Just returned from their shop & was so pleased  with their service to me. All 3 gentlement were kind, courteous & very helpful. Great customer service is so rare & these days. They quickly tested my smart key fob, (dead) supplied me with a new Ford key, programmed it in, &when the car gave me a low battery fob signal, they swapped out both batteries in 2 fobs for me. The price was great , too. Saved me $115 off a new key at a Ford dealer. The shop owner should be extremely proud of his staff! Peter got me to make the drive, pleasant & knowledgeable on the phone, the other 2 techs who assisted I did not get their names, unfortunately, a clean cut man, & a bearded man were just awesome, too. Had a guy by the name of Michael that came out same day service! I have a warehouse that uses this company and The QUALITY of care and fast acting this company gives is amazing! Anthony was the number I was given and after that they showed up in 2 hours!!!! Not saying this will happen to everyone but I was so surprised! I come across a lot of people in my business and will definitely be recommending them to this company.

I just moved to Scottsdale and wanted a couple of keys made.  I found Mercury and went in, they were very friendly.  I had 2 house keys and 2 mailbox keys made.  I went home the house key was fine but the mailbox key didn't work.  I went back and I think the owner was there and said he would come to my house and fix it.  I couldn't believe he came here and fixed it in 2 minutes.  Now that is service.  Love this place.  They will always get my business

I've been using Pro-Lock & Safe for many years.   These gentlemen are amazing!  They have helped me from lock outs on the home to making keys for my classic cars purchased with no keys!   The knowledge of the owner Ed and his assistant David are irreplaceable.   They always have time for me and make locks and keys work with a smile.    They are the real deal.  The store is fun to visit in itself, it has so many trinkets from current to classics past.  It's a good and fun place to visit!    Thanks guys for being there!!

It's a small store but this guy does great locksmithing work. Unfortunately for me it wouldn't duplicate a key that said do not duplicate on it but that's no big deal next time I'll just grind it off

I called Acme Locksmith on a Friday afternoon to remove the deadbolt lock that malfunctioned on my security door.  It was jammed and I could not get it taken apart to replace. The person that answered was very pleasant and professional.  He had his person, Erv, sent over.  He arrived within 15 minutes, opened the lock in about 5 seconds, replaced the pins, and reinstalled. He even fixed the door jam piece that had not worked properly since installation.  Excellent work.  Fast, friendly, and not too costly.  Highly recommend.
