Horrible horrible horrible!!! Expensive gates that are installed by people that have no idea what they are doing.  We spent over $10,000 with this company and both installations have been nightmares. When you try to talk to customer service (Jennifer) they treat you like a child in a condescending voice. I wish we never used them. I had a gate installed Friday and it is Monday and it is half hanging off my house. I was told it was safe. Such a liability to my family. Jennifer needs to be fired as she is so rude and told me it was my fault. Please stay away!  
Update: no one has reached out from corporate. Another installer was sent and he made a bigger mess (photos attached) gate is still not installed. He asked us to make the wall secure by cutting a piece out and our general contractor said it would be a horrible idea and lead to rot over time.) they also said my wall wasn't supportive but all the holes show it is a masonary Wall!!!!

Installed a fence around my casita quickly and efficiently. Best price around and very quick responses!

We love our gate!!! They did a beautiful job. They removed the old gate and cinder block and then installed our new gate. They even came back to readjust the gate so it closed better. Excellent customer service to go with an excellent product.

This company was excellent to work with. They responded quickly, communicated frequently throughout the process, very easy to get a hold of. We even got the gate installed a few days earlier than estimated. The quote matched the final price, and the gate is beautiful! Hope to work with this company again in the future. It was time to renovate our RV gate. The wood slates we're warped and faded and just look tired. I called Gate Repairs and Mobile Welding and setup an installation appointment. I made the appointment a month out and they sent me a reminder email a day or two before the installation. They also texted me as well. Alex and David arrived on time and answered any questions that I had. When they were done you wouldn't have known they were there, but the work was finished. I love the look of the gate and their work is top notch. I would recommend Gate Repairs and Mobile Welding to anyone with an ugly RV gate.

This company is the best I've ever encountered, excellent workmanship and cost was affordable.  I recommend this team for anyone with gate issues.

Not the cheapest, just the best. Highly professional from start to finish. We had an unusual situation - a 50-year-old redwood fence overgrown with literally tons of cat's claw vines. The overgrowth was about 12 feet high and 8 feet thick along the 90 food length of our back yard. This isn't the kind of demo Sunset usually has to do, but they quickly arranged for another contractor with a backhoe and large truck to haul the cat's claw away in just two hours! All in all, a great experience, and the fence they put up - in just one day! - is beautiful.

We recently expanded our front porch and contacted Deisgner Gates for the fence. They were extremely easy to work with through the entire process. We were provided with multiple options and selected the model we liked best. The quote came in accurate, they arrived on time and only took 2 hours to install!

We can not tell you enough how delighted we are with Mario & Georgegina and to the guys who all worked on our railing project! We are so blown away by their execution, creativity and sense of quality....workmanship!  We absolutely love how their iron rail work turned our home into contemporary elegance!  We are so grateful we were able to work with them!  They were so timely and accurate and always made sure they cleaned up after the days work.  Incredible sense of design and work ethic!!!

I have never left a negative review in my life, this company is literally THAT BAD, that I felt a responsibility to write this. I reached out to Just Gates a week ago and asked for a quote on my RV Gates. The owner , Carol, said she might have time The following day (Saturday) to come by, but said she would let me know.

So, Saturday comes around, haven't heard from Carol, no big deal . I'm out with my family and all the sudden I get a call, it's Carol, and she says she's out front of my house. Weird? I was a bit thrown off and I think she could tell due to the confusion in my voice. So she immediately says I'm sorry, I realized earlier I was calling the wrong number and leaving messages on the wrong voicemail. But we are here. Mmmmmm-k? To this day I still don't know if I'm upset with her pathetic excuse, or impressed she had the ball sacs to use it on a new customer.. I think I'm a little bit of both. Moving on. So I explained that I was out with my family, and due to her not calling ahead of time, I couldn't get there to meet her. I gave her permission to measure the gates and take photos without us there, she did, and she said I'd get my quote on Friday of the following week (today). I had gotten quotes from 2 other gate companies that ran numbers and gave me a quote on the spot (I always get three quotes prior to making large purchases) , so I thought a week was steep, but due to some of the positive reviews I read I decided to go along with it.

Today rolls around and I get an email from Carol stating due to unforeseen circumstances, my quote will hopefully be ready on 8/25.. which is over a week away. I replied to her email pointing out the fact that I've seen previous reviews call out the fact that her company is wish washy with timelines and commonly fails to complete things when they say they will. I informed her that her services are no longer needed etc. I then fired that sucker off to her and thought that would be it ‍

This is where this company went from being wish washy to complete shit show in 2.5 seconds.

Carol literally replied back stating .. and I quote.. We are sorry you feel that way. Would you mind forwarding those bad reviews . We are so busy we haven't been able to follow up with reviews. .

Carol (idk why I keep saying her name, I think it just reminds me of all the carol memes out there.. they have all the sudden become relatable) LITERALLY asked me to send her over her OWN COMPANIES REVIEWS cause she's just that busy. The worst part?? I fuckin' did it!!  .
