We contacted Glendale Welding based on prior reviews and BBB ratings.  Getting an estimate during the pandemic proved challenging, after 4 failed attempts I called Larry and he scheduled, arrived promptly, sketched the job  and walked us through the process.  Composite wood gates are a challenge because the slat product is in high demand with little surplus.  He quickly went to work, and was able to secure enough product for our project.   From quote to install less than 3 weeks. He also hauled away our old gates at no charge.  We are very pleased with the look, functionality of our new entry and RV gates.

Had a great experience with Steel Shield. The door they made for me is perfect. They came out to measure and said it would be 7 weeks. 9 days later they called to schedule the install. The installer was very good. Excellent work and told me everything I needed to know about the door. I highly recommend this company and their people and products.

We had a great experience here. Customer service was great! All of the employees were great workers and very nice. They also were very reasonably priced and way cheaper than all of the other quotes I received. Lastly, they were very flexible. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone needing this service.

I have literally been around construction my entire life, and being an excellent contractor requires several qualities many of which you have or you don't. You must be honest, detail oriented, know your capabilities and your product inside and out, be familiar with local codes, and know how to schedule your work.
I recently decided to install a new swimming pool, which requires a fence. The project was over budget from day one and in an effort to cut costs I decided to hire my own pool fencing contractor. Luckily, I came across Emerald Fence Co and the owner Robin. Robin is old school, like me and being a retired General Contractor I can be a pain to deal with.
Emerald Fence Co are pros, from planning, permitting and building the fence Robin and his team did a fantastic job. Plus I saved about 4 grand on my overall pool budget.
The fence Emerald built for me was a combination concrete block and wrought iron with (3) gates, and the job was in Fountain Hills.

Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha again if needed.

We started out and the installer was a no show Monday morning. Of course I was upset as I took the day off.  Then when the installers showed on that Friday there was confusion.  I was furious!!  After a couple conversations with Leonard, it all worked out.  We are happy and safe!!!

The installers made it look great and we have less worry for the safety of or child.  The fence looks good and serves its purpose.  I will recommend them and will use them in the future.  Ask questions..... Make sure you understand where the fence is going and why, then there will be no confusion when the start.  Great price, quality and a good group of people.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

My spare tire mount broke and M&M trailer repair helped me pick out the right replacement, cut off the old one and superbly mounted the new one. He took great care to make sure it was mounted correctly. And even though it took him longer than expected he honored his price.   Highly recommend.

Do not use this company! The quality of the door they made for me is not worth the price at all. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. The sales people are great, but then the circus begins. The subcontractors they hired to install the door were sent to the wrong address on the day of installation.  Then they showed up without the proper tools and had to use mine. Once done, I pointed out all of the issues I could see that needed to be fixed. They said they would get back to me. The only person I heard from was the guy who wanted to collect my final payment. When I said I would pay when the door is fixed they put a pre-lien on my house for the full amount of the door and I have already paid half.

This was 5 weeks ago and they have been back 3 or 4 times to fix all of the problems, and they still are not fixed. Where do I begin? Two knobs were dented and scratched, the door, which cost me around $8,000, is bowed at the top and does not sit flush with the frame or the inner glass. The leading edge of the door was hitting the frame when I closed the door (how did the install crew think that was acceptable?), I can see light between the door and frame, the screen didn't fit so they took it back and never returned it, I can see the red shims between the sidelights and frame, and there is a pile of extra metal sitting on the side of the door. I understand there might be an issue or two, but this is ridiculous for the amount money they are charging.

Each time they come out they don't have the right tools or they need to take pictures and call the office and they will get back to me, which only happens sometimes.  Two of their employees have told me that they believe the company is growing too fast and the customer service is suffering. The last service manager who tried to fix some of the issues with his spray paint and nail file told me that since it's handmade it will have flaws, but I think that's just a good excuse to produce poor quality products and get away with it. My appointment today with another service manager just got rescheduled for two weeks from now. They are in no rush to make things right. I have lost my patience and I'm filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.
