I've used Dezert Gates at several communities at this point & their customer service never ceases to amaze me. Not only are the owners and technicians knowledgeable, they're also punctual, affordable and friendly. I haven't used another gate vendor since finding Dezert Gates. Thanks so much!!!

Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

These people don't know the first thing about how to run a business. They developed misplaced resentment against us after we expressed the desire to have our cement contractor install our gate, simply because it would make the entire project of installing a new driveway and block wall more seamless and easy. The cement contractor needed the exact gate measurements to build the wall properly and offered to install the gate, so why not have him just have him do it. Apparently Pinnacle gets their gates only partially built and finishes the installation at the job site, i.e. welding hinges etc... This must be where they make their money on the gates, and they were angry, and just dropped our gate in our back yard without even a phone call! It was an incomplete gate with hinge brackets that weren't aligned and had to be cut and welded with a cheesy can of spray paint to touch up the powder coat after welding. Holes needed to be drilled and handles and locks installed.
The irony is, I could have cared less who installed the gate, I just wanted done without having to make more appointments. These people were so rude to us, all over their blind resentment against having another contractor do the work that they repeatedly ignored our phone calls. The times we did speak to them, they repeatedly said they would complete the gate, yet they never made good on the promise, purposely delayed setting up and appointment(I'll have to check the schedule when I get to the office), and never called back! Now they send a threatening letter asking for the remainder of the balance for the gate! I never intended on not paying for the gate? What's wrong with these people? Are they used to fighting with customers? They are highly defensive for some reason.
Bottom line is, we could have gotten a similar gate from another company, installed, for a couple hundred dollars more, that was properly powder coated, not with spray painted hinges. We didn't exactly get the gate we contracted for. They should have been more forthcoming in the beginning and expressed why they prefer to install their own gates. We would have been happy to go that route had we known it was such a point of contention with them.

I scheduled an estimate with Universal Fence & Gates but the estimator never showed up. I did not receive a phone call to be notified that they would be late or needed to reschedule. I guess they don't need my business.

I asked them to remove 4 or 5 young trees from my yard. They quoted me $200.00; I thought that was fair. Get this, they sawed every little tree off at the trunk, leaving the roots in the ground. What a joke!

Bakkers did a great job on our 11.5 foot rv gate. They helped me from beginning to end. I was not familiar with the process or all the requirements to get a gate installed and built to spec. Argentina and Jesus made it simple and smooth. Gate works great! I'll be recommending Bakkers to friends and family and will hire them for additional work as well.

We hired Sheldon to replace our old RV Gate. He was friendly, quick to respond and even followed up a few weeks later to make sure we were still happy with it. We gave him a general idea of what we were looking for and he fabricated an awesome product for us. The new gate has made such an impact on the curb appeal of our house and we've gotten quite a few compliments from neighbors. We'll be reaching out to Sheldon for any future metal work.

I was in need of an RV gate replacement after it had been destroyed after a storm. I had just purchased my house and just finished college and living alone. I needed the best bang for my buck as I was on a budget and I was having an extremely difficult time finding a company to help me with my gate. I had multiple companies return my call and either no show on appointments or say they could not help me due to the size of my RV gate. The ones that were able to help me gave me estimates that were worth a new car. Ridiculous! I will say my RV gate is massive for whatever reason the previous home owner needed it to that length. It Measures around 27 feet long! So when I had contacted Gate Daddy I had my doubts on what kind of estimate I would get or if they were even going to be willing to do the job. Jaime was very responsive from the get go and offered to come to my house the next day to look at what needed to be done and write me up an estimate. I explained my situation and he was very professional and understanding and told me no Problem. He gave me the lowest estimate out of everyone and also gave me an estimate to fix all of the other gates in my back yard that needed to be replaced as well. He stated a decent time frame that everything could be completed being honest about the massive gate that would require extra time due to its size and dementions. He never gave me unrealistic expectations of what to Expect and he was honest and fair with his estimate and recommendations. Being female and living alone I feel that I get taken advantage of on a regular basis when it comes to work needing to be done with either my house or my vehicle and its very difficult to find someone to trust when hiring them to do a job. Jaime was 100% trust worthy and went above and beyond my expectations for the work that was completed. I had him replace all of my gates in the back yard and also shed doors on the side of my house. They all came out beautifully and really took my house to the next level appearance wise not to mention the additional equity it added. Thank you so much Gate Daddy and especially Jaime who truly took the time to do good fair priced work! One step at a time I will have my house to where I would like it to be. Serms like a never ending project. Next is paint for my house! So many choices!

I sent photos to Joshua to see if he could repair a broken weld joint on my fence. He stated that would not be a problem. He attempted to weld the fence on October 5, 2020. The weld joints failed that day when I returned home. He already collected $175.00 dollars for the job. I called him immediately and notified him that joint failed that he needed to correct the problem. He agreed that he would come back on October 7, 2020 to repair the weld joint. His second attempt also failed. The pictures indicate his 1st and 2nd attempt to repair the weld joint.
He left the job site without contacting me telling me and telling me that he was not able to correct the problem. I spent two days trying to reach him and he stated that I friend would repair the fence for him since he was working in the area. His friend never contacted me. Joshua also stated that his other machine to repair the fence was at another job site. This statement turned out not to be true. He did not have another machine. In addition, he stated that the machine that he used was too small to do the job. As a professional who does this a living you would think he should have known this prior to accepting the job.
Joshua never returned my phone calls or text. I gave him an option to refund my money of $175.00 dollars or take a bad review on Yelp. He chooses to take the money and the bad review. He did honor his word or the warranty that he committed to. I would not recommend them.
