Established in 2017.
We started this family based business on March 25, 2017, my wife's birthday. I have been in the industry for well over 16 years now and it was just time for us to take control of our future by building our own company! This business is run by myself, my wife and 2 young boys and a few guys that have been by my side for several years now. Somedays you may even get to see the whole family out on a job site with me :) We take pride in the work we deliver and we keep our pricing fair. We are extremely excited to say that we are now licensed, bonded and insured for your piece of mind. We are here to help!

My name is Ruben, I'm a husband and father of 2 boys! I started this business because I love what I do and I want to show my boys that anything is possible with a little bit of effort and a caring mindset. We are a family business and we work very hard to get the job done right the first time. I have over 16 years of experience in the field of construction and maintenance and I felt it was time to be my own boss, so here I am today!! Ruben will not rest until you are satisfied. Hands down will work his ass off to make sure you are totally happy with the end result. Had Ruben and his crew remodel a guest bathroom, update my patio (support beam an roof), and create for me a brand new pool gate for me. At a very affordable price with finishes that look absolutely beautiful, Ruben will make sure he gets the job done to your satisfaction. One night he worked until 11pm to get the project done!!! Who does that? Who goes above and beyond? Well, that's Ruben for you. Thanks Ruben and crew for all the hard work and professionalism!
Love supporting local businesses. We had no hot water. Explained the situation and He was able to schedule the next day. The heating elements were replaced and we had hot!! Thank you again for the awesome job. Look forward using B4 and After for future jobs!! Highly recommend!!

Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat! Thanks Ruben. We appreciate your help.
Stellar work. Ruben and his crew has preeettty much given our family's home almost a complete facelift. Total kitchen renovation, floor installation, paint, rebuilt our closet, installed lights, doorbell, floor trim, pergola (I'm sure there's more). We are having him redo our bathroom, fire place and a handful of other projects. Super good dude, solid family man and very busy. Glad to have Ruben on our side as home owners for sure.

It's very hard to find reliable people for what many may refer to as a small job. Finally I found a company that does a great job for large and small jobs around the house. I would highly recommend Ruben and B4 and After Home Repair for home projects or repairs.
Ruben the owner himself came out to my house and installed a doggie door, he is the most professional person you will ever meet. He was fast and neat, if you need anything done around your house I highly recommend B4 and After home repair.

We were in need of handyman service to replace the ceiling on our patio and checked Yelp as always. After reading the history and learning they were a family-run business, we called B4 and After. Ruben returned our call promptly and scheduled a time to come look over the project. We weren't sure what to do with the ceiling but we needn't have worried. Ruben came up with a great idea and his quote was very reasonable. Work began the following week and was completed in time for a cookout we had scheduled. In fact, Ruben worked into the evening the night before to be sure the project was done in time. His workmanship was excellent and instead of being an embarrassment the ceiling is now a source of pride. We would highly recommend B4 and After!
