I hired Jon for multiple electrical projects and I've been extremely impressed with his work and exceptional customer service. He is responsive and is very professional. I highly recommend!

This company is excellent,I will definetly call them again.  They came recommended by APS.  Jeff clearly knows what he is doing around  electricity. Debbie took care of the appointment. They made sure   to get my repair done before Christmas even when shorthanded. You don't find that everyday in contracting.  Nicest people to do business with. I highly recommend.

Grivet Electric was above all honest and efficient. They did a trouble shooting call first to make sure that the problem wasn't something simple that could be fixed over the phone. When they come out, they will assess the situation and tell you exactly what the problem is with no hidden agenda or fees. I would recommend them if you are looking for an electrician you can trust.

Had them out for two different issues in three days. Other companies told me it would be a week but they came out same day- twice!! Diagnosed and fixed both problems. Super nice and work was top notch. Highly recommend.

Who doesn't need an excellent electrician?  It seems like I am constantly calling Chris for electrical work.  I joke that he is my annual phone call.  I have an older home and I have needed a lot of electrical work done. He is also extremely prompt and reliable.  If he says that he will be there at 7am, he will be there.  Chris has fixed the mess that a contractor left after a kitchen remodel (why do contractors always think they can save money and do the electrical work themselves?).  He fixed the electrical work that the previous owner left (why do home owners think they can save money and do the work themselves?).  He installed lights and fans outside in my horse stalls.  Ah heck, the list goes on and on.  Great company, great owner, excellent work.

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

CJ was great! I hit a water line while doing demo work over the weekend, upon noticing my obvious mistake I hurriedly gave a CJ call and he was over within the hour. I certainly hope to do more work with in the future!

Jeff is awesome. I came to know him from him having to work on my friend's house.  He is prompt, very good follow through, very friendly.  He explains what is taking place to help educate as well as being quite reasonable. I ended up having him come over to my house and help with outlets and an A/c installation. He helped take care of the electric issues.  I wasn't aware that the outlets were paired with various switches but he had helped to address it so that they wouldn't affect the outlets.

I WILL be using him in the coming future with new starter wiring to help update my HVAC unit that is with the house (not the addition).  Also with electric wiring involving the patio area for future Spa unit.

I hesitate to review him in such a manner because that means he is going to be EVEN busier and maybe harder to reach.  However, I believe good people who are not only hard workers but very reliable and reasonable - need to have the proper spotlight.

I have not had luck with a handyman and wished Jeff handled more than electricity BUT handling electricity is huge and it does cover various things I need help with around the house.

Thank you again Jeff, you run a great business and you're absolutely great. I now am fortunate to have a great Electrician.

A big shout out to owner Vince Barbagallo for sending his team to fix a tripped circuit breaker and I only called this morning! He called me back and assured someone would come out this afternoon. I had 3 service reps arrive at 3:00 as promised and they were very professional, diligent, and knowledgeable. I would go on but you all get the point. I'm so happy with this company and he will now be my go to electrician! Thanks all and thanks Vince for your competent team! Added note, he was recommended over and over by residents in Fountain Hills via Facebook so I now know why!  He's amazing!  What customer service!! Lights are on again! A++++++

Blatant ripoff.
Estimated charge at near $4,000 to merely hook up auto charger.
Offered five year warranty.
No way trustworthy.

Terry and his crew did a complete deck rebuild for us did good job stayed in budget help me re-designed it a little bit and kept area clean. They were  professional and they got it done in a good amount of time. I meant to put this review in sooner but we've been busy so again thank you Terry and company for rebuilding my deck

The owner of this company is a professional scam artist and thief. If you wish to have someone with burglary/theft charges work inside your high end homes, by all means this company is right for you! Their employees are mostly all felons and drug users. The owner blames all of the companies mistakes on previous employees instead of taking responsibility for his company. There seems to be an extremely high rate of turn over as there is always a different employee at the job with no direction on what's going on. I highly suggest staying away from this company as a customer. I dont give this company long before they are out of business.

This company was called out this morning to look at my air conditioner which was not cooling. The technician charged me $525 to install a run capacitor. The condenser fan motor went out on thermal protection five minutes after he had left. I tried to call them back out and they refused to come back out and look at it again. I did get a call from the technician 7 hours later and he told me that I'd have to replace the motor and it would be about $700 in addition to the $525 I already spent this morning. This technician did not advise me that at the time of service nor wrote it on the invoice as a recommendation. My brother-in-law's an HVAC Contractor in northern Arizona and he drove 2 1/2 hours down to look at my unit. He advised me that my unit was only three years old and still has a manufacture parts warranty and that the technician should have called the manufacture/supplier(Furgeson HVAC) to verify warranty and Availability on parts and I would only have had to pay the trip charge, labor and processing fee to the technician to replace these parts. I tried to call the company again and I got a very rude customer service representative who talk to me and my brother-in-law as he tried to explain to her what was going on and she hung up on us. I had to have my brother-in-law put in a temporary motor to get me temporary cooling over the weekend because I'm on oxygen and I couldn't stay in the home. It's just very frustrating that this could've been taken care of this morning quickly by this company that I trusted to come out and take care of my problem. The technician was very unprofessional the customer service staff was unresponsive. They were giving me false information over the phone and trying to cover up the technicians mistake/scam. Thank God I have a family member in the business. I definitely won't be calling this company again and as I work for the city of Phoenix I will be advising all of my colleagues about how I was treated by this place and hopefully they can spread that word around as well because that's not how you take care of a paying client in my opinion.
