These guys are great.  Craig installed my security system-- advised me I might want to get a system I could move with me.  When I moved, they removed and re-installed my system in my new home, all at a reasonable price.  I use their monitor service as well.  Have been very happy with their service.  They are prompt, courteous and professional.

These guys were great. Second place I called, the first was closer to me. They got my door open before the first place could even call me back.

I needed 2 locks rekeyed and was told by another company to take yhe locks off my doors myself and bring them in to be rekeyed. I called Nathan at United Lock. He came out the next day, was prompt, completed the job quickly and had amazing customer service. I will definitely use him again!

I had lost my key fob and I called the dealership see how much it was to be replaced, it was quite pricey and not in my budget.

Fast Service and Reasonable price to replace my lost proximity keyfob for our 2016 Nissan Altima. Would have given 5 stars but was told it was an a factory keyfob but it was not. Still a good deal and quick service. Better than getting towed to the dealer.

The technician called before he came, as promised, to give me the flexibility to carry on with my day in the midst of the 1-5 service window. He was professional and provided great service.

Cory was very professional and responsive!  I reached out to him to change a couple locks. He immediately responded. He continued to respond to me with answers to questions I had prior to our appointment.  We scheduled a time and the day of the appointment he let me know he would be a little early and asked if that would be convenient!!  The quality of his work was exceptional and fairly priced!  I would highly recommend Cory and will definitely use him in the future!

Fantastic!    We had a closet door that would not open and needed to change two locks on our front door and garage door.    Dave came out as planned, arrived and was very clean, neat and explained everything along the way.      Would definitely use them again.

Great company! Sharon and Steve provided A++ service no doubt. I called 4-5 other locksmiths and everyone turned me down. Then I called Local Locksmith and Sharon gave me some simple advice when no one else did. They were even able to squeeze me in last minute and help with my situation. West Valley Locksmith provides great customer service with reasonable prices. Mike re-keyed the locks on my house in a timely manner and left without leaving a mess or nasty fingerprints on the doors. WVL will be my go-to for any locksmith needs.

I have never been in the actual store but I have used their service several times. Always friendly, timely and competitively priced.

I am Eartha Kitty's Estate Sales Inc. and I was working on a sale in Ferndale, WA.  There was a large vintage safe that the owner, who died, neglected to leave the combination for.  I was pressed for time and couldn't  figure out what to do, so I looked in the local Yellow Pages for a locksmith and found Alpha Lock Services.

Jonathan answered the phone and came to the rescue!  Not only was he fast, courteous and helpful, but he had been at the house previously and had also helped the Trustee of the Estate install new locks!  

I was very impressed with his knowledge and will not hesitate to call him again!  He found a way to retrieve the original combination from the manufacturer of the safe and not have to drill it open to get in.  He only charged us for the short time he was there and also helped me open another safe that had lost it's key that was full of treasure as well!  Thank You Jonathan!

Thomas was great and easy to work with! Showed up on time ready to go! Explained everything to me and talked to me about house security and the best locks for my house. He did a quick and great job! First of all, Bill took my call even though he was on vacation. He set up the appointment for when he returned.  Bill did a very thorough job. I had 12 locks that needed to be re-keyed, including 2 smart locks.  He arrived on time, wearing a mask. He completed the job and made sure I checked all the locks before he left. He is a very friendly person and gave me other tips about desert living as I'm new to the area. I will use him again when the need arrives. I highly recommend him.
