First off I absolutely love the security doors

Looks awesome -feels like they will stop  a tank
And in this crazy day and age they better

The guy that installed them was great - when I called in they were always nice in letting me know the status

My only issue is with the follow up from my sales guy
I guess he's the only one for the east valley - I had one small issue --not really an issue I just had a question on disengaging the part that keeps the door from opening real wide - John never got back to me but I figured it out- and the guy who installed the doors did show me I just forgot

But then John got upset  when I said I was going to finance - did not like that at all so ......because he's so old I just let it go and paid cash

John is nice but i do I feel bad but I'd try to get a hold of him inquiring about one more door for my garage and security screens for my home --- he did just get back to me yesterday

So if you are considering security doors they are awesome e and worth it but just be patient with the sales guy

Otherwise 10 stars  

I finally called into the main office and he called me back and I did get numbers but then he just hung up !?

I first came across SDGF on Thumbtack when I needed a new garage key pad installed. Last summer my garage opener was malfunctioning and since Frank was so helpful the first time, I called them back again for my opener repair. I had another issue just recently with my garage springs and he came to fix it the same day with the appropriate parts on hand. SDGF's customer service, punctuality and reliability is above all the rest. Highly recommend!

We have done 3 projects with Rob now. He has the best prices of anyone!  He is honest and checked on our job every day. His crews are great too!  If you need an RV gate or block wall Rob is the best!  I highly recommend him.

Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

I needed to build a block fence to enclose the yard of my new house.  The house had a large yard and I needed 230 ft of wall, Dan from Toro Construction met me at my house on time, provided me different options and was able to give me a really good quote on the spot.  I was able to coordinate the wall construction to start right after some trees and oleanders were removed.  His team arrived early everyday and in just three days my entire wall + gate were complete.  The wall looks great and I couldn't be happier with the result, customer service, and price!

I needed a pool fence to safeguard for a new puppy.  I spoke with Pool Barrier on a Monday.  Leonard was out the next day to show me the product options, do measurements and provide an estimate.  I sent the signed estimate/work order back on Wednesday, and the barrier was installed on Thursday.  It couldn't have been easier.  The fence looks great and it was cheaper than I had anticipated.  Not that they should increase their prices :)  It has a lifetime guarantee, to boot.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

My spare tire mount broke and M&M trailer repair helped me pick out the right replacement, cut off the old one and superbly mounted the new one. He took great care to make sure it was mounted correctly. And even though it took him longer than expected he honored his price.   Highly recommend.

I have purchased my door and had the measurements done but the installer hasn't called.  We called Tuesday 10/3 was told someone will be calling us by the end of the next day.  We didn't get call so we decided to call again on Thursday 10/5 left a message and have never heard back since.  Then when I was checking my email I had an email from the installer delivered Thursday evening stating he had tried calling multiple times.  Neither of our numbers have had a call or message left from someone trying to get ahead of of us.

Very dissatisfied with service especially with the cost of the door, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Love my gate as the former was an eyesore.  First rate installation & follow up.  As it is large we're loving the way it makes the front of our house look.  Highly recommend using this company

We hired Sereno to build a wood fence in the backyard of our old house a couple of years ago and were so happy with their work and integrity that we just hired them to build another at our new house. Juan and his team are expert craftsman and very friendly to deal with. While he was there he offered to fix our iron RV gate and did so at no additional cost. Thank you, Juan! We will definitely refer him to our friends.
