Ace C & R is great to do business with.   Nathan, the locksmith, is honest, fair, professional, and state of the art.  Ordered, programmed, and cut my fob and smart key for much less than the dealers price.   He is local, he is courteous, and it is great to know that all the other reviews echo my experience with him.  5 star recommendation.

I have not dealt with North Valley before. I drove to the shop thinking they were open, but they were closed. I left a brief message. David called back within 3 minutes explaining that he was under the weather (why the shop was closed), asked me what I needed, and proceeded to give me instructions on the likely solution to my problem. He was very pleasant, and helpful.
I returned home, followed his directions, and managed to fix my lock problem.
I am very impressed with David's sense of putting the customer first, without any probable financial return. KUDOS!
North Valley Lockshop will definitely be my go-to place for lock and security issues.

I've been in to this shop about 4 times for various minor needs, all things that could be done on-site and that did not require a house call, but I can vouch that on every occasion service was courteous, competent, and fast, and I was never made to feel rushed.  They have also been patient and generous in sharing their knowledge when I had a number of questions that involved locks and security but that offered no business prospects for them.  Just this morning one of the staff worked up a quite a sweat removing an incredibly tough cable bike lock which required use of power tools in addition to some strenuous manual effort,  and would not accept a penny of payment.  

On yet another more recent visit, they could have easily sold me a new car key with auto-lock transponder -thing - but went to fairly extensive effort to salvage mine, replace the battery with the one I had brought with me, and would not accept payment as I had supplied the battery, telling me "Just keep us in mind for future occasions."  .  

If and when I have more extensive locksmith needs, I will go back to Downtown Locksmith on the east side of 7th Ave, just south of Roosevelt. I also like that they have been in business a long time in Phoenix and that they have a storefront location as opposed to the wandering mobile smithies of no fixed location or reputation.

I called this company for a key because i had lost mine. The worker left the interior frame of the door loose for both driver and passenger. The handles were all loose and popped out. We agreed on meeting the next day and when we tried contacting he ignored us. We called with a different number and when he answered and recognized our voice he hung up right away. We were aleeady having a bad day and he made it worse thank you.He took 140 dollars and only gave us 1 key. The key does not even open the drivers door. And both door handles are loose and the he broke the drivers handle. A peace of the car is broken that doesnt even have to do with the door. Terrible job

Dani the owner showed up on time, did a good job, and cleaned up after he finished.  I called him to re-key a 2nd property and he did a great job on the second time around as well.

Needed locks re-keyed and called Josh. He arrived within a half hour and the job was done in 20 minutes with a fair price. How much better can you get than that?  I love efficient people working in my home!

I needed a lock repaired by in a hurry.  Robert was able to get it fixed fast and at a very reasonable rate.  I would highly recommend using them.

These guys are AWESOME!!! I called them at just after 7PM on a Friday night and he said he'd be out within 30mins.  He was here in about 15-20 and had the door unlocked within 30secs!! A+++

Tom, the man who helped me was very honest and friendly. You can definitely tell they are experienced and put great value on customer service. This was for a deadbolt lock repair.  Truly appreciate the honesty and will definitely go to him for all my future needs !!

Called last minute on a Saturday to have a deadbolt rekeyed. Was told I could bring down and wait. It was rekeyed perfectly within minutes and at a fair price as well. Highly recommended and will happily go back in the future. Thank you!

Very happy with the service we received. I called Stoddart's with the hopes of having them come out sometime that day. The person that answered the phone was very friendly and told me that he would have someone out to the property within 30 minutes, which I was very impressed with. The tech that arrived (sorry, I don't remember his name) was very friendly and efficient. I've never needed to use a locksmith before, so I can't tell you whether the price was comparable to other companies in the area, but I was pleased with the price. We will definitely use them again if needed.

Only one who answered my phone call.  Richard was awesome!  Came out to my place on the west shore later in the evening and was able to get my car unlocked in 10 minutes.  Super friendly and professional.

I needed to replace my car key and called three different locksmith company's.  I chose Pennington based on the friendly and complete information provided.  I was not disappointed.   The Pennington's were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

After several calls and visits to other locksmiths, Ed correctly diagnosed the problem with my vehicle -- without seeing it. (It was two hours away and unstartable.) He  told me how to fix it myself with the proper tools, and patiently guided me through the process. Why would anyone go to a different locksmith? These guys are professionals, the real deal.

This place is great! I needed a few keys made during covid.  These guys were open and able to take care of it no problem, highly recommend!

So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!

This locksmith saved me!! I accidentally left my keys inside my home. I looked up the nearest locksmith & ended up getting Rafael. He was on time, professional, well equipped and got the job done. On top of that, his prices are super reasonable. Will definitely call him again if I ever need any locksmith service.

This place saved me hundreds of dollars.  I needed a Land Rover key cut & programmed.  I had Rov N Tech tell me they couldn't do it because the key was the wrong frequency.  I had Land Rover of Scottsdale tell me that it would be 1 to 2 months before they could get me a key.  I had a Locksmith in Glendale tell me he might be able to cut it but no guarantee it would start my car because he believed there was a chip in it that had to be programmed and he couldn't do that.  In a last ditch effort I called Acme & was told 98% of the time they can do it so I took the chance & they saved the day.  The key was cut & programmed in about 10 minutes and for a great price.  I can't thank them enough, I am beyond grateful.
