Our carport and park model window screens were installed by the end of August 2021. We received exemplary service from the installers and very high quality product from the manufacturing facility. The coordinator and installers were sensitive to our needs, kept us informed, and were customer-centric in all their interactions. We can highly recommend this firm, its products, and its staff.

Our chain link fence needed a repair ; most companies wouldn't have bothered, but Mr. Guzman came and fixed it for us !  Vet happy with this company. Thanks for your help, sir !

We live in a gated community with property managers who had to be hounded for three months to get the company out to program the gates so we, our guests, and contractors could get in the place.
Yesterday they finally called Galaxy and today Tom from Galaxy showed up and fixed everything.  He was very professional, courteous and even called us at 5:30p this evening to make sure everything was in order.

Tara from safe pools made getting my fence installed  stress free, as i was already stressed out in the buying process of my new home with no pool gate. I kept having obstacles pop up as what seemed everyday, and Tara went above and beyond helping me to ensure that the safty of my children was met in a timely manner. She really is a godsend and does everything in her power to ensure children are protected from a pool. I appreciate everything she did for me and my family and that she went on my crazy ride of buying this house and all the unknown. Not to mention my pool gate looks amazing!!! Responsive and prompt. Final product is great and works easily. Preston explained everything clearly and asked before he made any adjustments to make the gate opener work. Would use again and recommend for anyone looking for a simple upgrade to their garage/gate.

Tom was one of 5 companies that I had come out and to give us a bid/proposal for converting a dirt/rock yard into a grassy yard with 2 patios last spring.  He definitely left the best 1st impression during his visit.  Tom spent much more time than anyone checking out my yard and gave me a lot of advice on smaller DIY projects as well as other things to consider that didn't involve landscaping.  His prices were in line with everyone else while using higher quality parts.  He presented us with a large variety of options without any pressure.  In the end, the yard turned out much better than we expected.  He even came out twice after the installation just to check on and adjust the irrigation system.  I definitely recommend Tom and Desert Showcase Landscaping.

I am a homeowner and only wanted one door, custom made for our new house.  After shopping around to three vendors, we selected Rustic Decor.  They were not the cheapest but all were within a similar ballpark.  The customer service unfortunately was just a disaster throughout the whole process.  We were quoted a schedule of 6-8 weeks but ultimately it took  more than 14 weeks to get our door, long past stucco and paint so we incurred additional costs for those subs to come back.  They scheduled and missed the scheduled date more than 4 times without a call to update us on why they could not deliver.  It was the owner we were dealing with most of the time.  Not what I would expect from a custom company. Disappointing.

Would never use these people again!!!...  They built the wrong gate, and changed the price for the gate I really wanted, and would not fix the problem....  Don't trust the salesman, and if you are blinded enough to use them..... Get everything in writing and do no deals or conversations over the telephone...
