I highly recommend this business as Alon communicated well, was vary prompt, and had my car opened in less than 5 minutes.

I had some locks replaced by Tom @ Budget Lock and Key and although he was quick, something just didn't seem right. Halfway through the job, he asked me for one of my old keys. He didn't tell me why he wanted the key and didn't make it clear that he intend on keeping it. When he left, neither the old tumblers nor the old key were left behind. He should have asked me for permission to take my key and tumblers.

Once he left, I texted and asked him several times why he took the key, he couldn't give me an answer. Instead he wanted to know why I wanted it and offered to mail it.

Here's some advice - just be honest and straightforward. If you choose not to be, it's gonna look questionable.

You still refuse to say why you took my key. You weren't throwing it away so that I didn't "confuse the old key with the new key" otherwise why wouldn't you ask for all the keys to that lock? And why didn't you offer that lame excuse when I asked you twice why you took my key?

Excuses. And shady.

The son, Jeff, is a "ZZ-Top-worthy" bearded young guy who was not only friendly, but very knowledgable, and customer focused. Jeff, Senior, should be proud because his son represented the business amazingly. I am a single mom who works from home, and my child is 16 months old. I have a 90-lb German Shepherd and I am so 2nd amendment strong here, BUT knowing that The Lock Shop reinforced my new home with new locks and keys, makes me feel that much more protected and safe. I was locked out of my car and they came pretty quickly and were really nice about it. I was feeling like a dope for leaving my keys in a car that locks automatically! They also were pretty cheap, though I admit I couldn't really compare them to anybody else as I have never used a locksmith before. They set the bar high, but no offense to them I hope I never need one again!

I was in a bind, called Four Locksmith in the area, Rick Jeffries / RJ Locksmith was they only Company to respond in a True professional manner with an honest quote. Rick arrived at exactly the time he mentioned he would, he fixed my problem in a timely manner. I would and will use RJ Locksmith for all my future needs !!

The deadbolt on my outside shed stopped working. I was unable unable to unlock it. I called Adams Locksmith on a hot Saturday around 3PM and within 25 minutes Tom arrived. He was able to get it open and replace the deadbolt and the door knob quickly for a reasonable rate. He was friendly and also made some very helpful suggestions.
