Just moved into our home and needed to have a door installed and some drywall work done to make it look right. Eric was absolutely phenomenal, and we are very particular (the home is brand new). His work is flawless, and looks as if it was that way originally.

If you're looking for a general contractor, highly recommend Kyle King. We had a wall removed, cabinets and countertops pulled, and some electrical rewiring. He was very flexible with us as changes were made while he progressed with the job. Job was completed faster than expected and was extremely clean throughout the process.  Received several quotes, he was the most competitively priced, great comms, and he's local to Queen Creek. After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable. I am thrilled with my new bathrooms. If you have any doubts, read his reviews and hire him. You'll be so happy that you did!!

I found Aqua Therapy Tubs so awesome to work with. Derek is very professional, prompt and is very clear with the proposal. He really worked  to get me the materials I wanted, showing he goes that extra mile. I now have an offer on my home and I look forward to having them re-do another bathroom for me. We had some water damage which affected a door way. Door was sticking and very difficult to open and trim was peeling away. Alfredo came out and took a look at it and quickly fixed the issue. We were concerned the whole door would need to be pulled out and didn't know who to call. Alfredo was responsive and showed us it was a much simpler repair and took care of it quickly.  We were happy to have such a quick fix!

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations .  We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink.  It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options.  Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID.   While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems  developing with my water heater.  No urgency on it just fact and possible issues.  Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract.  We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm).  All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily.  Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks!  Who does that these days?  You will NOT be sorry.  You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive.  Call them, what are you waiting for?  Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow!  I'm in.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Needless to say, if you need a roof and need it done correctly, Geremey with Elite Construction Services should be your go to!

Ken Armstrong of Armstrong Innovations:  FRAUD ALERT for custom kitchen and bathroom remodel.  The old common contractor practice of fraud is alive and well, and I found it in Anthem, AZ.  He's an underskilled laborer who took our money and hired another equally unskilled subcontractor, and together, they ruined all 3 of our expensive countertops.  Ken's highly distracted and disorganized, and has enormous difficulty staying on any task, so he didn't, with us.  He instead started something else, and never quite finished anything he started, but he had no problem asking for lots more money for his shoddy workmanship while overcharging by thousands.  He kept and hid the receipts to himself, despite more than one request for them, leading to suspicion about his questionable business practices, since he already lied to us about his availability and about showing up for work, and he had covered the damaged wood he installed in our home with blue tape over it.  He called this custom design.   We would soon discover that we had legitimate reason to confirm our suspicion was true, and to fire him, to prevent further financial loss. It's no big deal not to show up for work, he said, with a childish, unprofessional excuse, representing the best of what I saw of his business acumen.  He's excessively arrogant about what he does badly, and he did it all badly.   From the brown water discharge from my new plumbing he installed, to the white tile he poorly grouted and failed to correct, to the stone flooring he discolored with his dirty sealant, to the damaged and scarred wood he installed, to the pocket door he hung wrong per installation instructions he didn't read, to the countertop fiasco with no one using published installation instructions, resulting in uneven and unlevel and unusable surfaces, and to all other numerous issues he created for himself, he blamed his blatant installation errors on everything else BUT himself, offering faulty logic for his costly shortcomings, never admitting he grossly misrepresented his capabilities, and himself as a reputable businessman. He walked off our job during his subcontractor's countertop installation, so he could bid on another project.  I watched as no level and no measuring tape was used, resulting in a sloppy countertop I can't use because of gross height and leveling deficiencies.  That's just crazy, he said, when I inquired about his need to measure the range for its custom height requirements in preparation for the countertop installation.  Putting countertops on before putting cabinet doors on was one of his very bad judgments.  Trust me, he said about his countertop subcontractor, whose last name and business card he withheld from us when asked, so that we could follow up with our Silestone 15 year warranty that we will never see that he failed to produce for us after we paid for the material and the installation.  While he was hired to work with us, he was evasive and unavailable.  He offered us whatever we asked for in our custom design, then told us he had lots of experience with it, then left us completely inconvenienced with poor attendance, poor quality work, and failing to honor his word of being available to us for his assistance with our custom project.  He offered to spend some of his contracted time picking up and delivering our tub, toilets, and larger purchases for us, but, he left us to do it for ourselves.  He said that he would help us with design ideas and specific material selections for our custom design, but didn't, then rudely blamed us for delaying him, leaving us hanging and causing us further delays, such that we had to ask for the face to face meeting with him in writing, that he refused.  He refused to guarantee his work, and then insulted us before asking us for 4500 more dollars the next day.  He made excuses for the 3940.00 problem he created with the countertops, then walked away from the project.  Completely abandoned with no contact for over two weeks, he left us with poor workmanship and leaky plumbing and no cabinet doors.  He cashed our 5000 dollar check without depositing any of it.  When is Ken coming back from vacation? asked one of his subcontractors, during the time period he was given to fix the identified errors in our home, while time ticked away towards his given deadline.   His lack of integrity and ability to follow through with his approaching deadlines describe his style.  You deserve to know in advance that he doesn't make his own cabinet doors, but he never told us that until just before he abandoned the project, when we confronted him about his poor quality work and asked for that face to face meeting that he refused.  This dog is not worth the filing fee to take to court, but I'd love to show a jury the pictures and video of what he thinks is good work. Underskilled, unethical, and blatantly dishonest is what we experienced. Countertop subcontractor works for business whose license is suspended by ROC.

Smallish job: repairing garage drywall after we had a water-softener loop installed, and also fixing our side gate. Three men did it in less than a day. Garage drywall looks great now, and the gate is now working smoothly, has new sealed wooden slats, and we're very happy campers.

We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and after meeting with James Underwood with Advanced Custom Renovations we gave them the green light. Could not have been happier with our choice.  Their prices are very  reasonable. The entire crew was punctual, professional and very friendly. Our personal project manager Eddie was awesome, checking every day and making sure we were completely satisfied with the project. I  highly recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

Petrus was recommended to me by my brother who used them for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We also had a great experience with our kitchen remodel, and are now having our bathrooms done. Fabio is great to work with and recommended some details I would not have thought of myself. He will give his honest opinion but is not pushy at all. I told him from the beginning that I am a perfectionist and will notice anything not done right...and I found out he is too! He was often on site while the work was being done and inspected everything personally. Jennifer in the office was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

The quote the owner gave us was competitive and i had decided to hire him.  But before hiring him i sent an email asking for their license number and two references I received no reply whatsoever. Weird !!!

We were very pleased with the work 2nd Ave did on our kitchen and dining room cabinetry.  We brought them in to fix what another cabinet company failed to finish.  They were terrific.  Pricing was good.  His crew was terrific and they always left the site spotless when they left.  We were so happy, in fact, we hired them to remodel our daughter's kitchen in her condo in Los Angeles.  Again, they did a super job.

Hired TWD to do a minor stucco repair. Experienced everything you would hope for with working with a company like this one.  

Estimator arrived when he said he would, received the estimate quote when they said I would, the price was reasonable and fair, the quote detailed the worked to be done, the repair work was scheduled for the following week, received a phone call letting me know when the crew would arrive and the repair was finished on time. There was a minor issue - the crew was back the next day to address it. No hassle at all. Because it was flying stucco (grins), the crew made sure plastic cover and tape non-repair areas (the repair was around our garage doors).

Given this was just a small repair job, we would definitely consider them for a larger remodel project based on the customer service level we received on such a small project.
