The door wouldn't latch on one of my properties and I needed to get it secured quickly. Exchanged a few emails with Nathan on Wednesday and he was out there by Friday. He was friendly, communicative, and got the job done quickly. I will definitely be reaching out to him again when I have another locksmith job.

Fantastic on every count - and we're picky!  If you want it done right and for a great price call Dave. He is the owner and he cares about every job and making sure it's done right. We have used him on several occasions for installing locks and door handles, re-keying, and handling a couple of very difficult jobs that others didn't know how to do. He is truly an expert and has been the best locksmith we've ever used (and we've used many in the valley over the years). He is always on time, extremely conscientious, knows what he's doing, takes the extra time to do it right, is clean and doesn't leave a mess, and always goes the extra mile. We highly recommend him. He's a small business owner so he actually appreciates your business!

This is the place to go for key copies.  I would assume the rest of their services are great too.  I needed 2 keys copied, and they were friendlier, faster, more accurate, and cheaper than Home Depot.  Coping 2 keys is not a huge money maker for them, I was treated as their most valued customer.  I will go no where else.

Couldn't be any happier with the service. Got my key cut and programmed. Also got my remote programmed. They told me I had eight other remote programmed to my truck, so they deleted the rest. Very personable, outgoing and friendly. Best price I found. Very responsive to my messages. Would definitely recommend.

Josh came out to my house this am and had the whole house re-keyed in no time! Super nice guy and great with recommendations. Even quickly fixed my sticky front door. I highly recommend him and sending him to my family for their homes.

The owner alerted my soon to be ex-husband that I was changing the locks at my home. When I confronted him over the phone, the owner denied it, even though the ex confirmed and showed me the texts. Unprofessional and unethical.

Changing the locks was done per the court orders, on the scheduled dates and completely legal. It is MY house. It should have been no surprise for either party.

I chose your company because you had been prompt, properly priced and I had worked with you numerous times before. I was expecting the same prompt and professional service.

Instead I got the end-around. You see Patrick, the scenario you created in your mind was totally incorrect. I wasn't locking anyone out! You fabricated your information and made invalid judgment calls. Your emotional tirade merely upholds my assessment that you can't remain professional. Do the work you are being paid to do. Period!

Thank you for your offer to refund the $350. You have my address so I'll be on the lookout for my refund check!

Final update: Owner did send a check to refund my entire expense of the re-keying of my home. I submitted a copy of my cc payment and check was mailed within a week. Patrick - Thank you for response and honoring your offer of a full refund.

Very fast response time of less than 25 minutes. Tom correctly identfied the problem and replaced the broken door dead bolt lock with a new part he had on the truck! Convenient digital pay options. I am extremely satisfied with this service!

Home Depot could not make a copy of an old key I had & told me the blank may need to be ordered at a locksmith Mercury had the blank in stock & Guido's Chicago deli a few doors East was discovered too!

Our locksmith was Scott and while we were visiting my wife's relatives we lost our only set of car keys. The response time and communication from the company was the best I have ever used. The locksmith was early and was very professional and polite!

Our car key stopped working and i called and spoke to someone here that gave me a quote and an eta. (Piece needed to come in, in order for them to fix it). Called July 5th and 3 WEEKS later they still have NOT fixed it. I've been the ONLY one calling them to get any updates and they always told me that they'd come that day when i did call them. I understand being a small business and being swamped but we live right behind the business and it's been a ridiculously amount of time and ZERO attempts to update me. Can't speak on their work so am only speaking on their service.

Jack was wonderful! After having any exhausting experience with another locksmith, I was so impressed with Diamondback's responsiveness. Jack arrived in less than 20 minutes and completed the job even quicker. Thank you for helping me in a pinch after a very stressful day. Did I say EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE? Yes, it was superb!

Peter did an AMAZING job for our clients! We are real estate agents and had a client who moved out of the country and took all his keys to the home, expecting us to use the electronic keypad for access. That worked great until the battery pack died and we had zero access to the home for sale!! Peter was able to arrive quickly, gain access to the home, rekey the entire home(with smart locks) and change the battery pack in the electronic keypad - all for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Peter and his company, Surprise Locksmith, for any and all your locksmith needs!

I contacted Saguaro Lock and Safe in Scottsdale regarding a part I needed for my safe. My electronic controller had failed and I couldn't get into the safe. After talking to the company that made the controller I was told how to disconnect it and replace the keypad, however, I would have to purchase the part from a dealer.  So I called Saguaro Lock and Safe. They said they would have to come out to replace the controller and it would cost $260 I told them I could plug the unit in myself, it was pretty simple, they said to get the warrenty they would have to do it (which is not true as the part has a manufacturers warranty, mine had just expired). They told me if I just wanted to come and pick the part up that it would be $160.  What a rip off!  I purchased the part through another dealer for $60, plugged it in myself and the safe is working fine.  I would never use Saguaro Lock & Safe, I felt they thought I was in a bind and they could take advantage of me.
