We have dealt with Nathan on 3 occasions and have been impressed. He is quick to respond and does excellent work for a reasonable price.

Had the most horrible experience with this business if you can even call it a business. First off the owner and operator of this locksmith shop told us the wrong address over the phone for his storefront location. It's actually wrong on yelp too, if you go to this carefree road location, the building is empty and says 'for rent'. Then we called him for the correct address and he said yes just come on down before 5pm. So we drove down there and got there at 4:45 (it's in Scottsdale) and the shop was CLOSED. So I called him and he said he 'left early because he had an appointment with another client'. Needless to say we drove all over and this man didn't even apologize for the runaround. He was actually quite rude and unhelpful over the phone as well. Not sure if this old man is off his meds or what but he honestly shouldn't be running a business if he doesn't even know his own address.

I have one key! Maybe that doesn't excite you but I have 6 doors and 11 keys . I know the math doesn't add up. But Gary came over and re-keyed all my locks to one key. Much easier and less confusing. He repaired the lock to our back door that I was only able to open from the inside.
Did I mention that he made me a key for my car that was less expensive than the dealers? Gary is fun to be around yet takes his business very seriously. I recommend him the contractors I work with.

Service was fast and efficient. They were able to come when I asked, showed up on time and worked fast and cleanly. Price was good as well. Thank you!

I had a great experience using Dani's Locksmith. Dimitri fixed 5 door handles/locks for me. He arrived when he said he would, was honest, explained his pricing upfront and fixed the issues within the same week even with parts needing to be ordered. I would definitely use his services again.

Hard to believe, but this vendor is as good as the other reviewers said.  Josh answered my call on a Wednesday afternoon and was at my door in 15 minutes.  He re-keyed the whole house in about an hour.  Very pleasant and professional in all respects.  I  wish I could give 10 stars.

We used Advanced Lock Service when my key broke in the ignition of my car. I have AAA and they are who recommended the company so I went with the flow and was happy I did! The techs who came out to remove the key were on time, kind, and worked quickly. Our AAA covered the replacement of the key (they all cost a different amount but we got lucky!). It was easy to pop in with our second key and get the replacement. Overall I was extremely happy with my experience and would certainly call them again.

Anytime Lock & Safe is quick in responding to my request.  I would have no doubt to use their services if I run into the same situation again in the future.

I locked myself out of my house in the middle of the day with my two small kids, in the hot July waether, needless to say it was a nightmare.  But the tech who came arrived fast & as very nice! A life saver!

My Ace hardware store sent me to Mercury because they couldn't duplicate my Jeep key.  I called Mercury not knowing if I could make it there before closing time.  Brian said not to worry he'd wait for me.  He had the blank in stock, made the key fast and only charged about a third of what the dealer would have charged.

He had lots of safes for sale in his store, many of them really old antiques.  They are obviously all about locks and safes.  Pretty cool.

I called at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday about an issue I was having with an S&G lock on a safe.  Scott asked my timeframe and indicate he'd not be able to come out immediately (he was the only one that did "safes") but gave me a great referral.  He also gave me something to try first.  I did what he said... sand the safe opened on the first try!

Rob responded right away and was on time. Very polite and professional and did a great job and also made some very good suggestions. I highly recommend him!

I was in and out in minutes! They were so helpful and quick. Definitely would recommend them to anyone needs something rekeyed or needs copies.

I just want to talk to them, but they won't answer their 24/7 phone line. It just hangs up on me after a couple minutes of ringing.

I'm gonna just take my bike over there tomorrow to see what they can do. But for a 24 hour locksmith, they are really falling short on their end of that claim.

Peter did an AMAZING job for our clients! We are real estate agents and had a client who moved out of the country and took all his keys to the home, expecting us to use the electronic keypad for access. That worked great until the battery pack died and we had zero access to the home for sale!! Peter was able to arrive quickly, gain access to the home, rekey the entire home(with smart locks) and change the battery pack in the electronic keypad - all for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Peter and his company, Surprise Locksmith, for any and all your locksmith needs!

It's a small store but this guy does great locksmithing work. Unfortunately for me it wouldn't duplicate a key that said do not duplicate on it but that's no big deal next time I'll just grind it off

I needed 2 sets of keys made quickly and near the area.... Never been to ACME but went in. It was busy, and each customer was treated with a hello, and thanked for waiting by Andrew.
When it was my turn, he thanked me for waiting and asked, how can I help you today. He completed the keys, and looked at my gate remote as a courtesy, which had a malfunction.
