I needed a couple of locks replaced so I called these folks. Nathan came out same day and suggested to just rekey them. He saved me a bundle. Super nice and trustworthy gentleman. Price was excellent. I strongly recommend them. 5 stars.

We requested a quote on Monday and were satisfied with their quote. We called to schedule an appointment and they came out the next day.

The technician quickly changed the locks on several doors and made extra keys for us. The keys all worked as they should and the technician was very friendly and informative.

I really appreciated how quickly these guys came over to rekey our locks after a burglary. Our house was robbed last night, and not until the middle of today did I realize that a bag with my house key was among the items stolen.

I called Downtown Locksmith and explained the situation and the locksmiths were at my house in 10 minutes.

We used Advanced Lock Service when my key broke in the ignition of my car. I have AAA and they are who recommended the company so I went with the flow and was happy I did! The techs who came out to remove the key were on time, kind, and worked quickly. Our AAA covered the replacement of the key (they all cost a different amount but we got lucky!). It was easy to pop in with our second key and get the replacement. Overall I was extremely happy with my experience and would certainly call them again.

Great company and amazing response time. Scheduled a convenient time for them to help us out. They were very cordial, safe, and respectful. Would definitely recommend and go back to them if these services are ever needed again.

Tried for several hours to get someone out to help me unlock a door. I was told three different times someone would be contacting me within a few minutes but nobody ever contacted me or ever showed up. Nothing like being stranded for several hours with no help.

I don't do many reviews but when we receive excellent service I feel I must share with other yelpers. Brian was so helpful and nice. I called phone number before opening hours and he picked up remotely (he was on a job). Was friendly and answered my questions. Said he would call me back when he arrived at store. He did just as he said & called me back promptly advising he was at the store & could help us. We needed a Nissan car key duplicated. Brian did it quickly & was way more reasonable than dealership. Definitely will have our business in the future!

My friend and I had just bought $100 worth of groceries on a Sunday afternoon and we were putting them in the trunk about to head home. My friend ended up locking her keys in the truck and we stood around for 45 minutes trying to decide what to do. After trying and failing to get help from her insurance company I decided I would try an ad from the phone book. I gave united lock & key a try and luckily could get some help! He came out of his way on a Sunday while taking his father to the hospital just to help us get into our car! It only took him about 5 minutes to unlock the car and we were on our way! Also charged a very reasonable rate! Thanks for saving the day!

Mike did a great job changing some locks at my business. He came out on a Fri afternoon and was done in about an hour. I was short a lock but luckily he had it on his truck. Thank you for the help. I'm always trying to support a local family company like Pennington Locksmith!

I'm not happy to write this review, but I think it's important others know. We brought a Baldwin outdoor lock to Prolock for repair. It would lock, but not unlock, or unlock but not lock. We left the lock to be repaired. Subsequent calls to the owner let us know that he was waiting on parts. Finally, the parts arrived and the lock repaired. We were told it was ready for pickup. I sent my daughter down to get it and pay the bill, almost $40. Maybe it was foolish of me not to ensure the repair had actually been made, but I did not. I trusted them. A few days later, my husband went to reinstall the lock at our tenant's property and realized the lock didn't work. I suppose he could have pulled it out, gone back to pro lock showed them, gotten back our money, but the tenant wanted something in the space and decided since there was a deadbolt a non-working handle was fine.

So - I am unable to recommend this store. They took weeks with our lock, told us it was repair, collected money for fixing it, and had not repaired it. The owner was nice the times I spoke with him, but he either does not know what is going on in his store, or he does not know what it means to repair a lock.

Called this company at 8:30 am on Monday - today and my rental property is already re keyed! Fast and reasonable! Love it! Nick was awesome

So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!
