I've decided to call Michael again for his services! I needed to replace all the door handles in my house, as I wanted ones with more secure locks. Michael knew exactly which ones to get to suit my needs, came over promptly, and completed the job efficiently and very well! He has such a kind energy to him, I'm always happy to hire him. He knows what he's doing, whether it's a small job or big job I call him for! I definitely recommend Michael.

I needed a repair for a door that wouldn't close or lock. I received a quick initial response, and the repair was completed within 24 hrs. The technician, Kaelen, was courteous and professional, and the charge was reasonable. I was very pleased with the service.

Michael Conley of Golden Bear Construction just completed a shower installation for my wife and I in our master bedroom bathroom. The quality of his work is outstanding and his timeliness and professionalism was the best. I would gladly hire Michael and his company again.

We had some water damage which affected a door way. Door was sticking and very difficult to open and trim was peeling away. Alfredo came out and took a look at it and quickly fixed the issue. We were concerned the whole door would need to be pulled out and didn't know who to call. Alfredo was responsive and showed us it was a much simpler repair and took care of it quickly.  We were happy to have such a quick fix!

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations .  We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink.  It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options.  Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID.   While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems  developing with my water heater.  No urgency on it just fact and possible issues.  Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract.  We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm).  All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily.  Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks!  Who does that these days?  You will NOT be sorry.  You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive.  Call them, what are you waiting for?  Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow!  I'm in.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Needless to say, if you need a roof and need it done correctly, Geremey with Elite Construction Services should be your go to!

Ken and his team just finished remodeling our kitchen and widening our living and dining room walls.  We are so happy with our vision coming true and the quality of work Ken and his crew provided for our remodel.   They were true to our time line and finished the project in just 4 weeks.  I will certainly hire Armstrong Innovations in all our future projects.

I can't say enough about Jeremy and what a fantastic job he does.  We needed to have 2 bedrooms updated with removing the popcorn ceilings, new paint and ceiling fans.  We are so pleased with the work that was done.  Once all the work was completed, they left the rooms so clean, which is a BIG plus!!  Chris also installed 2 ceiling fans for our son which ended up to be defective.  Jeremy did not have an issue with going back and reinstalling new ones.  These guys are true professionals and I won't have anyone else ever do work in my house again!!

I would like to take this opportunity to highly praise ACR and the efforts of their hardwood floor installation crew led by Mario. Mario along with two other gentlemen were the installation team for this job.  They were very professional, hardworking, and courteous to us the whole time they were here.  Each day at 8:00am like clockwork they rang our doorbell, and worked their butts off until 5:00pm or 6:00pm that evening.  The amazing thing is we did not see them take many breaks and they usually had lunch while they continue to work.  Now that is amazing service in this day and age!    At the end of each day's work, Mario and his crew would clean up after themselves, organize their tools for the next day, and load their truck with the old carpet heading for the trash.  That way each night my family did not feel like they were sleeping in a construction site.

As for knowledge and professionalism, Mario definitely showed these qualities throughout the time he was installing our floors.  He was there each step of the installation process to explained things and answer any question we had on what he was doing.   And boy did we him a lot of questions!  When a person spends large amounts of money to put in a new floor he wants to make sure it is done correctly .  And Mario delivered.   Well done Mario!  Thank you so much for your expertise, professionalism, courtesy, and especially your effort on the work you did in our home.  

In ending I  like to thank your company for having such high quality people from the estimator Rebecca to the floor installer Mario.  We definitely will use your company for future home projects.  We are so ecstatic on the way our floors turned out.  A funny story.   Yesterday, a friend of my wife came by for a visit and she liked the way our floors came out so much that she took one of the extra pieces of wood home with her to show her husband.  She now wants to put in hardwood floors in their home.

We had Petrus Countertops and Remodeling redo our 1990's kitchen countertops, tile backsplash create a center island with custom cabinets and install a new granite composite sink.  My husband and I painted the cabinets ourselves since we wanted to save some money.   After researching several companies and speaking with many; We finally decided to use Petrus.  After we met Fabio I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with.  He is very knowledgable and stays true to his word.  I highly respect a business owner that does this!  Fabio came out measured our kitchen precisely and helped me decide on the granite.  I only had to mention my color choices and style and he knew exactly what granite and color of sink to install.  This project started in the fall and after a few bumps in the road- we now have beautiful new granite countertops!  Fabio even came on a weekend (On his own time) to fix a minor issue I found on the granite slab after the project was completed.  I would absolutely recommend Petrus Countertops and Remodeling.  5 star rating for complete professionalism!  Thank you again!!! No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

The quote the owner gave us was competitive and i had decided to hire him.  But before hiring him i sent an email asking for their license number and two references I received no reply whatsoever. Weird !!!

My wife and I are so happy with our recent kitchen remodel with 2nd avenue design! A friend of ours recommended 2nd avenue to us after they remodeled their kitchen (custom cabinets, quartz countertops). We weren't sure what we could afford since we had a modest budget, but Mike came out and discussed the possibilities of our kitchen design. He followed up with drawings and several budget options. I never thought I'd be so excited by drawings, but they helped us to help visualize what the kitchen could be before the work even started. We worked with him on the design, and soon after his crew got started. They communicated well on what to expect, stayed on schedule, and the work is beautiful! His crew has such a high attention to detail and beautiful craftsmanship. I felt like he treated the job like his own kitchen.
