Jay was wonderful to work with. He responded to my text immediately and was at my home within an hour to make new keys. Easy check out/payment experience with emailed receipt. Jay is a pro.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Why five stars? I have given five stars because Alcatraz turned out to be the best guys for me to call. I spoke with the owner via phone who sent his guy Jim to my location. Talk about expert? I saw the genius at work with my own eyes. For starters I locked my entire key in the trunk of my Mercedes and could not get to it even with the assistance of AAA. After it was all said and done, I had a new key in addition to the key he retrieved in the trunk all without damage to my car or a changed lock. Jim was down-to-earth and one of those types of people that make you glad you did business with. Major kudos guys. We are back up and running.

He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting

They have always been professional and are quick at what they do. They've previously cut a spare for my Harley Sportster. Today they cut some OEM style Toyota keys for my FJ Cruiser that I had bought online with the immobilizer chip. They explained how I may need two originals to program the new keys but it was not needed. I did it with only one and the new keys are working! They do great work! Definitely come here for all your needs!

Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

Changed 3 locks one key, repaired 3 locks..one upside down. Presented me with a lock out card number sequence and has an anvil stamped on the key to differentiate similar looking ones. All three locks had issues.

The final test was passed with the old 4 key test drive. Smoooooth.
