He was on time and did a great job for me in installing a new lock and rekeying all locks to match.  Would definitely call him for any future lock needs.

We requested a quote on Monday and were satisfied with their quote. We called to schedule an appointment and they came out the next day.

The technician quickly changed the locks on several doors and made extra keys for us. The keys all worked as they should and the technician was very friendly and informative.

I live in a 3rd. generation, 1928 Historic home and with all credit due to Downtown locksmith I was able to keep and repair the orgiinal lock AND door, not replace.. which 2 other locksmith requested. With a fraction of the price, all characteristics were still in place! Phewww! I set the appt. the evening before, they were at my front door the time scheduled, lock was immediately fixed and the locksmith was very courteous to fix minor things he noticed wrong with my door jam as well. I will recommend any and every one in the historical homes and businesses to use Downtown locksmith for service, it's not easy living in such a older home and calling on anyone to fix, their 1st. suggestion is always to replace (easier for them/expensive for you) glad I found them!

Tom was a real lifesaver this week for myself and my one year old daughter! My key fell out of my pocket onto the seat while I was getting my daughter out of her car seat. I locked us out of the car with my phone and keys inside. The store I headed into called Tom for me and he had my car door open in twenty minutes!  He didn't do any damage to my car, was friendly as could be, and worked quickly. I hope I never have to, but I would definitely call him again in a heartbeat! So much faster and easier than calling any roadside service!

So appreciative of such quick and kind service from Brian tonight. He disrupted his evening plans and rushed right over to my house to open my front door, and clearly, is extremely skilled at what he does as it was so quick. Definitely call these guys if you need any locksmith help!

It's always the long days that you're dying to get home and sit down or when you need to run in and change to head to some important event--those are the days you realize you left your keys inside and the door locked behind you. Tonight, mine was my dog left inside after a really, really long day . I don't really ever write reviews, but Brian deserves a real thank you for being so professional and considerate tonight.

"FUUUUUUUuuuuuuuuuuuu......... I'm such. an. idiot".

This was me, verbatim, in the Safeway parking lot one particularly brisk afternoon. Grocery bags in hand and a chill in my bones, I stood staring at the keychain dangling from the ignition of my car with the helpless affect of a toddler below the cookie jar. Locked out.

Thank god for smart phones. And thank god I'm at least reliable enough to keep it charged (it's the small victories). Google led me to Aero United. One phone call and ten minutes later and we were standing beside the driver side, window wedged open and some extendable door-opening contraption wiggling its way to the unlock button.

Third try was a charm. And If I wasn't so grateful to've been granted access to the cookie jar (guess this is the new pet name for my car), I'd've been a little more concerned with just how easy it was to break in.  Aero was professional and extremely fast. I'd use them again in a heartbeat which I'd like to believe will never happen again but I'm a bit more of a realist. Aero's in my contact list now.

And, hey, the service isn't cheap. But I guess we all gotta pay the Idiot Tax at some point. (facepalm)

The technician met me on-site at the time scheduled!  Imagine that - a vendor that shows up when they say they will.  Love it.  He rekeyed all locks and provided advice on issues I didn't even realize I had.  I really appreciate his advice and expertise!  Very professional, quick, and knowledgeable.  Thank you!

Despite the previous bad reviews regarding this place, I decided to stop in and have a key made figuring I'd give them and chance and the fact that this was very close to my location. Alas I was disappointed when the lights were off and the door was locked at 11am on Tuesday. The posted hours clearly indicated that they should be open.  No key for me!

Locksmith's dispatch was super friendly and helpful and additionally their service technician, CJ, was wonderful. He came quickly, was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this company!

So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!

I contacted Saguaro Lock and Safe in Scottsdale regarding a part I needed for my safe. My electronic controller had failed and I couldn't get into the safe. After talking to the company that made the controller I was told how to disconnect it and replace the keypad, however, I would have to purchase the part from a dealer.  So I called Saguaro Lock and Safe. They said they would have to come out to replace the controller and it would cost $260 I told them I could plug the unit in myself, it was pretty simple, they said to get the warrenty they would have to do it (which is not true as the part has a manufacturers warranty, mine had just expired). They told me if I just wanted to come and pick the part up that it would be $160.  What a rip off!  I purchased the part through another dealer for $60, plugged it in myself and the safe is working fine.  I would never use Saguaro Lock & Safe, I felt they thought I was in a bind and they could take advantage of me.
