Michael did a great job installing baseboard. Was able to complete it in a couple of hours and it looks like new!

If you're looking for a general contractor, highly recommend Kyle King. We had a wall removed, cabinets and countertops pulled, and some electrical rewiring. He was very flexible with us as changes were made while he progressed with the job. Job was completed faster than expected and was extremely clean throughout the process.  Received several quotes, he was the most competitively priced, great comms, and he's local to Queen Creek. Golden Bear Contracting was a real life saver. Installed a sink in the kitchen that was otherwise not going to fit and I'd have to return. But I loved my new sink so I was determined to make it fit. He did a great job!

I found Aqua Therapy Tubs so awesome to work with. Derek is very professional, prompt and is very clear with the proposal. He really worked  to get me the materials I wanted, showing he goes that extra mile. I now have an offer on my home and I look forward to having them re-do another bathroom for me. I hired them to remove a load bearing wall from my house, I wanted to make sure whoever I hired knew what they were doing since it's such an intricate job, Alfredo showed up to give me an estimate and was very professional and knowledgeable, we agreed on a price, two weeks later his crew showed up, they were super clean, put plastic on all my walls/furniture/flooring to protect it from dust, they got to work and did a fantastic job, I'll definitely keep their contact info for future projects

I've used Qualtire in the last 20 years for everything from very small plumbing fixes to complete bathroom remodels. Never received anything but impeccable service. This week my 80 year old house needed a little piping repair. Well, it's that holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. Wasn't sure what would happen. A couple of hours later, the Owner (Dennis) showed up. Not to quote me...to do the work! I'm impressed! That's why I use this company exclusively on my household work. They do it all.

Ken and his team just finished remodeling our kitchen and widening our living and dining room walls.  We are so happy with our vision coming true and the quality of work Ken and his crew provided for our remodel.   They were true to our time line and finished the project in just 4 weeks.  I will certainly hire Armstrong Innovations in all our future projects.

Jeremy was right on time, 9am sharp ! Very impressive! We had his team do projects in two different houses. Great job and very friendly. He did plumbing, laid rocks in the backyard, dumped trash, caulked bathrooms and fixed doors.

He even moved boxes around for my mom since she could not lift them.

Hired ACR for mater bath renovation which turned into doing a guest bath renovation as well after firing a previous contractor who lied about license and was fired for terrible work quality.

The master bath started out well with only a few minor problems. Then the tile guys showed up to do the floor and floor to ceiling tile in the shower. There were multiple problems with these guys (subcontractors hired by ACR). We ended up having to redo sections of  flooring because they didn't properly secure subfloor and the grout cracked within a couple days, had to redo multiple large format tiles in shower, etc... what should have taken maybe a week they kept having to fix, refix and fix again pushing us back a least a month.

The other issue we had was the finish carpenter they brought in to do baseboards and door casings. This guy was a complete HACK and clearly has never done finish work. Terrible mitre joints in door casing - I mean TERRIBLE - and he didn't even go back and filled nail holes on over half the trim before he slapped some paint on and said he was done. Not to mention that since we were responsible for purchasing all the materials ourselves this finish carpenter wasn't shy of just burning through the extra material we supplied. He wasted the 20% overage material I initially supplied and then just left all his off cuts and wasted boards in our garage for me to clean up.

Obviously this wasn't the quality of work we thought we were paying for when hiring a company called ADVANCED CUSTOM RENOVATIONS;

James (owner) and Fred (the fixer) stepped in an understood all our concerns and did their best to make it right. It took about 4-5 weeks longer than anticipated with all the setbacks and issues but we're happy with the overall outcome.

Petrus was recommended to me by my brother who used them for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We also had a great experience with our kitchen remodel, and are now having our bathrooms done. Fabio is great to work with and recommended some details I would not have thought of myself. He will give his honest opinion but is not pushy at all. I told him from the beginning that I am a perfectionist and will notice anything not done right...and I found out he is too! He was often on site while the work was being done and inspected everything personally. Jennifer in the office was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

The quote the owner gave us was competitive and i had decided to hire him.  But before hiring him i sent an email asking for their license number and two references I received no reply whatsoever. Weird !!!

I was not happy with the remodel of our kitchen. We were told that things were going to get done and they were not. The amount of time quoted was way longer than what it actually took even though I had told them they had out business but to please if anything over estimate rather than under. We have a large scratch in our island counter top and all our drawer were meant to be soft close and completed and only half are soft close and they several don't shut all the way. I do want to say whoever they used for the tiling did a phenomenal job. It was subcontracted out and I would hire them again in a minute but I will never use 2nd ave design group again nor will I recommend it.

One of the honest contracting companies still left on this side of town. I have gone thru 2 or three contractors who had hidden prices and did unethical work. It not easy finding a contractor who stands by his work and his word. TWD is worth every penny in the work and the manner they do it in.

Julio was our Job manager and he was on top of everything. They were very professional and above all they did the job the right way.

Do you self a favor. Get an estimate and ask for references. A contractor like TWD has nothing to hide. I would recommend them night or day.
