Al believes in old school service!  He contacted me to say that he was unable to complete the job I needed.  However, he put me in contact with a company who could.  He did not even need to respond to my yelp request.  But, he wants to help people.  Some companies say this but do not back their words with actions.  He did not do any work for me but his thoughtfulness will have me calling him anytime I need a locksmith.  Who cares enough these days to help someone without getting any monetary gain from it? I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

A huge thank you to Nilda. Walmart told me my key was chipped. It wasn't.... And the dealer didn't have any and if they ordered them they would've charged me $25 per key. Apparently the key that I was given from the dealer was cut wrong so it was sticking when you tried to remove it from the ignition. She literally took the time to figure out the key code and make sure they all worked. Very professional and dedicated to making sure the job is done right! If I ever have the need again I will definitely be sure to return.

Super helpful and friendly. I love this place , quick easy in and out , no long lines and uneducated staff the big box places have . Selection of safes is pretty good too . I had keys made and they were a great fit. I'll definitely be back here for all my keys and lock needs from now on.

Great service! While there was a delay in returning my initial call, Ben explained the office was closed. Once we did arrange for service, they called enroute and arrived early! Manny did an excellent, quick job rekeying the house and installing a new front entry door handleset. Would use the service again!

These people are thieves. Charged $180 to unlock my old car. Absolutely astronomical and ridiculous price to unlock a car.

Tonight my key broke and I couldn't start my car and I called Dependable locksmiths. when they say flat rates it's means FLAT RATES. Nothing beats the price and the service! Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
