Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! I could not be more grateful! Just when you think honest companies didn't exist anymore....sometimes you're blessed enough to find a gem like Alpha Commercial. Skip the quotes- hire these folks! Everything about my experience with Toro Construction was above and beyond my expectations. Dan the boss was great. He called me back he scheduled a time that worked best for me he even waited for me because I got stuck in traffic and was running late to meet him at my house. He explained everything so thoroughly and made me feel so comfortable with my decision to go with his company. His guys were professional and did not mind my dog when she had to go to the restroom where they were doing their work even though she's a scary pitbull (sarcasm). They started the job within a week of my quote and finished a 203 ft job in 2 days including demo of my chain link fence. Beyond happy with the work they have done. Thank you Toro Construction!!!!

We started out and the installer was a no show Monday morning. Of course I was upset as I took the day off.  Then when the installers showed on that Friday there was confusion.  I was furious!!  After a couple conversations with Leonard, it all worked out.  We are happy and safe!!!

The installers made it look great and we have less worry for the safety of or child.  The fence looks good and serves its purpose.  I will recommend them and will use them in the future.  Ask questions..... Make sure you understand where the fence is going and why, then there will be no confusion when the start.  Great price, quality and a good group of people.

Great communication with the company as well as fast replies. The child proof fence that was put up around my pool turned out perfect, no defects and was exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this company.

The installation was good. There was only some design iisue that was not considered during the planning. After the installation, one of the fence side is obstructing my window view. Really look awful. I texted one of the staff how to fix it but there was no response.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

My spare tire mount broke and M&M trailer repair helped me pick out the right replacement, cut off the old one and superbly mounted the new one. He took great care to make sure it was mounted correctly. And even though it took him longer than expected he honored his price.   Highly recommend.

Ralph came to my home and did the job in 90 min...the day before a rep. From jahm iron couldn't..wouldnt do it...ralph left with the cash!! Appreciate you..will use again!!

I Have two security doors at my home manufactured by this company and they are great. I decided to have a gate made for my front porch that matched the doors and had it made. Everything went great and the gate was installed on time. About a month later the gate started to sag. After calling customer service the repairs were made and everything was back to normal. A couple of months later the sag returned. Upon calling customer service I was told that this can happen due to the construction of the decorative posts that the gate is attached to and they would not make any additional repairs unless I hire a mason to reinforce the post at an expense above the cost of the gate.  Had they informed me of this problem at the time of the sale I would not have ordered the gate. Now I have this great gate that sags and will not close.

I agree with other reviews but didn't listen. Gave the company my business and my advice now is find another company.  RUN!!!! Customer service, installation and product is beyond being satisfactory. It was horrible. After 3 months They actually sent doors out to be installed knowing they were made wrong! Our sales rep quit, customer service rep quit, and Ralph Cox stopped answering his phone as well. They sent a repairman out to fix it after waiting months WITH THE WRONG DOOR HANDLE. Finally after months of aggravation they took the door off, waited another six weeks and remade it. It only took nine months!!!!

Had them come out for an estimate, which they rescheduled once, no big deal. Once he came and took measurements he said someone from the office would call with the prices and they never did. That was over a month ago. If they cannot handle an estimate it would worry me about them doing the actual job. The only reason I gave two stars is the guy who came out was friendly and listened to my request.
