Golden Bear Contracting was a real life saver. Installed a sink in the kitchen that was otherwise not going to fit and I'd have to return. But I loved my new sink so I was determined to make it fit. He did a great job!

We called about  adding a walk in closet, remodel master bath and guest bathroom.  They sent out an estimator that was not comfortable doing estimate and rescheduled to have the owner come out.  After waiting over a week, I was texted that the job was to big and they would need to pass.  When I called to schedule I confirmed that they did full remodels and not just retrofit tub/shower pkg.  I wished they had been honest and not wasted our time.

I hired them to remove a load bearing wall from my house, I wanted to make sure whoever I hired knew what they were doing since it's such an intricate job, Alfredo showed up to give me an estimate and was very professional and knowledgeable, we agreed on a price, two weeks later his crew showed up, they were super clean, put plastic on all my walls/furniture/flooring to protect it from dust, they got to work and did a fantastic job, I'll definitely keep their contact info for future projects

I've used Qualtire in the last 20 years for everything from very small plumbing fixes to complete bathroom remodels. Never received anything but impeccable service. This week my 80 year old house needed a little piping repair. Well, it's that holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. Wasn't sure what would happen. I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Needless to say, if you need a roof and need it done correctly, Geremey with Elite Construction Services should be your go to!

We have used Ken for over a decade and on at least 15-20 projects.  Great guy with great communication skills.  Always happy with his work and his prices.  He has worked in our home while we on vacation and we never had any issues.  I have also flipped a couple houses and used Ken on those projects.  I would recommend him to anyone.

I'm pretty excited to have found Jeremy.  We have lots of little projects around the house but not enough home DYI knowledge to do it ourselves.  
We have a small list of projects that we are going to be stating soon.  I was most impressed with being up front and honest.  Can't wait to use Jeremy in the future for all of our projects.

Work that should have been completed in 3 weeks took 4 months. The project manager scheduled work, but did not oversee work to ensure it was done properly. Work done was not professional (except for the electrician). Concerns were met with apologies or we were told it was industry standard. We expected the work to be done correctly or corrected and it wasn't.  Very disappointed in the quality of work.

After searching many vendors for the purpose of getting new granite countertops for my kitchen and hall bathroom without finding the kind of quality stone I wanted, I found Petrus Countertops and was immediately well-impressed by the slabs at their warehouse. They hand-pick only the best granite and quartz. I was able to find exactly the kind of grey granite with white streaks that I had in mind. Compared to big box stores and chains, their granite seems more like marble, and can provide unique slabs that bigger chain stores can't. I also was very happy with the quality of the installation work, and the fact that they provide removal of old countertops, the option of adding sinks, and an in-house plumbing service to disconnect and reconnect the sinks and fixtures. I highly recommend Fabio and Luiz at Petrus for all your stone countertop needs.

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!

Martin and his team are some of the best in the Valley!! They are so kind, thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely kind people. We are so pleased with all the work they helped us with, including a new fireplace and surround, wainscoting, whole home painting, lighting, shiplap, and many other projects! We were very pleased with the work 2nd Ave did on our kitchen and dining room cabinetry.  We brought them in to fix what another cabinet company failed to finish.  They were terrific.  Pricing was good.  His crew was terrific and they always left the site spotless when they left.  We were so happy, in fact, we hired them to remodel our daughter's kitchen in her condo in Los Angeles.  Again, they did a super job.

Todd Whittaker is a great company to work with!  They have a stunning showroom with so many options and choices to work with.  Their design team is top notch and are great at helping you through the process.  They stand behind their work and are great at following up.  I highly recommend them for any remodel project you may have coming up!
