This is a super AWESOME company!!!   They are extremely responsive and very friendly.  Great prices for a high quality product.  Order was delivered on time!  We ordered a round pen and live in Tonopah.  They charged a nominal delivery fee.  The delivery person was super nice and very helpful.  My husband and I were able to assemble the round pen in little over an hour.  (FYI - I'm in my late 50's and my husband is in his early 70's.)   I would order from them again and highly recommend them.

They did a great job on our gate! It looks brand new after they invested the time and energy to bring it back to life.

I recently purchased a house in Fountain Hills and the gate in my fence wasn't automatically closing as required to comply with the pool barrier regulations.  I called A LOT of fence and gate companies to come and look at the gate and FredCo is the only one that responded. I was anticipating a very expensive repair or maybe even having to replace the entire gate, but he fixed it by tightening the spring mechanism, and didn't even charge me for the service call.  Wow!!  This will definitely be the company I call if I need metal fabrication done in the future, plus I love that I can support a Fountain Hills business.

JC and his team are top notch. We ordered two custom gates and JC came over took some measurements, we told him what we wanted and HE DELIVERED! the quality of these gates is phenomenal. Our sliding gate (we are told) weighs 800 pounds and slides on the track like butter. The craftsmanship is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Thanks to JC and the team for my beautiful gates!

What a life-saver!     I wasn't even sure if this gate was saveable but Juan came out and did an amazing job! He welded the broken spots, bolted to the ground and installed all new posts for the gate.  It looks great. Super strong. And came in for a couple hundred $ less than I had thought it was going to cost. Thanks so much!  Highly recommend!

I was looking to replace my 28 year old RV gate on the side of my house.  I did my usual research online, and had two companies come out to give me an estimate, as well as two estimates by email.  The four companies were pretty close on price, but Action Gate was the lowest by about $100.  The salesman met with me as scheduled to go over the specifics of the job which only took about 15 minutes.  I chose the color of the wood composite and the frame and it was a done deal.  

The crew showed up to do the install shortly before their scheduled time, and had the job done very promptly.  The gate looks great, and the quality is outstanding.  It was such an improvement from the awful gate I had before.

The only issue I had is that there was a mix up on the color of the frame, and it set the job back a few weeks, so it took six weeks to get it installed.  Otherwise I would give Action Gate the full 5 stars.

Me Moon was Awesome! We designed two gates and he made them and installed them Perfectly and on time.  He works had and is super nice and easy to work with.  I'd recommend Mr Moon

When I first talked to Kurt on the phone, I thought Alison's review below was right on. Seems like a really nice guy on the phone, and I was happy to get him on board. We scheduled a time to meet this morning. That's when I realized Jonathon's review was the one I should have believed.  I rearranged my work schedule today to be available for an appointment with Kurt this morning. I waited and waited - no call and no show!  I called, and Kurt's number and left a message.  He called me back a while later to say we would need to reschedule till tomorrow - something about having eye surgery today? When I said to him that I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know, he became irrational and irate, yelling something about me having no sympathy about his eye surgery, and therefore I should find another fence company - and then he hung up on me!  This time I'll take him for his word - I SHOULD FIND ANOTHER FENCE COMPANY........and you should too!

They make a mistake but you will pay for it.    I called and spoke with Ken.  Explained that I needed 2 gates for a pool that was being installed therefore it needed to be able to be locked.  Handles were $95 extra for each each.  Problem....handles they put on did not have a lock so not pool compliant even though the estimate Ken gave me clearly said latch was to e one hole lockbox w/double sided wave handle.  I would have been OK with the incorrect handle if they welded 2 metal tabs with a hole so padlock could be put on each gate but there was none. Ken came out and replaced the handle - but not with lockable handle.  He replaces it with ONLY a deadbolt.  So now I have 2 gates are complaint with pool regulations but no handle to open them. He said he could put on handles with locks but it will cost me $350 for each ($700 on top of the $195 I already paid him for the handles)!!  What a scam!!!   I told him to put back on the handles that I all ready paid him for.  I will find a welder to put on 2 metal tabs so it can be padlocked.

I would say worst customer service. Doesn't show when you try to get a quote. I think he picks and choose each request he get. No way to run a company. Simple word He sucks

If you want someone who is overpriced for the lack of quality you get and doesn't deliver on his word. Hire Justin. Check out other companies who actually have a track record in business. 20 years in business? He's not licensed with Arizona register of contractors, when you look up the company it wasn't filed until may 25th. How does the yelp app show 20 years in business, maybe if you count all the time he worked for others but definitely not as Fab48.

(Edit) owner response says that he didn't work for us but he did. Just a warning to future clients. Run or be careful.

I suggest to everybody to do their research before using him, go check out his shop and his previous work before paying for something you may or may not be happy with.
