Gary is a true artist.  He designed 3 original metal gates for us, and they are unique, beautiful, functional and of very high quality.  He is a pleasure to work with.  He is getting very popular because of his quality work, and thus very busy.......but definitely worth the wait!  I highly recommend his company.

Called them for a bid. They showed up and had a Trump sticker on their truck. I did not say anything but tossed the bid as soon as they drove away. This is the second business that I've done this with. Why would you alienate over half of your customer base?

Mike our installer was great.  He was quick, professional, on time and did perfect work.  The office staff was great and the quote was a good 15% less than other similar companies.  Thanks Katchakid!

The hinge on our RV gate rusted and broke off. We had a different company come out for an estimate and told us we had to change the whole gate for over $1,225. We only needed the hinge rewelded back together. Ron was prompt to answering all of my messages through Yelp and over the phone. He was able to get Alex out to us the same afternoon. Alex was exceptional! Honest, prompt, and professional! He went above and beyond to reinforce the other latches too. These guy will be my go to for repairs! Rewelding the hinge only cost $150.

These guys are really awesome! They lowered my iron French bed; repaired a lawn chair, fixed my patio umbrella, and repaired my mailbox................all in one day. Their prices are fair and their work superb! They are experts at their craft! I highly recommend Doctor Welded

As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

Joel Brust deserves this Yelp review simply due to his excellent work, transparency and punctuality. He walked me through the costs involved during the quote process here at our home, which were perfectly reasonable. Within a week he was here on the dot of the time scheduled. He spent the next 3 days building this absolutely stunning Redwood Privacy Fence that is floating above our short cinderblock wall. The engineering in his design, being that our wall (as shown in the pics) is tiered-down to different heights with multiple steps-down to each tier--was highly impressive. Joel delivers extraordinary custom work and reliability to say the least. Not your everyday carpenter. You won't find a better Fencing & Gates Contractor in San Diego.

From start to finish Halverson Decor was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be hiring Nate and his team for all our future renovations. The pergola was perfect as well as some other interior decor items they provided!

We used Victory Metal Works to design and install a custom modern metal door at our new house.  I worked with Andrew and couldn't have had a better experience.   I love, love, love our door and will be using VMW for our custom full-size gate.

Ordered a screen door from here it's beautiful the did such a great job, very inexpensive  got exactly what I wanted and the matched the color to house very professional staff u won't be disappointed in there products

Scheduled to have a gate repaired.  Scheduled for a Saturday.  They reached out to me to reschedule 4 times.  I told them I would not allow another reschedule.  They reach out to me one last time and cancelled my repair.  Waste of time.

I was looking for a customized modern mailbox and boy did this company deliver. From the start to finish, it was a smooth process.  I'm not easily impressed but I luv the end result.

We opened the garage door yesterday and it starting falling off the rollers - both sides top and bottom.  I called a number of companies and all came out to give me estimates.  The prices started going down and the door quality went up as the day went on with company estimates.  I decided on the door but was torn between two companies (the only two I would deal with).  What made the difference is Rusty put my broken door back in track and closed it for me - without any obligation.  He said it was not safe just hanging there and only took him 10 minutes.  Great company and service.

Just called Progressive Fence Co in Glendale, AZ because we have an anticipated fencing project coming up soon. We need a block fence installed.  Well, Progressive Fence Co was very rude ... refused to tell me when they would be available and just flat out refused to give a ball park estimate or anticipated starting point of what's involved.

...and from the reply below, you can see just how rude and passive aggressive angry this person Jonathan is. Good to know before making a mistake by hiring him.

My OG side gate had enough of life and snapped. After multiple companies couldn't even get an estimate out in two weeks, I put the job out on Yelp. Legacy was responsive, had an estimate with 24 hours, and a new gate in under a week. They showed up first thing in the morning, and all was done by 1pm, and the gate looks good, with a cool locking system to boot. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The salesman was pleasant and worked to get me what I wanted. They had a wait before could begin the construction but they got me in as promised. It was done efficiently by a great duo of workmen and I am very pleased at the result plus they cleaned up area and it looked pristine! I would encourage you to use this company for your fencing needs!

Please consider this review.  The rating is only this good because the final product and employee, Oscar.  I would only recommend them if you a) don't know what exactly what you want; and b) do not care about timeline variability.  I agree with the other reviews written at time of this one.  Dan/owner was referred to me through my network for a new staircase railing.  He is indeed friendly and knowledgeable as others stated.  Where I believe he added incremental value vs. the incumbent vendor is that he helped me create a custom design to my taste vs. I needed to submit a picture of what I wanted to the incumbent.  He was also less expensive than the incumbent.  However, they took almost double the timeline offered and he did not communicate there would be a delay and/or the reason for the delay.  Dan knew the timeline was important to us because we had a safety concern.  Additionally, Dan denied being the owner when we called to complain; I can only assume he does not like conflict, but this is obviously concerning.  We had no choice but to wait for their timeline, which we wouldn't even have known when we were on the schedule had we not called to complain.

Wasn't impressed.  We got a fair bid, and we needed to extend the fence length a bit longer.  I met with the gentleman from their company and showed him the change.  We were fine with paying the increase for the difference in length.  However, then they tried to state they only charged us for 1 fence panel in the initial bid, when we needed 8, and raised the price by more than double. It just felt really dishonest.
