Best Fencing Companies in Phoenix, AZ

Can not be counted on.
I have made not one but two appointment with Gray's Gate and both times he has stated he would meet me at a scheduled time. He has never called me or made good on his own time request.
Poor business ethics...
Go somewhere else and save yourself the grief.

I don't have time to write a full review right now, but wanted to quickly say that Dave and Steve were a dream to work with. Don't hesitate to reach out, and trust them to do efficient, excellent work. I would hire them again or recommend them in a heartbeat.

This company is the best as far as follow up if you have any problems. I called in the morning the had their technicians out in three ours to fix my problem. Tony and Levandros got the job done quickly. Highly recommend Katchakid!!

we hired them to diagnose and fix our electric gate. they came and said we needed a new battery  we bought the battery  gate still did not work  we called  instead of saying they would come back and correct their misdiagnosis, they told us to check the fuses!!!!!!???????? We paid $85.00 for absolutely nothing and no customer service at all.  Terrible experience- very expensive

After a horrible experience with T&S's Mobile Welding (see my review) I found Doctor Welded based on another review.  This company is OUTSTANDING!!  He was quick to respond and showed up exactly when he said he would.  Additionally, he was professional, polite, had a fair price, and did great work.  There is nothing more I could ask for.

I wish this guy did more than just welding. I'd hire him to do anything.  in a time where customer servers seem to be a thing of the past Doctor Welded stands heads and shoulders above the competition.

As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

Joel replaced our gate and a small section of fencing. Showed up in time and got the work done in one day. Communication was excellent from the start. Very professional and knowledgeable highly recommend

From start to finish Halverson Decor was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be hiring Nate and his team for all our future renovations. The pergola was perfect as well as some other interior decor items they provided!

While looking for an entrance gate I mentioned to Andrew i had problems with a door made by another metal shop.  He had the parts I needed, painted them up and gave them to me.  Needless to say, I was leaning toward his gate as it was the best looking, but with this kind of service, I am happy to be a customer.

Free quote. Don't let them waste your time.

Scheduled a free quote on November 30th, when I called at 3:37 pm. I had to make the appointment ...two weeks out. They didn't have any availability until Dec. 9th between 1- 2 pm.

Yet, day of, Brad showed up at 10:30 am and said thats what time the appointment was for. I was at work, my son was home, so I said go ahead and take measurements and let me know the prices for, two window screens and steel security door.

Since I wasn't there, I called the office. Apparently, angry family members are employed in the office that work part-time. I asked Helen why she sent the guy at 10:30 am and not the appointment we had made 2 weeks ago for between 1 to 2 pm. She said she didn't know but thats the time that was written down. I said I didn't get a courtesy call or an email reminder. She said yeah, we don't do that. I said do you apologize when you make a mistake? She said she could reschedule him to come out at another time,and make another appointment.  I never got a quote from Brad. He left my son his business card and he hit the road.

I said No Thanks. You can't change first impressions.

Brian gave me an estimate on Yelp between $800 and $1900 for my job.
I asked him if he needed to come to the house to give me an accurate estimate. I sent him pictures of both sides of both gates. He said: (his text)
 
To replace all the wood with composite, repaint the gates black, and make sure they function properly will be $1,550.64

He set a date of 11-9 he came after 11:30
He took measurements then just left, I contacted him by text after dark and he said he was working up an estimate for me and would send it to me for 1/3 deposit before set up start date.
 Told him I would pay in full when job was done since he has no Yelp reviews and no BBB rating under this company name. He said not enough time open to have BBB review when his web site says 15 years .....
 Then he said he didn't want the work.
I was more than a little apprehensive when a fence contractor shows up in a small Mercedes car. 1/3 down before set start date is a fool.
 Brian just called me and left a voice message telling me I don't know how business works and nobody will do a job without down payment. I just had a pool filter put in at my house and paid in full when it was in. I've been an Optical Consultant for over 30 years now. I know how business works. You told me before you had 3 stellar reviews but Yelp says mine is the first. Sorry you don't know that if you give an exact price that the customer would not expect another estimate later. Will be then you think I was confused.

I was looking for a customized modern mailbox and boy did this company deliver. From the start to finish, it was a smooth process.  I'm not easily impressed but I luv the end result.

This company is great at: not returning phone calls about obtaining a quote, answering the phone (in general), or responding to emails about quotes.

My OG side gate had enough of life and snapped. After multiple companies couldn't even get an estimate out in two weeks, I put the job out on Yelp. Legacy was responsive, had an estimate with 24 hours, and a new gate in under a week. They showed up first thing in the morning, and all was done by 1pm, and the gate looks good, with a cool locking system to boot. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The salesman was pleasant and worked to get me what I wanted. They had a wait before could begin the construction but they got me in as promised. It was done efficiently by a great duo of workmen and I am very pleased at the result plus they cleaned up area and it looked pristine! I would encourage you to use this company for your fencing needs!

Loved doing business with them. Dan and Tim, along with the rest of their staff were always eager to help with any needs or questions. They really seem to have a passion for what they do, instead of just going through the motions. I'd certainly do business with them again and recommend others to use them.

Supposed 6 week wait to do a minor repair and suggesting replacing an entire fence? Joke company. Pass.

Response to their response: I stand by my previous statement. Multiple other companies got the same info and responded in a logical, helpful manner.
