Can not be counted on.
I have made not one but two appointment with Gray's Gate and both times he has stated he would meet me at a scheduled time. He has never called me or made good on his own time request.
Poor business ethics...
Go somewhere else and save yourself the grief.

Dave is amazing. He called me right away. Came out and gave me an estimate and my fences were installed within the week. He is GREAT!! I highly recommend.

These people are AMAZING! Lavandis and Mike came to do our installation and were absolutely fantastic! They took an incredible amount of time to do a demo with me after the installation to make sure I understood everything! I am incredibly grateful for all of their hard work and all they did today! Bobby our salesman was superb and was on top of things! I am so happy with the entire process and thank you all for making this a painless process! The office gals were great too! Thank you!

First, these guys answer the phone on a Saturday night. Second they had a firm price, at a time that they could come out and fix it. Third they showed up on time got the work done, all for the agreed price. Alex was great as the tech. No surprises, great work, good price.

Needed an aluminum gas tank welded.  I had cut it in half, removed an inch or so and needed it welded back together.  Aluminum sucks to weld.  Doctor Welded created a work of art.  The tank was square and flat.  Weld was flawless.  No warpage.  I'd use these guys again for ANY of my future welding needs. Fair price...fast service.  Great communication.  Many many thanks for a job better than expected.

As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

Had my side yard gate removed and replaced, including resetting the concrete post. Joel took care of everything - materials, demo, haul away, assembly and prime/paint per HOA design and color. He came out quickly for a quote and did exactly what he promised to do. It is quality and will last. Process was really easy. Love his portfolio of other work too. Highly recommend!

From start to finish Halverson Decor was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be hiring Nate and his team for all our future renovations. The pergola was perfect as well as some other interior decor items they provided!

I rarely take time to write reviews, but Victory Metal Works way exceeded my expectations.  I ordered a Frank Lloyd Wright design front door with sidelights, two gates and wrought iron yard fencing.  Andrew and Todd are experienced in design, fabrication, and deliver on customer service.  Unlike other metalwork companies that manufacture in Mexico, Victory Metal Works does their own fabrication in Phoenix, resulting in superior quality control.  They are reasonable, hard working, hands on, and easy to work with.  Although it may sound like it, I am not related to them.  I chose Victory after getting estimates and interviewing three other companies.  It would be a mistake not to get an estimate from Victory Metal Works.  I could not have been happier with the experience and the results.

Scheduled a free quote on November 30th, when I called at 3:37 pm. I had to make the appointment ...two weeks out. They didn't have any availability until Dec. 9th between 1- 2 pm.

Yet, day of, Brad showed up at 10:30 am and said thats what time the appointment was for. I was at work, my son was home, so I said go ahead and take measurements and let me know the prices for, two window screens and steel security door.

Since I wasn't there, I called the office. Apparently, angry family members are employed in the office that work part-time. I asked Helen why she sent the guy at 10:30 am and not the appointment we had made 2 weeks ago for between 1 to 2 pm. She said she didn't know but thats the time that was written down. I said I didn't get a courtesy call or an email reminder. She said yeah, we don't do that. I said do you apologize when you make a mistake? She said she could reschedule him to come out at another time,and make another appointment.  I never got a quote from Brad. He left my son his business card and he hit the road.

I said No Thanks. You can't change first impressions.

Update:  you were not going to fit me in anywhere.  I'll attach the correspondence now to my review.

Scheduled to have a gate repaired.  Scheduled for a Saturday.  They reached out to me to reschedule 4 times.  I told them I would not allow another reschedule.  They reach out to me one last time and cancelled my repair.  Waste of time.

Nick is amazing, he took the time to make sure we were happy with what we wanted. Very attentive and professional. Definitely will refer him to others. Our gates came out beautiful.

Roderic did a great job installing a new opener and salvaging the current one to use in the separate one car garage.  Great service, on time, good prices  and cleaned up after he finished the job.  Highly recommend him and his company!

This company is great at: not returning phone calls about obtaining a quote, answering the phone (in general), or responding to emails about quotes.

I needed an exterior door added right next to the main entry door for a guest suite I have in the front part of my house so I hired Legacy and the job they did is amazing!!

I'm very pleased and definitely recommend them!

Fence is nice looking but installation does not last more than 3 years. After one year no warranty for shotty workmanship. Repairs at owners expense. Horrible company!!!

Loved doing business with them. Dan and Tim, along with the rest of their staff were always eager to help with any needs or questions. They really seem to have a passion for what they do, instead of just going through the motions. I'd certainly do business with them again and recommend others to use them.

Most unprofessional, unkind, threatening, emotionally charged, inept, business that I've encountered to date. I'm glad that I had a chance to verify this in-person. Word of mouth is powerful. The dozens of different businesses that I engage with daily. I'm glad to make this company an example at every talk, and conference that I attend throughout Arizona. We need to ensure to keep the good businesses open, and let fade out the ones who don't treat their neighbor with human decency.
