I work at a small Christian high school in central Phoenix, and we had a problem with our security gate.  Matt and Erica responded promptly and assigned Preston as our tech.  He called ahead of time and arrived on time.  Personable and knowledgeable, Preston did a great job in fixing the problem.  They will get all our future repair business.

Stopped by to look at rock samples and was very impressed by their outdoor showroom area. From rocks, to pots, to boulders, etc., there are many examples to choose from. I can tell you nothing about pricing as I was only there at this time to look, but again was impressed. If your in the market for any of the items mentioned, you may want to check the place out.

Patrick did an amazing job on our 5 custom trellises. They look beautiful in our newly landscaped yard and we could not be happier. We've gotten several compliments from neighbors and friends. The price was reasonable and Patrick is a real pleasure to work with. Now we are working on a new backyard gate. I can't wait to see the results. Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

Brad was great, he came to our property and spent as much time as he  needed to to walk the property to help with the our fence needs. He put in a small dog run and fixed our horse/dog park fence.
He did what he said he would do and a great job at that.

I love our new block wall and gate.

We are in a neighborhood that gets irrigation the trees are huge and so we're the oleanders, which is where I wanted a new block wall.

The problem we had is that the oleanders were the only thing that kept our back yard secure. We have a pool in our yard so once they were gone we had no way of securing the pool from someone falling in.

Jon had his crew put up temporary fencing to protect my backyard while the oleanders were removed for bulk trash pickup.

Jon's company was booked out several week before they could build my wall, but they went out of their way to help me secure my yard for weeks.

We are going to continue with more wall construction soon.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY (OR I SHOULD SAY ONE PERSON, Dustin, RUNNING THIS).

I wanted a pool fence installed, was given a quote by Dustin, and agreed to the job. I was told a temporary fence that my 5 year old would not fit through would be installed the next day at 6am. 6am came and went. Everyday thereafter for a couple days Dustin said he'd come, he promises, but never did. I even messaged him saying I didn't like the way things are going already because he doesn't follow through, he says he'll be here working, but he never shows nor even gives a courtesy call or message saying he'll be late/or not show, I'm the one that has to chase him for answers.

Dustin had someone else come to start the temporary fence, which my husband and I were there for. The bars were pushed into the ground, and some of the fence went up. The bailing wire was not attached, the rusted black gate pieces were not even at my home for me to see during this time and the orange gate was not put up with those steel pieces sticking out during the time frame that we watched as it too was not even at my house yet for me to see. There was also no rope during this time. Dustin showed up for only about 2 minutes, told my husband and I he will be right back with the actual gate, left, and never came back. I had to message yet again asking when the temporary would be finished. He did come the next day and finished the temporary, however, my husband and I didn't see it until the following day.

When we saw the fence, I immediately took pictures and video as the bars in the gate were wide enough for my 42 year old husband to fit through (mind you, this is the first time seeing this gate), the black rusted pieces of fence that he added without me being present were held together by rope, there were rods sticking out that could really damage someone's ankles/feet, bailing wire was used all throughout and the ends were just sticking out in all directions-again, added when I was not present. He had the audacity to leave me a form to sign saying the gate was designed to prevent debris from falling into my pool-however I was verbally NEVER told this, I was told the temporary was essentially for the protection of my 5 year old. I was completely mislead. I understand my child's welfare is MY responsibility, but to mislead me into think this temporary would be put up for his protection is wrong!

I messaged him about all of this and some of his responses were:

The release is mainly due to it's not legally a pool fence to be a pool fence it would have to have the poles in concrete is why I have it worded that way as if I called it pool fence I would be breaking the law      Again, I was NEVER told this before, therefore mislead completely.

I cancelled the job 9 days ago, asked for my refund, which he said he spent. In 5 days he spent $1,250...I can guarantee it wasn't on my job. I told him I contacted my bank to report fraud, I have also contacted GPD and MCSD to report a scam. I'm prepared to file in court on Monday, (my bank advised to wait until then do they can try and obtain the funds first.)

Please do your due diligence and hire someone else! Do not end up like me having to file in court for my hard earned money, which I'll probably never see again, but at least I'll try and get a judgment and spread the word about this.

We are very impressed. We have a large yard to fence in and it was almost impossible to get bids from fence companies. Will, on the other hand, showed up when he said he would and then, get this Sedona people, he FOLLOWED UP!!  They did a great job with a few hiccups that keep this review in the 41/2 star range but I would recommend them to anyone. Will is professional, personable and honest. This is a rare company in these parts. Thanks!

It's rare to find a company that can combine quality, affordability, and quick turnaround but Bakker's Ironworks delivered and I am beyond happy with choosing them to build and install my 10' RV gate. I started off calling people on Craigslist to quote my gate install and I was giving quotes almost double from what I paid with Bakker's. I simply told them what I wanted and they did it. I was referred to them from a friend who just had them install their gate. Now another friend of mine is having Bakker's do his rv gate as well. To top it off I felt good knowing that my money was going to a local shop.

He stood us up and ghosted us for no reason

he is hard to get ahold of and does not return calls

Some of his guaranteed work is defective and I can't reach him. His rails are loose

He told me he is not a licensed contractor

AVOID this company. Worst possible experience, difficult to contact as didn't respond to requests. When finally reached them for a quote, they refused because I had previously requested a quote 2 years ago and used a different company because they were the highest bid. Poor customer service and recommend you avoid.

Never showed up to give me a quote after coordinating a time. Guess my business wasn't worth their time.

Our spring broke on our garage door, found out from my son in-law about Josh and his company. My son said he was really good, and his prices are great and of course my son in-law was correct!! Josh and his assistant came out the next day replaced the springs and I told him it makes a lot of noise when we open it. he said the runner wheels were shot and for a little more in price he suggested replacing them.  Wow what a difference!! I hated opening my garage at 430 am each morning, so much noise!!  No noise now... he was fast, extremely friendly and his price was great and a great warranty to boot!  Thanks Josh!!
