Another great job by Andy.  My partner and I had to find a quick solution for enclosing a couple of exterior water heaters at my ancient property downtown.  It was affecting our ability to run the units for hot water and cooking.  Andy proposed a couple options and costs via text, came out a couple weeks earlier than his busy schedule would have otherwise permitted, reevaluated the proposed enclosures onsite, then provided refined recommendations.  It was all completed within a few days of contact.  Very pleased with the promptness, workmanship, and look.  Will rehire Old Reliable in the future.

I had them remodel 2 bathrooms and a bonus room in my home. The quality was better than I expected and the price was very reasonable. The best part was the communication through the whole process and considering the amount of work done, they kept the areas pretty clean. They even brought in a cleaning crew who touched up the whole house when done! Will use them for all projects.

Landon's eye for design and attention to detail helped me feel extremely confidant in the bathroom remodel he did for us. He gave excellent recommendations on finishes and pointed me in some different directions than I thought of initially. I'm very happy with the end result and recommend him without hesitation.

Bid beware. Got a bid from the owner/installer Bill. Went to select and pay for our tile and grout as he said he would furnish the thinset. Received a bid and paid 1/2 down with the balance due at the time of completion. I have remodeled many homes and have also worked in the tile and granite industry for several years. Well, right before the install was to be booked we were told that we were in charge of contacting the delivery company and needed to pay them direct. Really? This was never spoken to me, or written in a separate line in the original bid. I texted Bill and let him know that this was not any industry standard I have ever experienced and it was ignored. At the time for final payment he loudly argued with me and I ended up paying him the original amount. Poor customer service!!

Everyone was easy to work with and my shower came out exactly how I wanted.  Lupe did the shower tile and he was meticulous! Aaron and Garron were also great!

The master bathroom and hallway they used to access our house was always cleaned at the end of the day and they were respectful of our home and understanding with our baby being in the house.

They were professional, good with timelines, respectful, and helpful with our questions.

A remodeling dream turned into reality thanks to Sunset Tile and Bath, whom master creative wizard designer Audrey to superintendent Paul to everyone in between.

Sunset was such a professional organization to deal with in every way, from initial contact, to design, to follow up and communication. Discovering them by my best find in years of dealing with contractors. This is a company that sets the standard in not only the product and service that they offer, but also how they are so incredibly focused on the customer and ultimate satisfaction.

Sunset tile and bath took whatever time necessary to discuss all possible options with my bathroom remodeling project. I had the basic template of what I wanted, but they really listened...even met me at the granite warehouse to help me select what's best considering my budget and overall design layout. Even after installing one shower head that I hated the second I saw it, Sunset promptly offered an alternative and replaced it.

Their promptness and cleanliness were second to none, and I honestly felt that I was dreaming thru the progress of the project as I could not fault them for anything. They were so respectul of my time, budget, house even considering I had a 80 lb dog in my house while they were working.

I never once doubted Sunset's honesty, integrity and superb craftsmanship...and they led me to conclude that they truly a role model for other contractors.

I can never thank enough  the team an Sunset for making one of my biggest home improvement projects come true on time and on budget.

We were referred to Kent and team for a remodel we needed done last minute and in a hurry. The short notice did not concern Kent at all and he was ready to start right away. The team was able to finish everything by the time promised and it looks great! We will be having them come out again for another project very soon.

We found modern innovations on Yelp after a few other companies either turned us down or wanted to charge way to much. We needed a door frame widened to remove an old air conditioning unit from a utility closet. Irving was knowledgable, professional, and affordable. If and when I have more home projects to tackle I will definitely use them again!

Reached out for a quote on a wall removal.  We received a reply same day via yelp.  He was out and bid the job within 48 hours.  Very knowledgeable,  very personable.  Will definitely be calling again.

My boyfriend and I hit all the big box stores to get quotes on a kitchen remodel but thankfully we kept looking and found Sam at Pelleco before we bought anything. Sam has really creative design ideas - he knows what looks good! He was easy to work with and very competitively priced. The quality of materials is high (higher than what we would have been able to afford at one of those big box stores). In fact, we got much more bang for our buck with Sam than we would have anywhere else. Sam was quick to address any complaints we had during installation and has since followed up with us on a few other items that did not originally meet our expectations. We'll be contacting Sam next year when we have budget to redo our bathrooms.

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

They were amazing!  Prompt.  Professional.  My tile shower is gorgeous!!!  They removed the old shower and cleaned up after each visit.  I will definitely hire them again.

I called DJ and he came out immediately! He's been nothing but helpful and understanding. I'll be updating as the job continues but nothing bad yet!

He's working with me to get what we want at an affordable price and has really been helpful compared to another company who we decided to not go with. I have high expectations, yet I'm a pretty easy going guy and DJ is a straight forward honest guy! Much appreciated!

Looking forward to moving forward.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!
