I locked myself out of my 2020 Freightliner Cascadia in Eloy Arizona when I went into truck stop for a shower. I forgot owner's name but he was only locksmith willing to come help me, nobody wanted to help me out!!! Lazy azz, sorry excuse for lock pickers around the Eloy, Casa Grade AZ area,, except for this dude!!! Then he gives me the bill and I almost kissed the dude! I didn't though, instead gave him a $20 tip...

Have used this company for years, with business and a few friends that changed girlfriends and keys alot. Had to have some work done recently and same excellent work and reasonable. Would easily recommend.

Came in for key duplication, received quick and friendly service. Didn't have to wait long. Was helped by the gentleman with the stylish facial hair and Armando. They're able to duplicate car keys with the push buttons, so I will probably be going back for that because they quoted me. Thanks, guys!

I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

OMG....my car was running, and locked.
It was after 5:00p.m. I thought it would take him an hour to come.  To my surprise it was 5 min.  Very nice man, didn't make me feel stupid for my stupid mistake.  I highly recommend this business.

I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Waited the 6 hours and still not done. I told them my time frame and I was told 2 jobs ahead of mine. I went to another locksmith in town and had it done in half an hour. If you can't do the work don't take the job. I would not recommend to anyone.

Chris the owner of Norm's Lock & Safe came out to our business when I asked for a quote on having 4 door handles removed and replace them with thumb twist locks as well as to have the hole covered up from the removal of the existing door handle.  We have a door that I showed him which we wanted to replicate exactly.  Chris stated I am familiar with this door as I installed this.  I also asked about having a hinge plate replaced on a door that was broken.  Chris came out for this visit and let me know he would get me a quote.  Approx a week later he came back to work on the doors.  I asked about the quote before we got started to which he provided this information to me and I wrote down the figures and showed it to him for confirmation.  He stated I don't have to do the work if you don't want me to.  I let him know that wasn't the case, rather I needed the quote to know what the costs were going to be before he got started. I also asked about he hinge plate and he replied that I needed to contact the Door & Window Store to have this repaired.  We agreed to move forward and Chris proceeded to remove the door handles and install the thumb twist locks.  Chris came back over and stated he didn't have the correct color material to cover the hole in the door and that he would get the materials and be back.  Approximately a week later he arrived and installed a piece of material to cover the hole.
Chris came to us and stated he wanted us to decide about the color of the screws which he had already installed.  They were not the original screws from the door handles in which he removed. The screws he used were silver on a brown door & not installed in the correct place, now causing damage to the door.  He stated that there were no brown screws to which I let him know he removed the screws from the door with the original door handles that he removed.  I provided the original door handles to him with all of the screws in which he was supposed use to finish this project.  His decision to install the screws without talking to us first was where to problem started.  This was not as we had originally discussed from the door that we looked at to which he was to use as the example. We let him know that what he had installed it was not acceptable.  I asked him what was the expectation that I set with him originally and he stated that I needed to stop yelling at him.  He stated he would need to go back to his shop to fix the metal plate he was using to cover the hole in the door and would need to come back again to finish the job.  As I walked away I though through the conversations that we had and decided that Chris is not and would not be able to complete this job as he had quote and stated he would.  I asked him for an invoice to pay for the locks and let him know we would not have him back to finish what he started. Chris is the owner and operator of this company.  He lacks customer service to fix a problem that he created & I can not recommend him as his ability to do what he says he will do and to do it correctly was not done.

Ben, was so nice and honest about his cost. Most people will just give you a quote and once they arrive your stuck with a higher charge than expected. We had an alarm he had to disable before making our key... He didn't have to do that luckily he knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend  him on honesty alone.

PickNick was fast, friendly and did a great job replacing my lock when I broke my key off in my mailbox. Oops. Thank you!

Locked myself out of the office and my boss was out-of-town (only 2 that have keys!).  The technician arrived within 20 minutes and was very professional and I was in the office quickly.

My only complaint was the expense -- very expensive.  Quoted $29 to arrive and evaluate (which was very reasonable), but the total because we were "commercial" was almost $400!!

I called these people on 11201 N Tatum Blvdon Feb. 22, 2017, and they sent someone who generated a new keybox for my 2010 Toyota Prius.  The key worked when I tested it, but when I went to drive my Prius, it generated an warning on the engine, and the hybrid system no longer worked!  I asked the technician if when he plugged into my Prius under the dash if he could have caused a problem with it and he said no.
I drove with gasoline to the dealer (with the warning lights all on!), and they charged me $125 to reprogram Prius hybrid communications system and said that the technician had probably inadvertently erased the programming on the system when he programmed my new key box.
When I contacted this company, they refused to re-imburse me the cost to fix my car!
USE THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  Not sure they are all knowledgeable, and I'm out $125.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
