights much better than what I had found on my own. They came when they said and cleaned up afterward. They did a beautiful job, which comes with a lifetime guarantee. I am very pleased with the results. Even though this was a small project for a general contractor, they gave it their full attention. They came very highly recommended and now I would very highly recommend them as well.

We hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to close in a drywall entertainment.  Their estimate was 42% lower than the highest bid.  The project included closing in the entertainment center, removing an old TV from a different wall, patching and painting that wall, installing an electric fireplace, and hanging a Frame TV.  VAM arrived as scheduled.  They began work on the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/21/22) and it was completed on Tuesday, 11/30/22.  VAM employees were friendly, competent, and asked questions to ensure the project met expectations. The wall looks better than I imagined. I'm so happy I chose VAM and will call them for our next project.  THANK YOU!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

Clover home  came in and Shiplap my guest bathroom. They were great and I would recommend them for sure. I have had Clover home before,and I would have them again to do work in my home .

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!
