After locking my keys in my freightLiner. I called J&T and Raul the locksmith showed up quickly and after about 10 min, had my truck opened. I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise, not to mention the fair price I was given. I highly recommend J&T they're lifesavers!

My hubbie contacted Ron who came out the next day. He was prompt , professional & knows his biz. We were so pleased & recommend him highly.

Somewhat difficult to review this one because they didn't actually do anything.

I was having a problem with a lock.  The lock maker actually sent me parts to be used to repair it.  But, while I could get the lock out of the door, I couldn't take it apart.  These guys said I could bring it to them, so I did.  Of course when I bring it to them it works fine.  So they send me on my way with no charge.

I have put the lock back, and it's still not quite right, but it is better.  No idea why.  However, I have to give these guys a good rating for customer service.  They were going to fix the lock with the parts I brought with me, and when they found no problem they didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee.  I like that.  If this thing acts up again I will be trying these guys first.

The only reason they don't get 5 stars from me is because the first guy didn't seem to know anything about an Emtek lock, and after several minutes of not getting anywhere with it he took it to another guy in the back who seemed to know them.

I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

John at Northwest Lock & Safe went above and beyond the normal level of service I would hope for from a locksmith.

When my father was hospitalized in Kingman the police locked the door behind them with no way back in. I live in Illinois. With no family nearby or anyone to tend to my father's pets I became extremely worried. John was kind enough to work with me over the phone as I coordinated a family friend to come from TEXAS to be present while he opened the house.

I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Need a key for my car, went there many times to get it cut. After numerous times I finally left the blank and the key. When I went back to get the newly cut key it was cut wrong and it was so sad too bad and,Norm I assume is the owner,never saw him and they couldn't care less I would never use these people again

Would have been 5 stars if the dispatch lady would have been honest about the price. She said and I quote "it's $29 for the service call and $35 for labor, and maybe a little more depending on the method they have to use to open it" maybe a little more... it was $120 more. They used the most basic method to open it. She also couldn't estimate time well because she said 20 minutes and it took an hour. BE HONEST ABOUT THE PRICE. The boys who came to unlock it were great but they need better customer service on the admin side. I paid $180 dollars for a job that took one minute. Literally one minute.

Extremely reasonably priced! Frankie was extremely helpful and met me at my car within 20 minutes of me calling. He got me into my car and had a new key made just as fast as he came. Way better than Triple A

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
