Excellent experience with United Lock.  Nathan responded very quickly and we discussed multiple options for a difficult lock solution for our 2.5"-thick door.  He was very customer-service oriented, polite, flexible on scheduling and a great communicator.  Price was very reasonable for the work that was done, he showed up on time (even called ahead to let us know he was on the way), quickly installed the bronze handle set and deadbolt products we selected and cleaned up the work area when he finished.   Provided email receipt of service invoice within a few minutes.  Very professional.  Would definitely recommend and use again.

Locked my damn keys in the  car, was so hangry I couldn't think straight!! Finally ate and looked at my trusty yelp! A feW options came up, and thE first two options were a bust, couldn't find anyone till tomorrow or Saturday!
Jumping for literal joy when I received a quick message from Leo he was quick to answer, and gave me a affordable price that I could definitely work with! He sent over his pal CJ who was quick, and friendly to save the day and get me back into  my too fast too furious car. Thank you again for saving my night and not have to be without a car for 2 days! Yikes! If it was not for these great reviews I think I would have stopped looking!!

I would not recommend this alarm company.  The sales person told me my living room sensor would not be affected by my little 5 lb dog.  He was wrong.  My dog has activated the alarm three times now and I have been charged $190 in fines by Phx PD.  I can't even utilize the "AWAY" mode when I leave for work because my little dog will activate the alarm.  I am paying $37 a month for nothing because its very unlikely a burglar is going to walk through my front or back door.  I have kindly asked to be let out of my contract and of course, they say no.  Dishonest, unethical and poor service! Stay away!

John is the best! He answered all of my questions when I called and immediately came out to make some duplicate keys for me. Very quick and professional with reasonable prices. I would use this company again.

Couple nights ago. Boyfriend and I went for a walk and took the wrong key and got locked out. After spending like 2 hours trying to break in we gave Cory a call. I just moved to the area and needed some locks re keyed ASAP and called Mike based on his Yelp  reviews. He came within two hours and did a great job he was very professional courteous and his rates are fair. I would not hesitate to use him again.

My review is an email with amounts censored for obvious reasons. This company gave me a quote close to HALF the dealer quote plus they offer the mobile service which I received.

Tom seems a really nice guy. Came exactly when he said he would, worked cleanly and quickly. I have absolutely no complaints and would use him again in minute.

I contacted Tim about my fathers truck (lost keys). He was quick to respond to my requests via email. I was able to make an appointment the following day. He drove out to my fathers home. My father said Tim was very helpful, kind and a nice person. Tim stayed until he was able to create the key - it was not an easy truck to make a key for with all of the electronics. But he did it!!

I was locked out of my delivery van after hours on a Friday evening. I called 9 locksmiths in the west valley. Bill was one of two locksmiths that even called me back, and he was able to come out as soon as he could. The next available person was a five hour wait minimum. He was super communicative, quick, friendly and everything on the van was in perfect condition once he was finished. He really helped me out and I was able to finish my delivery schedule that same night. Can't recommend him enough!
