Best Fencing Companies in Phoenix, AZ
Absolutely a great product from a family of real cowboys. These guys actually know what works best and have designed a simple modular system that is so easy to fit almost any need.
Another reason I like Seven Peaks Fence & Barn is because it's a family run and operated and they seem to be genuinely good honest people to work with. I couldn't be happier with the business.

I needed my gate lifted and the boards replaced, so I called Michael and sent pictures of my situation to him. Within minutes he provided several quotes with our options, all which were reasonably priced compared to my expectations of the work involved to do it right. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome what little effort from my end. The job took about 4 hours, he raised my gate, patched the old holes on the wall, cut and welded a new piece of metal that was rusted out, refinished the metal, replaced the wood and old screws with bolts. I would definitely recommend his services as was reliable, detail oriented and affordable. Pictures attached show before and after, the darker wood is pictures of before and lighter wood after completion.

I recently purchased a house in Fountain Hills and the gate in my fence wasn't automatically closing as required to comply with the pool barrier regulations. I called A LOT of fence and gate companies to come and look at the gate and FredCo is the only one that responded. I was anticipating a very expensive repair or maybe even having to replace the entire gate, but he fixed it by tightening the spring mechanism, and didn't even charge me for the service call. Wow!! This will definitely be the company I call if I need metal fabrication done in the future, plus I love that I can support a Fountain Hills business.

I am a very critical person. I admit that. This was absolutely THE finest home improvement experience OF MY LIFE! (I'm 63 and have owned MANY homes/houses.) I had a competitor out first, due simply to name recognition. That went nowhere, as the estimator never got back to me. Even after numerous attempts to contact both him AND the company, they never came through. I thank goodness they didn't! I went searching reviews for SOMEONE and came across Landmark Iron. WOW (all caps!). What a Blessing.
Cheryl was wonderfully delightful, JC was WAY more than his 5 stars would indicate and the company was exemplary from start to finish. The installers were AWESOME, showed up on time, prepared and WORKED IT! They left my home CLEAN, were totally respectful of me, my pet, my home AND my property. To say everything was PERFECT is the understatement of the century! THE ABSOLUTE B-E-S-T in every regard. Thank you, THANK YOU!
I MUST make mention here so that anyone can benefit from my experience... the other company that came out FIRST to make an IMPRESSION had me sold on a double (30 each) door in order to fill my 60 opening. Sounds good, eh? Trouble was waiting just over the horizon, as JC adeptly pointed out to me. 30 openings are NOT ADA compliant. Had we pursued the company that attempted to make a good FIRST IMPRESSION, we would have had to rip the whole thing out if we were to sell at some future date. You can't get a wheel chair through a 30 opening and (as JC countered our view that all you would have to do is open the other door!) a person in a wheel chair CAN'T REACH THE UPPER LATCH! Thank goodness and all the powers that be, our FIRST IMPRESSION was out-the-window when JC arrived on scene.
As for JC... this guy is THOROUGHLY amazing. He read our style when we didn't know we even HAD one, he made the process simple, fast, accurate and painless. What we ended up with because of JC's involvement was BLISS. The entry is a MASSIVE OVERHAUL and mind blowingly STUNNING!! LANDMARK ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Exceptionally happy with the full team at Action Gate & Fence! Gary's industry expertise paid off with his clear understanding of what we fundamentally needed but also proactively sharing ideas on how to upgrade our plans and stay within budget. The field team was respectful of our family, our property and our neighbors. The office team managed all the communication in a timely and clear manner that made a complex residential project manageable. Most impressively, the project was done within the time frame and budget projected! What a relief to finally have our home's curb appeal secure and impressive! Would definitely recommend! - Kimberly, Chandler AZ

On March 15, 2015 Mr Moon and I agreed on terms and signed a contract to complete two courtyard gates for my home. One of which was to be modeled exactly as the gate we loved on a house a block away. He took measurements and pictures and set his target date for completion a month later on April 15. The target date passes, I didn't hear from them so on April 22nd I followed up and called to check on the status of my gates. They told me they needed another week. Being reasonable and understanding some parts of the process (Powder Coating) were out of their control, I accepted the delay. We agreed on May 1st for installation.
May 1st rolls around and they show up as promised and begin installation. I immediately notice issues.
1) The iron across the arch of the top of our main courtyard entry gate is bent crooked rather than a continuous arch.
2) The center slats on the side gate appear to have extra pieces that were glued together at the bottom to fill the space rather than using single pieces.
3) The main Courtyard gate is completely missing the 44 round Nail head details that I told Mr Moon I definitely wanted when we discussed replicating my neighbors gate.
I was willing to accept and live with the first two issues but asked him if he would please figure out how to get the nail head details figured out. He said he would look into it and contact me once he figured it out, but it would come at extra expense.
Several days passed and I never received a phone call so I called to ask him and he said he's still looking into it. After following up and calling Moon ornamental at least 10 more times to let him know one of the slats is now loose and to ask if he would finish the job that was started over 4 months ago he is not responsive.
I am disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship in the work and am even more disappointed in the lack of follow-up Moon Ornamental has as a business.

They make a mistake but you will pay for it. I called and spoke with Ken. Explained that I needed 2 gates for a pool that was being installed therefore it needed to be able to be locked. Handles were $95 extra for each each. Problem....handles they put on did not have a lock so not pool compliant even though the estimate Ken gave me clearly said latch was to e one hole lockbox w/double sided wave handle. I would have been OK with the incorrect handle if they welded 2 metal tabs with a hole so padlock could be put on each gate but there was none. Ken came out and replaced the handle - but not with lockable handle. He replaces it with ONLY a deadbolt. So now I have 2 gates are complaint with pool regulations but no handle to open them. He said he could put on handles with locks but it will cost me $350 for each ($700 on top of the $195 I already paid him for the handles)!! What a scam!!! I told him to put back on the handles that I all ready paid him for. I will find a welder to put on 2 metal tabs so it can be padlocked.

Request a quote? Good luck with that. Don't waste your time contacting this guy (Hector). He strings people along then does not do what he promises. If he has too much work he can't handle maybe should not be looking for more work until he can catch up. If he looks at a job and is not interested he should just be honest and say so, not keep promising to send quotes that will never be sent. We were hoping to maybe work with him, however even if he did manage to get back to us now we would not hire him as he cannot be relied upon to follow through with what he says.

If you want someone who is overpriced for the lack of quality you get and doesn't deliver on his word. Hire Justin. Check out other companies who actually have a track record in business. 20 years in business? He's not licensed with Arizona register of contractors, when you look up the company it wasn't filed until may 25th. How does the yelp app show 20 years in business, maybe if you count all the time he worked for others but definitely not as Fab48.
