We are in High Chapparal RV park in AZ City.  A lady locked her motorhome keys AND her phone in her motorhome.  It was dark & cold out and I lent her my phone to call J & T.  They answered immediately and were at the park in 45 minutes!  I heard the service call was $80 and it took a few minutes to open up the rig!  I would definitely call them again!!!

This place is awesome. I couldn't get a spare key made for my motorcycle anywhere (tried Ace Hardware, Home Depot, etc). I really didn't want to go to the dealership and spend $20 on a key, luckily I found this place through Yelp. They made me a perfectly working spare in less than 3 minutes for $3. Go here if you need motorcycle keys made!

I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

Al believes in old school service!  He contacted me to say that he was unable to complete the job I needed.  However, he put me in contact with a company who could.  He did not even need to respond to my yelp request.  But, he wants to help people.  Some companies say this but do not back their words with actions.  He did not do any work for me but his thoughtfulness will have me calling him anytime I need a locksmith.  Who cares enough these days to help someone without getting any monetary gain from it? Al does!  Thank you for you time and care, sir.

I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

I accidently locked myself outside of my apartment on a holiday where my leasing office was closed... Luckily this place was open and nearby!

I called to have my door unlocked and the locksmith was at my house within 15 mins. And it took less than 5 mins to unlock my door. What a lifesaver!

I reached out via Yelp at 7:30pm  last evening and had a response immediately from Ben who offered to come on out to unlock our vehicle; however, we opted to have him come the following morning. He was prompt; efficient and knowledgeable.  Ben was able to unlock our 2014 model vehicle within five minutes of arriving.  Because we did not find our keys inside the vehicle we thought we were going to have to go to the dealership to get a key made however, Ben had everything he needed to make us an ignition key right there after we provided him the VIN# etc.  All of this was quickly done and at a reasonable cost.  We are thrilled with the customer service and professionalism we received from Ben and would highly recommend him and his company for all your locksmith needs.  Thank you Ben!!!

Seriously PIckNick!!! Nick was great to work with! He came right away. Was very knowledgeable and super nice to work with. Excited service! Plus great prices! I would give him 10starts if I could!

So I got locked out of my house tonight. This company is very very expensive!!! After my initial call I waited 15 mins for the guy to call me. Then I waited an hour for the guy to show up!  I was charged $29 for the service call. No biggie right? Well the service guy shows up & tells me what he will do to try to unlock my door. On top of the $29 there was a $95 labor charge & $180 to pick the door   My total was $304!!!! That is a complete joke!!! I now made sure I gave a set of my house keys to my best friend/realtor now. I will never let this happen again! And I will never refer this company to anyone else!

Just moved from another state and managed to lock myself out of my house. These guys came out quickly and were very friendly, great service. Highly recommend!

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
