We had our bath tub/ shower removed and a tile shower installed

Bob did a fantastic job and answered all our questions.

Bob is a true craftsman and takes pride in his work. His tiling work was of great quality, with a quick turnaround, and a reasonable price. His knowledge and experience easily surpassed the others we considered. Call Bob, you won't be disappointed.

We have  a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen thanks to Bob at B&J Tile! He and his designer (I think her name was Sylvia) did an amazing job helping us  design and complete our dream kitchen under a very short timeline and within budget. Bob was great about getting problems solved, very knowledgeable in all areas including plumbing, electric and, of course, tiling :) ...
I ended up being home one of the days that Bob was working on the finishing touches and he was great company. While he tiled, I painted cabinets.
This is a small family owned business that he TRULEY takes pride in and it shows.

PS - keep your eye out on nwsource.com    we bought our Bob's tiling on one of their online auctions and got a SCREAMING deal!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I ordered tile my wife and finally agreed on, we were told by  the man working ( MIKE ) that it  was in stock and he would call when it was ready to be picked up from the store in a few days - after three weeks of calling off and on it was finally in and ready to be picked up! My wife went to get it and ..... it was the wrong tile???? he ended up telling her the factory sent the wrong stuff - to make a long story short Mike lied to us repeadedly trying to cover his mistakes. We still have not received our tile and have tried to just get our money refunded so we may go purchase new tile, but he said there would be a restocking fee - we didnt change our minds on the tile or try to return it for no good reason - he order the wrong tile and that was 8 weeks ago...... what horrible customer service by an arrogant employee!!
