Mike at First Iron Repair did a great job installing a spring on our gate, which was required for our pool inspection. Mike was on time, priced right and was very thorough with the job. I highly recommend First Iron Repair.

I recently purchased a house in Fountain Hills and the gate in my fence wasn't automatically closing as required to comply with the pool barrier regulations.  I called A LOT of fence and gate companies to come and look at the gate and FredCo is the only one that responded. I was anticipating a very expensive repair or maybe even having to replace the entire gate, but he fixed it by tightening the spring mechanism, and didn't even charge me for the service call.  Wow!!  This will definitely be the company I call if I need metal fabrication done in the future, plus I love that I can support a Fountain Hills business.

The craftsmanship of the actual windows seems ok. Dealing with the owner JC was one calamity after another. Initial install of two small windows went ok. One was installed with a broken latch but was not that big of a deal and he came and fixed. The larger window, the one my wife and I actually wanted installed took another six months to get installed. For most of it, a total lack of response, a window being dropped and reordered, and when all said and done, after six months of trying to get on the schedule, he installed the window and didn't do any of the finish work leaving us with multiple openings to the outside. JC never once followed up on the install. As an interim stop gap, i spray foamed so we didn't have to shower in 45 degree weather. I ended up needing to contract with two other companies, one for the outside and one for the inside. Since it was year end and over the holidays, that was like trying to get an act of god. Overall, JC is condescending and kind of jerk. We have three other steel projects going on now and we have contracted another company. Mainly because I would rather gouge my eye out than write Landmark Iron another check.

Needed a very quick fix. Very responsive and accommodating.  Reasonably priced as well. Thank you for the great job!

I was looking to replace my 28 year old RV gate on the side of my house.  I did my usual research online, and had two companies come out to give me an estimate, as well as two estimates by email.  The four companies were pretty close on price, but Action Gate was the lowest by about $100.  The salesman met with me as scheduled to go over the specifics of the job which only took about 15 minutes.  I chose the color of the wood composite and the frame and it was a done deal.  

The crew showed up to do the install shortly before their scheduled time, and had the job done very promptly.  The gate looks great, and the quality is outstanding.  It was such an improvement from the awful gate I had before.

The only issue I had is that there was a mix up on the color of the frame, and it set the job back a few weeks, so it took six weeks to get it installed.  Otherwise I would give Action Gate the full 5 stars.

Moon Ornamental did a beautiful job with my courtyard gate.  It was faded and the handle and lock no longer worked.  I called and they came out the next day and gave a fair quote. They removed the gate as they were leaving and gave me the target date for completion which was about 2 weeks!  It was just installed today on the target date and I could not be more happy!  They had it refreshed with a new powder coating and created a new box area for the new lock and handle.  It looks prefect and they left no mess behind!  I highly recommend them!

These guys are on point! Helped my mom out with her pool fence and front gate - gave her the options along with their professional advice. Everything looks amazing, not to mention secure! Reasonable pricing! My husband and I will be calling them soon for our entrance gates. Thank you!

Just went out to see my new fence. They did an excellent job. My fence looks great. They showed up, did the work, cleaned up and were done. Definitely I recommend them to anyone needed a fence and I will use them again. Ken is thorough. He goes over everything you need to know. Fair and honest pricing.

I used Hector to remove an old 10' Rv gate, tear down the old fence block and wide the opening to 14'. The required saw cutting a driveway, pouring new footing, reinforcing old columns. The raise my existing fence up 1 course over the new footing and also rebuilt a crumbling slump block column at the edge of the drive. His cousin and team fabricated new steel gates to fit the new opening and came back two weeks later to install after the concrete and block work had cured. Gates were built custom to my specification with no problems. After 4 quotes - his price was not the lowest but the most care given the extra work he did that the others did not quote. I know masonry and welding work and usually do this stuff myself but at this point in life I could find the time. I've done construction work to earn my income for over 20 years. Nothing sketchy or wrong with their craftsmanship. Have and would recommend to anyone.

If you want someone who is overpriced for the lack of quality you get and doesn't deliver on his word. Hire Justin. Check out other companies who actually have a track record in business. 20 years in business? He's not licensed with Arizona register of contractors, when you look up the company it wasn't filed until may 25th. How does the yelp app show 20 years in business, maybe if you count all the time he worked for others but definitely not as Fab48.

(Edit) owner response says that he didn't work for us but he did. Just a warning to future clients. Run or be careful.

I suggest to everybody to do their research before using him, go check out his shop and his previous work before paying for something you may or may not be happy with.
