Nathan is a definitely a godsend.

I snapped the key on my 2008 Tundra and was making all kinds of calls to local locksmiths and even AAA when I found Ace C&R. We were visiting from Las Vegas looking to purchase some property in Williams when disaster struck.

Nathan answered his phone immediately and gave us a reasonable ETA. We certainty thought we were stranded and our weekend was lost. He came the same night we called and made/programmed the keys ON THE SPOT.  All in less than 2 hours. All the while he had his girlfriend/wife with him in tow.

I have not dealt with North Valley before. I drove to the shop thinking they were open, but they were closed. I left a brief message. David called back within 3 minutes explaining that he was under the weather (why the shop was closed), asked me what I needed, and proceeded to give me instructions on the likely solution to my problem. He was very pleasant, and helpful.
I returned home, followed his directions, and managed to fix my lock problem.
I am very impressed with David's sense of putting the customer first, without any probable financial return. KUDOS!

I just had to write about the amazing experience we had with Downtown Locksmith rekeying our entire house. Not only was our service provider prompt and professional, he actually alerted us to a problem with one of our doors- which we already knew about- and said he could easily fix it- for $10! The work was perfect, and the price was more than fair. If we ever have an issue with any of our locks, we will for sure go to Downtown Locksmith. You should too!

Just moved into a new house and needed to re-key my locks. I have asked around and got a good response. Chose this business to deal with and they didn't disappoint. I needed it the next day since I wanted it done as soon as possible. He came in and assessed my locks, 2 of them needed to be replaced so I can get 1 major key for all of them. He went to HD and got me 2 locks for replacement and went to work. It was fast and thorough. He was very honest with me and charged me reasonably. Got the locks re-keyed and I couldn't be happier with it.

I had a great experience using Dani's Locksmith. Dimitri fixed 5 door handles/locks for me. He arrived when he said he would, was honest, explained his pricing upfront and fixed the issues within the same week even with parts needing to be ordered. I would definitely use his services again.

These guys know their keys! I have brought in at least 2 very complicated older car keys, one of which was broken in two pieces! These guys helped me every time. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices, in my opinion.

Anthony got back to me quickly.  After my wife got up I asked her how she felt about getting the ignition repaired.  She said to ho ahead.  I called and said that could take of us after their first call. Michael called to let me know that was on his way.  Rebuilt my ignition,  cut a new key and had us good to go in under two hours.  Highly recommend.

I lost the key to my bay door. They told me it was going to be an hour but I informed the driver when he called that I had a delivery arriving in a half hour. He arrived at the same time as delivery. Impressive. And he was done with the whole thing in 20 min max. Will definitely use them again!! Guys name was CJ btw.

The service I received on my vehicle key was excellent. I like to learn about devices. The person that fixed my key and programmed it to replace the old key was absolutely professional. He answered all my questions in a friendly manner. Other locksmiths have been condescending and behaved in less trustworthy manners. Any and every time I need a key, this will be my first stop.

My friend and I had just bought $100 worth of groceries on a Sunday afternoon and we were putting them in the trunk about to head home. My friend ended up locking her keys in the truck and we stood around for 45 minutes trying to decide what to do. After trying and failing to get help from her insurance company I decided I would try an ad from the phone book. I gave united lock & key a try and luckily could get some help! He came out of his way on a Sunday while taking his father to the hospital just to help us get into our car! It only took him about 5 minutes to unlock the car and we were on our way! Also charged a very reasonable rate! Thanks for saving the day!

Local business with local employees. The gentleman at the counter was DEFINITELY hard of hearing, which made me laugh. I got 2 keys copied for just 4 bucks!!! He showed me their versions of my key, and was polite.... I just had to be super loud so he could hear... Again. COMICAL. But He did his job well.  I ordered special motorcycle keys online, and was referred here by North Valley Honda. I'll be back for any lock/key related needs for sure.

Great company and great set by Jacob! Best quote I got after calling a couple places. Jacob not only called 30 min out but he also arrived on time and had a pleasant demeanor. So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!

I called and was able to get an appointment the next day.

I also went to the store and spoke to Eric with my side gate lock issue.

I needed rekey all our door.  Bobby came and provided estimates.  He also identified problem locks and helped me with all my lock issues and rekey.

I used ACME in Scottsdale back in 2015 and they did a great job too.
