We needed two gates and I called Gary. First of all he answered his phone! Next he gave me a price over the phone. I told him I would think about it (I was still trying get other bids). His prices were reasonable so I text him and provided the job location. He responded!!!! We set up a time around my schedule. He came out we added a few extras and we agreed upon a price. We both agreed to an install date (he was ready early). He completed the install in just a little over 2 hours. He hauled the old gates away. Gary responded to my calls, text messages and did the install himself. Great Job!!!!!

Dave is amazing. He called me right away. Came out and gave me an estimate and my fences were installed within the week. He is GREAT!! I highly recommend.

Are these people serious!  How lazy are you that you can't take a net on and off.  I have a KATCHAKID net on our pool and we swim usually twice a day in the summers.  I am a 30 year old stay at home mom to a 2 and 3 year old who has NO PROBLEM getting my net on and off.  I usually only take it half off because it is a bit time consuming to do the ENTIRE net but half of it takes me...hmm...two minutes to get off and maybe four to get back on.  I LOVE this product and the company.  I debated between a net or gate and I have major climbers so I needed a barrier instead of an obstacle.  I feel totally safe with the katchakid net and I think the product is genius.

Don't listen to this other reviewer because all I can think of is how lazy these parents must be!  The nets have a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY as well.

Alex is very professional and repaired my gate within budget and that very same day. The rate is fair but again you get great service and results for your home. We found Dr Welded here on Yelp. We had a very small project but we called and Richard was very helpful and receptive. He was upfront about his price and time frame. I dropped off the mirror to have the wall mount re-welded in the afternoon and had it back the next morning. The weld was great and the price was very fair. I highly recommend Dr Welded for any project, big or small!

As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

Andrew and the Victory Metalworks team did an excellent job on fabricating doors and gates for our home.  They worked closely with us to design what we wanted and were very professional and efficient during the entire process including keeping an immaculate worksite.  I would highly recommend them.

Our order seemed to start out just fine and their product appears to be top quality, however, confusion around delivery coordination will cripple satisfaction of customer. After Helen called to set an installation appointment within the 2-3 week promise of delivery, she called twice more to schedule the same appointment. She further argued that she had not previously called, forcing us to reschedule our set appointment.  This action put them beyond the 3 weeks in which they promised our door would be built and installed.   We would have been more than understanding if we were contacted with honesty being told something like, I'm sorry, but we overbooked and need to reschedule or we've had an issue with your order and need some time to correct it, but instead, we were simply lied too. I will not do business there again or recommend. Too bad, because I have neighbors that are looking at the end result and they own 6 homes around the valley.

Responded quickly and very interested in getting my project completed quickly accurately.   Did a great job getting me what I needed done.

Installers showed up on time to replace my broken springs. Honest prices, left my garage debris free, easy to schedule. Will use them again versus Lodi for my garage door service requests.

This company is great at: not returning phone calls about obtaining a quote, answering the phone (in general), or responding to emails about quotes.

I requested a quote for paver installation in a portion of our backyard. Legacy Contracting was quick to respond and scheduled an appointment to stop by our home to assess what the project would consist of. Daelyn was professional and was able to explain the process and timeframe. Unfortunately, we did not go with Legacy Contracting as we received a better quote from another business; however, my husband and I appreciated the quick response from them.

Fence is nice looking but installation does not last more than 3 years. After one year no warranty for shotty workmanship. Repairs at owners expense. Horrible company!!!

After installing sunscreens on the majority of my house, we decided there were 3 windows missed that should have been done. We don't know how they were missed from the original quote... so ... We asked for pricing to get screens for these 3 windows.

It seems once they have the bulk of your order and payment, the pricing completely changes.

Original work was for 18 windows @ $1500. 14 windows were 2nd floor windows.

These additional 3 ground floor windows is being quoted now for over @ $500! Really???

Fairly typical of some vendors I've seen - once they have been paid, and there isn't much work left that might be available, they don't seem all that interested in your additional business - unless you're willing to let them pick your pocket while they're at it.

No - I won't ever use them again(Awning Works)or the parent company Eaglewings Iron Craft... ever.

I have another company that is now doing the additional 3 windows for hundreds less (yes, multiple hundreds!)

Wasn't impressed.  We got a fair bid, and we needed to extend the fence length a bit longer.  I met with the gentleman from their company and showed him the change.  We were fine with paying the increase for the difference in length.  However, then they tried to state they only charged us for 1 fence panel in the initial bid, when we needed 8, and raised the price by more than double. It just felt really dishonest.
