Panel fabrication is great.  Instal craftsmanship very poor.  Inspect work carefully before completion.

Love this product, but the customer service is awful; has taken over 2 weeks for a repair (door is less than 1 year old).  Repairman called 1 1/2 hours after time scheduled, no one called to reschedule the following day.  Really, really bad experience!  As of today, repair has not been made...

Best quote, fastest turnaround, and when there was a supply chain issue, He let us know and we solved the problem together and the wall and RV gate turned out to be so much better than I had envisioned it to be. I would highly recommend this business. He had a very professional crew and I am very very pleased with the attention to detail and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this business.

When reading online reviews, you never know what you're really getting. In this particular case I am so happy I chose Bob and his crew at Ace Fence, based on his online reviews.  Their workmanship is amazing, the prices were very reasonable, and the job was done on time and on budget. Our pool fence looks amazing!

I can't speak on price as I didn't do a lot of shopping around, but also felt comfortable not doing so. I forgot the mans name that came out to do the measurements on 7/5 but he was professional and helpful. He said there was a lead time of 1 month but he would see what he could do as I'd just had some new concrete work done and my yard was exposed as there were no gates.

My gates (alley and double swing for the front) were installed this morning and I'm very happy with the outcome. This was a great experience as far as I needed a service, I paid for the service, the business did everything they said that were going to do, and went a above as they delivered much sooner than originally anticipated.

Although I haven't yet done business with Alex at Integrated Metal Structures, he has been MORE than helpful in talking over my ideas with me. Alex and I have exchanged emails with different ideas, suggestions and quotes for my front yard project. He has been more than patient, has a great sense of humor, and is candid in his approach. I'm sure that once I DO finally do business with him, everything will workout exactly how I'd expect. THANKS ALEX!

We needed to remove a section of our block wall and install an RV gate for a new trailer.

Sebastian came out and gave us a quote.

Not only was the price one of the most reasonable of all we received, the photos he showed of prior jobs impressed us. stainless steel bolts and powder coating the gates were suggested upgrades at a minor cost increase.

His mason (paid separately) actually set the 3 posts in concrete, where other quotes were 2 and affixed to the existing columns. This was extremely important to us, as the other companies wouldn't guarantee against sag and stated in contract sag correction would be an additional fee!

He included upgrades as standard some things other companies offered as additional cost options, or not at all. Like using 3 posts, privacy panels (not sure what he called the panels), and using 4 straps to secure the slats to instead of three.

He was able to get the work done and gate installed many weeks earlier than the other quotes too.
The 12 ft gate looks fantastic, and I know we made the right choice in selecting Gates the Right Way for our project.

Minor hiccups: powder coating delayed by one day as the coater was only doing white the scheduled day. Sebastian's quote could have been a lot more detailed, but in our case he remembered everything we talked about and it was not an issue in the end.

Over all, I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Amazing! Truly amazing! The RV gate I got was worth every penny! The owner communication was incredible, he let me know every step of the way when he would arrive, how much it would cost and all the details into installing the gate. Just moved to a new house in STV.  I looked online for block wall companies and reached out to a few for estimates.  Jim from Sunset Fence reached out to confirm details and sent me over an estimate.  The price was fair compared to the competitors, but the level of professionalism and communication was a level above the rest.  They handled almost every aspect of the job including contacting blue stake to confirm where they were going to dig the footers.  They even helped refer me to a landscape company who needed to remove some plants prior to the wall going up.  We are super happy with the finished product and would highly recommend them for wall and gate products.  Thank you Jim & Amy!

Had an old side yard gate that wouldn't open or close properly anymore, had the owner Ron come and take a look and we decided the best course of action was to take out the equally broken block wall and turn it into an RV gate. Everything was measured and custom built for the space, and 48 hours later I had a brand new gate perfectly installed. Excellent craftsmanship and Ron was very professional.  My wife loves that we can now use our gate again! I would highly recommend Ron and Designer Gates for any and all of your gate needs.

I very rarely come on YELP to review anybody, but I had to for this company. I believe I called Gina on a Wednesday to ask about pricing/installation and time frame of when work can be done since I needed it pretty quickly for my inspection for my Phoenix house. Due to the rain she said she would call me back on Friday to see if she had any openings. As promised I received my call on Friday, and my appointment was scheduled for the following Monday. What a amazing and quick turn around, when every other company gave me the run around. Gina and another lady I spoke with were more then great with the customer service and all around service, thank you. The fence that was installed by Anthony just yesterday looks amazing and he did a phenomenal job. We can not tell you enough how delighted we are with Mario & Georgegina and to the guys who all worked on our railing project!
