Our carport and park model window screens were installed by the end of August 2021. We received exemplary service from the installers and very high quality product from the manufacturing facility. The coordinator and installers were sensitive to our needs, kept us informed, and were customer-centric in all their interactions. We can highly recommend this firm, its products, and its staff.

Our chain link fence needed a repair ; most companies wouldn't have bothered, but Mr. Guzman came and fixed it for us !  Vet happy with this company. Thanks for your help, sir !

We live in a gated community with property managers who had to be hounded for three months to get the company out to program the gates so we, our guests, and contractors could get in the place.
Yesterday they finally called Galaxy and today Tom from Galaxy showed up and fixed everything.  He was very professional, courteous and even called us at 5:30p this evening to make sure everything was in order.

A safe pool was one of three companies we had reached out to after closing on a new home. They were not the cheapest but very reasonable.  We were most impressed by their product and knowledge base. My contact was primarily with Jason (JP) who was exceptional. JP is professional, responsive, polite, and goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. The fence was installed quickly. The crew cleaned up after themselves and walked me through tear down and set up. They even gave us pointers to make setup easy should we take the fence down for any reason. We had a small issue with a sprinkler line that was resolved without incident when brought to their attention. When we needed a spare gate key made, JP offered to drop one off on his own time after work! To be honest JP is who you want to communicate with. I would contact JP again in the future and have already recommended A safe pool to neighbors.

I had them do my roof estimate before buying my home   After contracting them to do the roofing maintenance and tile replacement they said they would contact me before doing the job. They showed up and cleaned out leaves. And replaced ??? number of tiles. Then when they contacted me regarding last half payment of $315 they didn't know how many tiles they replaced and said they wrote my phone number down incorrectly so they didn't get through to me. And lastly they left a stack of 10 gallon buckets on the roof which my HOA notified me with a $25 fee and letter. I would highly recommend that you shop around. Lastly, Anthony I didn't appreciate how you spoke to me considering all of above.  So I happily paid your $ 636.00 and decided that this would be the best route to go.

I'm not sure why some people decide to ignore their mistakes. hoping they'll disappear. Preston was paid over $6000 for a project that lasted around 3 months. He blamed everyone who had even a remote association with the project, except himself (the person responsible). He incorrectly installed motors on a gate, which caused them to fall off with the slightest wind. Upon evaluation for repair, he stated that he would put them on differently (yes, the correct way) and yes, for an additional amount of money. He admitted they were put on wrong and yet seemed to feel comfortable asking me to pay for his mistake. He may be lucky enough to have desperate people hire him in good times but he will miss those referrals that could have been his in the bad times if only, he would treat his customers fairly when he makes a mistake.

Tom of Desert Showcase Landscaping has done a phenomenal job for us!.  He installed a beautiful paver patio in our backyard and designed and installed all of our front & backyard landscaping.  Everything looks great.   I would recommend Desert Showcase to anyone; they're super knowledgeable and very affordable.

Come see my door before you have these people rip you off. I PROMISE you wont be buying from them. Thats just the door itself without what I went through to at least have it basically functional, i.e. shut.  This was an exterior door that was used interiorly.  It has a crack in it i can put a quarter through so I dont know what they really expect from a door but please, save yourself the head ache go some where else. You will thank me. They put so many holes in it and the frame that it looks like I have termites. I warned you.

Ordered a new iron gate with side panels and added repairs to an existing iron gate.  Salesman was very pleasant,'Tom'.  The scheduling took longer than we liked, but we did get them installed finally.  We discovered a small dent on the new gate a couple days later, so we asked them to remove it and repair it, then replace it, which they did do.  The gates look great.  Tyler, was very helpful in getting that arranged.
