Larry was quick to respond to my quote request for an RV gate. He promised to complete the job before Christmas and he did. He is a great person and I truly recommend him. I will sure use him for other jobs as needed.

First off I absolutely love the security doors

Looks awesome -feels like they will stop  a tank
And in this crazy day and age they better

The guy that installed them was great - when I called in they were always nice in letting me know the status

My only issue is with the follow up from my sales guy
I guess he's the only one for the east valley - I had one small issue --not really an issue I just had a question on disengaging the part that keeps the door from opening real wide - John never got back to me but I figured it out- and the guy who installed the doors did show me I just forgot

But then John got upset  when I said I was going to finance - did not like that at all so ......because he's so old I just let it go and paid cash

John is nice but i do I feel bad but I'd try to get a hold of him inquiring about one more door for my garage and security screens for my home --- he did just get back to me yesterday

So if you are considering security doors they are awesome e and worth it but just be patient with the sales guy

I finally called into the main office and he called me back and I did get numbers but then he just hung up !?

Our garage door was slow to open and making a strange noise. I called Frank with SGD and he was very nice and helpful over the phone. He was able to come out the next day and had the issue fixed in no time. He was onetime for the appointment, professional and efficient. He even followed up next day to thank me for choosing him and to make sure everything was good. A+++ service.

Fred and Jose did a great job on the rod iron gates and fencing. The quality and workmanship of the fence is excellent and the install went great.

I have literally been around construction my entire life, and being an excellent contractor requires several qualities many of which you have or you don't. You must be honest, detail oriented, know your capabilities and your product inside and out, be familiar with local codes, and know how to schedule your work.
I recently decided to install a new swimming pool, which requires a fence. The project was over budget from day one and in an effort to cut costs I decided to hire my own pool fencing contractor. Luckily, I came across Emerald Fence Co and the owner Robin. Robin is old school, like me and being a retired General Contractor I can be a pain to deal with.
Emerald Fence Co are pros, from planning, permitting and building the fence Robin and his team did a fantastic job. Plus I saved about 4 grand on my overall pool budget.
The fence Emerald built for me was a combination concrete block and wrought iron with (3) gates, and the job was in Fountain Hills.

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! Everything done as promised. 70'x8' with drainage and a gate. Dan gave me the lowest quote and we couldn't be happier. The job was done in two days and the guys were very respectful and kind to all my Pitbulls and no one escaped. They picked up after themselves and even hauled off about 90' of chain link after removing a 20' section that they weren't even working on. I will definitely call on them again

Bought our pool barrier fence 4 years ago. Magna latch broke and Leonard came within two days and installed the newest model. Magna latch is lifetime guaranteed but it was great to have good service so many years later. Pool barrier looks after their customers.

Terrible company!

This company plans so poorly they waited until the day of a scheduled appointment figure out they needed to pick a new time. Then they called me instead of my wife.  And because I couldn't interrupt what I was doing at work to immediately take their call they just canceled the appointment. Then when I asked him to be more respectful of my time, they just walked off the job.

This was after it took multiple months chasing them down just to get an appointment.

Short story: Great people & great product, call them for an estimate. Long story: Bryan came out for estimate and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Bonus for me was that he had color swatches so I could get a visual. (No other company did) Bryan also made recommendations that made sense for safety and for aesthetics. Crew came out for install of rod iron gate and they were efficient, and friendly. Pool gate went up as expected, looks fabulous. Oh and price was comparable to other companies too.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

My spare tire mount broke and M&M trailer repair helped me pick out the right replacement, cut off the old one and superbly mounted the new one. He took great care to make sure it was mounted correctly. And even though it took him longer than expected he honored his price.   Highly recommend.

Ralph and his apprentice did a great job fixing our gate brace that was broken.  He kept in great communication with us, he was on time and finished quickly.

Great work, beautiful craftsmanship, friendly and great service. I highly recommend them.

I have had various issues with their product and installation. Every fix requires additional money. Nothing that breaks or sags is  covered by warranty.

We love our screen door! From the salesperson to the selection of styles to the installation everything was up to the best standards! Not only does it add to the appearance of our home and screens out bugs, it also adds another level of security!

Had them come out for an estimate, which they rescheduled once, no big deal. Once he came and took measurements he said someone from the office would call with the prices and they never did. That was over a month ago. If they cannot handle an estimate it would worry me about them doing the actual job. The only reason I gave two stars is the guy who came out was friendly and listened to my request.
