Established in 2002.
Absolut Restoration was established in 2002. We have been serving all major insurance carriers and restoration contractors in the state of Arizona border to border. We specialize in the contents portion of a home or business after it has been affected by a fire, flood, mold, water damage, theft, vandalism or other catastrophe. We have set our business on the foundation of mutual respect and approval from the carrier before work is to begin and a complete and total understanding of scope of work to be performed.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Laurie and Misti began their work experience at a very young age in the restoration and construction arena. Collectively they learned from the best and quickly became a fast emerging female entrepreneurs in establishing a women run contents cleaning company.

We recently had a house fire on 3-15-13 and when the time came to remove contents from our home for inventory we had a bad experience with the company that we were originally going to hire for the job.

However, Absolut Restoration, a company recommended by our insurance company and a family friend came to the rescue. Absolut Restoration was very professional, nice and real detailed on our inventory sheets.

They did an amazing job and we are truly thankful that they helped us during our time of need. Misty one of the owners was very nice and explained everything in detail to us so that there would be no surprises. There was no high pressure tactics and we never felt that we were being taken advantage of which is common after a house fire.

We did have an issue that came up during inventory of the contents but that was resolved amicably.

Absolut Restoration is a company that has experience and all of their employees work very hard it was a pleasure working with Absolut Restoration and their content team.

We had a septic malfunction, so we had to have everything packed up and taken out of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as our walk-in closet. It was not an easy task but Absolut Restoration was fabulous!!!! Very nice and extremely helpful. They made a daunting task a breeze!!! Every box was marked with the exact spot it was taken from. Which helped a TON since I forgot to take my medication out of the cupboard. They found it without a hitch! I Highly Recommend them!

I would not advise using this company. To show you the thought process of the owner her company damaged my old stove's gas valve in transport. When it was turned back on I could smell gas. I called Southwest Gas and they tagged it as a hazard. Absolut had a repairman check it out and it would be $400 to repair it. I checked with a local store and a new stove would've been $370. The owner decided to repair it because as their GM let me know I was not entitled to get a new stove. They broke several items which I understand comes with transporting items which I chose to not press the issue but to me the stove was no excuse.

The wonderful ladies at Absolut Restoration helped me with a chaise lounge I purchased to reupholster for a specific client request in my glamour portrait studio. It came from a very heavy smoker's home and we were worried we'd have to throw it away. Absolut worked with every aspect from assuring me their process would eliminate the odor, and we completely redesigned the couch from the fabric to repainting all the wood. Thanks to this amazing business I have the most beautiful chaise lounge ever and everyone wants to be photographed in it! And my client loved it too!

What a horrible experience! This company was paid IN FULL by our insurance company! They not only never returned all of our furniture and collectibles, but they brought expensive items back that they totally destroyed. They did not bring back items after 16 months--including a hand-carved desk & armoire! They have refused to reply to our Insurance Agent and to us. Insurance fraud!!!

I could not have asked for a better experience in the face of significant loss. My house was severely damaged by fire and I had no idea what to expect. Absolut was there the first day to walk through the house with me, asking me to point out items that were important to me and helping me understand what could and could not be saved in a gentle and respectful way. The cataloging of the belongings that were unsalvagable was incredibly detailed. When it was time to return the items that had been cleaned and restored, everything was carefully wrapped, boxed and labeled.

This company is truly awesome! Misty and her crew are so helpful and responsive. I had my household items in storage for an extended period and when I finally got all my stuff out they handled everything very professionally and efficiently. I want to thank them and highly recommend them!

I would like to Thank Absolut Restoration. They were extremely helpful on a last minute project. Absolut went out to the building and Wow the building owner not only because they came out the same day as called but because the cleaning job was fantastic. The customer service at the office was wonderful and handled this with complete urgency and professionalism. I would highly recommend Absolut Restoration. I had a flood in my apartment and my insurance company gave me their phone number - I am glad they did! I was soo stressed out and didn't even know where to begin. They were knowledgeable and always returned my calls ASAP. I had a great experience and would recommend them.
