A couple months later, in the dead-heat of Summer, My wife and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our home and vehicle directly in from of our home. I called AA Affordable and he was on his was to another call in another city. Upon learning that we were lock out in the summer heat he immediately re-dispatched himself to our location to assist in reentry to our home. Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

A huge thank you to Nilda. Walmart told me my key was chipped. It wasn't.... And the dealer didn't have any and if they ordered them they would've charged me $25 per key. Apparently the key that I was given from the dealer was cut wrong so it was sticking when you tried to remove it from the ignition. She literally took the time to figure out the key code and make sure they all worked. Very professional and dedicated to making sure the job is done right! If I ever have the need again I will definitely be sure to return.

Super helpful and friendly. I love this place , quick easy in and out , no long lines and uneducated staff the big box places have . Selection of safes is pretty good too . I had keys made and they were a great fit. I'll definitely be back here for all my keys and lock needs from now on.

I've used Alan 3 times now to change our locks and he's awesome. Always on time, friendly, and reasonably priced. He's the only locksmith i'll ever need to call!

I locked myself out of my house this morning.  Called PickNick and he got me back in my home within 5 minutes.  VERY courteous and professional.  I'm gonna hang on to his phone number.  Highly recommend.

I ordered a locksmith through Diamondback Locksmith.  They ended up sending me these guys.  The prices Diamondback quoted me were much different then the price Locksmith Guru charged.  

They initially charged me $180 for a door that took 2 min to open.  I was not told ahead of time what the price would be.  They said the price depends on how complex the lock was... Initially Diamondback estimates it would be around $80.

Long story short, I ended up reaching out to their management for what I believed was an excessive charge. After several weeks they credited me back almost half back, which I think was fair and an appropriate way to handle it.  Giving a much higher review than normal due to managements willingness to make it right.

They showed up 20 minutes after I called them at 8 am.  They took great care of me.  One small issues I called them back about the owner was at my home within minutes to resolve.  Will use them from here on out

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
